Abstract:
Tulip breaking is economically the most important viral disease of modern-day tulip growing. It is characterized by irregular flame and feather-like patterns in the flowers and mosaic on the foliage. Thirty-two leaf samples were collected from cultivated tulip plants showing tulip breaking syndrome from Hungary in 2017 and 2018. Virus identification was performed by serological (ELISA) and molecular (RT-PCR) methods. All samples proved to be infected with a potyvirus and evidence was provided that three potyvirus species could be identified in the samples: Lily mottle virus (LMoV), Tulip breaking virus (TBV) and Rembrandt tulip-breaking virus (ReTBV). Recombination prediction accomplished with Recombination Detection Program (RDP) v4.98 revealed potential intraspecies recombination in the case of TBV and LMoV. Phylogenetic analyses of the coat protein (CP) regions proved the monophyletic origin of these viruses and verified them as three different species according to current International Committee on Taxonomy of Viruses (ICTV) species demarcation criteria. Based on these results, we analyzed taxonomic relations concerning potyviruses associated with tulip breaking syndrome. We propose the elevation of ReTBV to species level, and emergence of two new subgroups in ReTBV.

Abstract:
<p><em>Hotels are an element of the tourism industry and play a very important role in providing services to tourists. Each hotel tries to improve its facilities and service quality. If consumers enjoy services that are much lower than they expected, consumers will lose interest in these service providers, and the hotel will eventually lose customers. Conversely, if consumers enjoy services higher than their expectations, then consumers will feel satisfied. Based on the research background, the questions that arise in this study are which factors have the most influence on customer satisfaction on the service quality of the Golden Tulip Hotel Tangerang, and what factors have the greatest influence on customer service expectations of the Golden Tulip Hotel Tangerang. The research model developed in this study consists of four dimensions, namely service quality, consumer expectations, and customer satisfaction, with two hypotheses to be tested. The test was carried out using the Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) analysis tool in the LISREL program on 100 respondents who were consumers of the Golden Tulip Hotel Tangerang. The results of data analysis indicate that the two proposed hypotheses are acceptable, and it can be concluded that service quality has a positive effect on customer satisfaction, and consumer expectations have a positive effect on customer satisfaction. This study also links the research results with the theoretical implications and policies of the Golden Tulip Hotel Tangerang management, which are described in the conclusion section. Research limitations and future research agendas can be used as a reference for future researchers.</em></p><p><strong><em>Keywords</em></strong><em>: service quality, customer expectations, customer satisfaction</em></p>

Abstract:
Objective To evaluate retrievable IVC filters in our institution and assess their retrieval following a well-structured follow up program. Design Retrospective cohort study. Materials The medical records of patients implanted with retrievable IVC filters were reviewed. Methods All retrievable filter insertions between July 2007 and August 2011 at our institution were reviewed. Data was analyzed for age, gender, indication, complications, retrieval rate, and brand of filter inserted. Statistical analysis was done using SPSS software v19. Chi-square was used to compare discrete data and t-test for continuous data. P < 0.05 was significant. Results A total of 484 patients were reviewed of which 258 (53.1%) had a complete medical record. And 96 (37.2%) filters were placed as permanent at the time of insertion. An additional 40 (15.5%) filters were converted to permanent (total permanent filters 136; 52.7%). Death was reported in 26 (10%) patients and 96 (37.2%) out of the remaining 232 patients presented for potential retrieval. Also, 73 (28.2%) had an attempt to retrieve the filters, 69 (94.5%) were successful and 4 (5.4%) failed to retrieve. The remaining 23 (8.9%) patients declined retrieval. Filters studied include Celect (38%), Bard (31.4%), Option (26.2%), Tulip (4.1%), and Recovery (0.2%). Bard was more commonly used as a retrievable filter (80.9%). Retrieval on the first attempt was 90.4% ( n = 66) successful. Of the remaining seven filters, three were successfully retrieved on a second attempt, and four failed to retrieve due to filter tilt. The success rates of retrieval for Celect and Tulip were significantly lower than for Bard ( p = 0.04 and 0.023, respectively). Conclusion Our study showed that a variety of IVC filters can be retrieved successfully with minimal complication rates. In more than half of our patients, IVC filters were used as permanent. Failure of retrieval was most frequently due to filter tilting.

