Neste artigo analisa-se a influência que teve o Movimento de liberação nacional Tupamaros durante o nascimento e o desenvolvimento das Brigadas Vermelhas italianas. Foram os próprios brigadistas os que, em numerosos comunicados, outorgaram aos Tupamaros o papel de inspiradores das suas ações. A maneira de atuar dos dois, veremos, coincidiu em muitos casos, apesar de que também deve-se destacar os diferentes âmbitos em que se formaram e atuaram.

Abstract:
The article represents the first in Russian historiography attempt to consider in detail the structure of the revolutionary organization Tupamaros National Liberation Movement that acted in Uruguay in the 1960s and early 1970s. Due to the fact, that the Movement was clandestine, the data on the structure, strength, members could be reconstructed from both official documents and memoirs of members and leaders of the Movement. There are a lot of eminent persons of the contemporary history of Uruguay among them - ex President Jos Mujica, Vice President Luca Topolansky, former Minister of Defense Eleuterio Fernndez Huidobro and other important public figures. The study reveals the structural framework of the Tupamaros Movement and shows how were applied in practice two conflicting principles of the democratic centralism and internal autonomy of structural units of the organization.

In July 1967, while Che Guevara was trying to create—with limited success— a rural foco (guerrilla cell) in Bolivia, the first conference of the Organization of Latin American Solidarity (OLAS) was taking place in Havana. The conference was presented as the application of the decisions made at the Tricontinental Conference, which had taken place in January 1966. For the first time, members of different organizations on the Latin American left met to agree on a collective response to the question of how to develop solidarity among countries such as Cuba that had defeated imperialism and those that had embarked upon but not yet won a definitive battle.

La literatura testimonial que surge en América Latina a fines de los años noventa tiene como temática principal el rescate de la memoria centrada en la violencia de Estado de las dictaduras militares de las décadas anteriores. En el caso uruguayo, la escritura testimonial de ex presas políticas dará cuenta de la silenciosa y tormentosa vida tras las rejas, y de las necesarias relaciones de compañerismo que posibilitan resistir: un ejemplo de lo anterior es Oblivion de Edda Fabbri, testimonio galardonado por el Premio Literario Casa de las Américas en 2007. El propósito de este artículo es identificar el modo en que en Oblivion la voz testimonial de una ex presa política militante del Movimiento de Liberación Nacional Tupamaros intenta reconstruir la memoria de su pasado carcelario que se dibuja en una serie de imágenes fragmentadas guardadas en el cuerpo. La escritura, aunque insuficiente, se establecerá como el medio por el que la hablante hará presente el dolor, no con la intención de historiar, sino para dejar una huella del pasado violento que permita, a la vez, buscar el perdón. La paradoja entre memoria y olvido que atraviesa al testimonio jugará un importante rol en dicha búsqueda. El análisis se centrará en tres núcleos de reflexión: el vínculo entre el tiempo y la memoria, la relación entre dolor, cuerpo y escritura, y la idea de olvido como perdón.

Two new species of the denticulata-group in the genus Ceratophysella Börner, 1932, C. rogerarlei sp.n. and C. nataliae sp.n., both from Brazil are described and illustrated. Ceratophysella rogerarlei sp.n. is similar to C. engadinensis (Gisin, 1949) in overall chaetotaxy, but it is unique by the combination of Ant. IV with trilobed apical bulb and 5 dorsal sensilla, PAO atypical with antero-lateral lobe clearly shorter than the antero-medial lobe, and the reduction of trunk dorsal chaetotaxy and number of macrosetae. Ceratophysella nataliae sp.n. is similar to C. gibbosa (Bagnall, 1940) and C. tupamara Palacios-Vargas & Bocanegra, 2012 but differs in dorsal abdominal chaetotaxy, Ant. IV with trilobed apical bulb (simple in C. gibbosa) and dorsal manubrium with 18+18 setae (8+8 in C. tupamara). A key to South American species of the genus is provided. With the descriptions presented, there are now nine species of Ceratophysella recorded from South America and six from Brazil.

El siguiente estudio se inscribe dentro de los trabajos de historia de la memoria. Busca analizar cómo la memoria carcelaria de dos organizaciones subversivas de la izquierda latinoamericana gestaron todo un corpus discursivo en función de la propaganda política. La pieza angular del constructo es «el héroe militante», el cual se analizará a partir de la reconstrucción narrativa de la memoria carcelaria de ambas organizaciones. En concreto, la investigación tratará de responder a las siguientes interrogantes: ¿con qué fin ambas organizaciones se esfuerzan por recomponer una memoria del encierro?, ¿no sería este un esfuerzo contradictorio teniendo en cuenta, para el caso de MLN-T, su conquista política, y para SL, su plan de arribo a la política? A través del estudio comparado se tratará de demostrar que esta construcción pretende presentar una imagen suprahumana de los presos de ambos grupos guerrilleros, y, en segundo lugar, inhumana de aquellos que tuvieron que enfrentarlos. Todo ello con la finalidad de denunciar la reacción del Estado a través de la palabra que les fuera negada cuarenta años atrás, y construir, por lo tanto, una memoria que les permita contar otra versión que propicie una mayor aceptación social, y facilite su participación política.

