AbstractA 2-year-old neutered male cat was presented for right forelimb non-weight-bearing lameness. A fracture of the proximal third of the ulna (associated with a caudal radio-humeral and humero-ulnar dislocations and a radio-ulnar dislocation) was radiographically identified, leading to a diagnosis of type II Monteggia lesion with complete elbow joint dislocation. The ulnar fracture was reduced and stabilized using an intramedullary pin. During surgery, the lateral collateral ligament and the annular ligament appeared disrupted. Uln

A case report is presented of a patient found at surgery to have an anomalous neural loop of the ulnar nerve at the wrist. The literature is reviewed. Although previous cases have been reported with compressive symptoms or as a coincidental finding we believe that this is the first case reported where symptoms were directly related to the presence of the loop without evidence of a compressive lesion.

This is the first systematic research of its kind to check at ten fingerprints for people from Koya, Kurdistan region north of Iraq. As per the findings, gender identity is accurate for people with any of their ten fingerprints. Background: Ulnar collateral ligament injuries are common in the overhead-throwing athlete as the anterior band of this ligament is the primary soft tissue static stabilizer to valgus stress during a throwing motion. Various surgical techniques have been described over the past 30 years to address these injuries including Jobe, modified Jobe, docking, 3-stranded docking, Graftlink, and anatomic repairs with good to excellent results. Nevertheless, modifications to these techniques may increase the strength and survival of the reconstruction, which may expedite and optimize postoperative rehabi

Abstract:
In this paper we develop a neuro-muscular elasto-dynamic model of the human arm. The generality of the approach provides a method for relating effects of neural and muscular control on stress development in skeletal structures. The humerus is pinned parallel to the body and allowed to rotate in the plane. The radius and ulna are free to move in the sagittal plane. The bones are modeled as elastic elements, allowing large transverse deflections and elongations. Standard Hill-type models of the musculotendon actuators are used to generate the joint torques. Simulations are presented that corresp
