Abstract:
A grating nanomeasurement device based on TMS320F28335 was presented, a novel subdivision algorithm for nanomeasurement was put forward and implemented in TMS320F28335. The analysis and test show that, through the pre-amplifying circuit well designed and through the data process algorithm optimized, the device applied with 20m pitch grating can realize 2nm resolution and greater than 200mm/s measurement speed. The experimental results of nanopositioning also demonstrate that the grating nanomeasurement device developed by the paper can be taken as nanomeasurement equipment used in nano-CMM and nanopositioning system.

An elderly people monitoring system based on 3-axis digital accelerometer ADXL345 and digital signal controller TMS320F28335 was designed based on 3-axis digital accelerometer ADXL345 and digital signal controller TMS320F28335. The human posture was collected from ADXL345 by the DSC28335. The FFT filtering algorithm was used to improve the detection accuracy. Then the exercise situation of the elderly people was calculated by using Pedometer algorithm. The fall information was calculated by analyzing the rate of acceleration change. The Beidou Satellite Navigation System was designed for collecting position data to protect the elderly people in different situation.

This paper researches on the control system for wind power generation of DFIG (Doubly Fed Induction Generator). DSP TMS320F28335 was used as the core CPU of the control system, which can meet the requirement of high precision and real time. An embedded real-time operation system (RTOS) was transplanted into TMS320F28335 and some function blocks in common use were added into the RTOS. The human-machine interface of the control system was programmed with LabVIEW, which perform the control function and can process the data came from the control system. By using this control system, many control arithmetic of wind power generation of DFIG can be tested in the laboratory.

When TMS320F28XXX DSP programs run from the on-chip flash, it’s about 30% slower than that from the on-chip RAM, which caused the poor performance when programs run directly from on-chip flash, so program code need to be transplanted to RAM in order to improve the running speed. This paper analyzes the running processes of TMS320F28335 DSP application and the code removal processes from on-chip FLASH to RAM, and then introduces the transplantation programming method. This method is verified feasible through the experiment designed in the project of gun control system based on DSP TMS320F28335, and it can be extended to practical engineering and industrial applications.

Abstract:
The discreteness of device parameters exists in the analog signal processing using conventional phase measurement methods, and the error caused by threshold voltage of comparator is difficult to estimate and eliminate. Due to this shortcoming, a method based on TMS320F28335 eCAP module for measuring the phase difference is presented. Firstly, the AC signal is amplified and filtered to eliminate the error introduced by electromagnetic interference, and then the digital signal through the Schmitt Trigger designed by CPLD is converted to wave signal with the same frequency of the signal, by capturing the edge-triggered, enters the capture interruption subroutine to calculate the number of the sampling points of one period, finally the phase difference is calculated according to correlation method. Hardware circuit and software flow chart are given. The experimental results verify the method has higher reliability and precision than conventional methods.

<p class="Default">This paper presents the experimental investigation of DSP based 4Ф Switched Reluctance Motor (SRM) Drive. SRM is a doubly-salient, singly-excited machine and having very simple construction, has a low inertia and allows an extremely high-speed operation. The control system of SRM is highly complex due to non linear nature. In such a system for implementing control algorithm needs high speed processor. In this work TMS320F28335 DSP processor is used to implement the inner loop PI current controller and outer loop PI speed controller. The TMS320F28335 is highly integrated, high performance solution for challenging control applications. The various experimental tests are carried out in 1 HP 4Ф SRM. The experimental results are reported in order to verify the steady state, transient and robustness performance of the controller.</p>

SVG can compensate reactive power deficiency, suppress harmonics, improve three-phase imbalance and power quality more flexibly. There are very few small volume SVG products available for low voltage distribution network in the past. The generic SVG products are very expansive, thus not suitable for low voltage distribution network. Therefore, it is an urgent task to design a new generation distribution network SVG product that offers good value for money. This paper studied a SVG digital controller based on TMS320F28335 DSP chip. The fast and powerful computing and parallel operation capability of TMS320F28335 can satisfy the real-time, multifunction and multiple objective coordination control of SVG. Applied the instantaneous reactive power theory and adopted current direct control mode, an enhanced filtering algorithm to filter instantaneous sampling value is proposed. Automatic bi-directional compensation control strategy effectively reduced voltage variation at the user side. Its effectiveness is verified by an engineering project.

