Chez les aulacodes d'élevage, on peut observer une usure mauvaise et insuffisante des incisives. Pour comprendre l'origine de ce phénomène, la croissance et l'usure de ces dernières ont été étudiées chez des aulacodes âgés de 4 à 12 mois. Les incisives poussent de 0,039-0,055 mm/jour et leur usure est de 0,033-0,040 mm/jour. Il en résulte un surcroît de 0,006-0,015 mm/jour qui toutefois n'a engendré aucun problème dentaire.

Abstract:
Le cadre general de notre recherche a pour but de tenter de preciser la nature de la pensee economique. Trop souvent presentee comme simple outil, cette derniere elabore cependant, dans le silence et l'anonyamt, un rapport profondement nouveau a l'etre, fonde sur la gestion de l'utilisation et de la disparition. C'est poruqoi l'etude du mot usure, aussi bien en so sens physique qu'economique, nous est apparue necessaire pour tenter de qualifier cette pensee dominante qu'est devenue l'economie. L'usure physique, nous est apparue avant tout comme phenomene de transformation (frottement, coprrosion, entropie etc. . . ). A ce titre nus avons remarque combien la philosophie rencontrait d'obstacles epistemologiques afin de connaitre ce phenomene. Seule l'approche technique nous a permis de definir l'usure, mais de facon negative, comme phenomene a combattre, a minimiser. C'est alors que l'usure financiere, et plus generalement la pratique du credit, nous est apparue comme la reponse economique a un monde que les principes de la thermo-dynamique nous presentent comme perissable. Cependant cette technique financiere loin d'etre un simple outil, instaure un rapport pronfondement iconoclaste entre l'homme et le monde comme le prouve l'interdiction religieuse de la pratique de l'usure. Des lors il nous a semble que l'economie ne pouvait plus etre consideree comme un simple outil de gestion. Au dela des simples regles d'echange et de circulation des biens, elle porte en elle une pensee plus large concernant les echanges, les mel1anges entre l'homme et le monde et qui unit intimement connaissance et moral. C'est tout cela, que nous a permis de decouvrir le concept reunifie qu'est l'usure
Within the frame of our research, we aim at clarifying the nature of the economic thinking. Too often presented as a mere tool, the economic thinking, as a matter of fact, silently and anonymously elaborates a deeply new relationship with the being, a relation on the management of utilization and idsappearance. That is the reason why the study of the french word "usure", which means both "wearing out" and "usury", is a necessary step to qualify the surge of economy as a dominant thinking. The physical "usure" or "wearing out" appears to us mainly as a phenomenon of transforamtion (friction, erosion, entropy. . . ). In this regard, we have noticed how many epistemological obstacles philosophy meets in the process of studying this phenomenon. Only the technical approach permits us to define the word "usure", though in a negative way, as a phenomenon to be fought, to be minimized. At that point of our work, the financial usury, and more generally the practive of credit, appears to us as the economic response to a world shown as perishable thourgh the principles of thermodynamics. Yet yhis financial practice, far from being a mere tool, initiates a deeply inconoclastic relation ship between man and the world, as the religious ban on the practice of usury show us. That being the case, it seems to us that economy can't be considered any more as a mere tool of management. Beyond the simple rules of exchange and circulation of goods, economy bears in itself a wider meaning concerning the exchanges between man end the world as well as their blending, and that closely binds together knowledge and morals. This is what the connection of the two concepts of utilization and usurty, reunified as the concept of "usure", has allowed to understand

Abstract:
Au cours de ce travail nous nous sommes attaches a l'etude de la resistance a l'usure de zircones stabilisees psz ou tzp, ceci afin de savoir quelle famille est la plus adaptee. Nous avons soumis ces zircones a deux types de tests d'intensites mecaniques differentes: choc bille-bille (dangoumeau) et frottement bille-plan. En choc la tenue mecanique des tzp est nettement superieure a celle des psz, aussi bien dans l'air que dans l'eau. En frottement les differences sont moins marquees. Pour les plans, l'etat d'avancement dans le processus d'usure (deformation plastique puis arrachement de grains et enfin fracture) determine le taux d'usure. Les debris crees ont un role abrasif et leur elimination (en presence d'eau notamment) est benefique pour la resistance a l'usure. Pour les billes ce sont les proprietes de reagglomeration et d'adhesion des debris ou troisieme corps, en couche dense protectrice sur la surface, qui gouvernent la severite de l'usure. Les caracteristiques physiques des materiaux ne suffisent pas a expliquer ces comportements, nous avons donc fait intervenir des phenomenes electrostatiques de stockage et de dissipation d'energie (par mesure avec la methode du miroir). Nous avons pu ainsi determiner que les tzp ne chargent pas ou tres peu et qu'une eventuelle relaxation n'entrainera pas d'usure importante. Les psz, au contraire peuvent pieger beaucoup de charges notamment sur un type de sites tres actifs, directement lies a la presence de phase monoclinique. Selon la nature de la relaxation (brutale en cas de choc ou douce en frottement) l'usure sera plus ou moins severe

Abstract:
L'usure ondulatoire des rails associée aux vibrations de torsion des essieux de métro a été mise en évidence il y a près d'un demi siècle. L'utilisation d'absorbeurs dynamiques comme solution potentielle à ce problème a été suggérée pour la première fois dans le projet américain du TCRP "Rail Corrugation Mitigation in Transit" en 1998. Cette thèse, réalisée dans le cadre du projet européén "Wheel-rail CORRUGATION in Urban transport", a pour objectif de concevoir un absorbeur dynamique et d'étudier son influence sur la réduction de l'usure ondulatoire liée aux vibrations de torsion. Dans le cadre de ce travail, d'autres types d'usure ondulatoire ont également été traités par des absorbeurs dynamiques.

