Abstract:
The process of globalization have a profound effect on the economy and politics of all countries, as well as on national cultural aspects. This process is changing the inner and outer nature of every nation. The changing world as a result of globalization, the individual, the problems that arise in the life of every nation as a result of its influence; news about what is happening; one of the most important tasks of literary criticism is the reflection of the contemporary image of those who are in search of solutions to their problems, from one side, in the literacy literature, from the other side, in the literacy process, from the scientific point of view. Although works of art are created in a particular language, over time, they also “move” to other languages, inviting different nations to kindness and mutual love. For the original works of literature, time and place cannot be maintained. For them, religious beliefs and boundaries between countries can never be the “Great Chinese Wall” because they embodied the divine miracle power of the word.

The development of linguistics is a continuous ongoing process. New material is being accumulated, new ideas arise, previous assessments and concepts have been clarified and reevaluated. This makes it necessary to create a synthesis of the work. Their aim might be summarizing research, achievements, consideration of new material and revaluation of previously known one. A considerable improvement over the years of research methodology in linguistics contributes to comparative and universal-typological studies of languages of different building including genetically and typologically distant ones.

Abstract:
SUMMARY Is 'creolization' a process that differs fundamentally from other kinds of linguistic change? Recent debate centers round Bickerto/i's 'Language Bioprogram Hypothesis' (LBH), according to which a pure 'creole' is a newly-created language utilising the lexical items of an unstructured contact-language (a jargon) and the grammatical theory innate in all human beings. Linguistic 'change', on the other hand, is a more gradual process in which tradition plays a part, without sudden breakdown of inherited structures, regarded as characteristic of creolization, which occurs only in certain social conditions. Romance Creoles are here contrasted with patois, in a attempt to discern crucial differences. French completive and relative structures are examined in some detail. The conclusion is that, while some features of Romance Creoles can be seen as continuing the tendencies of non-creole Romance, others involve more radical typological change, resulting, conceivably, from a drastic switch in the way new speakers understand the structure of the language to which they are exposed. A parallel is drawn with earlier periods in Romance history.

Abstract:
Typological studies of motion verbs have struggled to conceptualize a framework that would adequately account for languages which make use of ideophoness for expressing manner of motion. This paper examines ideophones in the Pastaza Quichua dialect of Amazonian Ecuador, with a special focus on the structural patterns observable in two categories of Quichua verbs of motion: verbs of motion by limited translocation and verbs of motion by nonlimited translocation. These two types of verbs and their ideophones manifest 5 major patterns of verb/ideophone interaction, which may be schematized with a gradient scale of possibilities. On the one hand, verbs and their ideophones may come together and coalesce into a unity of meaning, a meaning that is, in fact, lexicalized in one verb form by other languages. On the other hand, verbs and their ideophones may be more inclined toward a ‘separatist semantics’, in which each entity expresses a conceptually distinctive action, event, or process. These patterns problematize several assumptions made in typological studies.

Abstract:
Contemporary society need specialists who can independently refill their knowledge, be mobile and open to innovations. That is why there is a need to strategically put to the first place such process of teaching in the higher educational institutions in which management of independent students work would promote development of socially-valuable specialist, provide development of his individuality. In order to solve presented tasks, we offer the technology of projecting didactic materials in the process of managing independent work. That work suggests diagnosis of individual-typological features of students and development of students typology; correlation of contents and structure of individual work with individual-typological features of students, balance of tasks of different complexity level. In the core of the technology is projecting and realization of phased technique of managing independent students work based on identified individual types.
Research goal – to theoretically justify technology of projecting didactic materials in the process of managing independent work that is based on the individual-typological features of the students.
Research methods: theoretic-methodological analysis of the scientific psychological pedagogical literature on the research problem, analysis of the results of analysis individual typological features of the student, modeling.

Abstract:
Within the general theoretical framework of the holistic-interactionistic paradigm, the need for using methods reflecting the process characteristics of a developmental study is emphasized and certain limitations of current research practice in this regard are pointed out. We focus on a person-oriented approach that can be regarded as a modern typological approach, where patterns of values in relevant variables describing the individual are regarded as indivisible, so that the variable has a meaning only as a part of such a pattern. It is claimed that such an approach can be more process-oriented and more compatible with the holistic-interactionistic paradigm than conventional methods. Some relevant classification-based methods are briefly reviewed, and a new method (TYFO) is presented that aims at finding typical developmental patterns in data without striving for a complete classification. The procedure is illustrated with an empirical example.

