Abstract:

Salvet Lufti Tozan was a Turkish subject of Bosnian origin, bi-lingual in Serbian and Turkish, speaking French fluently. He has a dynamic character. All his life he appears to have been attracted by revolution and intrigue. Prior to and after the outbreak of Second World War, several members of British Embassy in Ankara, frequently were guests at the Tozan property, among them Commander Wolfson who enlisted Tozan’s support in the provision of naval and other intelligence. During the Second World War, Tozan was one of the most important Special Operation Executive’s agents in Balkans. Our paper aim is to present his activity and specially his contacts with Iuliu Maniu.

En esta experiencia los cuerpos se detienen, huelen, tocan, son tocados, sienten y se toman su tiempo para degustar. Afloró, entonces, una especie de necesidad de los alimentos de ser vividos, ellos nos toman para que pase algo con ellos y con nosotros, los investigadores. La experimentación se sustenta en la investigación-creación con artes, la misma que posibilitó delinear una imagen sensorial y sensible de la investigación.

Abstract:

The Topan Pakis Hotel Malang building has a building area of ± 1,600 m2 consisting of 4 floors, which is located on Jalan Raya Pakis Kembar, Pakis, Kota Malang. having a strategic location close to Abdul Rahman Saleh Airport, the land is very suitable to be built by a hotel. The purpose of this thesis is to plan upper structure that is safe and efficient in cost. Data needed is location plans, shop drawings of the building, and HSP Malang 2019. building modeling use the AutoCAD program. Planning of the upper structure which includes beams, columns, and plates refers to SNI 2847: 2013. And then the loads refers to PPIUG 1983. The quality of concrete used is 30 MPa for columns and 25 MPa for beams and plates, while the quality of rebar steel used is 400 MPa for columns and 240 MPa for beams and plates. SAP 2000 v14 application is used to calculate the force in a building. The calculation of the budget plan refers to the results of the upper structure planning. The results of this Hotel Topan Building planning are 12 cm plate thickness using Ø13 rebar steel, beam dimensions are 25/40 cm using D22 and D25 rebar steel, Ø10 stirrup, column dimensions 40/50 cm using D25 rebar steel and Ø10 stirrup. The calculation of the upper structure budget plan obtained value of Rp. 3,411,000,000.

Abstract:

The existence of thermal energy in Tosan Aji recorded with a measuring instrument with an image output (visual) is one learning medium that helps the sense of view. In a Tosan Aji made of iron and steel, metal materials and prestige materials are believed to be stored thermal energy suspected to be a store when creating and forging materials, and other techniques have not been revealed. In the process, heat transfer occurs, called heat transfer, which can be analyzed from engineering disciplines that learn how to generate heat, use heat, change heat, and move heat. Tosan Aji thermal measurements using FLIR Infrared Camera instrument is an infrared camera whose results show images/visualization of thermal gradations of objects caught by the camera. With the method of treatment in the absence of conduction, convection, radiation, and the thermal condition of space, Tosan Aji has a thermal condition of 31.3 to 34.0 degrees Celsius. Unlike other metal objects, sickle and lower crowbar. Thermal distribution on blades and blades in “warangka” is different.

Abstract:

Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mendapatkan perumusan terbaik betung rebung dan ikan toman dalam membuat bakso. Penelitian ini menggunakan acak lengkap desain terdiri dari lima perawatan dan setiap perlakuan diulang tiga kali. Perawatan yang dilakukan adalah RT1 (betung rebung dan ikan toman 10:90), RT2 (betung rebung dan ikan toman 20:80), RT3 (betung rebung dan ikan toman 30:70), RT4 (betung rebung dan toman ikan 40: 60), RT5 (betung rebung dan toman ikan 50: 50). Data dianalisis statistik menggunakan Anova, diikuti oleh darichristin baru beberapa berbagai tes (DNMRT) pada tingkat 5%. Hasilnya menunjukkan bahwa perlakuan terbaik adalah RT1 (betung rebung dan ikan toman 10:90) dengan kelembaban konten 63.72%, ash content 1,53%, protein content 11.65%, lemak konten 3.66%, serat kasar content 0,98%.

