In this paper, we propose new keywords extraction method based on texts classification. We first classify texts to determine their categories. Then determine weights of candidate words according to both their frequency and the relevance between text words and text category. Finally, keywords are extracted by sorting weights of candidate words. We conduct this experiment to show that on the premise of accurate text classification, this method can extract keywords effectively from text without title or with deviated title which can not reflect texts subject. Objective selecting of candidate word weighting function still needs to be further researched.

The premise from which we begin our study is that nowadays we are faced with several uncertainties of communication as academic discipline, amongst which the most evident are: the uncertainty related to the denomination or title of the discipline, the uncertainty concerning its status as theory of communication or as science of communication and the uncertainty regarding the inclusion of communication within one or other of the following domains: social sciences, natural sciences or humanities. Applying the comparative citation analysis on a corpus of study constituted by thirty-two titles of publications representative for the domain of science of information and communication (published in the last twenty years) in two different cultural and scientific areas (Italian and Spanish), we will examine the frequency, patterns, and graphs of citation of these publications in six electronic bookshops. We will also carry out a comparative statistical analysis of the categories and scientific domains these publications are included and comprised in on the virtual platforms so as to reveal the above mentioned uncertainties and to find a solution by proposing a model for the standardization of domain categories and tags of the same title on several bookshop sites.

In the Act of 8 July 2005 on the Exercise of the Right to Compensation for Real Property Left Beyond the Present Borders of the Republic of Poland, there is no clear definition of the date that should be taken into account for the purpose of determining whether one meets the premise of being the holder of the ownership title to the left real property. Moreover, judicial practice also lacks a uniform answer to the question whether such owner of the real property left beyond the borders should provide the proof of title to that property as at the date of the outbreak of the Second World War, i.e. on 1 September 1939, or as at the exact date of departing from that territory. In the commented judgement, the court found that persons who were not the holders of the ownership title to the property as at 1 September 1939, but who later became property owners and, at the same time, met the other statutory conditions, are entitled to the Bug River compensation.

The study will seek to demonstrate this premise by sketching a composite of the Matthean "Son of David" and comparing this composite to Ezekiel's Davidic Shepherd, bringing to light the contextual, verbal and thematic links between Matthew's Son of David motif and Ezekiel 34, and by pointing out the inadequacies of other competing theories.

The title-page of Nathaniel Highmore’s Disquisition on the Anatomy of the Human Body (1651) depicts mythological and historical characters, anatomical and medical symbols and embodiments of anatomy, contemplation and different forms of bloodletting. Seventy-five lines of free verse face the engraving and together with inscriptions help identify characters and themes in each scene. The verses begin with the charge to examine the title-page before proceeding, and this article explores what the picture teaches the reader. The emblem entices not only by what it heralds, but also by the complex enigmas it comprises, and interpreting it requires the reader to circulate between the picture, verses and the main text. This process instructs us in Highmore’s methods of investigation, his views on the relationship between anatomy and medicine, and his anatomical findings. In particular, it calls attention to his argument that the effectiveness of bloodletting can only be explained on the premise that blood circulates.

Abstract The Law on Higher Education and Science of 20 July 2018, entered into force on 1 October 2018, introduced changes concerning the prerequisites for the acquisition of the academic title of professor and the procedure for awarding it. The stage of proceedings before the board of an organisational unit (e.g. Faculty Council) was also abandoned, which in fact led the procedure beyond the ‘walls of the university’ and limited it to the stage of proceedings before the Council of Scientific Excellence. The author considers selected issues relating to the Professor’s academic title, concerning the premise for awarding it, the course of the proceedings in this subject and the entities taking part in them, as well as the role played by the President of the Republic of Poland in these proceedings. As a result of the considerations conducted, the author assumed that the most far-reaching change was the legislator’s resignation from the stage of proceedings before the council of the entity from which the candidate for the title of professor had come from, assuming that the role of the President of the Republic of Poland in this process had not undergone any significant changes. He remains bound by the opinions of the reviewers appointed by the Council of Scientific Excellence and its position expressed in the administrative decision issued on the application for the academic title. In accordance with the viewpoint of the author, due to the resignation of the legislator from the stage of proceedings before an individual’s council, the opinions of the reviewers expressed in the justification of the Council of Scientific Excellence decision are now, in principle, the only emanation of the assessment of the scientific community expressed in this procedure.

