Abstract:
The main aim of this work is the study of univalent functions and their

Abstract:
We investigate partial functions and computability theory from within a constructive, univalent type theory. The focus is on placing computability into a larger mathematical context, rather than on a complete development of computability theory. We begin with a treatment of partial functions, using the notion of dominance, which is used in synthetic domain theory to discuss classes of partial maps. We relate this and other ideas from synthetic domain theory to other approaches to partiality in type theory. We show that the notion of dominance is difficult to apply in our setting: the set of 0

Abstract:
The main object of this thesis is to obtain numerous applications of fractional derivative operator concerning analytic and -valent (or multivalent) functions in the open unit disk by introducing new classes and deriving new properties. Our finding will provide interesting new results and indicate extensions of a number of known results. In this thesis we investigate a wide class of problems. First, by making use of certain fractional derivative operator, we define various new classes of -valent functions with negative coefficients in the open unit disk such as classes of -valent starlike func

Abstract:
Univalent function theory is a branch of geometric function theory which comprises of the various geometric properties of analytic functions. The first milestone in the field of univalent functions theory was achieved by Bieberbach in the year 1916, wherein he proved the second coefficient bound for a function f ∈ S of normalised analytic univalent functions. He also proposed a conjecture for the nth coefficient of the function in the class S in the same year. Bieberbach’s Conjecture states that the coefficients of thethefunction f ∈S satisfy|an|≤nforn = 2,3,4,··· withequalityifandonlyifholds if f

Abstract:
The work at hand discusses various universality results for locally univalent and conformal metrics. In Chapter 2 several interesting approximation results are discussed. Runge-type Theorems for holomorphic and meromorphic locally univalent functions are shown. A well-known local approximation theorem for harmonic functions due to Keldysh is generalized to solutions of the curvature equation. In Chapter 3 and 4 these approximation theorems are used to establish universality results for locally univalent functions and conformal metrics. In particular locally univalent analogues for well-known u

Abstract:
In this thesis, we study the following topics in complex analysis:- (1) Riemann Mapping theorem. (2) Riemann’s zeta function. (3) Basic univalent function theory. We also study the famous unsolved problem, the Riemann Hypothesis during the course and establish a relation between Riemann zeta function and number theory through Eu- ler’s theorem. Lastly, we focus on some basic univalent function theory, which leads us to understand the Bieberbach conjecture.

Abstract:
Power series are fundamental in the study of Geometric Function Theory. In fact, they constitute a major part in Complex Analysis. The purpose of this dissertation is to employ analytic functions defined by power series in two different directions. The first of these discussed in Part I, mainly contributes to Analytic Inequalities in Real and Complex Analysis, while the second direction discussed in Part II, deals with Analytic and Univalent Function Theory.
