Twardziak jadalny, powszechnie znany jako "shiitake", należy do grzybów uprawnych charakteryzujących się wyjątkowymi właściwościami kulinarnymi i leczniczymi. KOGNITYWNA ANALIZA LUDOWYCH NAZW ROŚLIN W językoznawstwie kognitywnym znaczenie utożsamiane jest z mentalną reprezentacją stworzoną (zobrazowaną) w pewien określony sposób, a różne obrazowania referenta mogą być powiązane z różnymi formami fonologicznymi.