Summary This article presents a reading of Jarosław Marek Rymkiewicz’s Samuel Zborowski in the context of Juliusz Słowacki’s poetic drama with the same title. The comparison of the two texts is intended to highlight their similarities and differences in their treatment of history and their use of Romantic and our modern episteme. The analysis looks at the following issues: 1/ the subjective perspective which organizes the hermeneutics of the past; 2/ the metaphysical premise which determines the status of the historical reconstruction; 3/ the historical reconstruction itself; and 4/ the nature of the communal project which signposts each writer’s reflection on the course of Polish history. The article argues that Rymkiewicz’s historical essay is an attempt at a reactivation of Romanticism within a postmodern (though with some modernist elements) framework.

The article is devoted to the linguo-pragmatic analysis of the titles in the Internet media discourse. The research is based on 300 English titles of YouTube programmes devoted to Donald Trump and his activities that were uploaded within the period of 2016 to 2020. The aforesaid titles are considered as minitexts possessing the whole set of basic characteristics typical of the traditional language units of textual format. The authors take the premise that a title reflects all the functional and pragmatic features of the material it refers to, however, due to its small volume it proves to be more beneficial for eliciting the ways how linguistic and discourse means interact in the process of text production. The research is carried out with the help of the following methods: discourse analysis, interpretative analysis, descriptive method including functional and stylistic identification techniques. The contextual analysis of the selected titles contributes to determination of the focal points of the public interest concerning the figure of the American President on the one hand and it also helps to discover the trends within the public attitude evaluative vectors on the other hand, which prove to be outspokenly critical. Further on the linguistic peculiarities of the mini-format titles are studied in view of their lexical, syntactical and expressive specific features. All the data obtained is systematized in terms of a multi-level framework of language means expressing the public attitude to the figure of the American President. What is more, the ways of enhancing the pragmatic effect of the titles are elicited with regard to the extralinguistic factors such as the particular target audience, the specific communication setting and the channel of transmitting information.