Abstract:
The aim of this research was to study gender and typological features of the morphometric parameters of the alveolar process of the maxilla in the mature population of the Republic of Azerbaijan.Material and methods. The study included 100 macerated mature male and female skulls reported in the certificates from the craniological collection of the fundamental museum of the department of human anatomy and medical terminology of the Azerbaijan medical university. The craniometric and variation-statistical methods were used in the study. Measurements were performed according to the generally accepted method using standard instruments for craniometry (Vernier caliper, caliper and a metal ruler). Cranial cuts in the frontal plane at the level of the upper canines, second premolars and molars were performed to measure the height and width of the alveolar ridge.Results. The results of morphometry demonstrated that the alveolar process of the maxilla has a pronounced gender dimorphism in males and females. Thus, in men morphometric parameters of the alveolar ridge (measured at different levels) are higher than in women. The alveolar ridge is statistically higher in leptoprozopes and mesoprozopes compared with euriprozopes at all studied levels.Conclusion. The height and width of the alveolar process of the maxilla have significant gender differences. Certain features of the width of the alveolar ridge have been detected for various forms of the facial part of the skull, but no evident relationship has been revealed.

Abstract:
The article studies the typological system of languages belonging to Indo-European language family and the influence of native language interference on creative written productions of English language learners. It has been defined that the components of linguistic complexity in writing follow different developmental trajectories related to different levels of language proficiency, interference being observed not only throughout closely related languages. Based on this assumption linguistic complexity has been studied in the aspect of the native language transfer and the languages have been classified according to the typological similarity of language patterns but not according to language family relation. It has been proved that typologically similar languages belonging to the same language group or family cause the same mistakes in the process of ESL studying, specifically while producing complex speech structures. The last stage of the research involves the analysis of the native language influence on English creative written productions depending on the proficiency level of the producer. Finally, languages have been classified into clusters which have the same characteristics (morphological and syntactical) in their influence on ESL studying and a new model to study language interference in contrast has been proposed.

The aim: Based on previous studies, develop medical and psychological recommendations to increase the motivation for the work of nurses and medical assistants. Materials and methods: During 2015–2018 Students of the Kharkov Regional Medical College (100 experimental people and 100 control groups) studied the types of motivation of medical personnel to work in key positions. The article analyzes the relationship between motivation and the individual – typological characteristics of the person using the psychodiagnostic methodology of the individually – typological questionnaire L.N. Sobchik and author’s profile A.V. Grishnyaeva. Results: Аfter analyzing the above data, we can say that a combination of motivation or its absence with certain individual and typological characteristics of individuals leads to different results of adaptation to the primary positions of future medical workers. The imbalance of individual-personality structures and motivation leads to an accentuation of character, which contributes to maladaptation and professional burnout. Conditions: Given the connection between motivation and individual – typological characteristics of the personality, it is possible to make the correct personnel distribution and prevent the professional burnout of employees.

Abstract:
Taking into account the structural features, peculiarities of the journal context and methods of its integration, the article demonstrates a typological model of the “author’s” literary journal considered as one of the typological models of a large-volume journal (literary, universal, common journal type). The article reveals typological versions of the “author’s” journals of Russian press in the 18-19th centuries. The authors established that the general typological model united the “author’s” journals with similar typological features. The owner, the publisher and the editor acted on his/her own, as well as he/she was the only or the main author of journal texts of different genres. Besides, he/she had an opportunity to create all journal discourses directly: artistic, publicistic, literary review which lead to the extreme consolidation of the journal context on the semantic (problem and thematic), formal (compositional and stylistic), worldview levels. The article proves that in the course of evolution, differentiation of the “the author’s journal» model with the formation of its typological features has taken place. Russian journalism included the author’s journal novel, the author’s literary and artistic journal, the author’s encyclopaedic journal, the author’s monographic journal. The authors of the article demonstrate that typological versions of the author’s journal are distinguished by degree of the publisher’s and editor’s involvement into the journal management process, their structure, ratio of the main journal discourses, volume and genres of the texts published, as well as methods of journal context consolidation.

