Full textThis research, as part of the debate on globalization and the process of dissolution of traditional cultures, in contact of modern media, is a contribution to the CIS. Through an interdisciplinary approach, interpreting the effects of globalization on the Amazigh tribes of the Middle Atlas, with their roots in history and their ability to adapt to the modern world is a good example for understanding this territory and beyond that the rural Berber. In fact, the groups have not evolved at the same rate each remaining immobile and others have been affected by the effects of globalization. Three vineyard areas have been studied, namely Laanoussar, Guigou and Kerrouchen to understand the transformations introduced by information technology and communication in these communities. Before the French Protectorate (1911/1956), the central authorities have never had the means to directly control the mountains nor the ability to frame the space community. Indeed, socio-spatial diversifications have been forged at different times and in different socio-political conditions. The period of the French Protectorate was decisive. In fact, this work reveals the mechanisms embedded in social and mental structures; it reveals the specific dynamics that leads not only to change but also to the resistance, and shows that the confrontation between permanence and change is in fact the juxtaposition of two systems, one modern and powerful, and the other traditional and ancestral. Thus, the study of vineyard areas reflects the diversity of practices and products, technology gaps; they induce heterogeneous and differentiated landscapes. They are expressed in strategies that reflect the multiplicity of family strategies that govern the operation of space and society. As perspectives on the evolution of Berber culture, this work opens up opportunities to conduct research on all the Moroccan and Berber communities in communication

Full textThe project of linking fixed between Morocco and Spain through a strait used for international navigation and submitted to both sovereignties of the bordering states underlined the necessity of the international law to deal with this kind of activity concerning directly the other utilisations of the sea and to establish rules according to subjects evoked by the project. On the other hand, the realisation of the project by two states belonging to different economic and legal systems should make legal and institutional arrangements that will be allow to express its binational being and international dimension. Arrangements are not only to keep the equilibrium and enable the unity but to encourage the institutionalisition of cooperation and to elaborate an appropriate system of responsibility as well
El, Isaoui Abdellatif. "Le commerce et les transports dans l'organisation de l'espace régional des Chiadma et des Haha (Maroc)." Tours, 1997. http://www.theses.fr/1997TOURI501.
Full textThis study introduces the role of commerce and transport in the territorial organisation of the region of chiadma and haha. A territory that covers all the southern atlantic morrocan plains and the hights the atlas piedmont (6330 km2). Yet, its urbain system remains too weak and its economy encounters many difficulties hindering its progress because of the insufficience of the economic infrastructtructures, the archaic and traditional system of agriculture-productions and the absence of modern means of communication which explains the absence of a big flow of motorised means of transport. Administraters consider chiadma and haha as an homogenous administrative region. But for the local population, on the other hand, this entity is composed of two distinct areas. Moreover, when we analyse this area in terms of commecial exchange and means of transport, the borders of both zones impose a kind of radical modification. The point of this study is to demonstrate through analysing commercial zones of influence-meaning cites-,regional "souks", commercial circuits, and travelling means, that, commercially speaking, the region of chiadma and haha is deeply broken up. This is, also, because of the powerfull-growing neighbouring towns and built-up areas. Even essaouira, which is the region's biggest city, is still considered as secondary in the organisation of commercial regional exchanges

Full textThe colonial ere has fully patterned morocco's history and geography since the setting up of the means of transport system. It has limited the urban process within a national and regional levels which remained restricted to the anterior orientations space organisation. By the way, under these diverse dimensions of the carriage role, the direct and indirect effects of the means of transport system lies together through the activities' and population's localisation, the creation of jobs, the research for credits and investment, the longing for a real manner of production and another way of living that is different from the precolonial epoch. The structured dynamism of financial or monetary transfers are the source of prosperity, traffics and trade of goods is the result of the carriage organisation and the organisation way of the regional space. While, the carriage fonction in the polarisation of the economy field is major on a regional level. The tangier's role has the greatest influence upon the regional life and corner capital, potentialities and producing activities
Tazi, Jamal Eddine. "Les aspects économiques et juridiques du transport maritime de marchandises au Maroc." Nantes, 1986. http://www.theses.fr/1986NANT4010.
Full textAs Morocco has got more than 3400 km of coasts, and 98% of the exteriors exchanges take place by using the sea, the transport of goods in Morocco plays or must play an essential part in the national economic development. The analyze of the political promotion of transport of goods occupies then a very big importance. At the same time, as the sector of the transport maritime being naturally international and technologically changeable we must know the challenge of effects of these changes on the national maritime sector. Finally to have a general idea about this sector in Morocco, it is very necessary to have a quick look about the reglementation of the transport's maritime relation of merchandises ; as an example, we take the comparison between the concerning dispositions in the code of maritime commerce and those in the project of reform of the same code which will be used in the near future

Full textMorocco already finds itself under the regime of the protectorat, equipped with a regulation that is well constructed and coherant and applicable to the transport of goods by sea : it is the dahir forming the maritime commercial code of 31 march 1919. At the time of its elaboration, the maritime law of morocco, appears a text both complete and very solid. Then, since 1919, a large tranfer operated in the sector of maritime transports. The importance of cargo carried by sea, the growing development of commercial exchanges have given birth to undertakings of handling independant of the companies of navigation which fulfill the demand of the latter with operations which are the preliminary or the necessary continuation of maritime transport. What then is the legal system of intervention in these undertakings and what are the fields of law which they undertake with the charger and maritime transport ? French law before 1966, like Morocco law, regulates the only transporter-destinationrelations, and gives no solution to this thorny problem. Morocco is on the eve of a reform its maritime law, which, following the example of french law of 1966, regulates the spatial limites of maritime transport contract at the same time, the texts have regulated the problem of the titular of the action direct against the undertaker of the handling and the judicial system applicable to this action. On this imprtant point, the moroccan project follaos clasely the law of 1966 in that it suppresses the disparity that used to exist before because, it aligns the judicial statute of the undertaker of handling with that of maritime transporter