Tite-Live utilise de façon récurrente le mot Libertas, signe de l'importance qu'il attache à ce terme dont il faut cependant clarifier le sens. On voit d'abord les valeurs prises par le mot libertas dans le récit livien. Sans pouvoir donner une définition, on peut cerner de près une notion convoitée par tous, sans cesse menacée à toute forme de servitude et de tyrannie. On constate ensuite que si tous les Romains veulent la Libertas, chacun lui donne un contenu différent. En son nom, des conflits parfois violents éclatent entre citoyens. Les patriciens veulent la libertas en conservant leurs privilèges ancestraux et surtout le pouvoir, tandis que les plébéiens souhaitent une libertas plus équitable, en partageant le pouvoir et en vivant dans la concorde. Mais cette libertas est sans doute plus rhétorique qu'historique. C'est celle que Tite-Live projette sur le passé à partir des idées de son époque. Alors que règne le chaos politique et social, il offre à ses contemporains une raison d'espérer qui s'appuie sur les exempla du glorieux passé romain. Quasiment inconnu, mais évoqué parfois par la doctrine "savante", le constitut est une institution qui, à Rome, eut à remplir la fonction de sûreté personnelle après que le régime des procèdes alors habituels de cautionnement fut devenu trop favorable à la caution et que les créanciers commencèrent à s'en défier. A l'heure où les créanciers ont de nouveau fortement tendance à se méfier du classique mais désormais trop peu protecteur cautionnement, sans pour autant toujours vouloir lui substituer les frustes et inquiétantes garanties "à première demande" imaginées par la pratique du commerce international, cette thèse se propose de redécouvrir cet engagement de constitut qui semble se situer a mi-chemin et que l'on peut définir comme l'engagement indépendant de payer la dette d'autrui à titre de garantie. The costs related to events of losses within non-life insurance are stochastic and a prerequisite of running a successful insurance business is to predict risks and future costs. From both a business- and regulatory perspective, it is of high interest to have a genuine understanding of the precision and the sensitivity of the estimated costs and future risks. This thesis aims to provide an alternative procedure of how to estimate the costs related to the future and, above all, the variance, in the case of dealing with inhomogeneous and decreasing risk. The procedure is based on a separate modeling of the claim frequency and the claim severity, that later can be combined to yield a total cost distribution for a determined time period. The claim severities are modeled based on a parametric and a non-parametric approach and the claim frequencies are modeled with the resampling method bootstrap and by the use of scenarios. The thesis is made in collaboration with the insurance company, Anticimex Insurance, who has contributed with the data as well as expert knowledge related to the actuarial field. The results of the thesis show that the procedure is successful for evaluating estimated total costs distributions and their first and second moments, even in the case of inhomogeneous and decreasing risk.<br>Kostnader som uppkommer på grund av skador inom skadeförsäkring är stokasiska och en förusättning för att kunna bedriva ett framgångsrikt försäkringsbolag är att kunna prediktera risk och framtida kostnader. Utifrån ett såväl försäkrings- som reglatoriskt perspektiv är det av stor vikt att ha en gedigen förståelse av både precisionen och känsligheten i de skattade estimaten. Denna uppsats syftar till att ta fram ett alternativt tillvägagångssätt till hur kostnader relaterade till framtiden ska predikteras, med fokus på att utvärdera variationen i estimaten, vid fallet av en inhomogen och avtagande risk. Tillvägagångssättet bygger på en uppdelning mellan antalet skador och kostnaden för skador, vilka modelleras separat för att sedan kombineras och ge en totalkostnadsfördelning för den avsedda tidsperioden. De historiska kostnaderna modelleras utifrån ett parametriskt- och ett ickeparametriskt tillvägagångssätt. Skadefrekvensen modelleras med hjälp av bland annat samplingsmetoden bootstrap samt genom användandet av scenarier. Uppsatsen görs i samarbete med skadeförsäkringsbolaget, Anticimex Försäkringar, vilka har bidragit med data och expertkunskap inom det aktuariella området. Arbetets resultat visar att det föreslagna tillvägagångssättet är en framgångsrik strategi för att utvärdera de första två momenten av de predikterade totalkostnadsfördelningarna, även vid fallet av en inhomogen och avtagande risk.

Au moment où le législateur s’apprête à ouvrir l’assistance médicale à la procréation aux couples de femmes, cette étude a pour objet de porter un regard critique sur l’analyse doctrinale du Titre VII du Livre premier du Code civil. Alors que la plupart des auteurs considèrent que le droit français est incohérent en ce qu’il recourt aux mêmes modes d’établissement de la filiation que l’enfant soit ou non lié biologiquement à ceux qui sont juridiquement reconnus comme ses parents, cette thèse propose de réenvisager le fondement de la filiation à partir d’une analyse causale de la parenté. Ce changement de perspective permet d’éclairer sous un jour nouveau les conditions d’accès à l’assistance médicale à la procréation ainsi que les enjeux tenant à leur éventuelle modification. Il permet aussi et surtout de réévaluer la cohérence du droit de la filiation et sa capacité à appréhender ces nouvelles figures de la parenté<br>As the legislator gets ready to open medically assisted procreation to women couples, the purpose of this study is to take a critical look at the doctrinal analysis of the Title VII of the First Book of the French Civil Code. Most of the authors consider that French law is incoherent as it uses the same modes of establishment of filiation whether a child is biologically related to those who are recognized as his parents or not. This thesis proposes to reconsider the basis of filiation, using a causal analysis of parenthood. This change of perspective allows to cast a new light on the eligibility criteria to medically assisted procreation as well as on the stakes of their potential modification. It also leads to reevaluate the coherence of the law of filiation and its capacity to comprehend the new figures of parenthood