Abstract:

ABSTRACTThis research was conducted to find out how the level of profit and how much added value and profit from the business of gambir sap as a clothing dye in Toman Village, Babat Toman District, Musi Banyuasin Regency. This research was conducted in Babat Toman District, Musi Banyuasin Regency from January to March 2022. The research method used is a case study. The sampling method used was purposive sampling, where in the study 1 gambir farmer had the widest gambir farm, which was 5 ha of gambir farming in Babat Toman District, Musi Banyuasin Regency. The data collection method used in this study was direct observation and interviews with respondents using a tool list in the form of a list of questions that had been prepared in advance and data obtained from related institutions that were related to this research. The data processing method used was descriptive qualitative and quantitative analysis, then to calculate the profit the profit formula and profit level were used. The results showed that: 1) The level of profit from the business of gambir sap as a clothing dye in Toman Village, Babat Toman District, Musi Banyuasin Regency was 6.1; 2) The added value of gambir sap is Rp. 437.500/kg (8.33%) with a large profit of Rp. 43.7443.75/kg from the gambir sap business in Toman Village, Babat Toman District, Musi Banyuasin Regency; and 3) The added value of dyes is Rp.159,850/liter (2.85%) with a large profit of Rp.159,790/liter from the dyestuff business in Toman Village, Babat Toman District, Musi Banyuasin Regency. ABSTRAKPenelitian ini dilaksanakan untuk mengetahui bagaimana tingkat keuntungan dan berapa besar nilai tambah serta keuntungan dari usaha getah gambir sebagai pewarna pakaian Desa Toman Kecamatan Babat Toman Kabupaten Musi Banyuasin. Penelitian ini dilaksanakan di Kecamatan Babat Toman Kabupaten Musi Banyuasin pada bulan Januari sampai dengan Maret 2022. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah studi kasus (case study). Metode penarikan contoh yang digunakan adalah dengan cara sengaja (purposive sampling), dimana dalam penelitian 1 petani gambir yang mempunyai usaha tani gambir yang terluas, yaitu sebesar 5 ha usahatani gambir yang ada di Kecamatan Babat Toman Kabupaten Musi Banyuasin. Metode pengumplan data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah observasi dan wawancara langsung kepada responden dengan menggunakan alat bantu berupa daftar pertanyaan yang telah dipersiapkan sebelumnya serta data-data yang didapat dari lembaga- lembaga terkait yang ada hubungannya dengan penelitian ini. Metode pengolahan data yang digunakan analisis deskriptif kualitatif dan kuantitatif, selanjutnya untuk menghitung keuntungan digunakan rumus keuntungan dan tingkat keuntungan. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa: 1) Tingkat keuntungan dari usaha getah gambir sebagai pewarna pakaian di Desa Toman Kecamatan Babat Toman Kabupaten Musi Banyuasin sebesar 6,1; 2) Besar nilai tambah getah gambir sebesar Rp.437.500/kg (8,33%) dengan besar keuntungan Rp.43.7443,75/kg dari usaha getah gambir di Desa Toman Kecamatan Babat Toman Kabupaten Musi Banyuasin; dan 3) Besar nilai tambah zat pewarna sebesar Rp.159.850/liter (2,85%) dengan besar keuntungan Rp.159.790/liter dari usaha zat pewarna di Desa Toman Kecamatan Babat Toman Kabupaten Musi Banyuasin.

Abstract:

Angin topan adalah pusaran angin kencang yang terjadi disebabkan oleh perbedaan tekanan dalam suatu sistem cuaca. Tujuan yang ingin dicapai dari penelitian ini adalah (1) mengetahui pengaruh kecepatan angin, jari-jari baling-baling dan waktu putar terhadap besarnya frekuensi bunyi yang dihasilkan. (2) Untuk mengetahui Bagaimana system kerja dari alat praktikum pendeteksi angin topan sederhana. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode eksperimen, dimana baling-baling akan berputar ketika ada sumber angin. Dari putaran tersebut akan menggerakkan dinamo yang nantinya akan diubah menjadi energi listrik sehingga menghasilkan arus, dan arus tersebut di salurkan ke alarm sehingga alarm itu dapat berbunyi. Teknik analisis yang digunakan untuk mengetahui hubungan besar tegangan dan besar lilitan terhadap kecepatan putar adalaha analisis regresi linier. Semakin besar kecepatan angin dan baling-baling yang digunakan frekuensi bunyi alarm akan semakin besar. Sedangkan waktu putar yang semakin besar menyebabkan frekuensi semakin kecil. Garis regresi besar kecepatan sumber terhadap frekuensi bunyi berupa garis regresi positif linier dengan persamaan y = 1,6 X + 4,6 dan R2= 0,9552. Garis regresi jari-jari baling-baling terhadap frekuensi bunyi berupa garis regresi positif linier dengan persamaan y = 1, 1677 X 4,6108 dan R2 = 0,9995. Garis regresi waktu putar baling-baling terhadap frekuensi bunyi berupa garis regresi positif linier negatif dengan persamaan y = -0,0025 X + 9,533 dan R2 = 0,75. Sistem kerja dari alat praktikum pendeteksi angin topan sederhana yaitu Sistem kerja dari alat praktikum pendeteksi angin topan sederhana yaitu Ujung dinamo di kasih baling-baling atau barang yang dapat berputar saat tertiup angin. Baling-baling yang terdapat pada ujung dinamo tersebut akan berputar tanpa menggunakan tegangan atau beda potensial. Sehingga pada dinamo menghasilkan arus. Dan arus tadi disalurkan ke Alarm. Abstract:

