Abstract:
My thesis is the analysis of the selected agricultural subject. Its aim is to assess the overall economic situation Sloveč Agricultural Society, Inc. in the years 2010 - 2014. The assessment was used for financial analysis, particularly analysis of absolute, differential and ratios. Furthermore, the assessment of the creditworthiness of the company using the index IN05. The work is divided into two parts, the theoretical and practical part. In the theoretical part are defined basic information on economic analysis, also characteristic of financial analysis, its users, data sources and methods used by selected indicators, which were subsequently used in the practical part. In the practical part was characterized by the company for which the analysis of management. They were then used selected methods of financial analysis for the company and the conclusions drawn and evaluation.

Abstract:
Using financial analysis methods, this dissertation evaluates the financial situation of Keihin Thermal Technology Czech, s.r.o.. It is divided into two main parts. The first contains theoretical definition of the examined issues. The second part is practical and describes the company, its competitors and the overall sector in which the companies operate. Furthermore, it includes the analytical part which contains the final values of individual factors of the financial analysis, and these are described in detail. At the same time, they are compared with the results achieved by competitors and by the sector as such. The numerical data used in the analytical part were acquired from the companies statements of account. The information about the sector was gained from the financial analyses of the industry and civil engineering, published by the Ministry of Industry and Trade. The conclusion contains overall evaluation of the examined factors as well as suggestions and recommendations to improve the situation.

Abstract:
This master´s thesis evaluates the financial situation of the company. AAA Auto is using financial analysis evaluated and made recommendations for improving financial health. The theoretical part includes a description of the individual sources of informatik, procedure and most used methods of financial analysis. The practical part describes the analyzed company. Information needed for the calculation of the analysis are obtained from publicly available databases of annual reports. Reporting period is 2010 -2014. The results of the analyzes are shown graphically. Evaluation of results summarizes the results of the financial analysis and defining recommendations for improving the company's financial situation.

Finanční analýza společnosti Stock Plzeň a.s. vychází z horizontálního a vertikálního rozboru účetních výkazů, pokračuje analýzou poměrových ukazatelů a bilančních pravidel a končí zhodnocením celkového finančního zdraví podniku souhrnnými indexy. Nemohli bychom ale vyřknout konečný ortel bez porovnání hodnot podniku a hodnotami odvětví, ve kterém působí. Cílem je tedy zhodnocení finanční situace této společnosti v letech 1999 až 2005 a doporučení možných opatření pro budoucí úspěšný rozvoj.

The aim of this diploma thesis is to evaluate the financial efficiency of company Daikin Device Czech Republic for the period betwen years 2006 – 2009. By using the methods of financial analyses I evaluate the current situation and propose suggestion for improvement. The first part is theoretical and explains all related terms and sources that are later used in practical part. The practical part of the thesis starts with analysis of outside and inside factors, and subsequently is followed by the evaluation of the financial indicators and financial efficiency and the summary. In final part of this work I suggest some proposals that could lead to the improvement of the current situation of the company.

Abstract:
Thesis is mainly focused on the theme of tangible fixed assets and its renewal, it also offers options of financing of renewed assets. Theoretical part addresses tangible assets and its classification. Later on the focus is shifted towards tangible fixed assets under the circumstances of its appraisal and amortization. Next chapter of the theoretical part is about possible sources of financing, which include option of using own resources or those of outside origin. The thesis also contain a financial analysis point of view on the company and its assets. Last but not least the focus is moved to accounting reports and taxes, which affect purchases of tangible fixed assets. Practical part of the thesis is about introduction of the company, circumscribing of completely or significantly amortized assets, followed by a draft for renewal of specific part of company's fixed tangible assets which has been deteriorated over the time. Institutions addressing loans and leasing devised proposals of financing through loans or financial leasing. Among the possible means of financing was included even the option of using company own assets. Final assessment was compiled of summaries, which compared expenditures and tax-deductible costs of every abovementioned options of financing.

Abstract:
The aim of the Master's thesis is a comprehensive analysis of the company's financial health over a certain period. In the theoretical part of the work I describe the methods of analysis from basic ones to more complex assessment models. In the practical part, I apply the acquired knowledge directly to the construction company with using its accounting documents. The financial analysis consists of analysis of absolute, differential and proportional company's indexes, which are followed by comparison of the company and industry. Last part focuses on the credit-worthy and bankruptcy models of financial situation assessments as well as their final comparison. At the end, I summarizes the financial situation by using methods and propose measures to improve the future development.

In the last section provides suggestions to improve the situation of the company based on financial analysis.

The diploma thesis deals with the assessment of the financial situation of the company concerned according to the selected methods of financial analysis. The theoretical part of the thesis defines the basic concepts, methods, and the indicators of financial analysis, which is used for processing of the practical part. On the basis of the assessment of the financial situation of the company derived from the results of the financial analysis there are presented options, proposals and recommendations. They should lead to the improvement of the management of the mentioned company. There was found that the company has currently no settings management system for customer relationship management, creation, using and accounting of adjustments to receivables. To achieve improvements there were recommendations.
