This article examines the defeat of the Ustasha movement and its impact on the way the members of the Croatian fascist movement represented themselves through memoirs and testimonies after the Second World War. U središtu ovoga članka stoji pjesma kojom su se koristili ustaše kao svojom himnom za vrijeme Drugoga svjetskog rata. U prvome dijelu autor prikazuje korijene i rana objavljivanja te pjesme. U drugome dijelu teksta donosi se kako je Ante Pavelić preoblikovao pjesmu i kako je ona postala ustaškom himnom. U trećemu dijelu rada riječ je o tome kakav je položaj imala ta pjesma u Nezavisnoj Državi Hrvatskoj te kako je bila vezana uz elemente ustaške ideologije. Na kraju su kratko prikazani novi oblici ustaške himne nastali za vrijeme Republike Hrvatske.

U radu je izvedena komparativna analiza ustavne pozicije i organizacije lokalne samouprave u glavnim gradovima: Ljubljana, Zagreb, Beograd, Podgorica i Sarajevo.