This study aims to identify ectoparasites and determine the incidence of parasites in Toman fish that are kept in wooden cages in Muara Dua Village, Seruyan Hilir District, Seruyan Regency. The method of this research is the sampling of Toman fish (Channa micropeltes) as many as 60 fish taken from three cages where fish are kept using the survey method. Each fish was observed on the fins, skin and gills and compared the results with the identification key book. From the results of research on Toman fish originating from Muara Dua Village, it was found that 4 types of ectoparites that infested Toman fish were as follows: Ticodina sp, Dactylogrus sp, Oodinium sp, and Ichtyoptirius multifilis and predilection or sites of attack of ectoprasites including fins, skin, and gills with a level value of The incidence of ectoprasites ranges from 42-68%, including in the common and frequent categories.

Ikan toman, Channa micropeltes adalah ikan asli Kalimantan yang menghuni sungai dan rawa. Ikan toman adalah ikan asli Asia dan banyak ditemukan di sungai, perairan tenang, rawa, sawah, dan danau. Ikan Toman berdaging putih, mudah dipisahkan dari kuli dan tulangnya, berdaging tebal, kandungan proteinnya tinggi, selalu tersedia dan harganya murah sehingga dapat diolah menjadi beragam i0ahan diantaranya adalah bakso. Bakso ikan toman yang tinggi kandungan proteinnya dicoba ditambahkan wortel yang kaya akanprovitamin A yang baik untuk Kesehatan mata. Hasil dari penelitian imenunjukkan penambahan wortel pada bakso ikan toman yang terbaik terhadap kualitas bakso ikan toman (Channa micropeltes) berdasarkan hasil uji organoleptik yaitu perlakuan B dengan penambahan wortel sebanyak 10%, hasil uji hedonik spesifikasi kenampakan diperoleh nilai 7.1 (suka), spesifikasi bau diperoleh nilai 6.7 (agak suka), pada spesifikasi rasa diperoleh nilai 7.15 (suka), spesifikasi tekstur diperoleh nilai 7.2 (suka) dan pada spesifikasi warna diperoleh nilai 7.45 (suka), maka dapat diambil kesimpulan bahwa produk bakso ikan toman (Channa micropeltes) dengan penambahan wortel (Daucus carrota) dapat diterima oleh panelis Toman fish, Channa micropeltes is a fish native to Borneo that inhabits rivers and swamps. Toman fish is native to Asia and is widely found in rivers, calm waters, swamps, rice fields, and lakes. Toman fish is white-fleshed, easily separated from coolies and bones, thick fleshy, high protein content, always available and cheap so that it can be processed into a variety of meatballs. Toman fish meatballs that are high in protein content are tried to add carrots which are rich in provitamin A which is good for eye health. The results of the study showed that the addition of carrots to toman fish balls was the best for the quality of toman fish balls (Channa micropeltes) based on organoleptic test results, namely treatment B with the addition of carrots as much as 10%, The results of the hedonic test of the appearance specification obtained a value of 7.1 (like), the smell specification obtained a value of 6.7 (somewhat like), the taste specification obtained a value of 7.15 (like), the texture specification obtained a value of 7.2 (like) and the color specification obtained a value of 7.45 (like), it can be concluded that the toman fish meatball product (Channa micropeltes) with the addition of carrots (Daucus carrota) can be accepted by the panelists.Keywords: Toman Fish, Carrot, Meatballs, Protein Organoleptic

