Recent advances have led to the demonstration of trains of attosecond pulses and isolated attosecond pulses in the vacuum ultraviolet (VUV) and extreme ultraviolet (XUV) regions of the electromagnetic spectrum in a number of laboratories. 碩士
國立東華大學
材料科學與工程學系
107
In this thesis, we focus on the ultrafast dynamics of layer-controllable molybdenum disulfide films by using the pump-probe transient absorption technique. In addition, we compare the different fabrication process of molybdenum disulfide films. We verify the optical selection rule in molybdenum disulfide films by change the polarization properties of pump. In the first chapter, we introduce the recently research in two-dimensional material and include the molybdenum disulfide, which is in the family of the two-dimensional transition metal dichalcogenides. 博士
國立交通大學
電子物理系所
107
In recent years, metal halide semiconductor materials with a perovskite crystal structure have attracted the attention of scientists around the world, and this material has achieved extraordinary performance in photoelectric conversion. The academic circles have found that perovskite semiconductors have few defects and long carrier diffusion distances. These characteristics make the perovskite semiconductors have good luminous efficiency and can be applied to solar cells, light-emitting diodes, and lasers. The substrate-induced charge density profile in graphene is determined through the spectra of transient reflectivity changes which are well described by carrier occupation probability near Fermi energy with tuning the probe photon energy. We succeeded in getting the Fermi energy of graphene films grown by chemical vapor deposition (CVD) on sapphire substrates. For photon energies about twice the val

Photoinduced processes are nowadays studied with a huge variety of spectroscopic methods. In the liquid phase, transient absorption spectroscopy is probably the most versatile pump–probe technique used to study light-induced molecular phenomena. Optical time-resolved spectroscopy is established in a large number of laboratories and is still further being developed with respect to many technical aspects. Nevertheless, the full potential of shortening the data-acquisition time—necessary for the investigation of rapidly photodegrading samples and observation of macroscopically fast processes—achi
