Abstract In order to understand transitional spaces I would like to create an in-depth study that includeshow they evolve, reviews their evolution and hierarchy, and analyses their role and importance. There are several types of transition spaces that can be distinguished, in my study I examine more specifically the transitions between the natural and built environment. In my study I wanted to put emphasis on the relationship between man and nature, furthermore the relationship between nature and architecture, this knowledge is necessary to understand these spaces.

Cities are playing a leading role in advancing towards sustainable urban consumption, and enabling citizens as responsible consumers and agents of social change. Driving responsible urban consumption provides benefits to urban communities by ensuring a better quality of life of people within urban spaces and natural environments. Th

Transfer learning focuses on developing methods to reuse information gathered from a source task in order to improve the learning performance in a related task. In this work, we present a novel approach to transfer knowledge between tasks in a reinforcement learning (RL) framework with continuous states and actions, where the transition and policy functions are approximated by Gaussian processes. The novelty in the proposed approach lies in the idea of transferring information about the hyper-parameters of the state transition function from the source task, which represents qualitative knowled

This Article is mainly focusing on Design of a space which has a psychological impact on the behavior of the users using the space. The ambience of theatres is different from other places. Performing spaces are of different sizes, shapes, and are constructed using different materials with varied acoustic properties. They might be open air, semi open or closed spaces. This paper aims to explore the relation between theatre spaces and performing artists. This object focuses on understanding the effect that characteristics of performing spaces have on performance attributes such as preparation, q

Abstract The COVID-19 pandemic has drastically changed the relationship between space users in the street, public spaces, and public facilities. Restrictions on physical distance (physical distancing) and activity (social distancing) are in place to prevent the spread of the Coronavirus. Borders on physical distance and access to public spaces do not reduce activity in these spaces. Public spaces must have an adaptive response to the spread of the virus while still implementing inclusive practices for all space users. Spatial adaptation patterns overcome the pandemic crisis in public spaces ap

We obtain a convergence theorem of compound probability measures on a uniform space for a net of uniformly equicontinuous transition probabilities. This theorem contains convergence theorems of product or convolution measures. We also show that for Gaussian transition probabilities on a Hilbert spaces, our assumptions in the convergence theorem can be expressed in terms of mean and covariance functions.