Abstract:
The article deals with the correlation of age and individual typological features in the development of motor abilities in the system of physical education and sports activities. It is noted that at the turn of the 60 - 80s of the last century, extensive material was obtained on the development of motor abilities, where age was an integral indicator. In studies of the subsequent period, it was clearly indicated that the age criterion does not allow to fully reveal the laws of development of motor abilities, and age as such cannot reflect any standard development process. It is argued that age-related features can be most fully represented in the context of a holistic process of individual human development. The results of the study showed that in the process of growing up, the development of motor abilities is associated with the properties of the nervous system, while the revealed connections differ significantly in different age periods. There are also significant differences in the relationship, on the one hand, of the initial levels of motor abilities, and, on the other hand, the rate of their growth with the typological properties of the nervous system in individual age periods. The presence of stable relationships between the levels of manifestations and the rate of growth of motor abilities with the properties of the nervous system indicates individual trajectories of development of motor manifestations in ontogenesis. Knowledge of the latter will allow you to individualize the educational and training processes. Dynamics of development of motor abilities is determined by a set of typological features of the manifestation of the properties of the nervous system - a typological complex.

Objective: In studies of the mechanisms of human adaptation to professional and educational activities, as well as in clinical practice, the method of mathematical analysis of heart rate variability (HRV) is widely used. Based on this, the aim of this paper is to determine the typology and characteristics of the vegetative regulation of the heart as a prenosological control of the functional state of the body of practically healthy foreign students. Methods: In 2018, 389 male students from India and Pakistan, which are studying at the International higher school of medicine (ISM) aged 17-24, served as test subjects. For each student, the main HRV parameters were recorded in a sitting position for 5 minutes by means of “PSYCHOPHYSIOLOGIST” software and hardware company Medicom MTD (Russia). Results: In total, 52% of young men had type I (with a moderate predominance of central regulation), 5% - type II (with a pronounced predominance of central regulation), 36% - type III (with a moderate predominance of autonomous regulation), and 7% - type IV (with a pronounced predominance of autonomous regulation). Students with a predominance of central regulation (types I and II) compared with types III and IV (predominance of autonomous regulation) have an excess of sympathetic influences on the heart, as indicated by reliably low values of the SDNN, Mo, TP and high level of SI, which leads to various dysfunctional disorders, especially with severe centralization. In the group of persons with type III, a balance is maintained between the tone of the sympathetic and parasympathetic nervous system, while type IV shows a significant prevalence of parasympathetic effects on the heart rhythm. Conclusion: The results indicate a risk of developing disadaptation in the students' body during education process and the importance of systematic monitoring to detect early cardiac arrhythmias.

Abstract:
Process typology theory has proven extremely beneficial in providing refined depictions of the complex structure of the built environment and in proposing challenging intrinsic morphological explanations of processes of 'structuration' as opposed to the external explanations emphasized by other theoretical perspectives. Thus far, typologists have concentrated essentially on environments that are many centuries old. Yet, tumultuous historical and morphological conditions that have arisen more recently challenge the idea of focusing exclusively on internal factors for morphogenetic explanations. This paper discusses the central notions of type and typological process in relation to the action of agents in such a process in order to integrate the role of social 'demands' in urban morphology.

Abstract:
This paper deals with the the complements of the verbs of visual and auditory perception in Old Church Slavonic: Accusative with participle (AP) and clause. The two types of complements are semantically differentiated by evidentiality: AP serves for the firsthand evidentiality and the clause for the non-firsthand evidentiality. Since AP is attested in Old Russian, Old Czech as well in some other old Slavonic languages, it is evident that it was an indigenous Slavic construction. It belongs to the Indo-European syntactic inheritance - the appositive double accusative. Since in early Indo-European the accusative was a general adverbial case, it expressed both types of evidentiality. With the typological drift of Indo-European and its daughter languages toward a nominative language type, which meant the development of syntactic transitivity, the AP was reanalyzed as an object, but only in the cases of the firsthand evidentiality (where the subject has control over the information). For non-firsthand evidentiality, another strategy, inherited also from the proto-language, was used: a sentence with delimitative connective(s). This process was finished by the end of Proto-Slavonic, as testified by Old Church Slavonic. In the process of the further strengthening of transitivity, which gave a prominent role to the predicate as the centripetal core of the sentence, the other predicative center - the active participle - had to be removed, while the passive participle was reanalyzed as an adjective. This led to the loss of the AP in the early history of Slavic languages and the development of hypotactic structures. It was a long process, marked by the competition of different particles and deictic forms which were on the way to be grammaticalized into conjunctions. It ended with the formation of the two types of conjunctions for the two types of evidentiality, e.g. jak - ze in Czech, da - ce in Bulgarian, kako - da in Serbian, kak - cto in Russian etc. This shows not only the importance of evidentiality in a diachronic perspective but also that its formalization is based on the language type.

