To solve the problems of alphabets and writing of Turkic languages, we propose to create a writing system “ortabitik” [1, 2, 3, 4], that is, four isomorphic alphabet systems: 1) an alphabet based on the Latin alphabet; 2) an alphabet based on the Cyrillic alphabet; 3) an alphabet based on the Arabic alphabet; 4) an alphabet based on the Orkhon-Yenisei script. In the Turkic group of languages there are 39 phonemes in total, in each national Turkic language there are approximately 30-35 phonemes of these 39 phonemes in different samples. In natural languages, segmentation of the speech flow is the most important aspect of speech decoding: the meaning of a linguistic whole can be understood only if it is broken down into smaller elements and these are combined according to the grammatical rules of the language. Thus, the marking of speech segments must be determined by the internal structure of the language. A necessary condition for defining the boundaries of such segments is the presence of cognitive mechanisms involved in the processes of decoding sign systems. The article discusses in detail the issues of discrepancies in transcription and translations of texts of ancient Turkic written monuments. It is indicated that in ancient Turkic written texts and their translations, a method of transcription is used that reflects a clear image of the sound composition of words. In the history of the development of writing, especially the reconstruction and restoration of ancient versions of writing, re-reading them, as in the same Ancient original, becomes a very difficult task for the doctrine of grammatology. Purpose. Experimental phonetics is a fundamental source of typological reconstructions. It provides plausible data on the phonetic processes progressing in a language, dialect, or subdialect. In this paper, we compare the results of MRI-investigation of the sound a (it being the most frequently used in the Turkic languages) in related though quite distant languages: Baraba-Tatar, Altai (Ust-Khan subdialect) and Bashkir (Eastern dialect). Thus, the purpose of our study is to distinguish the articulatory traits of the a-type sound in the Barabian, Altai and Bashkir languages under different posi

This study examines the phonological, morphological, and semantic evolution of the terms tourism and visit in Arabic, Persian, and Uzbek. In Arabic, «siyāḥa» retains the phoneme «ḥ» and signifies travel, while «ziyāra» is associated with pilgrimage and carries religious connotations. In Persian, these borrowed terms undergo phonetic changes, with «ḥ» shifting to «h» and «tā-marbūṭa» being replaced by «t», leading to semantic modifications. In Uzbek, influenced by Turkic phonetics, «yy» transforms into yyo, «ḥ» is realized as «h», and the construction «ziyorat qilmoq» acquires a stable meaning

This analysis of the translation of the Kalevala into Komi by Adolf Turkin shows that alliteration is fairly frequent in the target text. Examples of alliteration and data on the occurrences of alliteration in the translation allow the suggestion that the translator may have attempted to make use of consonant words. However, alliteration observed in the translation cannot be regarded as a characteristic phonetic factor that participates in the organisation of the text. It proves to be accidental, not structur
