Abstract:
The aim of this thesis is a design of an additional excavator with side shift for agricultural tractor with power from 50 to 70 kW. The excavator is controlled by a hydraulic circuit. The main element here is an independent pump with a 40l / min supply, which is driven by a gearbox using a cardan shaft. The hydraulic circuit has been designed so that the temperature of the hydraulic fluid does not exceed the allowable limit. An important role is played by the connection to the tractor where was used a modified three-point hitch. This coupling of the tractor with the frame of excavator ensures sufficient rigidity when performing excavation work. When calculating the excavation resistance, was considered the soil of the 4th class, this is hard-to-disconnect soil or clay. The calculation implies that the machine can be used with backhoe buckets up to 500 mm wide. Strength analysis of boom was performed in Ansys Workbench 2019. Safety coefficients were determined for individual components. The overall safety coefficient is equal to 1.7.

Abstract:
The purpose of my project is to determine how a multimodal/intermedial text can be used when teaching in upper secondary school. Can using a text that to some point is current in the pupils’ lives lift the interest for the specific subject? I opted to pick up Gunther Kress’ research, Diana Laurillard’s book and Christina Olin-Scheller’s work on the subject. I have used several hours of lesson planning and the lesson itself with subsequent work consisting, among other things, of three qualitative interviews to achieve my purpose. Based on a qualitative approach, I discuss the results, which show that it is in fact very uplifting. It is possible to work with multimodal/intermedial/intertextual texts, in many ways.
Syftet med denna uppsats är att undersöka hur en multimodal/intermedial text kan användas i undervisningen på gymnasienivå. Detta skall ske genom att utgå från elevernas perspektiv och referensramar, söka rätt på en aktuell text som finns i elevernas vardag och se om det blir intressant för eleverna att arbeta med en sådan text. Jag har valt att arbeta med Gunther Kress forskning, Diana Laurillards bok om ämnet och även Christina Olin-Schellers avhandling om ämnet, samt därutöver relevant och nödvändigt material för att vetenskapligt förankra begrepp och synpunkter.                       Jag har använt mig av en lektionsplanering, en utförd lektion samt tre kvalitativa intervjuer i efterarbetet av lektionen för att uppnå mitt syfte. Lektionen utspelade sig våren 2012 på en svensk gymnasieskola. Utifrån ett kvalitativt förhållningssätt diskuterar jag resultatet, vilket visar en mycket positiv respons på att hämta upp en multimodal/intermedial aktuell text från elevernas vardagsmiljö, och arbeta med denna i undervisningen.

Abstract:
The aim of this diploma thesis was determination of tractor engines oil drain interval. In theoretical chapters is described theoretical background of the field of engines lubrication and issue of use of motor oils in practice. The drain intervals were determined using a tribotechnical diagnosis of collected samples of a motor oil from tractors. The analysis of the samples were processed in a laboratory and the dominant parameters that influence the wear of the oil were detected. On the basis of the application of a trend analysis were determined the reference values of the levels of oil degradation. After taking the evaluation and discussion of the results were defined oil drain intervals for the tractors. At the end there was made an evaluation of the results and operational recommendations. The thesis includes also an economical evaluation.

Abstract:
The agricultural sector is currently highly dependent on fossil fuels, with diesel being most prominent. There are however both historical and modern alternatives that have not been subject to enough evaluation to disregard them as suitable alternative. This report aims to theoretically investigate the feasibility of converting a conventional diesel driven tractor to run on electricity, delivered via a cable connected to either the main power grid or on-site electric production, such as photovoltaic. Delivering electricity to the machine via a cable is a method with historical roots in the early 20th century and in the present day mining industry. The economic and technological potential of the technique are evaluated, along with the examination of several different motor powers, voltages, losses and construction ideas. The report finds the technique to be both possible as well as long term economically and environmentally beneficial. To realise this method however, some deviations from the present methods of agricultural farming must be made, considering the more advanced driving patterns, the limited mobility and the requirement for extra driver awareness. Furthermore, this study finds further research in this field necessary, and the construction of a functional prototype highly desirable.

