A análise do referido tema tem como especificidade a comparação da igualdade de gênero no âmbito discente entre as universidades UNESP - Faculdade de Filosofia e Ciências, Estadual Paulista, campus de Marília, Brasil e USC - Universidade de Santiago de Compostela, Espanha. A variável de estudo presente neste trabalho é gênero, medida pelo feminino e o masculino. Para esta reflexão foram utilizadas literaturas brasileiras e estrangeiras sobre o conceito de gênero, da igualdade/equidade de gênero e educação; bem como a análise de arquivos e documentos que contenham informações a respeito da igualdade de gênero, entre os sexos masculino e feminino, em relação ao acesso universitário nos cursos de graduação das Universidades pesquisadas. Além disso, este trabalho buscou delinear a trajetória da conquista da igualdade de gênero no corpus de ensino e pesquisa tanto da Universidade brasileira como da espanhola a fim de conhecer a situação da igualdade de gênero, abordando se há e como se dão a reflexão e a discussão sobre essa temática dentro desses espaços de formação acadêmica. The analysis of this theme has as a specificity the comparison of gender equality in the student context between the universities UNESP - Faculty of Philosophy and Sciences, Estadual Paulista, campus of Marília, Brazil and USC - University of Santiago de Compostela, Spain. The study variable present in this study is gender, measured by the feminine and the masculine. For this reflection were used Brazilian and foreign literatures on the concept of gender, equality/gender equity and education; as well as the analysis of files and documents containing information on gender equality between men and women in relation to university access in the undergraduate courses of the universities surveyed. Mestrado em Marketing<br>Embora sendo uma disciplina recente, o branding de lugares tem despertado um interesse significativo, acompanhado pelo crescente número de publicações e artigos científicos sobre o tema. No entanto, continua a ser difícil desenhar e implementar eficazmente uma estratégia de marketing aplicada aos lugares, devido à sua complexidade enquanto produtos. Esta tese aborda o tema utilizando um modelo integrado de branding de lugares proposto por Kavaratzis, analisando a estratégia e implementação das actividades de marketing de Santiago de Compostela. Os resultados revelam que o branding é a forma apropriada para criar e gerir a imagem de um lugar e que Santiago de Compostela trabalha a sua marca de modo consistente. Tomando como referencial o modelo supracitado, a tese analisa necessidades e propõe acções concretas, contribuindo para uma implementação mais eficaz e consistente do branding da cidade.<br>Despite being a recent discipline, there has been a significant interest in place branding, accompanied by an increasing number of publications and papers on the subject. However it remains difficult to draw and implement an effective marketing strategy for places, due to its specific and complex nature as products. This thesis tackles these issues using an integrated framework of place branding proposed by Kavaratzis, analysing the strategy and implementation of the marketing efforts of Santiago de Compostela. Results reveal that branding is the appropriate way to create and manage a place’s image and that Santiago de Compostela manages its brand consistently. Taking as a reference the abovementioned model, this thesis analyses needs and proposes concrete measures, thus contributing to a more effective and consistent implementation of the city’s branding.

O objetivo é evidenciar que o programa de reformas instituído pela Igreja de Roma entre meados do século XI e início do XII contribuiu para a ascensão de Santiago de Compostela como um dos principais centros de peregrinação da Cristandade. Ademais, demonstraremos que a aproximação entre as monarquias cristãs da Hispânia e o clero na referida época também auxiliou em tal feito. Utilizamos como fonte de pesquisa a Historia Compostelana, o período histórico abordado pela obra compreende o final do século XI e início do XII, momento esse que coincide com o reinado de Alfonso VI de Leão (1065-1109) e do bispo e, posteriormente arcebispo da igreja de Compostela, Diego Gelmirez (1100-1140), personagens esses que com o auxílio dos papas reformadores fizeram de Compostela o principal centro de peregrinação da Cristandade no século XII<br>Abstract: This dissertation deals with pilgrimages to Santiago de Compostela in the context of the socalled Papal Reform (11th - 12th centuries). Furthermore, we demonstrate that a closer relationship between the Spanish monarchy and the clergy at the time also contributed to such an outcome. O actual paradigma das cidades históricas submete a disciplina da arquitectura contemporânea à busca de estratégias, ideologias e desenhos baseados em conceitos que desde sempre lhe são inerentes, mas às quais se adiciona um prefixo: re. A recuperação, a reabilitação, a requalificação e a revitalização impõem as marcas dos volumes, da luz ou da traça de cada cidade histórica. Não existe método, estratégia ou exemplo, menos ainda normas, que de um modo genérico se apliquem à arquitectura que pretende actuar sobre existências carismáticas, com o objectivo, no mínimo, pretensioso de as manter. Santiago de Compostela é uma cidade património num sentido muito mais lato que aquele que normalmente denomina “património”. O seu património é muito mais do que físico, é muito para além de um núcleo