Abstract:

The cytological stability of octoploid triticales was studied by counting meiotic irregularities (univalents in Metaphase I, laggards in Anaphase I and micronuclei in Tetrads), in CMP. Four lines obtained from crosses between wheat var. Buck Pampero and rye var. Insave, obtained at the Department of Cereals and Oilseeds of the Faculty of Agricultural Sciences (U.N.C.) were analyzed. The statistical analysis was carried out by means of tests of comparison of two proportions through the normal distribution.

The Supreme Court of the United States will hear arguments concerning Federal Law 18 U.S.C. 922(g)(8) which forbids individuals who are under a Domestic Violence Protection Order (DVPO) from possessing firearms. This paper analyzes the potential costs of overturning that law. Obecnie znak towarowy – oprócz przekazywania informacji o pochodzeniu towaru lub usługi - to także pewien rodzaj ekspresji przedsiębiorcy. This Article examines the balance between advancing one's arguments that a patent is invalid for lack of enablement and also arguing that a patent is invalid under 35 U.S.C. § 103 as being obvious over the prior art. This is significant with regards to arguments made by an expert in his or her expert report or at trial.
