Abstract Abstract 622 Background: Veltuzumab is a 2nd-generation humanized anti-CD20 monoclonal antibody with structure-function differences from rituximab, and evidence of higher potency preclinically (Goldenberg et al., Blood. 113(5):1062–70, 2008). In non-Hodgkin lymphoma (NHL), subcutaneous (SC) injections of low-dose veltuzumab were well-tolerated and demonstrated high activity (Negrea et al., Haematologica. 96:567–73, 2011), comparable to that achieved by intravenous infusions (Morschhauser et al., J Clin Oncol. 2009;27:3346–53). Fractures of the proximal femur in elderly patients are one of the most severe complications of osteoporosis, being a serious public health problem, causing significant economic damage, and also lead to a high level of mortality among patients at the inpatient and outpatient levels. The results of treatment and a high mortality rate in this group of victims are directly dependent on the organization of medical care in this category of patients.Research objective: to assess the incidence of death, within 12 months from the moment of injury, in residents of Almaty over the age of 60 who had a fr

A theory of the semidirect product of categories and the derived category of a category morphism is presented. In order to include division (≺) in this theory, the traditional setting of these constructions is expanded to include relational arrows. In this expanded setting, a relational morphism φ : M → N of categories determines an optimal decomposition [Formula: see text] where [Formula: see text] denotes semidirect product and D(φ) is the derived category of φ.The theory of the semidirect product of varieties of categories, V * W, is developed.