histórico e os seus monumentos mais relevantes. Na cidade de Santiago existe uma Cidade Histórica: um núcleo histórico amuralhado e tentáculos que se estendem pelo campo, e um imponente conjunto de monumentos históricos de grande escala e relevância. Tão históricas são cada uma das pequenas casas brancas e estreitas apertadas entre eles. Neste trabalho ambiciona-se, através de uma aprofundada investigação, compreender a evolução urbanística da cidade de Compostela, tendo em conta os incontornáveis factores históricos, religiosos e sociais, com o objectivo de compreender o seu passado. Através da análise do projecto de reabilitação da Cidade Histórica de Compostela, iniciado há mais de duas décadas, ensaia-se compreender as imagens, representações e experiências, bem como os objectivos, que resultam, mais que em números de obras, numa cidade histórica extremamente contemporânea. É ambicioso resumir ou limitar factos que justifiquem este caso de sucesso. É indiscutível o facto da Cidade de Santiago ser um impressionante cenário. É inquestionável a importância de uma estreita coordenação e cooperação administrativa. Impossível não referir a qualidade de instrumentos e planos com que a cidade desde sempre se regeu. Imprescindível é, sem dúvida, a responsabilização por uma “cultura de reabilitação” de uma cidade de arquitectos, autarcas, construtores e os basilares cidadãos; #### SYNOPSIS: The current paradigm of historical cities undergoing the subject of contemporary architecture to find strategies, ideologies and drawings based on concepts that have always been inherent, but which adds a prefix: re. Recovery, rehabilitation, requalification and revitalisation impose the package markings, light or traces of each historic city. There is no method, strategy or example, even less standards, which in a generic way, would be able to apply to the architecture you want to act on charismatic existencies, with the pretentious aim of, at least, keeping them. Santiago de Compostela is a heritage city in a much more general way that is usually called "heritage". It’s patrimony is more than physic, is so much more that a historic core and its most important monuments. There is a historical city within the city of Santiago: walled historic core and its tentacles that extend across the field, and impressive collection of historical monuments of great scale and relevance. As historic as each of the small, narrow white houses, straightened between them. This work aims, by means of a thorough investigation to understand the evolution of the urban city of Compostela, given the compelling historical, religious and social factors, in order to understand its past. Through analysis of the rehabilitation project of the Historic City of Compostela, for more than a decade, tests to understand the images, representations and experiences as well as the objectives, resulting in more than numbers of works, within an extremely modern historical city. It is ambitious to limit or summarize the facts justifying this success. It is undisputed that the City of Santiago is an impressive scenery. There is no doubt about the importance of close coordination and administrative cooperation. It is impossible not to mention the quality of the instruments and plans which the city has always been conducted. The liability for a "culture of rehabilitation" of a city of architects, mayors, builders and crucial citizens is, without doubt, indispensable.

Abstract:
This thesis takes its starting-point in the post-secular changes in society and how these interplay with tourism. In spite of the intensive academic debate on and theorisation of the post-secular and post-secularism, the role of tourism in this change, called the return of religion, has not been studied. Conversely, neither has the role of post-secularism in tourism been addressed. The overall aim of this thesis is to describe and understand the relation between post-secularism and tourism. Specifically, the aim is to clarify and understand the relation between religious faith, place and tourism in our time on the basis of a case study of pilgrimage in the area of Santiago de Compostela. In other words, the thesis highlights the role of tourism in the emergence of what is now called the post-secular condition. Santiago de Compostela is a Catholic Church instituted holy city, which has increase in number of visitors. The growing number of pilgrimages and their significance lend vitality to the return of religion phenomenon. The empirical material derives primarily from individual interviews as narratives are considered to be a vital dimension to constitute and construct human realities and modes of being. This thesis shows that contemporary pilgrimage to Santiago de Compostela is a post-secular performative and place-creating phenomenon. Post-secular tourist places are subjective and spiritually meaningful destinations. Unlike traditional pilgrimage destinations a key attribute is that neither traditional religious faith nor loyalty to institutionalised faith are (pre)ordained. Subsequently, the questionnaires were tabulated and analyzed. We concluded that the Way of St. James is not only a Catholic route, not just a religious route. It includes numerous speeches and values, religious and secular. This allows the pilgrim to contact himself, enabling considerations and questions about himself, his life and the reality which the pilgrim belongs to. So it makes possible the construction of a new meaning for his own