<p>Con el análisis estratigráfico de una parte del castillo de Heimfels (figura 01), realizado con la “Scuola di Specializzazione in Restauro dei Monumenti del Politecnico di Milano”, en colaboración con el ingeniero y arquitecto W. Hauser (Superintendente del Tirolo) y del Dr. M. Mittermair (historiador del arte de Val Punteria), se han intentado analizar tres sectores diferentes del castillo a través del sistema constructivo y de sus fases (Bauanalyse), para discernir por medio del reconocimiento, la comparación, la combinación y la exclusión de relaciones entre las partes, la génesis de este edificio histórico. La complejidad aparente de este edificio nos lleva a delimitar cada fase constructiva (Baugeschichte) con el objetivo de poder llegar, a través de criterios analíticos, constructivos y arquitectónicos (Bauforschung) a una cronología, que inicialmente será relativa, para adquirir después la condición de absoluta.</p>

Abstract:
Tyrol Castle can be referred to as a ‘Dynastenburg’, as it was the ancestral seat of power for the Counts of Tyrol. Under the rule of Meinhard II (1259–1295) the castle developed to the centre of his power and came to be the place of residence for the princely family and their court. In the year 1420 the ancestral seat was relocated to Innsbruck and thus Tyrol Castle lost its representative power and function as a residence, falling into decay as a consequence. The combination of power and representation as well as its impact on buildings structures is crucial for this analysis.

Nel primo dopoguerra alla S. Sede toccò il difficile compito di rivedere i confini della diocesi di Bressanone, sancendo in via ecclesiastica quanto politicamente era stato disposto dai trattati di pace con il passaggio all'Italia del Tirolo meridionale tedesco (Deutsches Südtirol). La diocesi, estesa sui due versanti delle Alpi, si trovava ora divisa in due dal nuovo confine statale del Brennero. Non poteva essere ignorata dalla S. Sede la richiesta italiana di procedere ad una separazione completa della parte italiana da quella austriaca della diocesi, così come non poteva rimanere inascoltato il desiderio austriaco di mantenere in essere il legame ecclesiastico di lunga data. Collegata al nuovo assetto di Bressanone si trovava pure la questione dei decanati tedeschi della diocesi di Trento, dove clero e fedeli, in contrasto da tempo per questioni nazionali con il vescovo italiano Endrici, chiedevano per i buoni uffici del vescovo Waitz di essere sottratti a quella giurisdizione e di unirsi alla diocesi tutta tedesca di Bressanone. Il saggio ricostruisce sulla base di una documentazione archivistica inedita le alterne fasi di una procedura particolarmente laboriosa rimasta finora ignota, che si concluse con la soluzione provvisoria varata nel 1925. Una soluzione destinata in realtà a rimanere in vigore fino alla metà degli anni Sessanta.

Abstract:
La vittoria sull'Austria nella prima guerra mondiale dava all'Italia insieme al sospirato confine al Brennero l'acquisto del Sudtirolo. Fra i problemi posti dal nuovo assetto ci fu dal lato ecclesiastico la situazione della diocesi a popolazione tedesca di Bressanone, una delle due diocesi, insieme a Trento, insistenti sul nuovo territorio italiano. La diocesi si trovava vacante da prima della fine della guerra ed era molto estesa, comprendeva infatti anche il Tirolo settentrionale, che sarebbe rimasto fuori dal nuovo confine italiano. Un vescovo, mons. Waitz, era stato in realtà nominato dall'imperatore d'Austria alla vigilia dell'abdicazione. Alle autori-tà italiane come alla S. Sede però era chiara la necessità di riconsiderare tanto la candidatura di Waitz, dal profilo politico troppo esposto in senso antitaliano, quanto di segnare nuovi confini alla diocesi, per separare definitivamente la parte austriaca dalla parte italiana. A questi intenti si opponevano la volontà di clero e popolazione locale di mantenere unita la diocesi in funzione di una futura riunione all'Austria e gli sforzi di Waitz per mantenere la propria candidatura. Il saggio rico-struisce analiticamente le tappe della laboriosa decisione attraverso il dialogo fra gerarchie cattoliche locali e romane e autorità italiane militari e civili sulla base di una documentazione archivistica edita e inedita.