Abstract:
Just like human languages, also writing systems tend to change in diachrony, and sometimes they are substituted by new ones, in a process that we can call writing systems shift. The way this process takes place is determined by many conditions, which are here briefly described and discussed. Some recurrent facts suggest that a script shift is a linguistic phenomenon which is strongly marked, and which needs both a strong motivation, inside the speaking community, and a strong motivator, outside the same community. Despite some previous thoughts, in fact, it’s possible that choosing a new writing system is not simply the consequence of an evolution towards a “better” or “more adapt” system, but rather a more general matter of linguistic identity, which involves the whole speaking community.

Abstract:
This article is devoted to the identification of typologically common and different characteristics of the semantics of numbers in the phraseological units of languages, in terms of cultural and typological characteristics of the concept of number reflected in them. The study of numbers, from the point of view of thinking about the ethnocultural and mental characteristics of the concept of number, is carried out not only by linguists, but also by psychologists, ethnologists, culturologists, historians, mathematicians and researchers in the philosophy of mathematics. Numbers have additional symbolic meanings in the cultural system of symbols and are therefore polyfunctional semiotic signs. This work is dedicated to taking into account the numerological components specific to the phraseological units of the French language. The comparative analysis of French phraseological units with a numerological component from zero to nine, the results of which are presented in the article, makes it possible to judge similarities and differences in the cultural connotation of numbers. Phraseologisms, reflecting in their semantics the long process of development of the culture of people, fix and transmit cultural attitudes and stereotypes, norms and archetypes, from generation to generation. Therefore, the study of phraseological units with numbers turns out to be the most indicative in terms of identifying the cultural and typological characteristics of the concept of number reflected in them.

Multilingual speakers usually pass through a process of mixing the languages they are learning. For this reason, the purpose of this research was to detect the role of an L3 in the output of an L2. In order to find an answer, students who have English as L2 and were studying a third language (German and Korean) were submitted to three different speaking and writing exercises to identify crosslinguistic syntactic and phonological influences of their L3s due to typological closeness. The results were obtained by making use of an observation sheet and checklists; the data is presented on graphs and descriptive paragraphs. At the end of the research, it was shown that close languages (typologically speaking) create more conflicts in pronunciation for multilingual speakers than distant languages. The impact of this research lay in detecting how multilingual students perform a switching process in different languages and making them conscious of this phenomenon

The article presents the results of research of the specifics of second homes as a consequence of accelerated tourism development in the Municipality of Neum in Bosnia and Herzegovina. This is a phenomenon which, primarily due to insufficient data, has not been scientifically researched in more detail. Based on secondary data collected from scant relevant sources, the authors analysed the available data regarding the number of holiday homes/apartments as well as the structural characteristics of holiday home owners. The phenomenon of second homes was analysed from the point of view of its development in Neum, as the only urban-type settlement within the municipality, and in rural settlements in its hinterland. The research showed the expansion of second homes from the narrow coastal zone into the interior and the concentration of holiday home owners in neighbouring municipalities and larger urban centres of Bosnia and Herzegovina, as well as in nearby areas of Dalmatia. The process of internationalisation was also analysed, as a large number of second homes are owned by foreign citizens, primarily those from neighbouring Croatia.

Abstract:
This study examined the latent structure of interpersonal evaluation space from both dimensional and typological points of view, considering typological approach to be a complement of the dimensional. The Interpersonal Evaluation Questionnaire (containing 72 items, with 5-degree Likert scales, measuring the desirability of behaviour and personal characteristics of other people) was administered to the sample of 398 respondents of both sexes, aged 15 - 61. According to the Scree criterion, 8 principal components were extracted, which were interpreted as communicativeness, good manners, aggressiveness, self - love, leadership, kindness, reserve and intrusiveness. Second-order analysis singled out two factors, the first one representing the evaluation of the characteristics usually perceived as positive in social interaction, and the second one representing the evaluation of characteristics which make communication between equals difficult. Although the dimensions of interpersonal evaluation do not fit the circumplex structure, their content is similar to the content of Wiggins' dimensions. Using Ward's method of hierarchical cluster analysis, assuming that the evaluation of others reflects both basic personality structure and the characteristic pattern of personality processes, three prototypical personality organizations were identified: the group oriented towards power, the group oriented towards affiliation and the hostile group. The differences between the results of this study and the results obtained by self - estimation were determined by the evaluative nature of the process of estimating others.