life<br>A presente dissertação de mestrado teve por objetivo pesquisar a busca por sentido para a própria existência em pessoas que tenham feito uma peregrinação no Caminho de Santiago de Compostela. Para isso, além da pesquisa bibliográfica, recorremos à pesquisa empírica. Desenvolvemos um questionário com base nas entrevistas e depoimentos recolhidos por nós, e o aplicamos a 20 peregrinos. Posteriormente os questionários foram tabulados e analisados. Concluímos que o Caminho de Santiago já não é uma rota apenas católica, nem uma rota apenas religiosa; engloba inúmeros discursos e valores religiosos e laicos. Isso permite que o peregrino entre em contato consigo mesmo, possibilitando reflexões e questionamentos acerca de si mesmo, de sua vida e da realidade da qual faz parte, o que permite que construa um novo sentido para sua vida

Uma das principais peregrinações da Idade Média, as viagens a Santiago de Compostela foram responsáveis pela criação de rotas que permitissem um deslocamento mais confortável àqueles que seguiam rumo às relíquias do apóstolo. No intuito de atender as privações que estes viajantes apresentavam no decorrer do percurso, estabeleceu-se uma rede de assistência que provesse a eles suas necessidades físicas e espirituais, influência dos ensinamentos bíblicos em relação à caridade, além do incentivo à visitação de santuários menores que se encontravam nas rotas. Hospitalidade iniciada nos mosteiros, logo permitiu o surgimento de ordens religiosas e militares que se destinaram a auxiliar os peregrinos. Reis e nobres também tiveram um papel fundamental na edificação de instalações hospitaleiras, a fim de auxiliar os caminhantes de Deus. Neste sentido, este trabalho propõe uma reflexão acerca da importância que foi dada à assistência aos peregrinos jacobeus durante os séculos XII e XIII, período em que as peregrinações a Compostela encontravam-se em apogeu. A partir de um guia para peregrinos e documentos que demonstram a preocupação monárquica e nobiliárquica em relação a eles, procuraremos analisar como o auxilio ao peregrino foi observado e abordado naquela época e, ainda, o papel de reis e nobres na constituição das instituições de assistência.<br>One of the major pilgrimages of the Middle Ages, the travels to Santiago de Compostela were responsible for the creation of routes that would allow a most comfortable ride to those who followed towards the apostle´s relics. In order to meet the hardships that these travelers had on the route course, it was established a support network that could provide them their physical and spiritual needs, influence of biblical teachings regarding charity, besides encouraging visitation of smaller shrines that were on the routes. Hospitality started in monasteries soon allowed the emergence of religious and military orders which were intended to assist the pilgrims . Kings and nobles also had a key role in building hospitable facilities in order to assist the walkers of God. Thus this work proposes a reflection about the importance given to the assistance to the Jacobean pilgrims during the twelfth and thirteenth centuries, a period when the pilgrimages to Compostela were at peak. From a guide for pilgrims and documents showing the monarchy and nobility concern about them, we will try to analyze how the aid to the pilgrim was observed and discussed at that time and also the role of kings and nobles in the constitution of welfare institutions.

Il presente lavoro si concentra sullo svilupo del progetto di un Dizionario interattivo del Pellegrino a Santiago de Compostela. L’idea nasce a fronte dell’esperienza di pellegrinaggio compiuta nell’estate 2014, durante la quale si è potuta toccare con mano la necessità prestare appoggio ai pellegrini attraverso servizi di interpretazione e mediazione. Il Dizionario del Pellegrino ha l’obiettivo di venire in soccorso dei pellegrini che non hanno vicino figure in grado di tradurre, tentando di colmare parzialmente le loro lacune linguistiche attraverso l’elaborazione di un repertorio fraseologico in italiano e in spagnolo che si concentra su un numero limitato di interazioni tipo che potrebbero coinvolgere i pellegrini. Lo strumento cerca di aiutare il suo utente ampliandone le conoscenze specifiche circa gli aspetti pratici relativi al pellegrinaggio a Santiago de Compostela. Il prodotto è strutturato in alberi concettuali nelle due lingue che propongono i termini evidenziando i rapporti fra i diversi concetti. A ogni termine è poi associata una scheda terminologica non convenzionale formata da termine nelle due lingue, immagine, definizione, fraseologia e consigli pratici. L’elaborato segue la creazione del Dizionario: nel primo capitolo si espongono i risultati dello studio della storia e della geografia del Cammino a Santiago; nel secondo si passa all'analisi dell’ambiente linguistico del pellegrinaggio, di cui si evidenziano i tratti relativi al contatto fra parlanti di diverse lingue cercando di studiare gli usi dello spagnolo fra i pellegrini italiani e locali. Nel terzo capitolo tesi si espone la metodologia adottata nello sviluppo del Dizionario mentre nel quarto capitolo si può consultare una versione del prodotto, che è però pensato per essere fruito in formato elettronico e interattivo. Nel quinto capitolo analizziamo brevemente una selezione delle schede terminologiche facenti parte del Dizionario del Pellegrino e riportiamo le risposte date da alcuni pellegrini ai questionari di valutazione che avevamo sottoposto loro.