Abstract:
Traction efficiency of tractors barely reaches 50 % in field operations. On the other hand, modern trends in agriculture show growth of the global tractor markets and at the same time increased demands for greenhouse gas emission reduction as well as energy efficiency due to increasing fuel costs. Engine power of farm tractors is growing at 1.8 kW per year reaching today about 500 kW for the highest traction class machines. The problem of effective use of energy has become crucial. Existing slip control approaches for tractors do not fulfil this requirement due to fixed reference set-point. The present work suggests an optimal control scheme based on set-point optimization and on assessment of soil conditions, namely, wheel-ground parameter identification using fuzzy-logic-assisted adaptive unscented Kalman filter.

Abstract:

Tractors of today come equipped with a CAN-system. A CAN-system sends information from sensors to electronic control units who process the signals. The sensors measure several interesting parameters such as force, pressure and speed for various components of the tractor. This thesis discuss a force sensor which is placed in the pivot of the tractors three point linkage, the sensor measure the horizontal reaction force from the load that the tractor is exposed to. Signals from this sensor can be used to measure the force from any implement that the tractor is exposed to during an operation. The results from this thesis can be used for research purposes, for example, to compare implements from different manufacturer or to optimize the implement settings during an operation. However, there is a problem that this thesis aimed to solve by developing a method which can be put into practice. When a constant force from an implement is acting on the three point linkage, the reaction force in the pivot of the three point linkage (where the force sensor is attached) is going to vary depending on the angel of the lower lift arm. It is not uncommon that the angel of the lower lift arm is varying, because different implement and soil require different settings on the linkage. This means that the force which is measured by the sensor may vary in size even though the actual force does not vary. To solve this problem, theoretical calculations have been performed and equations to describe the variation of the reaction force depending on the geometry have been created. The theory has also been verified by a finite element analysis and a practical verification test. The conclusions from these three parts correspond to each other. Theoretically that means by knowing the horizontal reaction force (measured by the force sensor) and the angles of the geometry on the three point linkage (can be measured with a position sensor) you can calculate the force an implement influence the tractor with. However, there is a problem which prevents this method from being completely reliable. It is only working when the impact force is completely parallel to the horizontal plane. Since many implements are being pulled to the soil (plow, cultivator, etc.) in practice there are also vertical forces affecting the tractor. This is no problem to solve in theory, but in practice this method does not compensate for the vertical force. This vertical force should be examined more carefully before the method can be used reliably in full scale.

Master’s thesis focuses on the specifics of agricultural machinery accidents. The introductory part defines agricultural machines and its basic characteristics. It also analyzes specific technical regulations that govern the use of these machines in traffic. The experimental part then describes the methodology and interprets the results of conducted experimental measurements on driving dynamics of a tractor with carried accessory. These measurements consist of a break test in straight line, evasion manoeuvre and acceleration while turning left. The focus was given to not just the acceleration values, but also to the influence of the carried accessory, the load on the front axle or the tire pressure. The analysis of the findings made compares the results with the driving dynamics of ordinary passenger cars and provides a detail dissection of the most frequent causes of agricultural machinery accidents.

The master thesis is about design and optimization of tractor front drive axle console. The first part, include the design of the new console geometry with respect of the surrounding area. After that is on the newly designed part performed a strain-stress analysis for three selected operating modes of the tractor, which have been defined based on critical operating situations. In thanks of the results of the individual states, the geometry of the component is adjusted according to meet the fatigue failure limit state. After inclusion of critical site modifications, the console design was subjected to design optimization in the ANSYS Workbench program to reduce the amount of material by 10%. The end of the work, is carried out the evaluation of these places and then the console control calculation.

The diploma thesis is focused on the development of a mathematical model of the tractor-tool set in the MSC Adams program enabling analysis of the influence of the position of the upper linkage of the three-point hitch on the load of the driving wheels during the system operation. The measured force effects are analysed with focus on the adhesion load of the drive wheels and the traction properties of the tractor. Based on the calculations made, it determines the optimal setting of the upper link of the hitch for the connected tool.

