Abstract:
Parking is a crucial element in urban mobility management. The availability of parking areas makes it easier to use a service, determining its success. Proper parking management allows economic operators located nearby to increase their business revenue. Underground parking areas during off-peak hours are uncrowded places, where user safety is guaranteed by company overseers. Due to the large size, ensuring adequate surveillance would require many operators to increase the costs of parking fees. To reduce costs, video surveillance systems are used, in which an operator monitors many areas. However, some activities are beyond the control of this technology. In this work, a procedure to identify sound events in an underground garage is developed. The aim of the work is to detect sounds identifying dangerous situations and to activate an automatic alert that draws the attention of surveillance in that area. To do this, the sounds of a parking sector were detected with the use of sound sensors. These sounds were analyzed by a sound detector based on convolutional neural networks. The procedure returned high accuracy in identifying a car crash in an underground parking area.

Abstract:
With the growing car population in big cities, the problem of its keeping in conditions of a compact urban area has happened. The organisation of parking space in a different way has resolved this issue. Underground parking was in demand in many countries even in the XX century. By the way, they are becoming more and more popular now. The design of car parking is based on legal documents, which regulate the size of car parking seats and the width of the passage inside the garage. It is expedient to use evolutionary algorithms as one of the tools of algorithmic modelling for automation of design the car parking lots and for identifying the most effective and profitable way of the car parking space planning. So, the process of looking for the most optimal solution in underground car parking designing.

Abstract:
Modern parking lots have gradually developed into underground garages to improve the efficient use of space. However, the complex design of parking lots also increases the demands on vehicle navigation. The traditional method of navigation switching only uses satellite signals. After the Position Dilution Of Precision (PDOP) of satellite signals is over the limit, vehicle navigation will enter indoor mode. It is not suitable for vehicles in underground garages to switch modes with a fast-response system. Therefore, this paper chooses satellite navigation, inertial navigation, and the car system to combine navigation. With the condition that the vehicle can freely travel through indoor and outdoor environments, high-precision outdoor environment navigation is used to provide the initial state of underground navigation. The position of the vehicle underground is calculated by the Dead Reckoning (DR) navigation system. This paper takes advantage of the Extended Kalman Filter (EKF) algorithm to provide two freely switchable navigation modes for vehicles in ground and underground garages. The continuity, robustness, fast response, and low cost of the indoor and outdoor switching navigation methods are verified in real-time systems.

Abstract:
With the continuous development of urbanization, the number of vehicles has increased year by year. In order to solve the hard-to-park problem, underground garages have been built on a large scale in many cities. However, due to the fact that GPS signals are kept out in the underground garage, GPS technology does not work. As a consequence, drivers cannot use navigation equipment to search for the parking space. In view of this, vehicle positioning technique for vehicles in underground garages has hold the public attention and relevant research has been done. In this paper, we propose an efficient method of accurate vehicle positioning. First, use the low-power Bluetooth device, then use Gaussian filter to optimize the RSSI ranging algorithm, and then use the maximum likelihood method to improve the three-loop positioning algorithm. Finally, a comparison is made between the algorithm and the traditional algorithm. A large number of experiments have proved that this method can be used to determine the positions of vehicles in underground garages.

Abstract:
The article presents the results of testing a damaged reinforced concrete slab, which is located in the underground garage constituting the two lowest floors of a residential and service building. During the tests numerous cracks in the slab were inventoried. Some cracks covered the entire thickness of the RC slab and floor layers made of synthetic resin. The result of these damages was penetration through the slab of water from molten slush and the need to limit the parking places on the lower level of the garage. Conducted analysis of technical documentation, analysis of damage morphology, control material tests and structure computations allowed assessment of the causes of existing damages to the floor slab and ability to develop recommendations regarding the methods of its repair.

