ZusammenfassungViele trans* Personen sind im bedeutenden Maße Stigmatisierung ausgesetzt und weisen neben einer erhöhten psychischen Belastung einen hohen Substanzkonsum auf. Die Minoritätenstresstheorie verbindet Diskriminierungserfahrungen und psychische Gesundheit von stigmatisierten Minderheiten und kann somit als Erklärungsmodell für den hohen Substanzkonsum von trans* Personen dienen. Der vorliegende Beitrag widmet sich der Darstellung dieses Zusammenhangs und thematisiert nach einer Einleitung in die trans* Terminologie zunächst den aktuellen Forschungsstand zu Substanzkonsum und Minoritätenstress von trans* Personen. Unter Verwendung der Minoritätenstressperspektive werden schließlich Befunde vorgestellt, welche die Verknüpfung zwischen Stigmatisierung, psychischer Belastung und Substanzkonsum von trans* Personen aufzeigen.

Zusammenfassung Hintergrund Aufgrund von Minderheiten-stress leiden trans* Personen häufiger als cis* Personen an psychischen Störungen, jedoch nicht unbedingt auch häufiger unter schädlichem Gebrauch von psychoaktiven Substanzen. Dennoch kann die Frage der bedarfsgerechten Versorgung besonders dann komplex und relevant werden, wenn Minderheitenstress und schädlicher Konsum z. B. von Alkohol zeitgleich auftreten. Ziel der Arbeit Es soll die Diagnostik und Versorgungspraxis einer bedarfsgerechten Behandlung von trans* Menschen und die Bedeutung von möglichen Problemen bei schädlichem Substanzkonsum diskutiert werden. Material und Methoden Literaturrecherche zur Versorgungspraxis von trans* Personen im Suchthilfesystem. Exemplarische Vorstellung von Ergebnissen zum Alkohol- und Drogenkonsum aus einer klinischen Studie mit N=159 trans* Personen (European Initiative of Gender Incongruence, ENIGI), die zwischen 2007 und 2015 in Hamburg eine Behandlung gesucht und an der ENIGI-Studie teilgenommen haben. Darstellung von Wechselwirkungen zwischen Suchterkrankungen und transitionsunterstützenden Behandlungen. Ergebnisse Trans* Personen haben sowohl transitionsbezogene als auch transitionsunabhängige Bedarfe, die sich an das Gesundheitssystem richten. Hierzu zählen auch Suchtbehandlungen. Allerdings zeigen Ergebnisse aus der Hamburger ENIGI-Studie, dass der Alkoholkonsum von Trans* Personen nicht als grundsätzlich auffällig oder klinisch relevant eingestuft werden kann. Bei insgesamt 5,8% der befragten Stichprobe wurde der Alkohol- oder Drogenkonsum als schädlich oder abhängig eingestuft. Schlussfolgerungen Suchterkrankungen im Kontext von Trans* sollten im Rahmen eines integrativen und interdisziplinären Gesamtbehandlungsplans zielführend behandelt werden.

Trans*geschlechtliche Personen sind mit Herausforderungen und Erwartungen hinsichtlich ihrer geschlechtlichen Identität konfrontiert, die mit einem hohen Ausmaß an Diskriminierungen einhergehen. In der Beziehungsgestaltung mit trans*geschlechtlichen Personen ist hilfreich, ihre Erfahrungen und die daraus resultierenden Reaktionen ernst zu nehmen und zu würdigen im Sinne eines kontextsensiblen Verständnisses. Hierfür gibt der Beitrag praxisnahe Anregungen.

