碩士<br>國立臺灣科技大學<br>纖維及高分子研究所<br>86<br>利用半酯化合成法配合粘度控制反應的進行,製得最終粘度 相近且不同DCPD改質量之改質不飽和聚酯樹脂,期望經由DCPD改 質量的不同找出最佳之DCPD改質量得到易加工、高機械性質及含 浸效果佳之不飽和聚酯樹脂,過程經由NMR、FTIR、GPC等成分鑑 定,得到不同DCPD改質量對改質不飽和聚酯樹脂的結構變化,再 以DSC、流變儀等設備在同樣後段加工條件下,探討DCPD改質量不 同對硬化成形之影響,最後,將產物成形硬化作最終之機械性質 分析。 結果顯示,經由半酯化合成法製得DCPD改質之不飽和聚酯 樹脂,隨著DCPD改質量的增加,達相同程度之最終預聚體黏度 須延長反應時間,且異構化率下降,而在硬化成形過程中隨著 DCPD改質量的增加,凝膠時間隨之延長,並使得硬化後產物之 交鏈網目下降,最後經過機械強度、體積收縮率、黏著力等基 本物性測試後,發現適量之DCPD改質量可有效改善提高不飽和 聚酯樹脂之附加價值。 二環戊二烯a不飽和聚酯樹脂a流變儀