The purpose of this article is to generalize the ideas of teachers, psychologists, sociologists and acmeologists about the typological approach to students in the educational space of higher education. When writing the work, the tasks of systematizing existing students and building their own typology of students were solved based on the generalization of personality types, learning opportunities, styles of learning activities, the leading representative system and other criteria for identifying student typologies for the implementation of educational, educational and developmental activities of the university. The following scientific methods were used in the work: methods of analysis and synthesis, generalization and systematization, and the modeling method. The article shows that the typological approach is applicable for identifying and describing the main types characteristic of the subjects of the educational process on the scale of higher education. Particular attention is paid to the mechanisms for the development and application of the typological approach and the possibilities on its basis to organize productive interaction between the teacher and the student, taking into account the strengths of the individual, the levels of actual development and the areas of immediate development of students. It is shown that the resource capabilities of the identified personality types of trainees are actualized with the help of a master teacher, who applies individual, differentiated and personality-oriented approaches to future professionals in the course of their professional and personal development in the cycles of readable disciplines and in the system of educational activities of the university. The result of the study was the development of a comparative table of methods for typology of students (taking into account psychological-pedagogical and acme-oriented approaches and criteria for identifying typological groups) and their consideration in the organization of the educational process in higher education. The table systematizes the views of psychologists, sociologists, teachers and acmeologists on the educational process at the university over the past few decades and demonstrates the best ways for the educational activities of students.

Abstract:
Introduction. The importance and relevance of studyingthe adaptation of sportsman’s organism to training and competitive loads in modern conditions is caused by ever-increasing demands for their morphofunctional and mental capabilities. The study of the ratio of functional characteristics of the cardiovascular system by echocardioscopy indicators and their connection with the individual-typological properties of the CNS is stipulated by theoretical and practical necessity.Purpose.The goal of the research is to determine the relationship between the individual and typological properties of the central nervous system and the functional capabilities of the heart in terms of the echocardioscopy parameters in highly qualified football players.Methods. The functional characteristics of the heart were studied in highly qualified football players (n = 64) and non-sportsmen (n = 73) with different individual and typological properties of the CNS by echocardioscopy parameters. Individual and typological differences and properties of the main nervous processes were determined by the method of M.V. Makarenko using the “Diagnost-1M” computer system.Result.At rest, there were no significant differences between the mean values of heart function: end-diastolic and systolic heart volumes, cardiac output and blood ejection fraction in groups of players with different levels of individual typological properties of the CNS. There were no correlations (r = 0.21 –0.27, p = 0.063 –0.078) between them. These results may indicate that at rest, the parameters of end-diastolic and systolic cardiac volumes, cardiac output and blood ejection fraction in highly skilled football players represent automatic cardiac properties, and they are realized without special involvement of the higher CNS levels. There were correlations (r = 0.37–056; p = 0.024–0.036) between the studied parameters in non-sportsmen with different levels of functional nervous process mobility and statistically significant differences in the average values of end-diastolic and systolic cardiac volumes, cardiac output and blood ejection fraction. All this indicates a correlation between hemodynamic parameters and individual and typological properties of the CNS.Originality. The problem of the individual reserves of the heart gradually subjected to the regulatory influence of more economical autonomous self-regulation mechanisms in the process of long-term sports training and professional selection of football players is studied and discussed.Conclusion. Differences of average values of the heart hemodynamic parameters of individual typological properties of CNS in sportsmen and non-sportsmen were revealed. The correlation between the indexes of functional mobility of the CNS nervous processes and the indicators of cardiac activity in non-sportsmen, and the lack of correlation in highly qualified football players were found. It indicates that there is a weakening of the influence of the higher parts of the brain on the autonomous mechanisms of the heart work regulation in sportsmen.Key words:cardiovascular system, functional mobility of nervous processes, sportsmen, non-sportsmen.