Abstract:
Zusammenfassung Ziel der Studie In der vorliegenden Studie sollte ein neues Messinstrument zur Erfassung sexuellen Selbstwerts in deutscher Sprache konstruiert und hinsichtlich seiner faktoriellen Struktur, Validität und Reliabilität untersucht werden. Anschließend sollte der sexuelle Selbstwert bei Trans*Personen untersucht werden. Methodik In einem ersten Schritt erfolgte die Konstruktion und Validierung an einer Bevölkerungsstichprobe (N=426; Studie 1, online), es wurden konfirmatorische Faktorenanalyse sowie statische Itemanalyse durchgeführt. In einem zweiten Schritt erfolgte die Ambulanzbefragung von Trans*Personen (N=85; Studie 2) zum sexuellen Selbstwert, Körpererleben sowie psychischen und psychosomatischen Beschwerden, zudem erfolgte ein Vergleich zur Bevölkerungsstichprobe. Ergebnisse Es konnten ein akzeptabler Modellfit und eine gute interne Konsistenz für die finale eindimensionale 8-Item-Lösung der sexuellen Selbstwertskala (SSWS) erreicht werden. Sexueller Selbstwert war in der Normalbevölkerung moderat positiv mit globalem Selbstwert assoziiert. Trans*Personen hatten einen signifikant geringeren sexuellen Selbstwert im Vergleich zur Normalbevölkerung. Bei Trans*Personen zeigten sich die erwarteten Zusammenhänge mit Körpererleben, es fand sich jedoch kein Zusammenhang mit psychischen und psychosomatischen Beschwerden. Schlussfolgerung Die SSWS ist ein erstes deutschsprachiges und geschlechtsneutrales Instrument zur Erfassung sexuellen Selbstwerts und verfügt über gute psychometrische Eigenschaften. Sie erscheint vielversprechend für die Verlaufs- und Erfolgskontrolle der Transitionsbehandlung von Trans*Personen sowie für den Einsatz in der Paar- und Sexualtherapie.

Zusammenfassung Einleitung Im Kontext von Trans gewinnen Fragen zur Reproduktion seit etwa zwei Jahrzehnten zunehmend an Bedeutung. Dabei geht es um Kinderwunsch und Fertilitätserhalt sowie um Schwangerschaft, Geburt und Elternschaft. Einflussreich sind hier jedoch nicht nur die reproduktionsmedizinischen Möglichkeiten, sondern auch die repronormativ geprägten Barrieren, die trans und nicht-cis Personen in unserer Gesellschaft daran hindern, ihren Kinderwunsch zu realisieren oder dies zumindest erheblich erschweren. Forschungsziele Der vorliegende Beitrag fragt daher aus interdisziplinärer Perspektive nach den Möglichkeiten und Grenzen der Reproduktion bei trans Personen. Methoden Zunächst werden der Begriff der Repronormativität eingeführt und das Konzept der reproduktiven Gerechtigkeit elaboriert. Diese konzeptuelle Analyse wird ergänzt um eine narrative Literaturübersicht, die interdisziplinäre Perspektiven berücksichtigt: Juristische und reproduktionsmedizinische sowie psychologische und soziologische Beiträge gehen ein. Ergebnisse Wir zeigen, wie repronormative Vorstellungen und gesetzliche Regelungen nicht-cis Personen in ihren reproduktiven Möglichkeiten einschränken und diskriminieren. Anknüpfend an den empirischen Forschungsstand zur Reproduktion bei trans Personen werden die praktischen Möglichkeiten der Fertilitätsprotektion im Kontext von Trans vorgestellt. Schlussfolgerung Auf Grundlage der Befunde argumentieren wir dafür, dass trans Person mit den gleichen reproduktiven Rechten ausgestattet werden wie cis Personen. Insgesamt soll eine öffentliche Diskussion zu Repronormativität und reproduktiver Gerechtigkeit gefördert werden, die Reproduktion nachhaltig für queere Menschen öffnet und erleichtert.