Ulrich Mücke y Marcel Velázquez Castro son los editores de Autobiografía del Perú republicano. Ensayos sobre historia y la narrativa del yo, libro de ensayos que tiene como tema los autodocumentos. Ellos unen el planoformal y social. Ulrich Mücke deja de lado las distinciones retóricas, ya que se enfoca en las construcciones de sentido: en este caso, este conjunto de ensayos enfatizan el plano social y la construcción de las figuras del yo através del tiempo. Como se verá a lo largo de esta obra, la voz del autodocumento existe desde el periodo colonial y se sigue manifestando hasta hoy, a pesar de sus limitaciones. Es importante señalar que este no es unlibro orgánico. Sin embargo, puede ser el primer aporte para hablar sobre las autobiografías y las memorias, que no han sido tratadas de manera suficiente. El libro tiene diez ensayos. El primero es una introducción a la autoescritura en el Perú, y se pasa por autobiografías, memorias y testimonios que, sin lugar a dudas, nos muestran no solo a individuos que hablande sí mismos, sino también es clara su relación con una época y una sociedad, con sus contradicciones y esperanzas.Ya en el segundo ensayo, «El cautiverio de la memoria: voces y subtextos en un autodocumento (1825) de Juan Bautista Túpac Amaru», de Marcel Velázquez Castro, podemos abrir con la pregunta: ¿quién es Juan Bautista Túpac Amaru? El autor estudia el libro de memorias El dilatado cautiverio bajo el gobierno español de Juan Bautista Tupamaru, 5.º nieto delúltimo emperador del Perú, en el que observa sus contradicciones. Señala que, al momento de iniciar la escritura, Juan Bautista es «una sombra, una huella viviente de la gran rebelión indígena de 1780» (p. 47). Las contradiccionesque el autor encuentra son numerosas: las alusiones al pasado toman como referente no a la historia quechua, sí a Sócrates, Esparta y Alejandro. Sin embargo, Juan Bautista se presenta como un sujeto que recuerda e interpreta, un crítico que puede revelar la doble moral de los españoles. Estas contradicciones presentan la interrogante medular del ensayo: ¿quién habla realmente en el texto de Juan Bautista Túpac Amaru? Mientras se intenta contestar esta interrogante, se describe cómo Juan Bautista realiza dos operaciones: establece una continuidad directa entre la conquista y la sublevación de 1780 y vincula la rebelión de Túpac Amaru con las guerras de la independencia. La victoria de los españoles sobre los indios no es explicada como un mandato divino, sino que es el resultado de la barbarie de los españoles: estos son sanguinarios, crueles, ignorantesy ladrones.

Este artigo tem como objetivo analisar a vinculação política do ex-coronel do Exército Brasileiro, Jefferson Cardim de Alencar Osório, com o Movimiento de Liberación Nacional Tupamaros (MLN-T). No Brasil, Cardim integrou a esquerda nacionalista, participando da Campanha da Legalidade (1961) e da Guerrilha de Três Passos (1965). Após fugir da prisão, em 1968, o ex-coronel seguiu para o exílio, realizando uma série de viagens a países da América Latina, África e Europa, com o objetivo de obter apoio para o movimento revolucionário brasileiro. Em 1970, Cardim retornou ao Uruguai, onde estabeleceu contato com o MLN-T. As fontes utilizadas no artigo foram documentos repressivos e depoimentos. O referencial teórico baseia-se no Terrorismo de Estado (TDE), com ênfase para os conceitos de inimigo interno e fronteiras ideológicas.

O Movimento de Liberao Nacional-Tupamaros (MLN-T) que surgiu no mbito ditatorial e foi suprimido durante a ditadura, o surgimento e desenvolvimento da Frente Amplio, bem como sua chegada presidncia uruguaia por meio de Tabar Vzquez e posteriormente por Jos Mujica. Mujica que nasceu e vive em Montevidu, em uma fazenda nos arredores da cidade, foi membro ativo do MLN-T, ficando preso 13 anos durante o perodo ditatorial, onde aps ficar em liberdade iniciou uma caminhada poltica dentro do pas, onde foi deputado em 1994, senador em 1999, ministro da Agricultura, Pecuria e da Pesca em 2005 e o pice da escala poltica de Mujica seria a conquista da presidncia uruguaia, a qual obteve nas eleies de 2009, vencendo o candidato de um tradicional partido uruguaio, o Partido Nacional.