Subjek penelitian adalah 30 ekor mencit putih (Mus musculus L.) galur Swiss Webster jantan, umur 4-10 minggu, berat badan 20-35 gram yang dibagi menjadi 5 kelompok: kontrol positif (K1), kelompok kontrol negatif (K2), kelompok mencit yang diberikan dosis minyak ikan toman sebanyak 5% (K3), kelompok mencit yang diberikan dosis minyak ikan toman sebanyak 10% (K4) dankelompok mencit yang diberikan dosis minyak ikan toman sebanyak 20% (K5) masing-masing sebanyak 6 ekor mencit. Fungsi kognitif dinilai menggunakan Uji MWM yang dilakukan sebanyak 2 kali. Pemberian minyak ikan toman selama 14 hari (p<0,05) mengurangi waktu latensi pada dosis tinggi (20%). Sementara itu, kelompok dengan dosis rendah dan sedang (5% dan 10%) tidak menunjukkan adanya pengaruh pemberian minyak ikan toman terhadap waktu latensi.Minyak ikan toman (Channa micropeltes), dosis 20% meningkatkan fungsi kognitif mencit putih (Mus Musculus L.) galur Swiss Webster jantan.

Abstract:

Hypoalbuminemia is a condition in which albumin levels are less than 3.8 g / dl. Management of hypoalbumin can be done on a high high in protein such as toman fish extract (Chana Micropetes). Toman fish extract contains globular protein which can be used as an alternative diet in increasing albumin levels. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of toman fish extract on increasing albumin levels in mencit (Mus musculus). This research is an experimental research design with Pretest-Posttest Control Group Design. Samples using Mus musculus with the criteria of male sex, body weight 25-40 grm and 2 months old. The number of samples consisted of 32 animals consisting of 2 groups, 16 control groups and 16 treatment groups. Intervention by giving toman fish extract for 14 days. Research instruments, albumin levels and observation sheets. Data were tested statistically with Independent Sample t Test. The results, this study showed the average value of albumin levels was 5.60 gr / dl in the treatment group so that an increase in albumin levels. There was a significant effect (p = 0,000 <α = 0.05) between the administration of toman fish extract to the increase in albumin levels in mencit (Mus Muculus). Conclusion, giving toman fish extract can increase albumin levels in mencit. So that toman fish extract can be used as a high-protein alternative diet for hypoalbumin sufferers.Keywords: hypoalbumin, toman fish, (Chana Micropetes).

Ikan toman (Channa micropeltes) dan ikan gabus (Channa striata) salah satu ikan ekonomi penting lokal dari perairan Kalimantan Barat yang bisa dipercaya sebagai penyembuh luka karena memiliki kandungan albumin dan protein yang tinggi. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah mengidentifikasi komposisi dari ikan toman dan ikan gabus dari Kalimantan Barat diantaranya kandungan proksimat, kalsium (Ca), zat besi (Fe) fosfor (F), asam amino dan asam lemak. Hasil dari penelitian menunjukkan bahwa ikan gabus dan ikan toman dari perairan Kalimantan Barat mempunyai potensi sebagai sumber albumin dan memiliki kandungan asam amino yang tinggi, hal ini dilihat dari hasil analisis kandungan albumin dari ikan toman sebesar 3,6147 gr/dL dan ikan gabus sebesar 3,3076 gr/dL. Hasil analisis kandungan gizi ikan toman dan ikan gabus meliputi kadar air sebesar 72,16% dan 77,84%, protein sebesar 24,75% dan 20,21%, abu sebesar 1,65% dan 1,13%, lemak sebesar 0,89% dan 0,20%, karbohidrat sebesar 0,55% dan 0,62%, kalsium (Ca) sebesar 69,0 mg/kg dan 11,04 mg/kg, fosfor (F) sebesar 0,457% dan 0,532% dan zat besi (Fe) sebesar 0,17 mg/kg dan 3,40 mg/kg. Kandungan asam lemak jenuh yang tertinggi pada ikan toman dan ikan gabus adalah kandungan asam palmitat dan kandungan asam lemak tak jenuh yang tertinggi pada ikan toman dan ikan gabus adalah asam oleat. Komposisi asam amino pada ikan toman dan ikan gabus yang diidentifikasi terdapat 16 jenis asam amino terdiri dari asam amino non esensial yaitu asam glutamate dan asam amino esensial yaitu lisin.