Dans certaines de ses pièces, l'auteur est-allemand Heiner Müller (1929-1995) a inséré des textes non dramatiques. D'une grande diversité quant à leurs genre et thématique et souvent à caractère hermétique, ces inserts ont la double fonction de déranger la structure de la pièce à laquelle ils sont intégrés et d'y introduire d'autres thèmes. Les inserts tendent à se relier entre eux et à d'autres textes, accentuant ainsi le caractère intertextuel de la pièce, au détriment de sa cohésion intrinsèque. La présente étude analyse trois inserts représentatifs : Herakles 2 oder die Hydra (Héraclès 2 ou l'hydre), insert narratif central de la pièce Zement (Ciment, 1972) ; Das Gefühl des Scheiterns (Le sentiment d'échec), commentaire d'auteur intégré à Traktor (Tracteur, 1974) ; et Bildbeschreibung (Paysage sous surveillance, 1984), qui oscille entre drame et prose. Ces trois textes présentent, outre une succession chronologique couvrant la période pendant laquelle Heiner Müller a pratiqué l'écriture de l'insert, une progression logique allant de l'insert qui sème le désordre au sein de la pièce, à l'insert qui la dévore, en passant par l'insert-mine qui la fragmente. A mesure que l'intégrité de la pièce est mise en péril par l'insert, celle-ci s'ouvre, non seulement à une dimension métapoétique, mais aussi, et surtout, à l'intervention du lecteur qui devient coproducteur de sens. In some of his plays, the East-German Playwright Heiner Müller (1929-1995) inserted non-dramatic texts. These inserts are extremely varied both in genre and theme and often of a hermetic nature. They are designed on the one hand to disrupt the structure of the play in which they are integrated and on the other hand to introduce further themes. These inserts tend to be linked together as well as to establish links with other texts thus accentuating the intertextual nature of the play at the expense of its intrinsic coherence. The present study analyses three emblematic inserts: Herakles 2 oder die Hydra (Herakles 2 or the hydra), a central and narrative insert of the play Zement (Cement, 1972); Das Gefühl des Scheiterns (The feeling of failure), a comment inserted by the author into Traktor (Tractor, 1974); and Bildbeschreibung (Explosion of a memory, 1984), which wavers between drama and prose. These three texts, chronologically covering the period in which Heiner Müller used inserts in his writings, show a progression starting from the havoc-spreading insert, over the textual mine which litterally fragments the play to the devouring sphinx-like insert. As fast as the insert imperils the integrity of the play, the latter opens itself both to a metapoetic dimension and, most of all, to the intervention of the reader, who then shares in the production of meaning. The political dimension, clearly essential in the whole works of Heiner Müller, remains but undergoes a deep transformation insofar as from being a sheer content to be transmitted, politics becomes an activity of the reader, who then really comes to grips with the text

The thesis focuses on the shifting mechanisms of manually shifted tractor transmissions. It provides a comprehensive overview of all significant structural nodes of the shift mechanism with an analysis of the influence of the structure on the resulting intensity of a force required for shifting. The main aim of this thesis is the design and validation of experimental equipment for measuring the force effects of the shift mechanism of a mass-produced tractor in actual operation. The design of the experimental equipment is based on a study of the used measuring technique and similar experimental equipment. The final structure is selected based on selection by the method of weighted values, taking into consideration the requirements of the structure. A functional measuring chain is designed and formed for the realization of the measurement. To evaluate the data from the technical experiment, a multibody model of the designed experimental device is created in the MSC Adams View software, through which the real parameters of the shift mechanism are obtained from the measured values. The designed experimental equipment brings the possibility of complete analysis and subsequent optimization of the tractor's shift mechanism

Diploma thesis is dealing with proposal of suitable farm implements and technologies for tractors of over 250 kW according to chosen methodologies at agricultural business AGRO Slatiny a.s. The introduction specifies a brief characteristic of selected agricultural business which is followed by a description of soil processing methods and comparison of wheeled and crawler tractors. In the next section there is a characteristic of 3 powerful tractors of over 250 kW and implements which are used by those tractors for soil preparation. Furthermore there is a specification of main objective and applied methods. The main goal was calculation of original implement's parameters in regards to work efficiency and economic evaluation. In case of unsatisfactory results the objective is to propose new implements in order to work more efficiently and have better economic results.

