It is shown that the obtained estimators in closed forms are not available, but through the usage of appropriate numerical methods, they can be solved. Introduction: The neutrophil-lymphocyte ratio (NLR) is an economically accessible tool useful in cases of Type II Diabetes Mellitus (T2DM). It can be utilized as a laboratory index, indicating systemic inflammation. The sensitivity of NLR to HbA1c must be validated to utilize for its prognostic potential. Correlation of HbA1c with NLR and other parameters have been analyzed to assess the utility of NLR in chronic cases of T2DM, thereby evaluating the utility of NLR as a marker of systemic inflammation in diabetes. Generalized estimating equations are routinely utilized for the marginal analysis of longitudinal data. In order to obtain consistent regression parameter estimates, these estimating equations must be unbiased. However, when certain types of time-dependent covariates are presented, these equations can be biased unless the working independence structure is used. Unfortunately, regression parameter estimation can be very inefficient with this structure because not all valid moment conditions are incorporated within the corresponding equations. However, recent studies demonstrate that LGGs bearing a mutation in the isocitrate dehydrogenase 1 (IDH1) gene are a distinct molecular and clinical entity. It remains unclear whether maximizing EOR confers an equivalent clinical benefit in IDH mutated (mtIDH) and IDH wild-type (wtIDH) LGGs.
