The researchers developed a test to measure the degree of teachers' knowledge about the TIMSS. The available sample was selected (664) male and female teachers. It represented (15.1%) of the population who teach mathematics in Iraq. The results showed that the degree of mathematics teachers' knowledge about TIMSS ranged from low to moderate, and about (21%) had a high degree of knowledge about it.
