This article discusses the development of the type of knowledge held to be crucial for creativity and innovation, and which is referred to here as hidden knowledge. The research question investigated is: How can organizations develop hidden knowledge? The first purpose of the article is to bring forth a type of knowledge which can give some foundation for knowledge management and innovation. The second objective is to give some foundation for the HR-department, in order to bring knowledge management theory to practical use. While discussing the nature of esoteric knowledge and the role it plays in human life, it should first be noted that esoteric knowledge is not alien to the nature of the individual in terms of being a type of knowledge that a person can acquire and possess. As a result of our research (studies of Russian, Turkish, British, Arab, etc. researchers), it has been revealed that this type of knowledge requires mental abilities and also includes phenomena related to the soul. The article considers the phenomenon of the transitional type of knowledge arising at the junction of the main types of cognition. It is shown that forms of knowledge naturally arise in the cognitive space, in which, on the one hand, the level of compliance with the standards of the basic type of cognition for them is reduced and, on the other hand, signs of a different type of cognition are shown. This is an intermediate, hybrid type of knowledge, belonging to which the concepts form a kind of transitional zones between all fields of knowledge. The composition and features of this transitiona

Knowledge graphs (KGs) are of great importance to many real world applications, but they generally suffer from incomplete information in the form of missing relations between entities. Knowledge graph completion (also known as relation prediction) is the task of inferring missing facts given existing ones. Most of the existing work is proposed by maximizing the likelihood of observed instance-level triples. Not much attention, however, is paid to the ontological information, such as type information of entities and relations. In this work, we propose a type-augmented relation prediction (TaRP)

Numeric estimates are influenced by a variety of factors including a person's knowledge and the presence of numeric anchors. In general, greater knowledge leads to more accurate estimates and the presence of anchors decreases accuracy. This dissertation is focused on the relationship between these two factors. At an intuitive level, it seems that increased knowledge should lead to a decrease in anchoring effects. Unfortunately, the research on knowledge and anchoring is quite mixed. In the first approach, it developed methods for utilising both embedded knowledge inside KGs and linked entity supplementary information outside KGs to improve inference accuracy.
