Tema rada jesu javni projekti u Republici Hrvatskoj u sklopu mehanizma integriranih teritorijalnih ulaganja Europske unije. Istraživanje je obuhvatilo kriterije, sustav ocjenjivanja i odabira projekata. Rad ukazuje na važnost teritorijalne kohezije te prikazuje ciljeve i prioritete regionalnog razvoja Republike Hrvatske u kontekstu regionalnih politika Europske unije. Prepoznato je da interdisciplinarno vođenje javnih projekata u etapi pripreme predstavlja temelj za održivi urbani razvoj.

Abstract:
V prispevku so predstavljene osnovne značilnosti razvoja prebivalstva in urbanizacijskih procesov v Ljubljani in Ljubljanski mestni regiji. Do konca sedemdesetih let je bila prebivalstvena rast posledica močnega priseljevanja iz Slovenije in preostale Jugoslavije. V osemdesetih in devetdesetih letih nastopi dekoncentracija prebivalstva znotraj regije in depopulacija mestnega središča Ljubljane. V zadnjih desetih letih so najhitrejšo rast prebivalstva zabeležila razpršena ruralna naselja v podeželskem delu regije, v posameznih delih mestnega središča pa poteka reurbanizacija in gentrifikacija.

‘Od žlice do grada’, ideja koja označava projektiranje u svim mjerilima za urbani kontekst, vrlo se često i neprecizno atribuira Ernestu Nathanu Rogersu. U ovome će se radu pokušati rekonstruirati geneza te fraze u širemu povijesnom rasponu. Naslov rada aludira na razvoj te ideje preko Buckminstera Fullera pa ga treba shvatiti kao radni. Rad daje pregled teorijskog koncepta o ‘sveobuhvatnom dizajnu’ i predstavlja ideje u projektantskoj praksi proistekle iz tog koncepta. U doktorskoj disertaciji je vršeno ispitivanje uticaja kontekstualnih faktora na sprovođenje &bdquo;co-benefits&ldquo; politika u urbanim sredinama zemalja u razvoju. Posmatrajući razvoj biciklističkog saobraćaja kao vrstu jedne takve politike, vršena je analiza uticaja političkih, društveno-ekonomskih, institucionalnih i organizacionih faktora na procese planiranja i implementacije &bdquo;co-benefits&ldquo; politika.