Abstract:
La tesi consiste in uno studio monografico aggiornato, il primo in lingua italiana, dedicato allo scultore bavarese Hans Reichle, che fu un abile interprete della Maniera fiorentina al di là e al di qua delle Alpi. Il bavarese frequentò la bottega di Giambologna dal 1587 c. al 1594, anni di intenso studio durante i quali gettò le basi sulle quali costruì il successo di una vita: la memoria degli anni fiorentini e l’influenza del maestro si percepiscono in tutte le opere del catalogo del bavarese, dagli esordi fino alla piena maturità. La tesi è dedicata interamente all’esame della vita e dell’attività dello scultore. Inizialmente si ripercorre la biografia di Reichle, esaminando le opere realizzate nel corso della vita e il prestigio che queste guadagnarono. In questa prima parte emerge l’evoluzione del linguaggio dello scultore e, in particolare, il suo cimentarsi con tecniche che finora gli studi non avevano ammesso nel catalogo: si tratta di importanti novità che gettano luce su aspetti del tutto inediti della carriera dello scultore. Invece nella seconda parte della tesi si discutono alcuni casi-studio relativi alle imprese principali di Reichle. Un capitolo è poi dedicato all’eredità lasciata dallo scultore in Tirolo e agli allievi e collaboratori che affiancarono Reichle nel corso della sua vita. Le ultime due parti della tesi sono dedicate all’esame dell’inventario inedito del bavarese - che ha portato alla luce significative novità relative tanto alla biografia quanto alla sua attività - al catalogo delle opere di Reichle e dei suoi allievi, e infine all'appendice documentaria.

La tesi si concentra su una serie di testimonianze di pitture (principalmente murali) in un arco cronologico compreso tra la fine del Trecento e la prima metà del Quattrocento, spingendosi, con partenza dal Trentino-Alto Adige, lungo l’arco alpino austriaco e sloveno. Accanto a dipinti discussi dalla critica vengono presentate testimonianze fotografiche di pitture finora misconosciute con l’obiettivo di enucleare gruppi di opere, di profilare maestranze attive in questa regione e di individuare le tendenze figurative in voga sul crocevia della suddetta zona alpina. Per mettere a fuoco protagonisti e comprimari, l’analisi formale delle opere – imprescindibile dai sopralluoghi – è accompagnata da una verifica dei documenti. La tesi si apre con un capitolo dedicato al variegato panorama artistico del Tirolo storico, presentando tanto artisti sedentari e maestranze itineranti quanto le diverse lingue figurative affermatesi in questo territorio che amalgamano elementi provenienti da nord e da sud. Segue un capitolo dedicato al ‘Maestro della IV campata’, profilatosi come protagonista assoluto di questa stagione in questa regione alpina, ai cui emuli sono dedicati i capitoli tre e quattro. Ne seguono i capitoli dedicati ai suoi compagni di strada e agli artisti delle generazioni successive come il ‘Maestro dell’edicola votiva di Grissiano’ (5), Erasmo da Brunico (6), il ‘Maestro di San Sigismondo’ (7), Venceslao e il suo riflesso sul panorama artistico locale (8 e 9), il ‘Maestro di Santa Caterina di Caldaro’ (10) e il ‘Maestro della Strage degli Innocenti’ (11). La tesi si conclude con delle brevi schede tecniche.