ÜbersichtTrans*Personen sind in unserer Gesellschaft in einem bedeutenden Ausmaß von Stigmatisierung und Ablehnung betroffen. Das Minoritätenstressmodell sagt vorher, dass Nicht-Akzeptanz der Geschlechtsidentität durch andere Menschen sowie internalisierte Transphobie bei Trans*Personen mit vermindertem psychischen Wohlbefinden zusammenhängen. Im Rahmen der vorliegenden Studie wurden 90 Trans*Personen in der Schweiz zu erlebter Nicht-Akzeptanz der Geschlechtsidentität, internalisierter Transphobie, Lebenszufriedenheit und psychischer Belastung befragt. Zusätzlich wurde die soziale Unterstützung als Resilienzfaktor erhoben. Wie erwartet, zeigte sich neben einer hohen Prävalenz an psychischer Belastung eine starke negative Korrelation zwischen Minoritätenstress und Wohlbefinden. Internalisierte Transphobie mediierte zudem den Zusammenhang zwischen der Nicht-Akzeptanz der Geschlechtsidentität und dem Wohlbefinden. Ebenfalls konnten Moderationsanalysen aufzeigen, dass soziale Unterstützung den negativen Zusammenhang zwischen internalisierter Transphobie und Zufriedenheit teilweise abschwächt. Die Ergebnisse stützen das Minoritätenstressmodell. Offene Forschungsfragen speziell zum Minderheitenstress unterschiedlicher Teilgruppen von Trans*Personen werden angesprochen.

Der Artikel gibt aus klinischer Perspektive und in Würdigung der komplexen und teilweise widersprüchlichen Entwicklungen innerhalb des medizinischen Versorgungssystems in Deutschland einen Überblick über die Veränderungen der letzten Jahre im Kontext trans*. Im Fokus stehen dabei insbesondere die divergenten Zielsetzungen der medizinzentrierten Kategorisierungssysteme wie ICD-10, ICD-11 und DSM-5 zur Erfassung des Begriffes trans* gegenüber sozialen Strömungen deren Diversität trans* in Richtung eines Freiheitsbegriffs individuell empfundener Geschlechtlichkeit auflöst. Diese Divergenzen treten in Deutschland insbesondere bei der Frage geschlechtsangleichender Maßnahmen über die das gesamte Spektrum von trans* Personen hinweg hervor, da sich als nicht-binär definierende Personen derzeit nicht auf die Übernahme der Kosten der Maßnahmen durch die gesetzlichen Krankenkassen berufen können. Mit der Definition von drei unterschiedlichen Gruppen von trans* Personen wird versucht, aus klinischer Sicht ärztliche und psychotherapeutische Verantwortung für diese Patient*innen innerhalb des komplexen Bedingungsgefüges medizinischer Versorgung in Deutschland zu strukturieren und Impulse im Sinne einer partizipativen Behandlungsplanung zu geben.

ZusammenfassungWir stimmen dem in der Leitlinie genannten starken Konsens für Maßnahmen der Reproduktionsmedizin als wichtige Option zur Erfüllung des Kinderwunsches bei trans Personen uneingeschränkt zu. Informationen über diese Maßnahmen müssen Bestandteil von Behandlungen von trans Personen sein. Die geschlechtsangleichende Hormontherapie bei Mann-zu-Frau trans Personen hat jedoch einen negativen Einfluß auf die Spermatogenese. Der Erfolg der Fertiltätsprotektion bei Mann-zu-Frau trans Personen hängt stark von Qualität und Quantität der Spermien bzw. der spermatogonialen Stammzellen ab. Daher sollte die Beratung vor der geschlechtsangleichenden Hormontherapie stattfinden. Zu Beginn sollten eine ausführliche Anamnese, eine körperliche Untersuchung, eine Untersuchung von Serumhormonen (LH, FSH, Testosteron, Östradiol, AMH, Inhibin B) und ggf. eine Untersuchung des Ejakulats erfolgen. Zu den etablierten Methoden der Fertilitätsprotektion zählen Kryokonservierung von Spermien nach Ejakulation, Kryokonservierung von Spermien nach mikrochirurgischer testikulärer Spermienextraktion (mTESE) oder Spermienaspiration aus dem Nebenhoden (MESA) oder Kryokonservierung von spermatogonialen Stammzellen. Letztere sind auch möglich, wenn die geschlechtsangleichende Hormontherapie vor Beginn der Pubertät begonnen wird. Dies ist derzeit noch experimentell. Kryokonservierte Spermien können dazu verwendet werden, im Rahmen einer In-vitro-Fertilisation (IVF) und intrazytoplasmatischen Spermieninjektion (ICSI) mit Frauen eigene Kinder zu zeugen. Leihmutterschaft oder Eizellenspende ist in Deutschland derzeit nicht möglich.Wir wollen betonen, dass das Gespräch über fertilitätsprotektive Maßnahmen so früh wie möglich stattfinden muss, um den Erfolg zu garantieren und Absprachen zwischen den medizinischen Diszplinen zu ermöglichen. Das Ziel sind individuelle Lösungen, die für trans Personen finanzierbar, gangbar und operativ mit einfachen Mitteln zu erreichen sind.

