The Integral Development Center for people with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD) is a project that aims to attend and understand the unique needs and demands of users with that disorder. The services offered within the center are of a psychoeducational nature and of accompaniment throughout the life of a person with ASD. These services are: Special Basic Education Center (SBEC), aimed at children and young people from 3 to 20 years old; Early Attention Program Center, aimed at children from 0 to 3 years old (EAPC); and the Diagnosis and Treatment Center (DTC), aimed at children, youth and adults of all ages. This center is located in Villa El Salvador, as it is within the districts that have the greatest deficit of care for people with ASD. In addition, it is located in an area with easy access, near arterial roads and bus stops. The architecture, in this project, is based on understanding the therapeutic activities that are offered to these users, in order to design correctly different zones like: therapy areas, workshops, classrooms, recreational areas, common, "escape" and "calm”. These unique spaces aim to achieve comfort, structure and order so that users with ASD can carry out their psychoeducational activities with greater concentration and calm.

This research aims to describe the characteristics of the interpretation of emotions in a group of mothers of children with autism spectrum disorder (ASD). Participants of this study were composed by a group of 30 mothers between 25 and 49 years (M = 34.9, SD = 6.25) whose children, aged between 2 and 10 years (M = 5.87, SD = 2.48) have been diagnosed with ASD. Interpretation of emotions was assessed with the Peruvian version of I FEEL PICTURES (Traverso & Nóblega, 2008). The results show that mothers of children with ASD most frequently report categories of Anger and Mixed Emotions, and less frequently report those of Joy, Sadness and Shame, regarding to a comparison group of mothers of typically developed children taken from a peruvian study. In addition, mothers of children with ASD differ among themselves in the frequency of responses in the category of Passive according to their level of education; and that of Sadness, depending on the age of their children, and on their participation in counseling groups about children with ASD. On the other hand, mothers in this study report a range of responses that correspond to the category of Mixed Emotions, but are qualitatively significant given the particular characteristics of the study group. These responses were classified into sub categories which are described and discussed in the research.

This research aims to explore the experience of siblings of children with ASD during such a crucial stage in the life of every person as is adolescence. This was a case study with a qualitative analysis of the same. Four teens were interviewed and their parents in a total of three interviews, one with a parent and two with the teenagers. For data collection was used, a sociodemographic data sheet, an interview guide and an instrument of incomplete sentences that was applied during the second interview with the teen. The results show that teenagers tend to feel emotions of anger, sadness and guilt, but also of love, happiness and hope. It is argued that adequate communication with parents and favorable evolution of the brother with ASD in therapy promotes healthier emotional management for the adolescent.

Objective. The present study aimed to describe the coping process in parents of children with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD). Method. A qualitative study with a phenomenological design was carried out. Likewise, a semi-structured interview was used as an information-gathering technique and phenomenological content analysis as an analysis strategy, through which the information was organized into emergent and deductive categories. For this research, 5 pairs of parents with children diagnosed with ASD participated. Results. The results reveal two main categories: focused on the problem, with its subcategories active and delayed, and the category centered on emotions, with its subcategories emotional social support and positive reinterpretation. Conclusion. It is concluded that the parents focused on solving the problem, looking for specialists, as well as information and training about ASD. To a lesser extent, it was found that two pairs of parents used the delayed coping strategy. Finally, it is concluded that they also use strategies focused on emotions, given through social emotional support and positive reinterpretation focused on the achievements of their children.

The current research is a multiple case study – exploratory, which main aim it is to analyze the psychopedagogical resources used to support the inclusion of two children with Autism Spectrum Disorder between 11 and 12 years into two different school communities. The exploration process was based by classroom observations. The results showed that both school communities, despite having incorporated different adaptations in terms of psychopedagogical resources for the inclusión of their students, are not sufficiently prepared to respond to the educational needs of their students, thus required level of development is not provided by those entities.

Analyze the factors that make the proposal of a Development Center for people with ASD (Autistic Spectrum Disorder) in the district of San Juan de Miraflores, as well as architectural and theoretical issues for the base of the investigation. The user, to whom the project is directed, is a determining factor from the beginning since all the methods of architectural design are conditioned. The user's relationship with architecture and how it improves the quality of life, becoming a decisive therapeutic factor in the day to day of an autistic person. Due to this, the relationship of the curve and multisensory factors such as light, texture and color is proposed as project emphasis. The investigation is completed with the analysis of similar national and international projects, types of users, the educational regulation according to Minedu. As well as the choice of the ideal place where the development center will be located and the criteria that were taken into account for the design.
