We propose a bulk restoration scheme for software defined networking- (SDN-) based transport network. To enhance the network survivability and improve the throughput, we allow disrupted flows to be recovered synchronously in dynamic order. In addition backup paths are scheduled globally by applying the principles of load balance. We model the bulk restoration problem using a mixed integer linear programming (MILP) formulation. Then, a heuristic algorithm is devised. The proposed algorithm is verified by simulation and the results are analyzed comparing with sequential restoration schemes.

En anledning till att den minskat i antal är på grund av vandringshinder, så som vattenkraftverk, som påverkar ålens upp- och nedströmsvandring på ett negativt sätt. Vattenkraften blockerar vandringsvägar och leder till ökad mortalitet då lekvandrande ål har svårt att överleva passagen genom vattenkraftens snurrande turbiner under sin vandring från sötvatten till havet. La panela se introdujo a Colombia en el siglo XVI y su desarrollo se debió al esfuerzo de los arrieros y sus mulas. Hoy en día, en la hoya o cuenca media del Río Suárez está ubicada la región más productora de caña panelera del país. Sin embargo, y pese a su importancia, el producto aún se transporta a lomo de las mulas. La Corporación Agrosavia lideró el diseño de un sistema de cableado que optimiza el transporte de la caña en la zona, pero su aprovechamiento no es aplicable a todos los productores de panela, por lo que la ayuda de este leal animal continúa siendo indispensable para ellos.