Ikan toman memang dikenal sebagai ikan yang mirip dengan gabus/ haruan. Ikan toman juga kurang diminati masyarakat karena rasa dagingnya yang kurang gurih dibandingkan ikan yang sejenisnya seperti gabus/haruan. Mengatasi hal ini maka dilakukan pengolahan produk ikan toman yaitu Nugget. Daging ikan toman ditambahkan pada pengolahan Nugget yang umumnya hanya dari daging giling dan daging ayam. Pada umumnya ikan toman hanya sebagai ikan konsumsi. Kemudian, dilkakukan pengolahan nugget ikan toman. Umumnya pengolahan nugget dengan penambahan tepung tapioka sebagai pengikat daging ikan dan bumbu, tetapi tekstur kurang disukai karena sangat alot, maka pada penelitian diganti dengan penambahan tepung terigu yang disubtitusikan dengan kentang. Perlakuan yang terbaik untuk organoleptic adalah pengolahan nugget dengan perbandingan ikan toman dan kentang berbanding 1:4. Kadar air nugget ikan dengan penambahan kentang memenuhi standard, karena berdasarkan SNI 7758 :2013 pesyaratan mutu nugget ikan untuk kadar air yang dikandung maksimal 60%. Red snakehead is known as a fish similar to cork / haruan. Red snakehead is also less popular with the public because of the taste of the meat that is less savory than fish of the like such as cork / haruan. Overcoming this, the processing of toman fish products is Nugget. Toman fish meat is added to nugget processing which is generally only from ground meat and chicken meat. In general toman fish only as fish consumption. Then, the processing of red snakehead nuggets. Generally processing nuggets with the addition of tapioca flour as a binder of fish meat and seasoning, but the texture is less preferred because it is very tough, so in the study replaced with the addition of wheat flour substituted with potatoes. The best treatment for organoleptics is the processing of nuggets with a ratio of red snakeheadtoman and potatoes versus 1:4. The moisture content of fish nuggets with the addition of potatoes meets the standard, because based on SNI 7758: 2013 the quality requirements of fish nuggets for the maximum water content contained are 60%

Ikan toman merupakan salah satu jenis ikan air tawar yang memiliki nilai ekonomis dan bergizi tinggi. Siomai ikan termasuk produk yang mudah mengalami kemunduran mutu mikrobiologis sehingga memiliki daya simpan yang rendah. Bubuk kayu manis berpotensi menghambat kerusakan mutu siomai karena memiliki aktivitas antibakteri. Tujuan penelitian ini untuk menentukan karakteristik mutu siomai ikan toman dengan penambahan bubuk kayu manis 1% dari berat ikan berdasarkan parameter kadar air, pH, angka lempeng total (ALT), dan organoleptik selama penyimpanan 0, 1, 2, dan 3 hari. Parameter kimiawi, mikrobiologis, dan organoleptik diamati setiap hari pada hari ke-0, 1, 2, dan 3 dengan 3 kali ulangan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa kadar air siomai ikan toman selama penyimpanan berkisar antara 54,30 – 56,62 %; pH 6,07 – 6,20; TPC 0,1×104 - 15.167×104 cfu/mL. Hasil uji organoleptik menunjukkan bahwa penerimaan panelis terhadap seluruh parameter yang diamati menurun seiring bertambahnya hari penyimpanan.

Abstract:

This research aims to answer a puzzle that has remained unanswered for decades due to the disconnection of oral stories about the facade structure of Bangsal Tosan at Pendopo Ageng Mangkunegaran Palace. This article aims to examine the appearance of the facade structure and the ornaments on it, in relation to the speculation of religious appropriation in the facade structure. The descriptive method within the constructivism paradigm is applied based on the findings of data deemed adequate for the formation of a clarificative narrative about the structure. It is called clarificative because it is an explanation of why there is a triangular structure (timpanum) and a Western-style relief on the facade, both of which are not commonly found in traditional Javanese buildings. This research produces a narrative explanation that the timpanum facade and Western-style reliefs on Pendopo Ageng of Mangkunegaran Palace were made during the time of K.G.P.A.A. Mangkunagara IV and named Bangsal Tosan. Although Western in style, the facade and ornaments are symbols of Javanese culture such as panembarama (greeting), acknowledgement of supernatural powers, and hopes for prosperity. The spectacular palace art structure is interpreted as the emergence of secular high fashion, a statement of the Mangkunegaran Palace's identity as the palace of an important person (pangeran) but not a king. This finding has the potential to change or otherwise enrich theories about the sacredness of palace buildings. Instead of practising strict and obedient social religious practices, Mangkunagara IV innovated the Tosan Ward in the Mangkunegaran Palace.
