Abstract:
The anthropic turn of philosophy appears as a theoretical justification of the transition in the twentieth century from the state-totalitarian regimes to the globalization-information society, demo-liberal regimes and human rights. Since the middle of the twentieth century through so-called new science arises a new process-creative-centric image of the world in what the development of the anthroponomospherical tendency became the so-called socio-cultural paradigm, what is an increase in the conscious-spiritual factors of development. In the justifications of the anthropic principle of Carter,

It tackles this through analysis of the various twists, turns, and challenges of early science diplomacy efforts in marine science during the early twentieth century. It looks in turn at questions of defining and agreeing on research objectives, how backchannel science diplomacy can become official government diplomacy, and finally, how car

By the latter half of the twentieth century, concerns with both sin and fraud had diminished, and Voodoo was looked upon as entertainment——a tourist commodity and potential gold-mine for commercial exploitation. Spanish women writers that establish their literary careers early in twentieth century find themselves at an interesting historical crossroads as the world changes from an agrarian to an industrial paradigm. On one hand, this change leads to a strong current of traditionalism, to which most male writers adhere, as it offers the attractive idea of return to a pre-modern simplicity; on the other, this change opens up possibilities for social improvement and participation for those groups traditionally excluded from power. Embracing this change poses the opportunity for female subjects to reshape

Abstract Bare steel pipelines were first installed years before the turn of the century. Pipeline operators soon realized the life of bare steel could be greatly enhanced by applying coatings. Thus began “pipeline rehabilitation” Many of the older pipelines were exposed, evaluated, coated and returned to service. This procedure has reached new heights in recent years as coated pipelines of the twentieth century, having lived past their original design life, are now subject to coating failure. Many operator companies with pipelines thirty years or older are faced with “replace or recondition”.
