Abstract:
Irish nationalist politics between 1906 and 1909 revolved around the twin demands of self-government and a resolution of the land issue; as such, the period was demarcated by two pieces of Liberal government legislation: the May 1907 Irish Council Bill and Birrell’s December 1909 land act. The latter was partially a response to western Irish Republican Brotherhood (I.R.B.)-inspired ‘agrarian militancy’ on the part of the United Irish League (U.I.L.) and the emerging Sinn Féin movement’s ability to ‘outfank’ the Irish Parliamentary Party (I.P.P.) on the issue, which effectively forced Irish Party leader John Redmond ‘to adopt a radical agrarian policy in June 1907’. However, outside Connacht, the U.I.L. could not be regarded as ‘the Land League reborn’. In east Tyrone, the demand for self-government dominated the nationalist agenda, a situation reinforced by the fact that local politics had been ‘cast in the denominational mould which has characterised them ever since’. As a result, the Board of Erin section of the Ancient Order of Hibernians (A.O.H.) was the motor of popular nationalist mobilisation, leaving the U.I.L.

Abstract:
Fundamentalnym obowiązkiem lekarza, stanowiącym istotę tej profesji, jest niesienie pomocy osobom chorym i cierpiącym. Toteż zarówno w aktach etyczno-deontologicznych, jak i prawnych powinność ta jest wyraźnie podkreślana. Przepisy definiują zakres tego obowiązku i przypadki legalnego odstąpienia od leczenia. Na gruncie prawa polskiego zagadnieniu temu poświęcony jest przede wszystkim art. 30 ustawy z dnia 5 grudnia 1996 r. o zawodach lekarza i lekarza dentysty. W pierwotnym brzmieniu przepis ten nakazywał udzielanie pomocy medycznej nie tylko w sytuacji zagrożenia życia i poważnego niebezpieczeństwa dla zdrowia, ale również w tzw. „przypadkach niecierpiących zwłoki”. Przesłanka ta była rozumiana szeroko. Lekarz był więc zobowiązany do niesienia pomocy wówczas, gdy pacjent doraźnie jej wymagał, gdy jej odwleczenie mogło spowodować pogorszenie stanu zdrowia, wydłużenie terapii itd. Jednakże regulacja ta została zmieniona w wyniku nowelizacji u.z.l., która weszła w życie z dniem 8 sierpnia 2020 r. W jej skutek usunięto fragment dotyczący przypadków niecierpiących zwłoki. W opracowaniu przedstawiono uzasadnienie tej zmiany oraz jej systemowe konsekwencje. Następstwem tego posunięcia jest bowiem zawężenie obowiązku niesienia pomocy i de facto zrównanie pod tym względem lekarzy z innymi osobami, które nie mają wykształcenia medycznego. W efekcie, lekarze mogą teraz częściej odmawiać wykonania świadczenia zdrowotnego (odpowiednio zostały bowiem zmodyfikowane przesłanki opisane w art. 38 i art. 39 u.z.l.). Rezultatem tej noweli jest jednak także zmniejszenie karnej ochrony lekarza, przysługującej funkcjonariuszowi publicznemu (na zasadach art. 44 u.z.l.). Zagadnienie to zostało zatem również przybliżone.

Penelitian ini adalah penelitian tindakan kelas dengan tujuan adalah sebagai bentuk pendekatan Up Grading Learning Model Kooperatif dalam pembelajaran Agama Islam agar datap meningkatkan hasil belajar siswa, mengetahui apakah menggunakan pendekatan Up Grading Learning model kooperatif dapat meningkatkan hasil belajar Kelas III SDN 064969. Dari hasil kuis pertama nilai yang diperoleh belum maksimal, karena dari 25 Siswa yang mendapatkan nilai diatas 65 sebanyak 15 siswa (68.18%). Ini berarti dari pembelajaran siklus pertama 15 siswa yang tuntas belajarnya. Dan dalam 4 kelompok yang ada, hanya 3 kelompok yang berhak mendapat predikat, yaitu kelompok l dengan predikat hebat, kelompok 3 dan kelompok 4 dengan predikat baik sedangkan kelompok 2 dan kelompok 5 tidak mendapat predikat. Pada siklus kedua aktivitas guru pada pendahuluan sebanyak 17%. Pada tahap ini guru memberi beberapa pertanyaan apersepsi tentang perubahan materi yang telah dipelajari sebelum nya. Guru juga memberi informasi dan instruksi tentang eksperimen yang dilakukan pada hari tersebut, serta mengingatkan kelompok untuk bekerja lebih maksimal agar mendapat penghargaan Aktivitas yang dominan tetap guru menjelaskan materi/mendemontrasikan ketrampilan (22,10%) dan memeriksa pemahaman siswa dan mem berikan umpan balik bagi siswa yang bertanya dan mengklarifikasi materi yang kurang jelas (15.75%). Pada siklus ketiga sikap yang negatif tersebut sudah tidak tampak. Diakhir pembelajarn guru memberikan kuis untuk mengukur prestasi belajar siswa. Pada siklus ini tampak bahwa prestasi belajar siswa meningkat cukup tajam, dari siklus pertama yang tuntas 15 siswa (68.18%) siklus kedua 18 siswa (81.82%) meningkat menjadi 20 siswa (90.91%) pada siklus ke tiga

Abstract:
La metodología CAIT (Beltrán y Pérez, 2003) ha hecho una gran aportación a aquellos docentesque, desde la cotidianidad de su aula necesitaban un soporte teórico potente que pudiera vertebrar sus programaciones en base al proceso de aprendizaje humano de una forma bastante flexible y adaptable a distintas posibles condiciones contextuales y personales del alumnado. Por ello, una de las grandes aportaciones que realiza esta metodología es la de permitir que esas programaciones puedan convertirse en inclusivas al permitir que cualquier alumno pueda formar parte de las actividades propuestas. Podríamos decir que lo que en España y el mundo hispanohablante estamos llamando D.U.A. (Alba, 2012), adaptado del U.D.L. anglosajón -Universal Design for Learning- (Kennette y Wilson, 2019) de alguna forma recoge lo que ya había sido formulado por otros autores y metodologías que intuyeron que el futuro de la innovación educativa vendría de la mano deprogramaciones inclusivas que potenciaran lo mejor de cada estudiante.Por su parte, la metodología Scholas y la cultura del encuentro que está proponiendo comomovimiento pedagógico a nivel internacional el Papa Católico Francisco (Fares, 2014) pretende justamente la participación de todos los alumnos, en todos los lugares y en todas las situaciones educativas posibles, promoviendo el encuentro con otros estudiantes diferentes (en cualquier ámbito) y su incidencia positiva y cooperativa en los diferentes contextos de los que provienen. En esta comunicación se analizarán los puntos de conexión que existen en ambas metodologías y cómo el recorrido de la primera de las mencionadas puede ayudar a la segunda. En otras palabras: cómo las estrategias de aprendizaje de los procesos de sensibilización, elaboración y personalización que propone la CAIT pueden ayudar y encontrar correspondencia en el aprendizaje con corazón, cabeza y manos del que habla la propuesta metodológica internacional de Scholas.

Abstract:
The reasons given by thirty-three junior high school band directors for success and failure at the University Interscholastic League Concert/Sightreading Contest were studied using the methodology of Attribution Theory. All of the subjects attended the same contest and were members of a region which included urban and suburban schools. The subjects responded to a questionnaire which evaluated their attitudes towards the contest, allowed them to make judgments about other directors in hypothetical contest situations, and finally asked them to list the five most important reasons for their success or failure at the contest in an open-response format.
