Abstract:
I stort behandlar uppsatsen plagiat på gymnasiet. Tidigare forskning visar att plagiat ökat och att internet gjort det enklare för elever att fuska och plagiera. Även nya studenter tycks sakna tillräcklig kunskap om referat- och citatteknik. Syftet är att är att få en inblick i hur lärare reflekterar kring och arbetar med plagiat på ett studieförberedande program på gymnasiet samt se om det råder några skiljaktigheter mellan lärarna. Jag har gjort en kvalitativ metod och använt mig av semistrukturerade intervjuer. Materialet består av fyra gymnasielärares svar i form av sammanfattande reflektioner och citat från samtliga respondenter.

Abstract:
The purpose of this study was to better understand how the universities in Sweden work to prevent plagiarism, how they use plagiarism detection tools and what knowledge the students have or wish to have about plagiarism. This was studied through interviews with teachers and administration staff from one smaller university in Sweden together with a questionnaire for students attending any university in Sweden. The study shows that the information about plagiarism can be clearer from teachers according to the students, to prevent plagiarism as far as possible. It also shows that the university is already working to improve the information so that the students in a better way can understand, but it is hard to know how to give the information and what information that the students need. The examined university are using the system Urkund as a plagiarism detection tool and the study shows that teachers in general are satisfied with the system and how they use it. However, some teachers see an opportunity to use the detection tool in their teaching practises but need more knowledge of the system to do so efficiently. The students reportedly know what plagiarism means according to the study, but they do not have a deeper knowledge about it which they want from their universities, especially how the school is handling plagiarism cases and how the plagiarism detection tool works. The study concludes with recommendations for the universities to improve their work against plagiarism.
Syftet med denna studie var att ta reda på hur ett lärosäte i dagsläget arbetar för att motverka plagiat, hur man använder plagiatkontrollsystem och vad studenterna har för kunskap eller vilken information de känner att de saknar gällande plagiering. Detta undersöktes genom att intervjua lärare och förvaltningsanställda på en mindre högskola i Sverige och även genom en enkätundersökning som gick ut till studenter vid högre utbildning i hela Sverige. Studien visade att många studenter upplever att informationen från lärare och lärosätet kan bli tydligare för att i största möjliga mån undvika plagieringsfall. Den visar på att lärosätet redan jobbar för att förbättra informationen för studenterna men att det är svårt att veta vad som fungerar optimalt. Studien visar också på hur systemet Urkund används och i vilken grad. De allra flesta lärarna tycker att det är ett bra och användbartsystem och det känner sig bekväma med användandet, många kan också se en möjlighet till att använda systemet på ett mer pedagogiskt vis men behöver mer kunskap i hur det skulle kunna fungera. Studenterna anser sig veta vad plagiat innebär men en stor del tycker sig sakna mer djupgående information från sitt lärosäte för att få en bättre förståelse i främst förfarande vid upptäckt av plagiat och hur plagiatkontrollsystem fungerar. Slutligen ges rekommendationer till lärosäten för att kunna utveckla sitt arbete med att motverka plagiering och förbättra kommunikationen mellan lärare och studenter för att minimera plagiatfall.

Abstract:
Syftet med min uppsats var att undersöka hur urkunderna används i religionsundervisningen på gymnasiet. Dels av lärare och dels hur läromedlen handleder läraren till att integrera urkunderna i sin undervisning. Till bakgrund för min uppsats studerade jag hur och vad didaktiker föreslår som lämpliga arbetssätt för integrering av urkunder i undervisningen, men även vilka fördelar som urkunderna kan bidra med i undervisningen till tillexempel källmaterial, i jämförande analyser och förståelse för religionernas ursprung. Jag valde att använde mig av en kvalitativ studie eftersom den lämpade sig bäst för mitt syfte. För att få ett vidare perspektiv på min undersökning genomfördes både en litteraturstudie och en intervjustudie. Genom litteraturstudien fick jag en konkret bild av vilken didaktisk vägledning läromedelsböckerna bistår lärarna med för att integrera urkunderna i sin undervisning. Med intervjustudien fick jag svar på hur lärarna arbetar med urkunderna, vilken betydelse de anser att urkunderna har för undervisningen och lärarnas egen syn på läromedlens vägledning i att på ett didaktiskt lämpligt sätt integrera urkunderna i undervisningen.Resultatet av min undersökning visar att lärarna anser att urkunderna är av stor vikt och utgör de primära källorna till religionerna. Trots detta får de inte stort utrymme i deras undervisning. De anser inte heller att läromedlen är till stor hjälp för att integrera urkunder i undervisningen. Detta står i kontrast till vad jag kom fram till i min undersökning av läromedlen. Analysen visade att vissa böcker ger god didaktisk vägledning till att inkludera urkunder i religionsundervisningen.

