Abstract:
Zadrzewienia przydrożne są ważnym i charakterystycznym elementem krajobrazu gmin województwa warmińsko-mazurskiego. Brakuje jednak dokładnych danych na temat aktualnego stanu zachowania poszczególnych alej oraz propozycji ich ochrony. W artykule przedstawiono wyniki badań terenowych dotyczących inwentaryzacji i syntetycznej charakterystyki alej występujących w gminie Dobre Miasto oraz rodzaj i liczbę drzew potrzebnych do uzupełnienia poszczególnych zadrzewień przydrożnych. Zauważono, że na badanym trenie, pomimo zaawansowanego wieku drzew oraz niewłaściwie prowadzonych zabiegów pielęgnacyjnych, zachowała się do dzisiaj stosunkowo liczna i zwarta sieć zadrzewień liniowych z dużym bogactwem dendroflory, ze zdecydowaną przewagą gatunków rodzimych. Dodatkowo wyznaczono aleje, w których występowały tzw. miejsca konfliktowe, aleje wykazujące dodatkową wartość kulturową oraz aleje o cechach pomnikowych i potencjalnych siedlisk pachnicy dębowej (Osmoderma eremita). Prezentowane wyniki zaowocowały stworzeniem „Lokalnego programu kształtowania zadrzewień przydrożnych na terenie gminy Dobre Miasto”.

Abstract:
Zadrzewienia przydrożne są ważnym i charakterystycznym elementem krajobrazu gmin województwa warmińsko -mazurskiego. Zauważono, że na badanym trenie, pomimo zaawansowanego wieku drzew oraz niewłaściwie prowadzonych zabiegów pielęgnacyjnych, zachowała się do dzisiaj stosunkowo liczna i zwarta sieć zadrzewień liniowych z dużym bogactwem dendroflory ze zdecydowaną przewagą gatunków rodzimych. Dodatkowo wyznaczono aleje, w których występowały tak zwane miejsca konfliktowe oraz aleje wykazujące dodatkową wartość kulturową. Prezentowane wyniki zaowocowały stworzeniem „Lokalnego programu kształtowania zadrzewień przydrożnych na terenie gminy Jonkowo” przekazanego gminie do realizacji. Otrzymane wyniki ułatwią również monitorowanie zmian zachodzących w obrębie poszczególnych alej i podejmowanie odpowiednich działań.

Subject of this thesis is analysis of friction power losses in rolling bearings and design and implementation of computing program. Thesis is divided into six chapters. At the beginning there is overview of different types of rolling bearings and their system of lubrication. Fundamentals of elastohydrodynamic lubrication are described together with effects that occur in lubricant. Remaining part is focused on friction in rolling bearing its sources and calculation. Other programs for computing friction losses are shown and own program is designed. Designed program is applied on bearings of chosen type and results are compared with existing models.

This thesis is dealing with a detailed analysis of electromechanical brake used in emergency situations to stop the electric motor. Environmental influences, bad material proposal or bad design parameters can significantly limit the behaviour of a brake. The thesis presents several approaches to avoid these limitations, to limit the reaction time and achieve better results. The attached programs can be used either for innovation, or for the new brake design based on the entry requirements.

The theoretical part of the work deals with education as such, it builds people's adult education and result in trends of management's education, both from a time past and present. The practical part deals with the comparison of the three schools on the basis of the qualitative description, analysis, comparison and synthesis. The result of the work is answer questions whether the school places equal emphasis on the same articles and where the contents of these articles on individual schools agree. It also includes recommendations for how to analyze, to achieve more meaningful capabilities.

Abstract:
The thesis deals with current trends in insurance. The aim of the thesis is to find and analyse the development trends, which has affected the insurance market the most in the last years. The first part is defined by the evolution of Czech insurance market in terms of premiums written. The next two chapters are devoted to trends in non-life and life insurance and trends in motor vehicle insurance. For non-life insurance, the development of catastrophic events, and as a result of the increasing importance of alternative instruments of risk. The chapter on trends in life insurance is about one-off and regular insurance policies, as well as the decision of the Court of Justice of the EU ban on sex discrimination in the calculation of insurance premiums and administration including creation of insurance for women only. The last chapter deals with the new Solvency II regulatory concept. Explaining his goals, three pillars, as well as the Lamfalussy legislative process, according to which it is created. In conclusion, there are also evaluated its effects.