L'histoire de Rome depuis les origines constitue le sujet de l'oeuvre de Tite-Live, où le Sud hellénisé de l'Italie intervient de manière secondaire. Le récit livien rend cependant compte d'un contact précoce de Rome avec la Grande Grèce. Sur un plan lexicographique, l'emploi du mot "Italia' chez Tite-Live en témoigne. Le mot désigne sous Auguste la péninsule entière, unifiée et divisée en régions. Mais le nom grec d'Italie a renvoyé originellement au territoire où s'est développée la colonisation grecque: dans le texte de Tite-Live, certaines occurences révèlent que cette acception est utilisée avec une valeur polémique par les adversaires de Rome au moment de la conquête de l'Italie et des guerres puniques. Mais la Grande Grèce apparaît surtout dans le récit de la conquête de l'Italie centro-méridionale au IVe s. Av. J. C. : elle est une troisième force dans la lutte de Rome contre les Samnites. Tite-Live développe la figure d'Alexandre le Molosse, général épirote appelé par Tarente. .<br>Livy's work focuses on the histoty of Rome, with the hellenized South of Italy remaining in the background. However, his narrative bears witness ti early contacts between Rome and Magnaa Graecia. From a lexicographical viwpoint, this is documented by Livy's use of the word "Italia". By Augustus'time, the word refers to the whole penisula, as politically unified and divided into regions. But the name Italia, borrowed from the Greek, originally used to designate merely thre territory where Greek settlements were established: in Livy's narrative, the word is polemicaly used in the sense by Rome's foes at the time of the conquest of Italy and the Punic Wars. Magna Graecia is maimly featured in the account of the conquest of Central and Southern Italy in the IVth century BC: it stands as a third party in Rome's struggle against Samnites. .

La première république romaine (509-218 av. J.-C.) ne correspond pas à un régime politique particulier mais à une construction historiographique amorcée à partir du IIe s. av. J.- C. Les ressorts institutionnels des trois premiers siècles de la République étaient déjà incompréhensibles des Romains eux-mêmes. L’histoire de cette période servit plutôt à créer ou à faire disparaître des précédents, afin de légaliser ou non une action. Les événements lus par les historiens modernes sont le produit de strates historiographiques (des historiens grecs du IIIe s. av. J.-C. aux éditeurs des XIXe et XXe s.) et de logiques propres à chaque strate qui permettent d’élaborer un récit cohérent. L’étude comporte une analyse détaillée de ces strates. Elle propose une méthode d’analyse de la première république appliquée notamment à la construction de la dictature, magistrature emblématique de la République romaine<br>The first roman republic (509-218 B.C.) is not a specific regime but a historiographical elaboration beginning in the Second Century B.C. For the Romans themselves, the real operation of the institutions were lost for the first three centuries of the Republic. The history of this time was rather used to create or delete constitutionnal precedents in order to legalize (or not) some later behaviours. Events read by modern scholars are the product of historiographical stratums (from the Greek historians in the 3rd Century B.C. to the editors of the 19th and 20th centuries) and logics present in each stratum in order to elaborate a consistent story. The study includes a detailed analysis of these stratums and proposed a new method to analyze the first republic. This study uses a multilevel model of change to assess the effects of five distinguished regulation styles in title insurance on insurance premiums. This study finds that the states promulgating title insurance premiums have higher charges than the states allowing free competition in the title insurance market. The other regulation styles do not have significantly different impacts on title insurance premiums from free competition. In addition, market characteristics such as home sales, housing price, and property value can also influence title insurance premiums. This study explains the title insurance premium variation among states. The research outcomes can also provide insights into the ongoing regulatory reform in title insurance, in particular in the states using the promulgation regulation style.<br>text

the texts, Griet skryf 'n sprokie by Marita van der Vyver (1992),
and Weerkaatsings 'n sprokie by Eleanor Baker (1984) is
investigated. The purpose is to ascertain the manner in which
this "child-centred" genre is transformed on the literary level
of the adult reader. To achieve this goal, a conceptualization
of the fairytale as an epic genre is firstly undertaken. In the
exploration of the genre, the search light does not only focus
on the Western but also on the indigenous South African
fairytale.
Secondly, by means of this theoretical framework, a detailed
analysis is made of the manifestation of the fairytale motif in
the two primary texts. The elements of the fairytale in Griet
skryf 'n sprokie and Weerkaatsings - 'n sprokie are highlighted