Abstract:
I “Det finns även personer som...”: En transitivitetsanalys av trans*personer i text undersöks tre olika texter. Texterna är från riksdagen, Regeringen och Socialstyrelsen och alla handlar om eller riktar sig till trans*personer i olika utsträckning. Syftet med uppsatsen är att undersöka hur trans*personer skrivs om eller till i texter som kommer från inflytelserika myndigheter och samhällsinstanser. Med utgångspunkt ur den systemisk-funktionella grammatiken samt intersektionella perspektiv på diskriminering görs en transitivitetsanalys som kombineras med den analytiska modellen genderism. Resultaten visar att det grundläggande verkar vara svårt att alls skriva om eller till trans*personer, men att texterna utvecklar ett antal olika metoder för att ändå försöka göra detta. Det sker ofta genom att antingen abstrahera med långa komplicerade omskrivningar, eller försöka hålla ett direkt ’du’-tilltal. Det är tydligt att författarna försöker undvika problematiska kategoriseringar, men det visar sig riskera att leda till bortnämningar istället. Det visade sig också finnas en intressant tendens att både gå emot och samtidigt bekräfta och cementera en cisnormativitet. Den här kandidatuppsatsen skrevs vårterminen 2020 av Jack Ohlson. This thesis contends that older persons, whose mental capabilities remain intact, are capable of expanding their conscious awareness; they have not necessarily passed their prime as they begin the process of retiring. They may be showing a worn and weakened package but this does not mean they cannot live a fulfilling life. This is the reason for the development of a new form of therapy, called 'Trans-subjective Therapy', because it combines the objective and the subjective with the trans-personal, or unconscious levels of consciousness. Trans-subjective therapy connects the various systems of objectivity, subjectivity, and the transpersonal, or unconscious, so that the client can be facilitated into clearer, deeper understanding of themselves and others, and expand their conscious awareness in a wholesome, fulfilling manner. This thesis describes development and testing of this new therapeutic approach, which is designed specifically to enable older persons to experience more fulfilling and aware lives. Although building on existing therapeutic modalities, this new formulation is unique in that every feature of its design was selected, developed and tested with the specific needs of older persons in mind. This approach emphasises the personal responsibility of the client to expand his/her conscious awareness in the direction of personal choice. This has particular application to the needs of older persons, most of whom are at a stage in life where meaning and purpose have either become clarified or a sense of meaninglessness and resentment dominates their lives. Quotes from the transcripts of the author's testing of this approach with 12 individuals who undertook training in this methodology have been used throughout the text to illustrate the application of this approach. Its effectiveness is inferred from the manner in which each person in this group has expressed him/herself at a level of consciousness freely chosen and individually experienced in a manner that will be novel or completely new to the person involved.

