The microclones of potato (variety Lugovskoy) were grown on the modified Murashige-Skoog (MS) agar medium in the absence (control) or presence of JA at concentrations of 0.001, 0.1, and 10 µM. We evaluated plant growth parameters such as the length of the axial organs, the number of stolons, leaves, the area of the assimilating surface, and the wet and dry mass of aboveground and underground organs.