En este trabajo se presentan dos Interfaces Gráficas de Usuario (GUIs) para la enseñanza de diversos conceptos relacionados con la asignatura de Óptica Coherente que se imparte en el máster de Fotónica y Tecnología del Láaser de la Universidad de Santiago de Compostela. Las GUIs estáan desarrolladas con el entorno de programación visual de MATLAB conocido como GUIDE. La primera interfaz permite representar gráficamente algunas de las funciones básicas en el estudio de sistemas ópticos y devuelve al usuario su transformada de Fourier, así como la magnitud y la fase correspondiente. La segunda interfaz muestra la convolución de dos señales elegidas por el usuario.

Abstract:
Introduction : Actuellement 208 millions de personnes consomment du tabac en Europe dont 12 millions en France. 650 000 décès sont attribuables au tabac en Europe et environ 60 000 décès par an sont imputables à cette consommation en France, ce qui en fait la première cause de décès évitable. Tous les acteurs de santé devraient être mobilisés pour lutter contre ce fléau. Le chirurgien dentiste doit se sentir concerné car il s’agit d’un enjeu général de santé publique mais aussi spécifique de santé bucco-dentaire. En effet le tabac est l’étiologie principale de certaines maladies graves de la muqueuse buccale : carcinomes épidermoïdes, leucoplasies, carcinome verruqueux (1). Le tabac est aussi un cofacteur favorisant les maladies parodontales (2). Enfin la consommation de tabac perturbe la cicatrisation après les actes de Chirurgie Orale et c’est une contre indication relative aux interventions chirurgie implantaire. Malgré ce constat, les chirurgiens dentistes restent peu impliqués dans l’accompagnement du sevrage tabagique (3). Les raisons sont probablement liées à un manque de formation et de connaissances qui limitent la mise en oeuvre du sevrage tabagique auprès de leurs patients. Pour pallier ce manque, un projet européen a été mis en place grâce à un financement du programme ERASMUS + (4). L’objectif de ce projet est de former les professionnels de santé européens au sevrage tabagique grâce à plusieurs outils. Matériels et Méthodes : Le principal outil de formation sera un site internet diffusé en langue Anglaise, Française, Italienne, Portugaise, et Espagnole. Ce site permettra de fournir un outil d’e-learning afin de promouvoir l’implication des professionnels de santé et notamment des chirurgiens dentistes dans le sevrage tabagique. Par ailleurs, un livre téléchargeable reprenant le contenu du site internet sera également diffusé. Enfin, plusieurs actions de diffusion de l’information seront menées tout au long du projet au travers de communications lors de congrès scientifiques et d’articles dans des revues professionnelles. Résultats : Le site et le livre électronique sont accessibles gratuitement à partir du lien : http://smokingcessationtraining.com/ en/home/ en langue anglaise. La version française sera publiée en ligne dans le premier semestre 2018. Le site a été réalisé sous la coordination de Rui Albuquerque (Birmingham Dental Hospital UK) avec la collaboration de Ross Keat (Birmingham Dental Hospital UK), Jean-Christophe Fricain et Sylvain Catros (Université de Bordeaux, France), Marcio Diniz Freitas (Universidade de Santiago de Compostela Espagne), Luis Monteiro (Universitaério de Ciências da Sauéde Portugal), Giovanni Lodi (Universita di Milano, Italy). Conclusions : Ce projet devrait permettre d’augmenter le niveau de compétence des utilisateurs et un certificat sera délivré à ceux qui complèteront l’évaluation en ligne. Ce projet devrait permettre d’avoir un impact éducatif en formant les chirurgiens dentistes, un impact sur la santé des patients et un impact économique en réduisant les couts sociétaux induits par le tabagisme.