Aiming at the characteristic of nonlinear and natural unsteadiness in rotary inverted pendulum system. This kind of system uses the DSP TMS320F28335 of TI as the control and testing core of this system, adopts DC motor JGB37-3530 and motor drive L298, high precision potentiometer WDY35D4 as sample controller. Angle-to-resistance-to-voltage conversion is achieved by potentiometer, sensors export analog voltage to the first-order filter for filtering noise and transmit signal to the interior of TMS320F28335 and take ADC sample, then use digital filter algorithms to filter the signal again. Finally using double-loop PID control scheme to control motor precisely. Both DSP algorithm and program are implemented by Model-Based Design in Matlab, according to the process of model-simulation-code generation, this rotary inverted pendulum realizes the function of pendulum inverted and rotated. Experiments show this system has a stable and rapid transient process, possesses good stability and resisting disturbance.

Due to the considerable increase of electronic power processing devices in various segments of industry it becomes necessary to control and limit the current harmonic content injected into the distribution systems through the development of pre-regulator converters. In this context, this paper presents an analysis of a hybrid three-phase rectifier developed for power factor correction to be used as an utility interface of power electronics converters. The proposed structure is composed of an ordinary three-phase six-pulse diode-bridge rectifier (Graetz Bridge) with a parallel connection of single-phase SEPIC converters in each threephase rectifier leg. The main feature of the proposed structure is the power sharing technique which assures robustness, cost reduction and high reliability. In this work, is presented a complete discussion about the controlled rectifier s power contribution and also a complete analysis concerning the total harmonic distortion of current. Mathematical modeling analysis using state variables is presented. Experimental results of 5 kW laboratory prototype using DSP-based control technique are presented in order to corroborate with the theoretical analysis.
Devido ao considerável aumento dos dispositivos eletrônicos que processam potência nos vários segmentos da indústria, torna-se necessário controlar e limitar o conteúdo harmônico de corrente injetado nos sistemas de distribuição através do desenvolvimento de conversores pré-reguladores. Neste contexto, este trabalho apresenta uma análise do retificador híbrido trifásico desenvolvido para correção do fator de potência, que será utilizado como uma interface para conversores eletrônicos. A estrutura proposta é composta por um retificador trifásico de seis pulsos (Ponte de Graetz) com uma conexão em paralelo de conversores SEPIC monofásicos com cada braço do retificador trifásico. A principal característica da estrutura proposta é a técnica de divisão de processamento de potência que garante robustez, redução de custos e alta confiabilidade. Neste trabalho, é apresentada uma discussão completa sobre a contribuição de potência dos retificadores controlados e também uma análise completa sobre a distorção harmônica total de corrente. Uma análise por modelagem matemática utilizando variáveis de estado é apresentada. Resultados experimentais para um protótipo de laboratório de 5 kW utilizando uma técnica de controle baseada em DSP são apresentados, corroborando com a análise teórica.

Abstract:
This study was a step forward in modeling, simulation and microcontroller implementation of a high performance control algorithm for the motor of a blood pump. The rotor angle is sensed using three Hall effect sensors and an algorithm is developed to obtain better angular resolution from the three signals for better discrete-time updates of the controller. The performance of the system was evaluated in terms of actual and reference speeds, stator currents and power consumption over a range of reference speeds up to 4000 revolutions per minute. The use of fewer low cost Hall effect sensors compared to expensive high resolution sensors could reduce the cost of blood pumps for total artificial hearts.

Therefore in this part abilities and settings of the controller along with developped control algorithm are described. Reached results of measurement are then presented and in the conclusion they are evaluated.

This thesis deals with control of three phase inverter as three phase sinusoidal voltage source for UPS application. Thesis is split to two parts, teoretical and practical. Teoretical part deals with three phase inverter topology analysis according requirement of neutral line wire and possibilities of generating sinusoidal PWM in depend of topology. There are also analysed properties of contorled system and designed 3 regulation methods with simulations. Second part of thesis deals with realisation of sinusoidal power source with inverter borrowed by Elcom company. To inverter control is used digital signal controler TMS320F28335 with implemented control algorithms. There are also presented the measurement results of the prototype of power source. In conclusion, simulation results are compared with measurements and achieved results are summarized.
