Abstract:
In the framework of the H2020 INDIGO-DataCloud project, we have implemented an advanced solution for the automatic deployment of digital data repositories based on Invenio, the digital library framework developed by CERN. Exploiting cutting-edge technologies, such as Docker and Apache Mesos, and standard specifications to describe application architectures such as TOSCA, we are able to provide a service that simplifies the process of creating and managing repositories of various digital assets using cloud resources. An Invenio-based repository consists of a set of services (e.g. database, message queue, cache, workers and frontend) that need to be properly installed, configured and linked together. These operations, along with the provisioning of the resources and their monitoring and maintenance, can be challenging for individual researchers or small-to-moderate-sized research groups. To this purpose, the INDIGO-DataCloud platform provides advanced features for orchestrating the deployment of complex virtual infrastructures on distributed cloud environments: it is able to provision the required resources automatically over heterogeneous and/or hybrid cloud infrastructures and to configure them automatically ensuring dynamic elasticity and resilience. This approach has been successfully adapted to support the needs of the researchers and scholars in the domain of the Digital Arts and Humanities.

Abstract:
LBA1 Background: Since 2004, 6 months (m) of oxaliplatin (oxali)-based treatment has been the standard of care as adjuvant therapy for stage III CC. Since oxali is associated with cumulative neurotoxicity, shorter duration of adjuv therapy could spare pts toxicity and lead to substantial saving in health expenditures. Methods: A prospective, pre-planned pooled analysis of 6 concurrently conducted randomized phase III trials (SCOT, TOSCA, Alliance/SWOG 80702, IDEA France (GERCOR/PRODIGE), ACHIEVE, HORG) was performed to evaluate the non-inferiority (NI) of 3m compared with 6m (ref) of adjuv FOLFOX/XELOX. The primary endpoint was disease-free survival (DFS), defined as time from enrolment to relapse, 2nd CRC, and death (all causes). NI was to be declared if the 2-sided 95% confidence interval (CI) for DFS hazard ratio (HR 3m v 6m) estimated by a stratified Cox model was below 1.12. NI was examined within regimen and stage subgroups as pre-planned. Results: The analysis included 12,834 pts from 12 countries, accrued from 6/07 to 12/15. Stage distribution: 13% T1-2, 66% T3, 21% T4; 28% N2; 40% received XELOX. G3+ neurotoxicity was higher in the 6m v 3m arm (16 v 3% FOLFOX, 9 v 3% XELOX, p<0.0001). With a median follow-up of 39 mos, 3263 DFS events were observed. Overall, the 3 year DFS rate was 74.6% (3m) and 75.5% (6m), with estimated DFS HR of 1.07 (95%CI, 1.00-1.15). The 3m v 6m DFS HRs were 1.16 (95%CI, 1.06-1.26) and 0.95 (95% CI, 0.85-1.06) for FOLFOX and XELOX treated pts, respectively. The 3m v 6m DFS HRs were 1.01 (95%CI, 0.90-1.12) in T1-3 N1, and 1.12 (95%CI, 1.03-1.23) for T4 or N2 pts. Conclusions: While NI was not established for the overall cohort, NI of 3m v 6m oxali-based adjuv therapy was supported for XELOX. As each IDEA trial treated varying proportions of pts with XELOX (0 to 75%), the regimen interaction likely produced the differential outcomes observed between individual studies. Certain substages (T1-3 N1) also showed NI for 3m v 6m. These data provide a framework for discussions on risks and benefits of individualized adjuv therapy approaches. Abstract:
This study aims to explore and analyze the TOSA (Test of Standard Arabic) questions as an instrument to measure the Arabic language competence of students at IAIN Surakarta. This research uses a qualitative approach. The results of the study showed: 1) TOSA was prepared using an integrative, communicative and pragmatic approach; 2) TOSA is a type of standard test used to measure the Arabic language competency testee, not the testee's mastery of the material that has been taught; 3) TOSA competency standard refers to CEFR (Common European Framework of Reference for Language) according to its part, so fahmu al-masmu 'is equivalent to A1-C1 CEFR, fahmu at-tarakib al-lughawiyyah is equivalent to A1-B2 CEFR, and fahmu al-maqru' is equivalent to A1-C1 CEFR.

Abstract:
Abstract. Carboniferous siliciclastic and silicic magmatic rocks from the Santa Susana–São Cristovão and Cabrela regions contain valuable information regarding the timing of synorogenic processes in SW Iberia. In this region of the Ossa-Morena Zone (OMZ), late Carboniferous terrigenous strata (i.e., the Santa Susana Formation) unconformably overlie early Carboniferous marine siliciclastic deposits alternating with volcanic rocks (i.e., the Toca da Moura volcano-sedimentary complex). Lying below this intra-Carboniferous unconformity, the Toca da Moura volcano-sedimentary complex is intruded and overlain by the Baleizão porphyry. Original sensitive high-resolution ion microprobe (SHRIMP) and laser ablation inductively coupled plasma mass spectrometry (LA-ICP-MS) U–Pb zircon are presented in this paper, providing chronostratigraphic and provenance constraints since available geochronological information is scarce and only biostratigraphic ages are currently available for the Santa Susana–São Cristovão region. Our findings and the currently available detrital zircon ages from Paleozoic terranes of SW Iberia (Pulo do Lobo Zone – PLZ – South Portuguese Zone – SPZ – and OMZ) were jointly analyzed using the K–S test and multidimensional scaling (MDS) diagrams to investigate provenance. The marine deposition is constrained to the age range of ca. 335–331 Ma (Visean) by new U–Pb data for silicic tuffs from the Toca da Moura and Cabrela volcano-sedimentary complexes. The Baleizão porphyry, intrusive in the Toca da Moura volcano-sedimentary complex, yielded a crystallization age of ca. 318 Ma (Bashkirian), providing the minimum age for the overlying intra-Carboniferous unconformity. A comparison of detrital zircon populations from siliciclastic rocks of the Cabrela and Toca de Moura volcano-sedimentary complexes of the OMZ suggests that they are derived from distinct sources more closely associated with the SPZ and PLZ than the OMZ. Above the intra-Carboniferous unconformity, the Santa Susana Formation is the result of the recycling of distinct sources located either on the Laurussian side (SPZ and PLZ) or Gondwanan side (OMZ) of the Rheic suture zone. The best estimate of the crystallization age of a granite cobble which was found in a conglomerate from the Santa Susana Formation yielded ca. 303 Ma (Kasimovian–Gzhelian), representing the maximum depositional age for the terrestrial strata. The intra-Carboniferous unconformity seems to represent a stratigraphic gap of approximately 12–14 Myr, providing evidence of the rapid post-accretion and collision uplift of the Variscan orogenic belt in SW Iberia (i.e., the OMZ, PLZ, and SPZ).