Abstract:
Explanatory typologies have recently experienced a renaissance as a research strategy for constructing and assessing causal explanations. However, both the new methodological works on explanatory typologies and the way such typologies have been used in practice have been affected by two shortcomings. First, no elaborate procedures for assessing the general explanatory power of a typological theory on the cross-case level have been devised. Second, rigorous selection procedures for within-case analysis are lacking. Against this background, we introduce a systematic measure that helps researchers assess the explanatory power on the cross-case level, first, within the scope set by a particular typological theory and, second, by investigating the transferability of the theory beyond these scope conditions via an increase in the number of cases. Drawing on recent methodological works on nested analysis, we show how researchers can identify key cases for process tracing based on the cross-case explanatory fit of the typological theory. We illustrate the purchase of our procedures by revisiting seminal studies from the field of comparative historical analysis.

Abstract:
This paper investigates the use of typological knowledge in the visual modality through a computer framework that combines multidisciplinary technologies from computer science, that is, artificial intelligence, software engineering, database system, and programming language, to help provide solutions and services to building designers. The solving of design problems frequently involves visual thinking, which has to do with the intensive use of visual knowledge like pictures, images, and other types of visual displays. The recognized power of typological knowledge in design problem solving is applied to support the exploration of a diversity of possible design solutions represented in a pictorial mode. The innovative use of computer science technologies enables a smooth link of visual typological knowledge with the design goals. Within the framework, a core technology was designed to respond to a designer's specific needs through dynamic user viewpoint generation, so that design solutions are associated with relevant (retrieved) visual typologies from the knowledge base. This has been achieved in a two-way process, in which the designer establishes an interactive dialogue with an experimental computerized framework.

Abstract:
The article focuses on the study of modern English small-format texts, namely it aims to determine a set of their typological features. The interest in the topic stems from the fact that in present-day English there is a distinct tendency towards minimization of textual volume; as a result, various types of short texts circulate in great quantities in all the spheres of communication, including science, media, education, business, literature, personal interaction, etc. The sheer quantity of such texts yields an assumption about the emergence of a qualitatively new phenomenon, a special type of texts – small-format texts. They possess a specific set of common mechanisms by means of which they successfully perform their pragmatic function with the help of a limited number of language means; these mechanisms need to be elicited and analyzed. This aim is addressed in the article through the analysis of a significant scope of the scattered linguistic data from the current researches on the relevant topic; also an empirical base of approximately 5000 textual samples belonging to different types of discourse is analyzed. As a result, a set of typological features of small-format texts is determined. One of the key features is the visual integrity of small-format texts, which plays a consolidating role in the process of forming the overall semantics of the texts. Apart from that, the typological parameters include the minimization of the exponential plane; a specific type of the surface structure compression consisting in its multi-layer organization; asymmetry of the exterior and interior (semantic) planes; hierarchization of the functional paradigm; rigidity in the choice of structural and/or content elements within one concrete genre; polycode character, as well as lability of the language norm.

Abstract:
An analysis of adaptive chemoreflectory mechanisms responding of extreme factors opens prospects for understanding of a role of a phenotype in this process, and also for search of new methods of the forecast and diagnostics. We analysed individual-typological variability of hypoxic tolerance and muscular working capacity at healthy people with various kinds of habitual sports activity. It is established, that formatting of new neuro-visceral interactions which occurs under the influence of individual training process, is reflected in reactivity of cardiovascular and respiratory systems in response to hypoxia. Adaptive strategy produces changes in systemic response to hypoxia which correlates with aerobic work capacity and EEG activity of a brain at sportsmen of different specializations. Individually-typological characteristics of sportsmen (typology of nervous system) also mediate EEG response to hypoxia, but they can be modified by the influence of phenotypic adaptive mechanisms (aerobic, anaerobic or mixed type of individual training process). The obtained results testify, that sports loadings forms specific adjustment of mechanisms of chemoreflectory regulation of cardiovascular and respiratory systems.

