Abstract:
Statement of the problem. The twentieth century marked an increased interest in polyphonic music. The geography of polyphonic works for piano expanded significantly and a creative development of many Chinese composers, writing polyphonic piano pieces, took place. Today, polyphonic pieces make up a significant part of the piano repertoire in China, but they are little studied by musicologists and performers. The objective of this study – to reveal the contribution of Chinese composers to the creation of polyphonic piano repertoire of the XX – early XXI century. Analysis of the research and publications on the theme. А large number of modern authors study polyphony from the point of physical and mathematical research methods (Igarashi, Yu. & Ito, Masashi & Ito, Akinori, 2013; Weiwei, Zhang & Zhe, Chen, & Fuliang, Yin, 2016; Li, Xiaoquan et al. others, 2018). This approach does not reveal the factual musical component of polyphonic genres. In the 20th century, musicologists explored polyphony in musical folklore (Wiant, 1936; Fan Zuyin, 2004; Li Hong, 2015) and in professional Chinese composing (Sun Wei-bo, 2006, Winzenburg, 2018). The scientific novelty. This article studies the role of Chinese composers in the development of the world polyphonic piano repertoire of the XX – early XXI century. The methodological basis for the analysis of polyphonic works was the theoretical concepts of P. Hindemith, Peng Cheng, Fang Zuin, Li Hong, Sun Wei-bo. The results of the study. The research outcomes demonstrate the evolutionary development of the genre diversity of Chinese piano polyphony as well as those composers who created magnificent musical pieces. Conclusions. Chinese composers have fully mastered the art of modern counterpoint, represented by the genres of polyphonic program pieces (He Lu Ting), invention (Xiao Shu Xian, Du Qian, Sun Yun Yin, Chen Chen Quang), polyphonic suite (Ma Gui), large polyphonic cycle ( He Shao, Chen Hua Do, Xiao Shu Xian), fugue (Li Jun Yong, Yu Su Yan, Chen Gang, Tian Lei Lei, Duan Ping Tai, Zheng Zhong, Xiao Shu Xian) and small cycle “Prelude and Fugue” (Ding Shan Te, Chen Zhi Ming, Wang Li Shan). Creatively assimilating and rethinking the experience of Western polyphonists, Chinese composers have filled their polyphonic works with national features, firmly linking them with the origins of Chinese traditional and folk music. The polyphonic way of transmitting musical material becomes the most expressive at the moments of profound creativity and musical dramatization.

Abstract:
In Shuihudi QinJian(睡虎地秦簡), large amounts of documents on loan characters have been preserved, which is an important proof of the study of ancient pronunciation. And it was written as transitional writing style between seal scripts(篆书) and official scripts(隷书), therefore, it has filled up a blank in the development of Chinese characters, allowing all to know about how it looks like and it also has been known that Official Scripts got its initial form, as a matter of fact, from Qin Dynasty and in the meantime, some mistaken concepts concerning Qin official scripts have been corrected, which is of great significance in the history of Chinese literature. However, the relationship between sound and meaning is reflected in characters of same source; whereas the relationship between shape and meaning is reflected in the variant characters(異體字) reflect the relationship among shape, sound and meaning. Large number of Qin simplified characters, the shape of which is different from Xiao Zhuan(小篆) but the same shape with 籒文, 古文(ancient characters), still retain lots of shape and meaning of ancient characters, therefore, there is proof that Li Shu(隸書) has not been derived from Xiao Zhuan(小篆), however, they got derivatives from ancient characters originated no later than Xiao Zhuan, and both the ancient shape and meaning for Chinese characters was passed down by means of Shuihudi Qinjian(睡虎地秦簡) that help with the explanation and reading(校读) of ancient characters and also ancient books, which sufficiently demonstrates that without the study of the characters of QinJian characters in Shuihudi, there is no way to understand the relationship among the form, sound and meaning. Strictly speaking, directly comparing Shuo Wen(说文) with Yin Zhou characters could be a jumping study, thus, the conclusion would be imperpect. As has been mentioned above, Shuihudi QinJian(睡虎地秦簡) has maintained plenty of documents of 異體字 which is an important evidence for the study of ancient sounds. lt is becauce 異體字 has been written by means of transitional style of writing between 篆隶, it has filled up an important blank during the process of Chinese characters, making it known that what it looked like and 隸書, as a matter of fact, had its initial formation in time of Warring Period. In addition, some previous wrong concepts have been corrected which is of significance in the history of Chinese literature.

Abstract:
Abstract Background: Antiangiogenic drugs have demonstrated synergistic effect with anti-PD-1 antibody in advanced triple negative breast cancer (TNBC). Anlotinib is an oral multi-target tyrosine kinase inhibitor (TKI) that strongly inhibits VEGFR, PDGFR, FGFR, and c-kit. Preclinical studies showed that metronomic chemotherapy inhibited angiogenesis and enhanced the efficacy of immunotherapy in TNBC via modulation of the tumor immune microenvironment. We hereby conducted a single-arm, multicenter, phase II trial to investigate the efficacy and safety of sintilimab (anti-PD-1 antibody) plus anlotinib and metronomic chemotherapy as a potential novel therapeutic strategy in advanced TNBC and explore potential biomarkers. Methods: Forty-four cases were planning to be included in this trial. The eligible patients who had received no more than two lines of chemotherapy for metastatic disease were enrolled and received sintilimab (200 mg iv q3w) and anlotinib (12 mg po d1-14 q3w) plus capecitabine (500 mg po, tid) or vinorelbine (40 mg po, tiw) until disease progression or intolerable toxicity. The primary endpoint is objective response rate (ORR) and secondary endpoints are disease control rate (DCR), progression free survival (PFS), and overall survival (OS). The safety profile has also been assessed. Results: As of April 2023, a total of 44 patients were enrolled, and 42 patients were evaluable for efficacy. 3 patients (7.1%) achieved complete response (CR). 6 patients (14.3%) achieved partial response (PR). 25 patients (59.5%) achieved stable disease (SD).The ORR is 21.4% (95%CI 0.103-0.368) and DCR is 81.0% (95%CI 0.810-0.659). The median PFS was 5.06 months (95%CI 2.051-8.069). The most common grade 1 or 2 adverse events (AEs) include elevated thyroid stimulating hormone (52.38%, 22/42), elevated bilirubin (23.81%, 10/42), hand-foot syndrome (22.22%, 8/42), leukopenia (16.67%,7/42), nausea (14.29%, 6/42). Grade 3 AEs include elevated bilirubin (2.38%, 1/42), hypertension (2.38%, 1/42) and herpes zoster (2.38%, 1/42). No grade 4 or 5 AEs occurred. Conclusions: Our date showed that sintilimab in combination with anlotinib plus metronomic chemotherapy have shown favorable efficacy and acceptable safety profile in patients with advanced TNBC.