Abstract:
La presente investigación tuvo el objetivo de explorar las relaciones entre la violencia simbólica, los estresores de minorías y el soporte social percibido en mujeres trans, personas trans femeninas y personas travestis articuladas y no articuladas en Lima Metropolitana y Callao. Para ello, se llevó a cabo una investigación con metodología mixta. El primer estudio adoptó una aproximación cualitativa, por lo que se realizaron entrevistas con el fin de explorar las manifestaciones de violencia simbólica a través del discurso y experiencias de las participantes. Los resultados arrojan la predominancia de seis procesos psicológicos involucrados en la predisposición positiva hacia la heterocisnormatividad. El segundo estudio, de metodología cuantitativa (n = 55), puso en evidencia la relación positiva entre la mayoría de las dimensiones de los constructos estudiados. The present study aimed to explore the relationships between symbolic violence, minority stress and perceived social support in transgender women, trans-femenine and travesti individuals in Lima and Callao. For this purpose, a mixed methodology was carried out. The first study adopted a qualitative approach; therefore, interviews took place in order to explore the manifestations of symbolic violence through participants’ speeches and experiences. Results show the predominance of six psychological processes involved in the positive disposition towards heteronormativity. The second study acquired a quantitative methodology (n = 55), and highlighted direct relationships between the majority of the subdimensions of the studied constructs. In addition, the obtained results show that the participants who experience a greater impact of symbolic violence are those older, catholic, with a lower access to education and non-articulated ones.

Abstract:
Motor control of any movement task involves the integration of neural, muscular and skeletal systems. This integration must occur throughout the sensorimotor system and focus its efforts on controlling the system endpoint, e.g. the foot during locomotion. A person with a uni-lateral trans-tibial amputation has lost the foot, ankle joint, and muscles crossing those joints, hence the residuum becomes the new terminus of the motor system. The amputee must now adjust to the additional challenges of utilizing a compromised motor system as well as the challenges of controlling an external device, i.e. prosthesis, through the mechanical interface between the residuum and prosthetic socket. The obvious physical and physiologic asymmetries between the sound and amputated limbs are also involved in strategies for locomotion involving kinematic and kinetic asymmetries (Winter&Sienko, 1988). There are many questions as to why these asymmetric locomotor strategies are selected and what factors may be influencing that strategy. Factors influencing a change in locomotor strategy could be related to 1) the central nervous system accounting for the loss of sensorimotor feedback, 2) the altered mechanics of this new human/prosthetic system, or some combination of these factors. Understanding how the human motor system adjusts to the amputation and to the addition of an external mechanical device can provide useful insight into how robust the human control system may be and to adaptations in human motor control. This research uses a group of individuals with a uni-lateral trans-tibial amputation and a group of intact individuals using an Ankle Foot Orthosis (AFO) performing a cycling task to understand the "motor adjustments" necessary to utilize an external device for locomotion. Results of these experiments suggest 1) the motor system does account for the activation-contraction dynamics when coordinating muscle activity post amputation, 2) the motor system also changes joint kinetics and muscle activity, 3) these changes are related to control of the interface between the limb and the external device, and 4) the motor system does not alter kinetic asymmetries when kinematic asymmetries are minimized, contrary to a common practice in rehabilitation (Kapp, 2004). Results suggest that control of the external device, i.e. prosthesis or AFO, via the interface between the limb and the device reflect "motor adjustments" made by the nervous system and may be viewed in the context of tool use. Clinical goals in rehabilitation currently focus on minimizing gait deviations whereas the clinical