Abstract:
In 2009 the oldest documents concerning the place Greiz in Eastern Thuringia were published by a historian. This article now provides a linguistic approach to that publication and its interpretation of the mentioned area in Medieval times. The results may be considered as a contribution to a book of reference for place names of Eastern Thuringia. In this respect some questions have been asked, e. g. whether the region along the river Weiße Elster between the places Weida and Plauen had really been an unsettled area until the 12th century. There is hard evidence that the historian’s assumptions are wrong because of the obvious Slavonic names of settlements in this area dating from the 8th until the 10th centuries. Based on a document from 1209 – respectively its copy from 1510 – as well as on a document from 1225 several facts are discussed in detail with consequences for toponymy and history of settlement with the help of historical linguistics. Thus it becomes evident that it is necessary to exchange ideas and to communicate for representatives of history as well as linguistics. At the same time it is obvious that the publication of documents and their analysis by historians will always be very helpful for linguistic exploitation. As a result the prospective edition of a historical dictionary of place names in Thuringia or of Eastern Thuringia respectively has been asserted as dependent on the continuous co-operation between historians and linguists.

Abstract:
Where are the Lombards in the Italian Charters? Identity, Kinship and Name-giving. — Questions of identity, kinship and name-giving arise in the Italian charters of the early Middle Ages. Beginning in the 1990’s, the group “Nomen et Gens” has intensively engaged in the question of a relationship between ethnic identity and the choice of a personal name in Late Antiquity and in the Middle Ages. Owing to their nature the Italian private charters are a great source for a micro-history of personal names. Even if it is not always possible to determine that personal names are a marker of ethnic identity, the charters show that their historical significance is not only based on their ethnic relevance. The Lombard and Latin names give evidence to other forms of identity. The original private charters were entrenched in the place where they originated and they are therefore a source into inquiry of local identities. For instance, local features in personal names emerge in the comparison of the name of a bishop of Luni, Teudilascius (*theudho- + *laika-z), which is typical in Tuscanian charters, and the name Teudelais from Piacenza in the North of Italy. The Italian charters are “family charters” and this allows us to draw conclusions about name-giving. On the basis of the genealogy of Bishop Peredeo of Lucca this contribution analyses also the use of traditional forms of name-​giving (allitteration, repitition, variation) showing that such rules are applied not only to Lombard names but also to Latin-Christian names. Moreover, the semantics of Peredeo’s genealogy lead back to the vocation of his family. It is the vocation of a Lombard family to ecclesiastic power.

In this article the Nienburg fragment from about 1180 is under linguistic scrutiny. The three eastern provinciae of the Nienburg Monastery situated in the historical eastern Lusatia are differentiated with help of linguistic methods according to particular paragraphs of the document. Special attention is given to some toponyms which could not have been attributed to definite places yet. It is presented a proposal to associate the place names to still existing geographical objects. Furthermore some geographical names are discussed and interpreted in a new way in contrast to former explanations. Thus characteristic feature of the Nienburg fragment becomes obvious: The Latin written document has preserved the Slavonic proper names in a graphic variant very closely to their original forms without reduction or any other influence of the German language on it.

For instance, local features in personal names emerge in the comparison of the name of a bishop of Luni, Teudilascius (*theudho- + *laika-z), which is typical in Tuscanian charters, and the name Teudelais from Piacenza in the North of Italy. The Italian charters are “family charters” and this allows us to draw conclusions about name-giving. On the basis of the genealogy of Bishop Peredeo of Lucca this contribution analyses also the use of traditional forms of name-​giving (allitteration, repitition, variation) showing that such rules are applied not only to Lombard names but also to Latin-Christian names. Moreover, the semantics of Peredeo’s genealogy lead back to the vocation of his family. It is the vocation of a Lombard family to ecclesiastic power.

Abstract:
Syftet med den här uppsatsen är att undersöka vilka ickepedagogiska texter som används i gymnasieskolans religionsundervisning samt i vilket syfte lärarna väljer att använda dem. Med begreppet ”ickepedagogiska texter” menas texter som inte, som läroböcker och skrivna i pedagogiskt syfte, utan mer autentiska texter som exempelvis artiklar, urkunder, prosa och lyrik. Uppsatsen består dels av en bakgrundsdel, där jag kort redogör för religionsämnet, dess utveckling samt de båda begreppen religionsdidaktik och textdidaktik, dels av en forskningsstudie. I den senare har jag intervjuat åtta gymnasielärare i religionskunskap om deras användning av och syn på ickepedagogiska texter. Resultatet visar att ickepedagogiska texter används av alla lärare i studien, men i betydligt varierande grad. Vanligast är användningen av religiösa urkunder, företrädelsevis Bibeln och Koranen, och olika artiklar. I någon mån används också skönlitteratur och vetenskapliga texter. Syftet med användningen är i första hand att utveckla kunskap om och förståelse för olika religioner. I viss mån används också texterna för att träna elevernas analytiska förmåga och för, via livsfrågepedagogik, främja elevernas personlighetsutveckling.