Dans la France métropolitaine des années 1944-1981, cette étude explore les représentations du bonheur - les différentes idées circulant sur la vie heureuse - étudiées à partir de documents imprimés et de films à succès, et les expériences - les sentiments éprouvés analysées quantitativement par des enquêtes d'opinion, et qualitativement par des journaux intimes. L'intervalle chronologique permet de remettre en cause la période «Trente glorieuses », forgée par l'économiste Fourastié portant un regard nostalgique sur les années 1945-75 et trop vite importée par les historiens. Peu légitime au sortir de la Seconde Guerre mondiale, le bonheur devient la norme princeps, en France comme dans le monde occidental. Les techniques du bonheur se développent : les sciences sociales s'emparent de l'objet ; l'idéal de l'épanouissement succède à la réussite ; la société de consommation constitue la voie la plus attractive, mais le marché du bonheur, segmenté, laisse place à des chemins alternatifs (vie en communauté, etc. . . ). Les récits et les romans personnels des Français incorporent ces transformations : les composants du bonheur restent stables, mais les niveaux de bonheur, appréhendés au travers de déclarations individuelles, évoluent. Se détachent ainsi les années 1962-1975 -les treize heureuses -, au cours desquelles les sentiments positifs ont connu une extension maximum : la paix, la croissance économique perçue, les libérations consécutives à mai 1968 confèrent une unité à cette période.

This research work examines trends that affect information technology in the Czech retail banking. The main objective is the evaluation of IT trends adoption in retail banking. To achieve this goal, interviews with IT professionals in the Czech retail banks and IT consultants in the field of banking were taken. Specific objectives were identification and consolidation of IT trends in the banking sector through the analysis of relevant sources identified in the research. Consolidation is using the methodology mentioned in book Trend Management Toolkit by author Kjear. Analysis of IT trends in banking aimed to describe the identified trends and their position on the Hype Cycle curve. First part of work consist of introduction, goals, assumptions, limitations and expected benefits, specifying the current state by conducting research. The theoretical part describes the key bank characteristics and trends influencing retail bank sector. Based on an analysis of selected reports work identifies key IT trends in banking and their consolidation. The practical part discuss the results of in-depth interviews conducted with people with long lasting experience in IT in banks. Usefulness of the results can be seen in the identification of current IT trends in banking and the creation of an analytical procedure for finding the most significant trends of all currently mentioned. Furthermore, in evaluating the state of IT adoption trends, which is currently expected by retail banks and considering possible further steps in this area. Leading to decisions about future investments or to strategy review.

The thesis deals with some interesting trends and legal provisions and their impact, which in the Czech Republic has recently occurred. The first part concerns the insurance market. Attention is paid to the development and changes in pricing policy of liability insurance and sustainability of the whole system. It additionally influence and activities of the Czech Insurers' Bureau and laws relating to it. The second part is devoted to vehicles debt financing. Here is the main point the so-called "discount on credit". Another trend in the financing vehicles is its loss and the decline of companies that specialize in these products. To debt financing is also applied several statutory changes that do not always work as intended. Error legislators or way as a endless struggle, with those who circumvent it? All work is handled from the perspective of the car dealer that provides insurance and loan products as his additional service.

The theoretical part of this thesis describes marketing in the field of culture, particularly dance, and it defines today's Internet world. It focuses on the tools and the most important aspects of current marketing practices. It also defines the dance 'twerk' examining its history, present and also the reasons why it became an international sensation. The practical part is then devoted to a detailed analysis of three subjects - dancer Aneta Antošová, STAGE Prague dance studio and Ballet of the National Theatre Brno. By a comparison of quantitative data of the 'before and after twerk marketing' period the thesis is trying to evaluate the applicability and success of this marketing decision. Qualitative expert interviews with big names of Czech dance and marketing fields are accompanying the analysis.

Abstract:
The trend of time series characterizes the intermediate upward and downward behaviour of time series. Learning and forecasting the trend in time series data play an important role in many real applications, ranging from resource allocation in data centers, load schedule in smart grid, and so on. Inspired by the recent successes of neural networks, in this paper we propose TreNet, a novel end-to-end hybrid neural network to learn local and global contextual features for predicting the trend of time series. TreNet leverages convolutional neural networks (CNNs) to extract salient features from local raw data of time series. Meanwhile, considering the long-range dependency existing in the sequence of historical trends of time series, TreNet uses a long-short term memory recurrent neural network (LSTM) to capture such dependency. Then, a feature fusion layer is to learn joint representation for predicting the trend. TreNet demonstrates its effectiveness by outperforming CNN, LSTM, the cascade of CNN and LSTM, Hidden Markov Model based method and various kernel based baselines on real datasets.