Relevance. The need to improve medical and psychological support for cadets of higher military educational institutions in order to reduce disease incidence and subsequent dismissal of military professionals for health reasons. Intention. To identify personality-associated predictors of stress-induced somatic diseases in cadets.Methodology. 433 male cadets aged 21-24 years in their 5-6th year of training were examined. We used the D. Keirsey personality questionnaire and the Giessen personality inventory. Somatic morbidity was analyzed based on the results of annual medical examinations and correlated with the International classification of diseases, injuries and behavioral disorders, 10th revision (ICD-10).Results and Discussion. The growth of somatic morbidity of cadets in the course of training was established. Diseases of the digestive system (K00–K93 according to ICD-10) were most common, their percentage increased from 0 % in the first year to 7.3 % in the 5-6th years of training. Diseases of the circulatory system (I00–I99) and diseases of the skin and subcutaneous tissue (L00–L99) increased up to 2.7 %. Personality characteristics of cadets have been studied. Typological and psychosocial personality characteristics associated with the risk of health disorders in the learning process were identified.Conclusion. Typological and psychosocial personality traits can be predictors of stress-induced somatic diseases in cadets in the course of training. Vulnerability to cardiovascular diseases is closer associated with typological personality traits, to skin diseases – with psychosocial traits, and diseases of the digestive system correlated with both typological and psychosocial personality traits.

Abstract:
Typological studies on the linguistic expression of motion are certainly of interest to translation scholars. The study of how motion is expressed across languages has indeed revealed some striking typological differences (e.g., Talmy 1985, 1991, 2000; Berman and Slobin 1994; Stromqvist and Verhoeven 2004), which can account for some of the strategies translators resort to when dealing with motion expressions (Slobin 1996; Ibarretxe-Antuñano 2003; Cifuentes-Férez 2006, 2013; Ibarretxe-Antuñano and Filipović 2013). However, the question still remains as to whether translators’ decisions are exclusively guided by such typological differences or whether there are other experience- or task-related factors that may explain their behaviour. This paper provides empirical evidence on the type of factors that guide translators’ decisions when translating manner-ofmotion verbs, exploring the impact of different types of texts and the translator’s level of expertise. For this purpose, a pilot think-aloud protocol is implemented in order to examine the translation process of ten Spanish translators (five professionals and five graduate students without professional experience) when transferring manner-of-motion verbs from English into Spanish. Our results reveal that the way translators deal with manner information is mainly influenced by typological differences between the two languages. But differences in the translators’ level of professional expertise and in task-related constraints (e.g., the degree in which different type of texts focus on motion verbs) also have an effect on the strategies that translators choose to convey manner information.

Abstract:
Purpose. The article considers methodological problems of mono-verbal ideographic dictionary as a separate lexicographic set of dialectal usus, built on the onomasiological principle, on the semantic relations of words from the concept to its lexical counterparts. By typology, ideographic and explanatory dictionaries are complementary, which determines the equipolent connection of the ideographic dictionary with the thesaurus of a separate language system. Methods. The monophonic ideographic dictionary proposed by the author offers a methodology for developing an ideographic dictionary of speech on a purely linguistic basis, in the direction “from the core to the periphery”, because the lexical structure of the idiom, in contrast to the common language, is narrowly accessible for speakers of the literary idiom and widely available for scientific interpretation of the lexicon of speech, and given the completeness of the presentation allows the use of quantitative methods. They ensure the objectivity of the obtained results and significantly reduce the time for their receipt and processing, which in the long run will provide objective results for further qualitative (qualitative) analysis – a monographic description of the language system of speech. Results. Monographic ideographic dictionary is a new type of dictionary – linguistic dialectological ideographic dictionary of scientific and linguodidactical purpose. Methodologically, its conclusion involves the stratification of vocabulary by functional, syntagmatic, paradigmatic and epidigmatic system parameters. Conclusions. Improving the method of parametric analysis for a one-word ideographic dictionary involves in the process of compiling the author of the “Ideographic Dictionary of the dialect of Pishchany Brid village of Dobrovelychkivsky district of Kirovohrad region” conducting various typological studies: continuing to collect natural dialect material, representation of the place of this lexical unit in its structure, etc., as well as ideographic lexicographic parameterization for component analysis of dialectal vocabulary, which will extrapolate the spoken material, and in the future will serve to solve a number of theoretical and practical problems of linguistics, and research will enter the linguistic picture of the world and give objective scientific results.Key words: dialectology, lexicography, monoidiom research, ideographic method, quantitative methods, qualitative analysis of vocabulary.

