Full textTime has become a daily concern for adults and the possibilities of what to do with it –if the day had more hours– are an unreachable dream. The hurried lifestyle that comes with having a daily routine between work, studies and home, leaves the human being in an endless loop of events that only make them more stressed. So how do we transform those lives that normally are reactive to change? The path to self-knowledge and personal balance is only possible through movement, relaxation and mindful eating. Nowadays, the companies in our country that offer options to lead a healthy and active life, focus on traditional activities located in a establishment with standard exercises. This research aims to discover the preferences of a training that integrates the physical, mental and mindful eating area from an online platform so that users can access the workshops wherever they are and whenever they want. For this purpose, it was designed a mixed methodology, through the quantitative technique (survey and MVP) and qualitative (semi-structured interview) to an audience of Lima residents between 25 and 35 years old, in order to validate the viability of the project. The results showed that the project responds to the demand of the proposed digital workshops; but it also leaves us the constant challenge of adding other workshops according to the tren and preference in order to the same philosophy of the project

Abstract: Patients with breast cancer suffer from pain originated from neoplasia and for their surgical treatment, mastectomy. Mastectomy is a very aggressive surgical procedure that often causes central sensitization due to repeated stimuli to the peripheral nociceptors, leading consequently to neuropathic pain. Looking for comfort and quality during surgery and recovery of these patients, it is necessary to use an appropriate analgesic protocol considering the level of the pain which the patient is subjected, considering both disease and the procedure. Opioids are presented as a good alternative, since they have potent analgesic activity and hemodynamic stability during maintenance of anesthesia as well as they decrease the required dose of propofol for maintenance. There are few studies involving the use of total intravenous anesthesia with propofol associated with continuous infusion of opioid analgesics, as well as other analgesic techniques for mastectomy in dogs. Therefore, studies are needed to evaluate the analgesic effectiveness of opioids both during surgery and in the postoperative period and its influence on propofol requirement for the maintenance of anesthesia, providing pain relief and reducing the volume of anesthetic used during surgery. Opioids are presented as a good alternative, since they have potent analgesic activity and hemodynamic stability during maintenance of anesthesia as well as they decrease the required dose of propofol for maintenance. The research was divided into two stages. The first evaluated and compared the association of fentanyl, alfentanil, sufentanil and remifentanil with propofol for unilateral mastectomy in dogs. The second evaluated and compared the association of fentanyl, ketamine and lidocaine or high ropivacaine and morphine epidural with propofol for unilateral mastectomy in dogs. When compared with fentanyl infusion, the infusion of sufentanil and alfentanil reduced propofol application. Sufentanil, alfentanil and remifentanil have reduced the propofol requirement earlier, indicating the possibility of avoiding a loading dose. The remifentanil was associated with lower pain scores during the first 24 hours after surgery when compared to fentanyl and alfentanil. No difference was observed in the propofol requirement using cranial morphine ropivacaine epidural analgesia or continuous intravenous infusion of remifentanil, ketamine and lidocaine in dogs underwent mastectomy. However, the anesthetic recovery was faster and the application of analgesic rescues was lower when used intravenous technique. Keywords: TIVA, pain, mastectomy, dog, analgesy,