Abstract:
Le tematiche delle minoranze, delle autonomie e dell’autodeterminazione dei popoli sono di vitale importanza oggi, sia a livello nazionale che europeo. L’aspetto linguistico gioca certamente un ruolo di primo piano in queste dinamiche, rappresentando uno degli elementi su cui si fondano le rivendicazioni di autonomia di molti gruppi minoritari. Questo lavoro mira ad analizzare e paragonare due realtà a prima vista molto distanti, ma accomunate dall’utilizzo del tedesco: i Cantoni dell’Est in Belgio e il Trentino - Alto-Adige in Italia. Entrambe queste zone presentano una minoranza germanofona tutelata e autonoma, bensì si inseriscano in due sistemi nazionali opposti, con il Belgio federale da un lato e la Repubblica italiana dall’altro. Sebbene entrambe queste regioni passarono da uno Stato ad un altro a seguito della prima Guerra mondiale, il percorso che le ha portate alla situazione attuale è stato molto diverso e ha per questo avuto risultati diversi. Partendo da una prospettiva storica e passando in seguito ad analizzare alcuni aspetti più tecnici e amministrativi, si delineano i punti comuni e non tra queste due realtà. Ciò è stato possibile grazie ad un lavoro di ricerca basato su manuali storici, su articoli di cronaca riguardanti le problematiche attuali e sui documenti ufficiali che tracciano i limiti delle autonomie e delle competenze riservate alla Comunità germanofona belga ed alle Province autonome di Trento e Bolzano.

Abstract:
Darbe nagrinėjama tekstilės pramonėje naudojamų dažiklių šalinimo iš nuotekų problema. Darbo tikslas – iš automobilių padangų atliekų pagamintų devulkanizuotos gumos granulių naudojimo naftolio žaliojo B dažikliui šalinti iš dirbtinai užteršto vandens galimybių įvertinimas. Eksperimente naudota 1–2 mm dydžio gumos granulių frakcija. Eksperimentiniai sorbcijos tyrimai atlikti siaurame pH verčių intervale, kuris kito nuo 6,0 iki 7,0. Dažiklio sorbcijos procesas tirtas 1 valandą nuolat maišant magnetine maišykle vandeninius dažiklio tirpalus su gumos granulių mėginiais. Tirpalo spalvotumo pokyčiui po sorbcijos įvertinti pasirinktas spektrofotometrinis analizės metodas, matuojant tirpalų optinį tankį, kai bangos ilgis – 484 nm. Prieš atliekant matavimus su fotokolorimetru, sudaryta kalibracinė kreivė. Ištirpusios anglies kiekis vandeniniuose tirpaluose nustatytas naudojant anglies analizatorių „Shimadzu TOC“. Adsorbcijos efektyvumo vertės svyravo nuo 9,88 % iki 94,68 %. Mėginiuose ištirpusios anglies koncentracija po sorbcijos proceso nesumažėjo, nes gumos granulės tapo antrinės taršos priežastimi. Didinant pH reikšmę nuo 6,0 iki 8,5 buvo pastebėta, kad nedaug padidėjo dažiklio naftolio žaliojo B vandeninio tirpalo optinis tankis. Remiantis rezultatais galima manyti, jog tirpalo pH pasikeitimas po sorbcijos proceso neturėjo reikšmingos įtakos procesui.