This article appears in theOxford Handbook of New Audiovisual Aestheticsedited by John Richardson, Claudia Gorbman, and Carol Vernallis. This chapter focuses on the main title sequences of recent television serials commissioned by the North American premium cable channel Home Box Office. At around 90 seconds’ duration, these sequences buck the trend much in evidence elsewhere on television of minimizing such elements drastically and placing such identifiers later in the show. An exploration of the functions and characteristics of television title sequences is followed by an introduction to commercial television marketing and approaches to the audiovisual. The chapter then provides detailed analyses of the title sequences forThe Sopranos(1997-2007), with music by Alabama3/A3 (“Woke Up This Morning”) andSix Feet Under(2001-05), with music by Thomas Newman. The relationship between the aesthetic character of the sequences and the institutional context of the serials in question is explored, suggesting that such sequences function as signifiers of the commissioning channel's brand identity.

The introduction opens by reviewing the fragmented state of the field of source criticism as it was presented in 2013, at a conference titled “Convergence and Divergence in Pentateuchal Theory: Bridging the Academic Cultures of Israel, North America, and Europe.” The premise of the book is that modern scholars who are doing diachronic work do so under anachronistic notions of literary unity. Examples are adduced from both the Baal Cycle and the Sefire Treaty which exhibit precisely the types of inconsistencies that scholars take as evidence of multiple authorship in the Pentateuch, even though each of these cognate compositions is assumed to be the work of a single hand. The Introduction then briefly describes the contents of each of the fourteen chapters of the book.

This book provides a comprehensive depiction of Ireland’s regional press during the turbulent years leading up to the foundation of the Irish Free State following the Anglo-Irish Treaty of 1921. It investigates the origins of the regional papers that reported this critical period of Irish history and profiles the personalities behind many of these publications. Furthermore, this book presents case studies of seventeen newspapers – nationalist, unionist, and independent – across the four provinces of Ireland. These case studies not only detail the history of the respective newspapers but also closely scrutinises the editorial commentary of each publication between 1914 and 1921. Consequently, a thorough analysis of how each of these regional titles responded to the many dramatic developments during these years is provided. This includes seminal events such as the outbreak of World War I, the Easter Rising of 1916, the rise of the Sinn Féin party, the War of Independence, and the Anglo-Irish Treaty of 1921. During this time many of Ireland’s regional newspaper titles faced censorship, suppression, and in some cases, violent attack on their premises that threatened their livelihood. In some instances, newspaper owners, editors, and their staff were arrested and imprisoned. Their experiences during these years are meticulously detailed in this book.

Chapter 5 explores Donne’s lyric poetry in British Library, Additional Manuscript 10309, a seventeenth-century miscellany prepared in a single italic hand. We investigate the manuscript’s eight heavily revised Donne poems, read—and perhaps compiled, even adapted—by Margaret Bellasis. This chapter attends to manuscript features such as titles and verbal variants in these poems, focusing largely on the highly variant versions of “Breake of day” and “The Will.” The verse adapter seems to deploy a consistent pattern of revision that emphasizes sincere love and dilutes bitterness, while still delighting in Donne’s witty premises. These supposedly corrupt texts (very corrupt indeed by traditional editorial standards) provide evidence of a sensitive literary mind at work within Donne’s poems. Through its detailed analysis of verbal adaptations, this chapter contributes a vital study to continuing conversations about early modern women as readers and writers.