application of these results suggest these deviations from normal locomotion are motor adjustments necessary to control a tool, i.e. prosthesis, by the motor system. Examining amputee locomotion in the context of tool use changes the clinical paradigm from one designed to minimize deviations to one intended to understand this behavior as related to interface control of the device thereby shifting the focus to improving function of the limb/prosthesis system. Air quality sampling campaigns both on platforms and inside trains of three European subway systems (Barcelona, Athens and Oporto) were conducted in order to characterise PM, investigating its variability, to better understand the main factors controlling it, and therefore the way to improve air quality. PM concentrations varied among the European subway platforms, and also within the same underground system, mainly associated to differences in the design of the stations and tunnels; system age; train frequency; ventilation and air-conditioning systems; passenger densities; power system (catenary vs. third rail); composition of wheels, rail tracks, brake pads and power supply materials; rail tracks geometry (curved vs. straight and sloped vs. levelled); and outdoor air quality. PM concentrations displayed clear diurnal patterns among the three European subway platforms, depending largely on the operation and frequency of the trains and the ventilation system. In the Barcelona subway system, the new stations showed on average lower PM concentrations than those in the old conventional stations, mainly related to the stations design (with platform screen door systems), but also due to the lower train frequency and more advanced ventilation setup. Furthermore, PM concentrations on the platforms in the colder period were higher than in the warmer period, mainly due to weaker ventilation during the colder period. In Athens, the mean PM concentrations in a new station located in the periphery of the line were lower than in a central station, attributed not only to the age and location of the station, but also to the lower train frequency. Measurements carried out in the three subway systems performed on stations with similar platform design were compared. The highest PM concentrations were observed in the Oporto subway station because the line is composed by curved and/or sloping rail tracks (resulting in a higher emission of rail wear particles) and it has a higher train frequency. Furthermore, mechanical forced ventilation is inexistent in this subway system. The use of air-conditioning inside the trains was an effective approach to reduce exposure levels, being more efficient removing coarser particles. Having the carriage windows open promotes the entrance of polluted air from tunnels and platforms into the trains. Nevertheless, even when the carriage windows are closed and the air conditioning system is switched on, the PM concentrations inside the trains continue to be greatly affected by the surrounding air quality conditions. Despite the lower PM2.5 (PM with aerodynamic diameter <2.5 µm) concentrations with respect to those on station platforms, the highest dose was observed inside the trains due to the longer exposure time. Overall, during a subway commuting travel, roughly 80% of the inhaled mass of subway PM2.5 was deposited in the respiratory tract. The dose, and its distribution on the different regions of the respiratory tract, is mainly dependent on the particle size and exposure concentrations. Chemically, subway PM2.5 on the platforms is comprised of iron, total carbon, crustal matter, secondary inorganic compounds, insoluble sulphate, halite and trace elements. Fe was the most abundant element in PM2.5 found on the platforms, with relative contribution to the bulk PM2.5 ranging from 19 to 46%, which is generated mainly from mechanical wear and friction processes at rail-wheel-brake interfaces. The trace elements with highest enrichment in the subway PM2.5 were Ba, Cu, Mn, Zn, Cr, Sb, Sr, Ni, Sn, As, Co and Zr. Differences in metal concentrations in PM among the stations and subway systems might be associated to the different chemical composition of wheels, rails, brakes, and power supply materials. A source apportionment analysis allowed the identification of outdoor (sea salt, fuel oil combustion and secondary) and subway sources on platforms, the latter including all emissions generated within the subway system.