This master's thesis deals with the process of machining a forged connecting rod in cooperation with the company Zetor Tractors a.s. The first chapter of the thesis is focused on a detailed introduction of the company. The second chapter includes an elaborate analysis of the technical documentation and requirements concerning the making process of the subject of study, specifically the construction of the connecting rod. In the third chapter, the current production technology is discussed and described in detail. The aim of the fourth chapter is to propose an innovative technology which can be used for the production of connecting rods in the required quality. Diploma thesis deals with renovation of tractor Zetor 6911 with hand tool machining use. Theoretical part aims at historical evolution of machining and describes the hand tool machining methods. Renovation options include repair by a renovation company, yourself renovation and yourself renovation with cooperation in external company. Due to great renovation experience and technical knowledge is tractor chosen to be renovated by yourself. Complete machine renovation is very complex thus there are shown only specified examples of machine parts renovation. In the thesis there are in detail described renovation processes, including tools and hand devices. Final part includes results evaluation and costs comparation of renovation options.

This diploma thesis deals with corporate identity of a tractor manufacturer. For this purpose fictive company called Haart was created. The endeavour of this corporate identity is to make an image of a reliable company which specialises in the production of high-quality agricultural machines. This is accomplished by an orange-grey colour scheme where orange stands for living (agricultural production) and grey refers to lifeless (tractor is a machine). The final corporate identity is presented next to company stationery, merchandise, orientation graphics and web page also on the tractor designed within the pre-diploma project. For advertising graphics needs typeface Haart was created. Part of this diploma project is also the creation of a design manual. It describes all elements of Haart‘s corporate identity.

This diploma thesis is focused on compiling a computational model of the transmission of a Zetor Forterra HSX tractor in the Multibody software MSC ADAMS environment. It analyses the issue of creating gears in terms of vibration and noise. The thesis describes the creation of computational model which is used for simulation of the load conditions during tractor operation. The methodology is applied to a single-stage gearbox in which is verified. Then it is used on a model of a real tractor gearbox. The response of the input load conditions is projected during the forces in the engagement of the gears which are transmitted to the bearings.

Darbą sudaro 57 puslapiai. Darbe yra 8 paveiksliukai, 8 grafikai ir 16 lentelių. Darbo tikslas buvo išsiaiškinti kaip keičiasi sintezuotų balsių formantų energija bei daţnis, keičiant oro tankio ir oro trinties į balso trakto sieneles koeficiento dydţius. Darbe buvo MatLab ir Praat programų pagalbą ištirti: a trumpas, a ilgas, e trumpas ir e ilgas balsiai. Oro tankio dydţio keitimas buvo pasirinktas remiantis oro tankio kitimu natūraliomis sąlygomis esant -20 0C (šaltą ţiemą) ir 300C (karšta vasara). O trinties koeficiento pokytis – 7%. Tyrimo metu gauti duomenys rodo nedidelį balsių formantų energijų ir daţnių pokytį ( iki 1%). Kai kuriais atvejais išryškėja vieno formanto parametrų pokytis, kuris gali siekti iki 4%. Taigi galima sutikti, kad keičiant oro tankio dydį ir trinties koeficientą, galima neţymiai pakoreguoti sintezuojamų balsiu formantų parametrus.
Work contains 57 pages. There is 8 pictures, 8 diagrams and 16 tables. The purpose of this work was to analyze how air density and friction value influences artificial vowel‟s formant energy and frequency. MatLab was used to generate artificial vowel and Praat was used to get and analyze formants. Air density change conditions was chosen similar to natural conditions in cold winter and host summer. Friction changes because of vocal tract humidity. 7% change was taken. Test results showed 1% change in vowel formant energy and frequency. In some cases there was 4% change in vowel formant energy and frequency. We can use vocal tract parameters like air density and friction to slightly change artificial vowel‟s parameters.

This master thesis deals with the influence of the type of tractor chassis on its utility properties. For the rating were used tractors John Deere 8 – series with wheel and track chassis, equipped with the same engine and gearbox, which were carried out for laboratory and field tests. The aim of laboratory tests was the exclusion of the difference in engine power of both tractors and the aim of field tests was to evaluate the drawbar properties of tractors with a different type of chassis. The reference parameter was especially drawbar pull, further drawbar power, slip and fuel consumption. Based on the tabular and graphical elaboration of the measured values were evaluated results.