But Blood and Black Lace is first and foremost an exquisitely stylish film, full of gorgeous color schemes, elegant camerawork, and surrealistic imagery, testimony of Bava's mastery and his status as an innovator within popular cinema. This book recollects Blood and Black Lace's production history, putting it within the context of the Italian film industry of the period and includes plenty of previously unheard-of data. Sustainable management planning of protected areas depends on data from their biophysical and human environment. Based on such a premise, and using established international and national standards, this chapter proposes to outline a range of measures that can be considered in this process, drawing on the results of ecological studies carried out in the Mozogo-Gokoro National Park, located in the Sudano-Sahelian dry zone in the Far North of Cameroon. Initially, determining attributes for conservation were identified, notably those relating to the richness of the flora and the structure of the vegetation, which are close to a reference ecosystem. Subsequently, recommendations for sustainable management were formulated and analyzed in turn, taking into account especially the destructive anthropization identified as a major threat to the stability of the park. These management orientations could also be applied to safeguard other ecosystems in the Sudano-Sahelian zone.

Interactive learning environment is the key support for education decision making, the corresponding analytics and methodology are the important part of educational technology research and development. As an important part and the research challenge, learning behaviors are uncertain and produce complex data relationships, which makes the learning analysis process more difficult. This chapter studies the feasibility of Eclat framework applying in educational decision making and get the corresponding the data analysis results. We take probabilistic frequent itemsets and association rules as research objectives, extract and standardize multiple data subsets; Based on Eclat framework, using data vertical format, we design and improve the models and algorithms in the process of data management and processing. The results show that the improved models and algorithms are effective and feasible. On the premise of ensuring robustness and stability, the mining quality of probabilistic frequent itemsets and association rules is guaranteed, which is conducive to the construction of key execution topology of learning behaviors, and improves the accuracy and reliability of data association analysis and decision prediction. The whole analysis methods and demonstration processes can provide references for the study of interactive learning environment, as well as decision suggestions and predictive feedback.

The present research explores non-verbal behavior that accompanies the management of turns in naturally occurring conversations. To analyze turn management, we implemented the ISO 24617-2 multidimensional dialog act annotation scheme. The classification of the communicative intent of non-verbal behavior was performed with the annotation scheme for spontaneous authentic communication called the EVA annotation scheme. Both dialog acts and non-verbal communicative intent were observed according to their underlying nature and information exchange channel. Both concepts were divided into foreground and background expressions. We hypothesize that turn management dialog acts, being a background expression, co-occur with communication regulators, a class of non-verbal communicative intent, which are also of background nature. Our case analysis confirms this hypothesis. Furthermore, it reveals that another group of non-verbal communicative intent, the deictics, also often accompany turn management dialog acts. As deictics can be both foreground and background expressions, the premise that background non-verbal communicative intent is interlinked with background dialog acts is upheld. And when deictics were perceived as part of the foreground they co-occurred with foreground dialog acts. Therefore, dialog acts and non-verbal communicative intent share the same underlying nature, which implies a duality of the two concepts.

We know that while Leonardo cannot possess the physical gaze, his sense of feeling, relating his close friendship with the straight girl Giovana, and the quest for his ultimate soulmate Gabriel, enables him to challenge normative perceptions of the gaze. This book consequently considers such opportunities, and tensions, in exploring the relationship between the straight girl and the queer guy within film and television, evident in drama and documentary forms. The straight girl and the queer guy relate to each other, while defining each character’s identity potential, at the same time as they are constructed by the audience as subject to a dominant gaze....

In Poland, the housing system is currently based on cooperative apartments and the ownership of premises. This is due to historical conditions, because in the post-war period it was decided to foster cooperative housing; while the development of private property was impeded. After 1989, there were rapid economic and social changes, which also affected the real estate sector. It became possible to buy cooperative flats for ownership. The construction of new apartments was rapidly started and a development market was established. The owners of tenement houses made efforts to return the taken property, many of them regained the buildings, although their technical condition was very bad. There is a shortage of apartments in Poland, both available for purchase and for rent. In this chapter, I intend to present the current ownership status of apartments in Poland and the process of changes that took place, but did not solve the problems.