ABSTRACT Background: Anemia is a pathologic condition produced by a decrease in red blood cell mass or a decrease in the amount of hemoglobin. The initial survey carried out in the Tiron Puskesmas work area in the June-July 2019 period was still a high incidence of anemia in the Tiron Puskesmas Kediri Regency work area (60%). This study aimed to analyze factors affecting anemia in pregnant women with second and third trimester of pregnancy at tiron community health center, Kediri district, East Java. Subjects and Method: A cross sectional study was carried out at Tiron community health center, Kediri, East java, from June to July 2020. A sample of 49 2nd and 3rd trimesters of pregnant women was selected by purposive sampling. The dependent variable was anemia. The independent variables were age, iron tablet intake, ANC visit. The data were collected by questionnaire and analyzed by a multiple logistic regression. Results: Anemia in pregnant women decreased with older age (OR= 0.08; 95% CI = 0.01 to 1.20; p = 0.068). Anemia in pregnant women increased with irregular iron tablet intake (OR= 18.45; 95% CI = 2.77 to 123.10; p = 0.003) and irregular ANC visit (OR = 1.85; 95% CI = 1.05 to 38.18; p = 1.87). Conclusion: Anemia in pregnant women decreases with older age. Anemia in pregnant women increases with irregular iron tablet intake and irregular ANC visit. Purpose of the study – to form two-sided network market on discrete sequence of thematically identical short-term periodic trade shows. Methods of the investigation are based on the theory of two-sided markets, the theory of industry markets and entrepreneurship, management theory, logistics theory, the theory of systems. Results of the investigation: process model was developed for transforming plat-form's resources and its parties into intermediary services of exhibition organizer; exhibition market was proved to belong to the category of Rochet & Tirole markets; toolkit of two-sided markets theory was used to develop the concept of value creation management in exhibition market network; features of logistics support for exhibition business were analyzed. All these findings lay foundations of exhibition two-sided network markets theory, created to provide methodological support for exhibition business.

ABSTRACT Background: There are several factors, one of which is the cultural factor that influences the postpartum mother’s experience of changing abstinence behavior from the cultural aspect, and should be encouraged. Taboo foods are well known in almost all human societies. Indirectly this can affect the level of health and recovery in postpartum mothers. This study aimed to determine the relationship between diet restirctions and acceleration of perineum wound healing in post-partum normal delivery mothers in Tiron Community Health Center, Kediri, East Java. Subjects and Method: This was a cross sectional study conducted at working area Tiron community health center from June to July 2019. A sample of 32 respondents selected by purposive sampling. The data was analyzed by Spearman Rank. Results: Perineal wound healing in postpartum mothers was associated with diet restrictions, and it was statistically significant. Conclusion: Perineal wound healing in postpartum mothers is associated with diet restriction in working area of Tiron Community Health Center, Kediri, East Java. Abstract:
Pramonės šakų išleidžiamose nuotekose didžiausi tarp aptinkamų sunkiųjų metalų yra švino, cinko ir kt. metalų kiekiai. Dabartinių pramoninių nuotekų valymo įrenginių išlaikymas brangiai kainuoja, todėl ligi šiol skiriama daug dėmesio novatoriškoms technologijoms, diegti, kurių kaina, palyginti su esamomis technologijomis, būtų mažesnė ir reikalautų mažiau priežiūros bei energijos (Shanmugapriya, Hemalatha, Scholastica ir Augustine, 2013). Šiuo metu adsorbcija yra vienas iš ekonomiškai palankių nuotekų valymo būdų. Tyrimo objektu pasirinktas natūralus polimeras – pluoštinės kanapės (Cannabis sativa l.), kurios, kaip ekologiškas ir efektyvus adsorbentas, turi potencialo. Dideli pluoštinių kanapių kiekiai susidaro tekstilės, žemės ūkio pramonėje kaip atliekos, todėl jų panaudojimas leistų sumažinti vandens užterštumą sunkiaisiais metalais (Zn+2, Pb+2). Atlikus eksperimentinius tyrimus nustatyta, kad adsorbcijos efektyvumui didelę įtaką turi tirpalo pH. Didžiausias užfiksuotas adsorbcijos efektyvumas buvo tada, kai tirpalo pH 5,0. Esant mažesnei pH reikšmei, adsorbcija vyko nežymiai. Adsorbentas sumažino švino ir cinko jonų koncentracijas tirpaluose iki Lietuvos Respublikoje nustatytų normų. Švino jonų koncentracijos neviršijo didžiausių leidžiamų koncentracijų (DLK) į gamtinę aplinką, kai pradinės švino jonų koncentracijos buvo iki 5 mg/l, o cinko jonų koncentracijos neviršijo DLK į gamtinę aplinką, kai pradinės cinko jonų koncentracijos buvo iki 30 mg/l.