La presente investigación versa sobre la temática trans*, un término paraguas que sirve para englobar todas aquellas experiencias de las personas que no se identifican con el sexo asignado al nacer. Es una oposición a la determinación patológica que las acepciones más conocidas de transexual, travesti y trangénero conllevan. El objetivo fue analizar cómo se vinculan las luchas reivindicativas y los procesos de subjetivación/desubjetivación en personas trans* en el Valle de Toluca para identificar los elementos que toman en cuenta en la articulación de sus demandas y en la producción de subjetividades. Se utilizaron dos métodos: el genealógico y el etnográfico. Se concluye que la racionalidad que mejor permite explicar la consolidación del dispositivo biomédico de la transexualidad se basa en el modelo cartesiano donde mente y cuerpo se conciben como entes separados. De este modo, la “corrección de corporalidades” a través de las tecnologías médicas configura procesos de subjetivación ajustables al sistema sexo-género. Respecto a las luchas reivindicativas, estas se encuentran directamente vinculadas con la producción de subjetividades, por lo que pueden caracterizarse como asimilacionistas.

Ordet hen har introducerats i det svenska språket som ett könsneutralt pronomen. Tidigare forskning har berört den allmänna betydelsen av ordet och visar att människors attityd till ordet hen blir alltmer positiv. Denna studies syfte var att undersöka betydelsen av hen som självvalt pronomen hos personer med en ickebinär könsidentitet. Intervjuer genomfördes med åtta vuxna ickebinära personer och resultatet tolkades med en tematisk analys. Tre huvudteman framkom:​att bli till genom språket​, ​att felkönas s​amt ​att (inte) komma ut​. I resultaten framkom att hen är viktigt för ickebinäras identitet och existens, samt att det förekommer ofta att ickebinära personer felkönas genom användande av fel pronomen. Ickebinära identiteter blir ofta osynliggjorda i vardagen. Detta ogiltigförklarande av könsidentiteten som ickebinära ofta upplever leder till negativa konsekvenser för existensen och välbefinnandet. Då forskningsfältet är tidigare obeforskat utgör studien en del i att fylla en kunskapslucka på området.

Bakgrund: De senaste årtiondena har attityderna till homo- och bisexuella samt transpersoner ändrats i samhället. 1-10 procent av befolkningen anser sig vara homo- eller bisexuell. Risken för felmarginal var stor då många döljer sin sexuella läggning. Syfte: Syftet med denna litteraturstudie var att belysa attityder och bemötande till HBTQ-personer i sjukvården. Metod: En systematisk litteraturstudie användes med 14 artiklar, både kvalitativa och kvantitativa studier inkluderades. Analysen behandlades med hjälp av en innehållsanalys. Resultat: Ungefär 77 procent av sjuksköterskorna svarade att de vårdat en homosexuell person och 36 procent av under- och sjuksköterskorna skulle, om de fick välja, avstå från att vårda homosexuella patienter. Många homosexuella ansåg att de bör lämna ut sin sexuella läggning för att de sociala och emotionella behoven kunna tillfredställas av vårdgivaren och ett stort antal homosexuella hade känt sig förolämpade på grund av heteronormativa antaganden i vården. Diskussion: Det fanns en stor brist på kunskap i samhället och i vården när det kommer till homosexuella och heteronormativitet. Då heteronormativiteten påverkade vården borde kunskap om detta och ickeheterosexuellas levnadsvärld införskaffas. Slutsats: Om vårdgivarna blir mer medvetna om de heteronormativa antagandena i vården, så som vissa rutiner och förhållningssätt, borde vården till HBTQ-personer bli mer tillfredställande.

Las preguntas fueron definidas a partir del trabajo e intercambio con personas de poblaciones rurales y urbanas, personas con discapacidad, mujeres, jóvenes y migrantes durante las dos etapas del Programa de Apoyo al Empleo. Adicionalmente se realizaron grupos focales en las áreas metropolitanas de La Paz, Cochabamba y Santa Cruz con personas gay, lesbianas, hombres trans y mujeres trans, intentando visibilizar las vivencias de cada uno de los grupos, haciendo grupos de profesionales y no profesionales en cada uno. Este documento es el resultado del trabajo de un equipo multidisciplinario en el cual participaron profesionales del Banco Interamericano de Desarrollo, BID, y de la Universidad Privada Boliviana,entre ellos: Montserrat Bustelo, Nicolás Campos, Liliana Castilleja, María Delina Otazú, Mauricio Chumacero, Mónica Pacheco, Nicolás Quiroga, Asunta Isabel Quisbert y Agustina Suaya.

Para promover la igualdad de derechos y oportunidades para todas las personas LGBTQ es crucial contar con evidencia sólida que pueda informar el diseño de políticas en la región. En este documento se presenta una revisión exhaustiva de estudios cuantitativos que contribuyen a esta discusión, abordando temas de actitudes sociales, los retos de la medición del tamaño de esta población y sus experiencias de discriminación en varios países de la región.