The design of flashback-resistant premixed burners for hydrogen-rich fuels is strongly dependent on reliable turbulent boundary layer flashback limits, since this process can be the dominant failure type for mixtures with high burning velocities. So far, the flashback data published in literature is based on tube burner experiments with unconfined flames. However, this flame configuration may not be representative for the most critical design case, which is a flame being already present inside the duct geometry. In order to shed light on this potential misconception, boundary layer flashback limits have been measured for unconfined and confined flames in fully premixed hydrogen-air mixtures at atmospheric conditions. Two duct geometries were considered, a tube burner and a quasi-2D turbulent channel flow. Furthermore, two confined flame holding configurations were realized, a small backward-facing step inside the duct and a ceramic tile at high temperature, which was mounted flush with the duct wall. While the measured flashback limits for unconfined tube burner flames compare well with literature results, a confinement of the stable flame leads to a shift of the flashback limits towards higher critical velocity gradients, which are in good agreement between the tube burner and the quasi-2D channel setup. The underestimation of flashback propensity resulting from unconfined tube burner experiments emerges from the physical situation at the burner rim. Heat loss from the flame to the wall results in a quenching gap, which causes a radial leakage flow of fresh gases. This flow in turn tends to increase the quenching distance, since it constitutes an additional convective heat loss. On the one hand, the quenching gap reduces the local adverse pressure gradient on the boundary layer. On the other hand, the flame base is pushed outward, which deters the flame from entering the boundary layer region inside the duct. The flashback limits of confined flames stabilized at backward-facing steps followed this interpretation, and experiments with a flush ceramic flame holder constituted the upper limit of flashback propensity. It is concluded that the distribution of the flame backpressure and the flame position itself are key parameters for the determination of meaningful turbulent boundary layer flashback limits. For a conservative design path, the present results obtained from confined flames should be considered instead of unconfined tube burner values.

Aim/Purpose: In this exploratory study we examine personal information management within music streaming applications. Also, we investigate the sense of ownership over songs being played on music streaming applications and whether the use of these services may be considered a social activity. In addition, we explore the extent of user privacy concern in using music streaming applications. Background: This paper represents the second phase of the article titled Usage Habits in Music Streaming Applications and their Influence on Privacy Related Issues [Research in Progress] (Weinberger & Bouhnik, 2019). Methodology: The research is conducted using a mixed methodology and consists of two phases: qualitative and quantitative. The qualitative stage is a pilot which includes semi-structured interviews with three music streaming application users in order to explore the possible change in personal information management, following the emergence of these applications (e.g., changes in classification and song retrieval methods). The quantitative phase includes the distribution of closed ended questionnaires among 192 users of music streaming applications (Male – 72.9%, Female – 27.1%; Age: 18-58), aiming to explore personal information management issues and privacy related issues that emerge while using these applications. Contribution: As far as we know, this is the first academic research to investigate the issue of personal information management among music streaming applications and the also the first to use a mixed methods approach to examine digital music consumption. In addition, it is the first study that takes into account privacy related issues among the users of music streaming applications. Findings: We found major changes between personal musical information management in the past and in the present. As most of the participants (85.4%) prefer nowadays to sort musical items in playlists or not to sort them at all. Out of the participants who chose to sort in folders in the past, only 42.7% still do it at present and out of the participants who chose to sort by alphabetical order in the past, only 15.7% do it at present. Also, we found that the participants have medium sense of ownership over the songs being stored on their streaming applications (M=2.78, SD=1.46) and medium sense that those applications may be used as social activity (M=2.75, SD=1.25). Interestingly, the choice of "sophisticated" genres (e.g. Blues, Jazz or Classical) as favorite music genre predicts the perception of using music streaming applications as part of social activity (R2=0.044, p<0.05). As for privacy concern, it was found that although the participants are moderately concerned about privacy within music streaming applications (M=2.67, SD=1.15), they are willing to pay for higher privacy protection services if they will be offered to them (r=0.49, p<0.001). In general, participants were found to be moderately willing to pay for premium services (M=2.44, SD=1.01), with ad-free service (M=3.07, SD=1.54) being the highest ranked premium service. Impact on Society: The research may drive music streaming applications operators to offer premium services that provide various benefits, such as: ad-free usage, higher privacy protection or better social features, as participants are willing to pay for those features. They may also personalize their users by preferred music genres, to adapt the specific service being offered to them.