Diachronic change of prosodic structures, as it is encountered for instance in the history of stress systems, has been described as a slow process involving a series of minimal changes in a language’s grammar (Lahiri, 2015). We show that minimal grammatical change of prosodic structures is observed as well in the domain of name truncation (e.g. Italian hypocoristic formation: Francesca > France), where diachronic change is fast and therefore analyzable in real time. Following a study by Boschiroli (2017) on the perceived age of Italian truncation patterns, we establish a relative chronology of French and German truncation patterns and propose an analysis where minimality in language change is defined in terms of the ranking conditions (typological properties) determining the typological system of truncation.

Abstract:
Interpersonal trust has a significant impact on the government in parliamentary democracies. On the basis of a qualitative survey this study discusses in detail how German chancellors are able to contribute to the trust building process within the cabinet, the coalition and the (parliamentary) party. Within the analysis various ways of trust building are differentiated. A typological classification shows that the personality of the individual head of government impacts on the trust building process.

Abstract:
The article considers some aspects of the use of comparative-typological method in the process of studying the educational component «Russian language» by applicants for higher education from Turkmenistan, the role and significance of the comparative characteristics of Turkmen and Russian language to solve a specific methodological task: teaching students the language to master the future profession of teacher of Russian language and literature. In practice, it is proved that the complete exclusion of the native language in the process of learning Russian (as a foreign) language is impossible. Assimilation of Russian by Turkmen students occurs in most cases through the structure of the native Turkmen language, taking into account typological properties in phonetics, lexicology, phraseology, morphology, based on linguistic, cultural, mental features, which affects not only the mastery of a foreign language but and for a better understanding of the native language, thanks to the knowledge of different language cultures, national peculiarities of perception of the world and determination of one's place in it. One of the conditions for effective teaching of Russian to foreign students is the use of comparative-typological method, which allows the teacher to explain language features, clarify similarities and differences between contact language systems, taking into account the processes of interference of native language in Russian. By gradually involving students in such activities, we increase the level of motivation to learn a foreign language, stimulate the improvement of communication skills, as well as the ability to abstract thinking, analysis and synthesis, clear and precise expression, ability to argue and support facts. This approach helps students to more easily learn the material, structure it, organize knowledge of native and Russian languages, which significantly improves the understanding of language as such and linguistic phenomena in general. The use of the method of comparison helps Turkmen students to adapt more quickly to the language environment, to adequately understand and master the material of lectures and practical classes, to prevent typical language mistakes, and in general to overcome difficulties in the learning process. Language comprehension gives students the opportunity to form linguistic and communicative competence in the areas of professional and situational communication in oral and written forms, and thus to be successful in the profession.

Abstract:
Linguistic Confrontation vs Linguistic TypologyLinguistic confrontation – it seems – belongs to the larger field of linguistic typology. Linguistic confrontation supplies to linguistic typology richer and better documented data than those found in the descriptive grammars of particular languages. Linguistic confrontation requires from the researcher thorough knowledge of the confronted linguistic codes, while in case of typology these requirements are – unfortunately – not so thorough... In my paper I have formulated some remarks on the contribution of the confrontative analyses to the process of updating and deepening our knowledge on typological differentiation of Slavic languages.

Abstract:
The present paper is a continuation of the study of linguistic and cognitive properties of perspectivization treated as an inseparable part of the process of constructing of meaning in text and discourse. The author shows typological proximity of such terms as “perspectivization”, “image of the author” and “author’s intentionality”. The lyrics of the cult Bohemian Rhapsody serves an example of the effectiveness of the theory of pespectivization in tackling the problems of text polyphony and linguistic ambiguity.

Abstract:
Human racial studies in North Korea have been introduced as early as the 1940s. These works have been consolidated to a coherent discipline in the interests of human studies in general. The initial term of human races in North Korea has focused attention on a rather biological aspect. The human races are classified in a morpho-typological sense; these are regarded as biologically diverse units, not arbitrary units. Currently, the term has not only been determined as biological forms, but also been regarded as socio-cultural units. The Northern scholars have deeply considered the racial process had occurred during a specific period of time determined by physical and social cultural traits. They argued the period had occurred after the introduction of modern humans(i.e. Homo sapiens). It is also socially defined as the period of a matriarchal and patriarchal society. At the same time, it can be correlated to the post-Paleolithic cultural period. Such a uniquely generated scheme is partly related to the classic physical anthropological theory and method under colonial influence and the unilinear model of social changes under Soviet influence.