Despite the progress that has been made in the region to close the gaps and inequalities that affect people with diverse sexual orientations and gender identities, stigma and discrimination continue to be obstacles that affect the social inclusion and full citizenship of lesbian, gay, bisexual, trans, queer and other (LGBTQ) people. In order to promote equal rights and opportunities for all LGBTQ people, it is crucial to have solid evidence that can inform policy design in the region. This paper presents a comprehensive review of quantitative studies that contribute to this discussion, addressing issues of social attitudes, the challenges of measuring the size of this population and their experiences of discrimination in several countries in the region.

Este documento, basado en el Documento de Marco Sectorial de Protección Social y Pobreza, tiene el propósito de mostrar el estado actual de la protección social en América Latina y el Caribe. Para ello, se analiza tanto el contexto de la región como las acciones clave emprendidas por los países en tres ámbitos específicos de acción: apoyo al ingreso de los hogares en condición de pobreza o vulnerabilidad, atención a la dependencia funcional de las personas mayores, y atención e inclusión de las personas con discapacidad. En materia de pobreza y desigualdad, los indicadores en América Latina y el Caribe quedaron estancados a partir de 2016 tras más de una década de mejora, y acusan desde 2020 el impacto de la pandemia del COVID-19. La crisis socioeconómica sumió en la pobreza a millones de personas de la clase media emergente y puso de relieve las limitaciones de los sistemas de protección social regionales.

This report presents the findings of preliminary research into the perceptions of overall stakeholder satisfaction of eight Auckland secondary schools of the Leadership through Peer Mediation (LtPM) programme, a core programme of the Foundation for Peace Studies Aotearoa New Zealand (the Peace Foundation). The research was commissioned by the Peace Foundation with funding assistance from the Metro ITP Voucher Scheme, and was conducted in the second half of 2015. A core aim of the LtPM programme is to empower students as ‘ambassadors of social justice’. The programme trains students in the mediation processes and leadership skills needed to assist peers to resolve personal conflicts in a peaceful manner.

Este proyecto, liderado por el Instituto Universitario de Estudios sobre Migraciones (IUEM) en colaboración con Unicef Comité Español, investiga las tendencias, lagunas y retos a la hora de recoger, analizar, compartir y utilizar los datos en materia de trata de seres humanos con el fin de poder tomar mejores decisiones. Para ello, se ha servido de dos herramientas esenciales: la estadística y la innovación tecnológica. Tras más de dos años de investigación, el proyecto Cultura de Datos en la Trata de Seres Humanos ha logrado estimar la “cifra oculta” de víctimas de trata en la Comunidad Autónoma de Madrid para el periodo 2015-2019, y ha sentado las bases para una aplicación tecnológica basada en tecnología blockchain permita el acceso a derechos de las personas en procesos de trata y explotación, así como la interoperabilidad institucional de las organizaciones y autoridades que las asisten.

Esta guía práctica se genera para quienes pertenecen a las áreas de gestión humana de diferentes organizaciones, en especial, las pequeñas empresas que en muchas ocasiones no cuentan con las herramientas necesarias para realizar un proceso efectivo de selección y, en consecuencia, se ven enfrentadas a reprocesos y rotación continua de su talento, lo que genera un desgaste en sus recursos y capacidades. Se relacionan tres temáticas básicas: elaboración de perfiles de cargos, como instrumento base para crear un recorrido seguro en la búsqueda del personal adecuado tras una vacante, o por documentación de los cargos en el área, tarea imprescindible de GTH de las organizaciones. Un segundo tema trata del alistamiento de los posibles candidatos a contratar, es decir, el proceso de reclutamiento. Una vez reconocidas las necesidades del puesto y de la compañía, el área encargada inicia todo un recorrido para atraer los mejores aspirantes a hacer parte de sus filas. Existen diversas estrategias que se pueden utilizar como las redes sociales de la organización, portales de ofertas de empleos, entre otras, que permiten dar a conocer la información de la vacante y, finalmente, algunas técnicas de selección como mecanismo para demostrar las habilidades, capacidades y aptitudes de los candidatos reclutados, y de esta manera compilar la información necesaria que permita una adecuada toma de decisiones, asentados en información existente y legítima de los candidatos.
