Abstract:
Sodobna družboslovna in humanistična razmišljanja ter medijski diskurzi se pri iskanju rešitev za težave v centraliziranem, tehnologiziranem, kapitaliziranem in politično zastopniškem svetu pogosto zgledujejo po predindustrijskih ali etnografskih organizacijskih modelih, ki so jih zabeležili etnologi in antropologi. Pri tem prihaja do idealiziranja in posploševanja, saj se zanemarja številne konkretne okoliščine, ki so te modele omogočile ali jih še omogočajo. Razloge za oblikovanje kolektivnih institucij na izbrani mikrolokaciji avtor išče predvsem v okoljskih in demografskih danostih, ki so v slovenskih antropoloških spisih pogosto spregledane. K temu dodaja ekonomske, politične in kulturne dejavnike, čeprav jih ne postavlja v hierarhični odnos. Avtor išče znamenja skupnostnih prizadevanj v Trenti na ravni gospodinjstev, soseščin, vasi, agrarnih skupnosti, zadrug, kulturnih in turističnih društev ter praznikov. Ugotavlja, da je v majhni skupnosti recipročnost generalizirana ali uravnotežena, zelo redko pa je negativna v smislu tržnih menjav med njenimi člani, s čimer pritrjuje Sahlinsovi konceptualizaciji razmerij med družbenimi odnosi in materialnimi tokovi. Posebna pozornost je posvečena tržno-religioznemu lokalnemu prazniku Trentarski senjem. Z njegovo analizo je mogoče zelo plastično prikazati, kako na simbolni (prostorsko-časovni) ravni odsevajo spremembe v družbeno-ekonomski strukturi doline v 20. stoletju.

Abstract:
Problematika společenské odpovědnosti organizací (dále jen CSR) je v současné době velmi diskutovaným tématem. Implementace CSR do obchodní strategie může přispět ke zvýšení konkurenceschopnosti, která je nezbytná v dnešním globalizovaném a moderním turbulentním tržním prostředí. Aplikace CSR v podnikání znamená, že organizace bere v úvahu také environmentální a sociální aspekty a dopady svých aktivit, produktů a služeb. CSR má vliv na to, jak zákazníci vnímají společnosti. Tento koncept je důležitý nejen pro zákazníky, ale také pro další zúčastněné strany, jako jsou: investoři, zaměstnanci, veřejnost, média, stát a další. Global Reporting Initiative (dále jen GRI) je nezávislá mezinárodní organizace, která je průkopníkem v oblasti reportování udržitelnosti. Standardy GRI jsou první globální standardy pro podávání zpráv o udržitelnosti. Mají modulární vzájemně propojenou strukturu a představují globální osvědčené postupy pro podávání zpráv o řadě ekonomických, environmentálních a sociálních dopadů. Cílem tohoto příspěvku je doporučit přístup k CSR pro společnost poskytující expresní kurýrní služby v České republice. Pozornost je primárně zaměřena na ekonomické, environmentální a sociální aspekty CSR, které tato společnost považuje za důležité z hlediska jejího podnikatelského sektoru. Metody interpretativní případové studie, dotazníkového šetření a analytického síťového procesu (dále jen ANP) jsou použity k určení nejlepší strategie CSR pro společnost poskytující expresní kurýrní služby v České republice v souladu se standardy GRI.

Abstract:
Cílem diplomové práce je analýza vztahu tržní koncentrace a efektivnosti odvětví. Přestože potvrzený vztah může být významný pro mnoho subjektů v ekonomice, doposud provedené empirické studie nedávají jasnou odpověď na otázku, zda jsou firmy fungující v odvětvích s vyšší tržní koncentrací efektivnější či nikoli. K analýze jsou použita data Českého statistického úřadu, která jsou tříděna a agregována dle odvětvové klasifikace ekonomických činností. Datová základna poskytuje údaje za roky 1998 až 2006 a jedná se výhradně o zpracovatelský průmysl České republiky. Metodou ověřování vztahu koncentrace ? efektivnost odvětví je regresní a korelační analýza.

The thesis deals with the market orientation of high-tech companies based in the city of Brno. It measures the effects of market orientation on business performance, analyzes the relations between market orientation and business performance for chosen companies and evaluates logical structure of the questionnaire used for marketing research. Based on the results of the research the thesis contains solution proposals addressed to the given companies, points out their weaknesses and follows with the proposals for the structure of the questionnaire and its future application for researching market orientation of the companies.

Abstract:
The aim of this thesis is to find out the answer to the question whether the state authorities influence the employment of debt financing of companies. First part of the work briefly summarizes the main economic theories engaged in the research on capital structure. Further are depicted approaches to thin capitalization in the European countries with focus on the Czech republic tax law dealing with the subject. The final part of the thesis demonstrates on the financial data of Czech companies from the period 2003-2008 that the state authorities influence the employment of debt in Czech companies by means of tax laws and so affect the capital structure of the companies.

The aim of diploma thesis is to determine the impact of the capital structure on the market value of business entities in the engineering sector. The secondary objective is to estimate the value of analyzed enterprises. In the enterprise valu-ation, strategic and financial analysis, the division of assets into operationally ne-cessary and operationally unnecessary and the analysis and prognosis of value generators is executed. The valuation itself is done using the discounted cash flow methods DCF Entity and DCF APV. In the end of the thesis the influence of the ca-pital structure on the market value of the company at different levels of debt is modeled.

Abstract:
This thesis deals with the evaluation of liquidity Czech, Belgian, French and Austrian banking sector from 1998 to 2013 and examines the factors that have impact on liquidity. In thesis there are compared the development of indicators of liquidity in the countries and are identified by their specifics. The measured indicators are two indicators of liquidity levels and four indicators of the structure of bank liquidity. Determinants of liquidity indicators are evaluated by regression analysis at the level of individual banks, while the results of which are summarized in the banking sector in the country. The paper focuses attention on the possible risk of transmission of liquidity risk from foreign parent banks to 4 largest Czech banks.

This thesis is a contribution to the knowledge of holding formation and development as forms of integration in the development of agribusiness in food verticals of Czech Republic. The thesis focuses on analyzing the motivatin of companies for the development of this forms of integration and its benefits. Based on the characteristics of developmental changes in the business environment in agribusiness, description of examples of selected holdings in the agrarian sector of the Czech Republic and methodological approaches to explore developmental changes summarized in the literature review, the thesis deals with the analysis of holding ÚSOVSKO. Basically a case study form fallows the develepment of this holding from the biginning of his business activities, financial and organizational links of the concern enterpricses and the development of its financial and economic results. Last but not least, this thesis pays attention of holding activities in the context of the development of the region in which the holding is mainly allocated.