Abstract:
Inductively coupled plasma (ICP) reactors are being used at low gas pressure (<100mTorr) and high plasma density ([e] > 1013/cm2) processes in semiconductor fabrication. In these reactors plasma is generated by inductively coupled electric field while positive ions are accelerated anisotropically by applying a negative bias RF to the substrate. Semiconductor manufacturers face many challenges as wafer size increases while device geometries decrease. Two key challenges for both process design and electronics processing equipment design are (a) scale up of process from 200mm to 300mm diameter substrate, and (b) deposition and etching features with high aspect ratios. A unified phenomenological model to explain profile evolution trend as a function of aspect ratio for deposition (gap fill) and trench etch using ICP reactors is presented. Trends for feature evolution as a function of pressure for gap fill and trench etch are reviewed and explained. The article emphasizes importance of low pressure for sub-100nm gap-fill and trench-etch applications in ICP processing reactors.

Abstract:
Construction industry can be affected by climate change in particular temperature and temperature extremes not only for the design phase but also for production or end-use/operation phases. In this regard the major climatic factors that are dominant for the building lifecycle must be evaluated. This study determined the 13-sector specific ET-SCI temperature indices annually and investigated their trend characteristics at Edirne, Kırklareli and Tekirdağ of Thrace Region for the historical period. The results showed a dominant increasing temperature trend over the region. Edirne, Kırklareli, and Tekirdağ stations showed significantly increasing trends for the hottest night, average daily maximum, and average daily minimum temperature indices in this study. Furthermore, the hottest day index also showed an increasing trend for all the stations with a significant trend for Edirne and Tekirdağ. Abstract:
Childhood obesity is becoming increasingly important in children because it occurs in earlier age periods. Children with intellectual disabilities belong to a high-risk group in the area of obesity. Their disability limits them in everyday life both in the possibilities of participation in physical activities and in the field of lifestyle. Currently, there is not real data in BMI age trends for children with intellectual disabilities. The aim of the research is to find out the trends of BMI in children with mild and moderate intellectual disability in different age periods and to find out whether summer holidays have an effect in BMI trend in some age periods. The methods used were quantitative and comparative research. BMI indicators were mea-sured using an In-Body machine. T-test was used to identify statistically significant differ-ences between periods. Trends were measured in children aged 6–20 years (the number of participants in each measurement: n = 49, n = 55, n = 56, n = 55) in over two years in the region Zlín in the Czech Republic. Trends are evaluated using box charts. The conclusion is that the trend of BMI of school-age pupils is positively accelerating, summer holidays have no affect BMI values. The BMI trend in pubescence pupils is fluctuating with a decrease in BMI values during the summer holidays. The BMI trend in adolescence pupils is convex, summer holidays have no effect on BMI values. BMI trends of all ages are within the normal weight. Astatistically significant difference in BMI is only for pupils of school age between September 2017 and June 2018. It is beneficial finding for practice that children with intellectual disability in the Czech Republic have much better results in BMI indicators and trends than children with intellectual disability in abroad.

For the monthly load with double trends of increasing and fluctuating, the integrated optimum gray neural network model of monthly load forecasting is proposed in the paper for the first time. In the model, we regard vertical historical data as the primitive array to forecast increasing trend by the gray model, and regard horizontal historical data as the primitive array to forecast fluctuating trend by the . Based on that, the concept of the optimum credibility is introduced, and the integrated optimum model is built in the paper. In the model, the double trends of monthly load are considered at the same time and the two models’ modeling characters are given attention. So the integrated model is superior to the model of single trend forecasting. An application case of the power load forecasting is given. Through the analysis to the monthly supplying electric capacity in LiaoNing power system, the corresponding integrated optimum gray neural network model is built. It is compared with other algorithms. The calculation results prove that this method raises accuracy of the monthly load forecasting greatly. For the weekly and seasonal load with the same double trends, the method has same suitability to them.

"The awareness of market trends becomes relevant for a broad number of market branches, in particular the more they are challenged by the digitalization. Trend analysis solutions help business executives identifying upcoming trends early. But solid market analysis takes their time and are often not available on consulting or strategy discussions. This circumstance often leads to unproductive debates where no clear strategy, technology etc. could be identified. Therefore, we propose a mobile visual trend analysis approach that enables a quick trend analysis to identify at least the most relevant and irrelevant aspects to focus debates on the relevant options. To enable an analysis like this, the exhausting analysis on powerful workstations with large screens has to adopted to mobile devices within a mobile behavior. Our main contribution is the therefore a new approach of a mobile knowledge cockpit, which provides different analytical visualizations within and intuitive interaction design."
