The efficacy of immunocorrelating preparations (levamizol, T-activin and methyluracil combined with traditional therapy methods is studied in patients wtih rheumatic heart diseases and the disorder of cellular and humoral immunity. The treatment of patients using traditional therapy methods has no positive effect on immunologic indices, whereas the use of immunocorrelating preparations promotes their normalization of positive dynamics. The most efficient preparations levamizol and T-activin may be recommended for traditional therapy scheme of patients with rheumatism.