Abstract:
The success of Lutathera™ ([177Lu]Lu-DOTA-TATE) in the NETTER-1 clinical trial as a peptide receptor radionuclide therapy (PRRT) for somatostatin receptor expressing (SSTR) neuroendocrine tumours (NET) is likely to increase the demand for patient stratification by positron emission tomography (PET). The current gold standard of gallium-68 radiolabelled somatostatin analogues (e.g., [68Ga]Ga-DOTA-TATE) works effectively, but access is constrained by the limited availability and scalability of gallium-68 radiopharmaceutical production. The aim of this review is three-fold: firstly, we discuss the peptide library design, biological evaluation and clinical translation of [18F]fluoroethyltriazole-βAG-TOCA ([18F]FET-βAG-TOCA), our fluorine-18 radiolabelled octreotide; secondly, to exemplify the potential of the 2-[18F]fluoroethylazide prosthetic group and copper-catalysed azide-alkyne cycloaddition (CuAAC) chemistry in accessing good manufacturing practice (GMP) compatible radiopharmaceuticals; thirdly, we aim to illustrate a framework for the translation of similarly radiolabelled peptides, in which in vivo pharmacokinetics drives candidate selection, supported by robust radiochemistry methodology and a route to GMP production. It is hoped that this review will continue to inspire the development and translation of fluorine-18 radiolabelled peptides into clinical studies for the benefit of patients.

Abstract:
Assim, com o objetivo de identificar similaridades e diferenças nesses comportamentos, bem como promover uma correlação entre os sítios datados desse período, realizou-se um levantamento de dados na bibliografia disponível, na documentação antiga relativa aos sítios e em observações diretas nos conjuntos arqueológicos, o que levou ao estabelecimento de um quadro preliminar cronocultural do Holoceno antigo no sudeste do Piauí.ARCHAEOLOGICAL CONTEXT OF THE PARAGUAYTOUCH AND ANCIENT HOLOCENE OCCUPATIONS IN SOUTHEAST PIAUÍ, BRAZIL ABSTRACTThe Paraguaio rockshelter, as well as a set of twelve other sites dated to the Early Holocene and located in Serra da Capivara National Park in the southeast of Piauí, present cultural assemblages that attest to a multiplicity of archaic behaviors between 12 and 8 Kyr BP. Thus, in order to identify similarities and differences in these behavioral aspects, as well as to promote a correlation between the different sites on the southeastern border of the Parnaíba Basin, a data collection was done in the available bibliography, in the old documentation related to the sites and through direct observations in the archaeological records, which led to the establishment of an Early Holocene chronocultural preliminary framework for the southeast of PiauíKeywords: Early Holocene; Paraguaio rockshelter; Holocene Cultures; Lithic Industry; Rock-art; Funerary behavior

Abstract:

 Abstract

The work presented here is caracterized by a exploratory study over ecovillages, related to their practices and to a possible analitical interpretation based on the sustainability subject. It had as a main objective the development of a analitical framework to the sustainability of ecovillages in brazilian context. Thus, this study had been based in a theorical-conceptual reserch and in a case study – Ecoovila 1 – located in Porto Alegre, Brazil. The sustainability framework was constructed from the contribuitions of discussions about sustainable development (Ignacy Sachs), about solidarity economy (França Filho e Santana Júnior) and about the ecovillages practices (Jackson e Svenson), forming a synthesis-frame. As result, it was noticed that the studied experience dos not fit, presently, in all dimensions of sustainability as proposed in the framework. It represents, however, a significative case to the comprehension of the theme under discussion.

Abstract:
Numerous scholars have adopted a Gramscian framework when analyzing the Zapatistas and Subcommander Marcos. Some, however, have gone beyond the evidence, claiming that Marcos was influenced by Gramsci. Inspection of the Subcommander’s discourse provides no proof that he has been directly influenced by the Sardinian; instead, indigenous thought and practice appear more influential in having shaped Marcos’s political philosophy. Marcos’s independence from Gramsci distances him from other contemporary Central American guerrillas and has wider implications concerning the timing and extent of Gramsci’s diffusion in Mexico. Gramsci did, however, contribute to an atmosphere of “antiauthoritarian eclecticism” among the Latin American new left from which Marcos emerged.