Abstract:
With the expansion and densification of cities, green areas are removed while the proportion of hard surfaces are increased. Rain and melt water are not allowed to infiltrate through the hard surfaces, and instead it runs off like stormwater. With this and the expected increase of precipitation due to climate changes, it is becoming increasingly important to plan for the disposal of stormwater in new urban areas. Several Swedish municipalities are today providing restrictions regarding the diversion of stormwater on private properties and requirements that need to be met before connection to the public water network. Meanwhile, densification means that builders today are often forced to build residential yards on underground garages. There was a need to clarify and investigate today's situation regarding stormwater treatment in combination with underground garages. The purpose of this thesis was to analyse today's state of knowledge about stormwater treatment on yards with underground garages and to investigate how different actors experience the requirements. Qualitative interviews with representatives from the three groups of actors, stormwater sewer operators, planning divisions and developers were conducted. The aim was also to design a tool for highlighting connections between stormwater management and other interests on private properties. This thesis was delimited to study green roofs, plant beds and detention tanks. Five interests were identified on yards with underground garages: landscape architecture, architecture, construction, management and HVAC. A tool was designed including the stormwater facilities containing four steps: Today’s and future construction, Stormwater requirements, Choice of facilities and Further recommendations or suggestions for corrections. Within the tool, four checklists were established to describe connections between stormwater treatment on yards with underground garages and the interests. The interview results show that several interviewees find it difficult to impose restrictions for stormwater management due to legal uncertainties. Meanwhile developers find following the restrictions can be difficult with yards with underground garages, mainly due to lack of space. The checklists are intended to serve as guiding points that should be taken into consideration in stormwater management on underground garages and to help balance different interests. The hope is that the checklists can contribute to an increased understanding of the relationships between stormwater management with underground garages and other interests. The results of the thesis show that interaction between the various interests is needed to create conditions for a good stormwater management and that communication about a joint purpose for the yard with an underground garage is important for maintaining the function of the yard.

Abstract:
This graduate work was conducted in cooperation with the VVS-Consultants Skellefteå AB. It deals with the design of a parking garage regarding heat and ventilation and a comparison of ventilation systems in a parking garage that is scheduled to be ready 2019. The purpose of the work is to investigate how to design a parking garage ventilation and if you can save energy and expenses by using demand-controlled ventilation instead of constant ventilation. As it is more expensive to invest in demand- controlled ventilation, it will also investigate the repayment period for that investment. To do the studies, the IDA ICE program has been used to draw a model of the building and simulate its energy use to compare the results later and see the differences between the different ventilation systems. A proposal has been made on how ventilation can be drawn and how the radiators are to be installed and how the pipes are to be drawn. The result of the simulations resulted in total energy consumption decreased by 705,000 kWh / with demand-controlled ventilation compared to constant ventilation. The fan's energy consumption decreased by 75% and the heating energy decreased by 72%. The investment for controlled ventilation compared to constant flow ventilation is 600,000 kr more and, based on the calculations in this work the repayment period is 1 year. The life expectancy of the ventilation system is assumed to be 25-30 years.

The first mention of the creating church appeared in 1987 and because of this reason Salesians came to this city, they focus on working with children and youth, according to Don Bosca. Their method od education was reflected in the overall project concept. The building will be linked to the existing object of the Salesian Youth Center, but it will also serve for a wider circle of believers. The consecration of the church will be a third divine person - the Holy Spirit. The object will be on the Horníková ulica, on the parcels no. 5037/30,32. On the plot with parc. No.5037/32 is currently a building, that is the property of the Nadácia pre radosť, and it will by removed during construction. The proposal is based on urban analyzes performed and responds to the surrounding buildings. It also affects the conditions of the building plot and uses terrain sloping. The proposal consists of one object that includes a church with a capacity for 400 seat and 100-standing persons with chorus, sacristy, adoration chapel and technical and hygienic backgrounds. Furthermore, there is a educational/multifunction room, workshop and store of religious products, farther the parish part with the apartments, office for priests and underground garage. In addition to the building, there was created paved areas for pedestrian which responding to existing communications. Due to the removal of the parking lot in the northern part of the solved territory, the existing parking lot was extended on the south side and there was also created a new communication for cars, which connects the Northern Street Horníková with Western. Abstract:
Abstract. Our towns are increasingly protected by buildings and water paved pavements. Moreover, the city's climate is far from normal. Rainwater is not filtered underground due to the absence of the permeability of the common concrete pavement to water and air permeability. In addition, the exchange of heat and humidity with air is difficult for the soil, and it's not possible to change the temperature and relative humidity of the Earth's surface in urban areas. At the same time, the safety from both car and foot passenger traffic is limited by a plash on the road on a rainy day. Since the 1980s, work on permeable asphalt pavements has started in developed countries like the US and Japan. For roadway applications, permeable concrete is also widely used as a surface course in Europe and Japan Improving skid resistance and reducing noise from traffic. Only about 20 – 30 MPa can the material reach's compressive intensity. Due to their low strength, such materials cannot be used as pavement. Only frames, walking routes, parking garages, and park trails can be used with permeable concrete. Utilizing specified analyses, small materials, admixtures, organic intensifiers and changing the ratio, strength and abrasion resistance of the concrete mix, the porous concrete may be greatly enhanced.
