The article is about ethnic history and ethnogenesis of Highlanders of Southern Uzbekistan and Kungrats most of which lived in Surkhan Oasis. One of the tribes which lived in the end of XIX — beginning of XX centuries is named Tokchi. It is regarded as one of ethnical groups of Uzbeks, and its name ‘tokchi’ means ‘Highlanders’. Their place of living was mountains and submontane regions, that is why they were called ‘Highlanders’. Highlanders by their status were after Chagatay and Kungrats.

The genus Asteralobia (Diptera, Cecidomyiidae, Asphondyliini, Schizomyiina) was erected by Kovalev (1964) based on the presence of constrictions on the cylindrical male flagellomeres. In the present study, we examine the morphological features of Asteralobia and Schizomyia and found that the male flagellomeres are constricted also in Schizomyiagaliorum, the type species of Schizomyia. Because no further characters clearly separating Asteralobia from Schizomyia were observed, we synonymize Asteralobia under Schizomyia. U ovom radu je predstavljeno proširenje klasičnog modela tokova snaga sa ciljem da se uvaži efekat udaljene regulacije napona. Udaljena regulacija napona podrazumeva da se u svakoj zoni elektroenergetskog sistema definiše po jedan pilot čvor u kome se reguliše napon tako što se menjaju proizvodnje reaktivnih snaga generatora u datoj zoni. Proširenje klasičnog modela tokova snaga se sastoji u uvođenju dva nova tipa čvorova: PQV i P. Abstract We analyzed the seismic waves of the 1994 Sanriku-Haruka-Oki earthquake (Mw = 7.7), which occurred in the aftershock area of the 1968 Tokachi-Oki earthquake (Mw = 8.2). Applying a multiple-time window inversion scheme to near-source strong-motion data, we obtained a detailed spatiotemporal rupture process and compared it with that of the Tokachi-Oki earthquake.