Manajemen kesiswaan merupakan seluruh kegiatan pembinaan dan pengembangan peserta didik yang dilaksanakan secara kontinu untuk menumbuhkan bakat, minat, dan kemampuan peserta didik melalui kegiatan kurikuler dan ekstrakulikuler. Program karya tulis ilmiah merupakan salah satu program dalam ranah kesiswaan yang dibuat dan dijalankan untuk melatih dan mengembangkan para peserta didik dalam melaksanakan penelitian dan penulisan suatu karangan ilmiah. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk menjelaskan: (1) Manajemen kesiswaan dalam implementasi program karya tulis ilmiah; (2) kendala yang dihadapi dalam pelaksanaan program karya tulis ilmiah; dan (3) peningkatan kualitas peserta didik dengan adanya program karya tulis ilmiah. Jenis penelitian yang digunakan adalah jenis penelitian lapangan (field research) atau penelitian kualitatif. Sasaran penelitian (subjek penelitian) ini adalah Kepala Madrasah, Wakil Kepala Madrasah Bidang Kesiswaan, dan guru yang menjadi pembimbing dan penguji Karya Tulis Ilmiah di MA Muhammadiyah 9 Lamongan. Teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan adalah observasi, wawancara, dan dokumentasi. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan adalah teknik analisis data Miles dan Huberman, yakni reduksi data, penyajian data, dan simpulan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa: (1) Manajemen kesiswaan dalam implementasi program karya tulis ilmiah terdiri dari empat tahap, yakni perencaaan, pengorganisasian, pelaksanaan, dan pengendalian program karya tulis ilmiah; (2) kendala yang dihadapi dalam pelaksanaan program karya tulis ilmiah diantaranya adalah faktor siswa, faktor pembimbing, dan faktor fasilitas madrasah; (3) peningkatan kualitas siswa dengan adanya program karya tulis ilmiah dapat dilihat dari pengembangan penalaran peserta didik, terbentuknya mental peserta didik, dan penguasaan teknologi oleh peserta didik.

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah mengevaluasi program Pendidikan dan Pelatihan Karya Tulis Ilmiah (Diklat KTI) untuk widyaiswara yang diselenggarakan Pusbangtendik Kemdikbud. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode evaluatif, model Kirkpatrick. Penelitian ini melibatkan 32 widyaiswara. Pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan menyebarkan kuesioner, observasi, studi dokumentasi dan wawancara. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan, Pertama; hanya ada tiga level Diklat KTI yang dilaksanakan sesuai peraturan, perencanaan serta memenuhi kriteria evaluasi, yaitu: level reaksi, pembelajaran dan perilaku. Kedua; Diklat KTI yang diselenggarakan Pusbangtendik Kemdikbud masih belum berdampak terhadap individu dan unit kerja. The result shows that, first, there are only three levels of KTI Training implemented according to the regulation, plans and fulfillment of the evaluation criteria’; the three levels are reaction, learning, and behaviour levels. Second, KTI Training held by Pusbangtendik Kemdikbud still has not significantly showed any impact towards the individual and work units. Therefore, it is recommended for KTI Training program to continue with the improvement efforts on the impact level of KTI Training.Kata kunci: evaluation, KTI training, trainer

Abstract:
Ethylene evolution is a consequence of Fusarium infection of tulip bulbs, yet little is known about the bulb-pathogen interactions involved in the induction or time course of ethylene synthesis. The resulting ethylene can affect adjacent, non-infected bulbs, and results in a variety of disorders, most notably flower abortion. Earlier work indicates that cultivars vary in their sensitivity to ethylene, but there are few data on ethylene production by cultivar. In this experiment, we assessed Fusarium-induced ethylene production in 36 tulip cultivars. Bulbs were wounded, inoculated with a liquid Fusarium suspension (isolated from infected bulbs) and held at 25 °C. Control bulbs were wounded, but not inoculated. Ethylene production was monitored by headspace analysis and gas chromatography. Ethylene increased rapidly after a lag phase of at least 8 days, but there were large differences in ethylene production among cultivars. Of the cultivars tested, `Furand' evolved more than 340 μL/kg/fwt/hr (≈250 μL/L/bulb/day) on the 11th day after infection, a rate ≈440-fold greater than in non-inoculated bulbs. Inoculated cultivars producing ethylene at rates exceeding 50 μLL/kg/hr included `Mary Belle', `Libretto', `Nashville', `Yonina', `Friso', and `Prominence'. About 25% of the cultivars produced ethylene at rates >10 μL/kg/hr, and ≈40% of cultivars produced less than this rate on day 11. High-ethylene producing tulips could be stored separately from other cultivars, or be given increased ventilation during storage or transportation. Knowledge of cultivar variation might also be useful in breeding programs. Further questions concerning the specific tissue responsible for ethylene synthesis (bulb, fungus, or both?) also arise.

Abstract:
The movement let's build a madrasa (GERAMM) is a madrasa innovation program to improve quality towards a great and dignified madrasa. Among the GERAMM programs, one of them is the Madrasah Literacy Movement (GELEM) program with the aim of generating literacy activities in madrasah with the main target of teachers, principals, supervisors and students. The problem in this service is how to improve the quality of teachers in the field of writing scientific papers especially writing (a) research proposals, (b) reports of research results, and (c) scientific publications. The method used in this service is a workshop in which it is conducted with lectures, discussions and questions and answers. The results of the workshop were able to improve the ability of teachers in the field of scientific papers by 31% from the initial value before the workshop. The contribution of this service is to realize literacy programs in madrasas by equipping teachers with scientific writing skills, the GERAMM program is able to boost madrasa innovation towards superior madrasas.
