(1) Background: Physician rating websites (PRWs) are a rich resource of information where individuals learn other people response to various health problems. The current study aims to investigate and analyze the people top concerns and sentiment dynamics expressed in physician online reviews (PORs). (2) Methods: Text data were collected from four U.S.-based PRWs during the three time periods of 2018, 2019 and 2020. Based on the dynamic topic modeling, hot topics related to different aspects of healthcare were identified. Following the hybrid approach of aspect-based sentiment analysis, the soc

A comprehensive effort was undertaken to identify articles demonstrating chemical hormesis. Nearly 4000 potentially relevant articles were retrieved from preliminary computer searches utilizing various keyword descriptors and extensive cross-referencing. A priori evaluation criteria were established including study design features (e.g., number of doses, dose range), statistical analysis, and reproducibility of results. Evidence of chemical hormesis was judged to have occurred in approximately 350 of the 4000 studies evaluated. Chemical hormesis was observed in a wide range of taxonomic groups

A pulpectomy is the treatment of choice for pulpally involved primary teeth. Pulp therapy prevents the premature loss of primary teeth which could result in loss of arch length, an altered pathway of the eruption of primary teeth, development of aberrant habits. It also restores the dentition to a functional state. Endoflas is a newer obturation material which has a proven clinical success rate. There are various obturation techniques available in the literature. Lolitrem B and epoxy-janthitrem residues were found in the fat of sheep grazing wild-type and AR37 endophyte-infected pastures, respectively. Epoxy-janthitrems were also detected in the milk of cows grazing AR37 pastures. In order to give preliminary information on the possibility that these endophyte toxins could pose a threat to human health, a 3-week toxicological trial has been conducted in mice. The results of this experiment suggest that, at the levels found in food, the endophyte toxins are unlikely to cause any safety concern. Keywords: lolitrem, epoxy-janthitrem, endophyte, AR37, fat,

BACKGROUND Study of ossification of carpal bones in children indicates the level of structural maturity and age estimation. For the assessment of skeletal maturity in children, radiologists often use hand and wrist radiograph because of low level of radiation. Carpals are the most commonly used bones for determining the age of a child. We wanted to study the appearance of ossification centers in the carpal bones in age group of 3 - 14 years. Curcumin, the primary bioactive component isolated from turmeric, has been shown to possess variety of biologic functions including anti-cancer activity. However, meticulous mechanism of the curcumin in gall bladder cancer has not been explored yet. Therefore, in our study, we elucidated the mechanism of the anticancer action of curcumin against human gall bladder cancer cells. It was found that the curcumin treated GBC cells decreased cell viability in a dose and time-dependent manner.