Les trois premiers chapitres de cette thèse sont dédiés à la description des différents types d'usure ondulatoire et à la présentation des méthodes de prédiction. La méthode de dimensionnement des absorbeurs dynamiques est présentée au chapitre 4, ainsi que quelques perspectives de leur efficacité à réduire l'usure ondulatoire. Dans le chapitre 5, un tronçon réel du RER parisien a été étudié. D'une part les prédictions obtenues par différentes méthodes ont été comparées aux mesures sur site. D'autre part, le bénéfice résultant de l'utilisation d'un absorbeur dynamique a été étudié numériquement. Dans le chapitre 6, le cas de l'usure ondulatoire liée aux vibrations de torsion a été étudié spécifiquement. Un absorbeur dynamique a été développé pour réduire ce type d'usure ondulatoire. Son efficacité a été évaluée théoriquement et numériquement, avec un modèle multi-corps flexible du véhicule et de la voie. Dans le chapitre 7, un absorbeur dynamique visant à réduire les vibrations de torsion d'un essieu de métro à échelle réduite a été construit au laboratoire. Son efficacité a été validée expérimentalement en reproduisant les conditions d'apparition des vibrations de torsion de l'essieu sur le banc d'essais du Laboratoire des Technologies Nouvelles de l'INRETS. La correspondance entre les prédictions d'usure à échelle réduite et à échelle réelle a été établie. Une demande de brevet a été déposée par le Laboratoire des Structures Actives pour ce système (N° 06120344.4).

Les pieds d'aubes de soufflantes de turboréacteurs font face à des sollicitations de type fretting. Il en résulte deux endommagements possibles. L'amorçage et propagation de fissures et l'usure des surfaces en contact. Ce travail s'attardera sur le second point. Des lois d'usure basées sur un critère énergétique seront utilisées pour quantifier l'usure d'un contact mécanique. L'analyse fine du contact aube-disque ou de tout autre contact requiert un outil de calcul à la fois robuste et rapide. Dés lors, la loi d'usure choisie peut être implémentée et des prédictions d'usure peuvent être faites en un temps très court. Pour mener à bien cet objectif, un code de contact dit semi-analytique est développé. La structure est simplifiée en supposant un contact entre deux massifs élastiques semi-infinis. Des solutions analytiques donnant les contributions élémentaires de chargements normaux et tangenciels constants sur une surface rectangulaire sont utilisées pour obtenir par sommation les déplacements élastiques de la surface chargée. Les déplacements élastiques sont alors exprimés par un double produit de convolution discret entre des coefficients d'influence et les pressions et cisaillements dans le contact
Fan blade-disk dovetail joints of turbofans are subjected to fretting. Two damages could happen. Crack initiation and propagation and wear. The current work deals with wear. Laws based on the friction dissipated energy are used to quantify wear of fretting contacts. A fast and efficient computation code is first build to describe a 3D contact in gross or partial slip regime, for bodies with different elastic properties. An energetic wear law is then implemented. Consequently wear computations can be done in a very short time. The contact solver is based on a semi-analytical method for the contact between two elastic half-spaces. The normal contact problem and the full sliding or stick-slip tangential contact problem are solved. Both problems can be written as the minimisation of the complementary energy. Therefore a constrained optimization algorithm based on the conjugate gradient method is developed. To speed up computations, the fast Fourier transforms (FFT) are also used. The code is validated by comparison with close form solutions found in the literature for simple geometries. Wear simulation are performed for both gross and partial slip regimes. Results are compared with experimental results. The blade-disk industrial probleme is later studied. A multiscale computation is done, i. E. The semi-analytical code is coupled with a finite element software to solve the structural problem

Between 1290 and 1310, two Mendicant friars active in Florence dealt with the controversial issue of usury: the Franciscan lector Peter of Trabibus, who until now has been studied primarily for his relationship to Olivi’s teaching, and the Dominican Remigio de’ Girolami. In the mid-nineties of the thirteenth century, in the context of his quodlibetal questions, Peter of Trabibus discusses the social role of merchants and he broaches the question of the restitution of usurious gains. Some years later, Remigio also deals with similar issues in his quodlibetal questions and writes a treatise that bears the title De peccato usurae.

Le narrateur de La salle de bain (1985) est obsédé par le passage du temps : il contemple ainsi longuement une fissure dans le mur qui surplombe sa baignoire – causée vraisemblablement par l’humidité, et donc par l’eau –, y voyant le reflet de sa propre décrépitude. Ces ravages potentiels exercés par l’élément liquide s’étendent d’ailleurs à la société en son ensemble : en témoignent les visions du personnage de Paris noyé sous la pluie (comparé dès lors à un « aquarium ») ou de Venise submergée par la mer, si ce n’est son intérêt douteux pour le naufrage du Titanic. Cette métaphore filée trouve son apogée dans une scène marquante du roman, où le narrateur, contemplant les gouttes de pluie qui glissent sur sa fenêtre, en tire des conclusions sur « la finalité du mouvement », laquelle serait inéluctablement l’« immobilité ». Les indications données à cet égard peuvent être considérées comme un commentaire métatextuel, cadrant les modalités de traversée du texte. À ceci s’ajoute l’image de l’encre s’écoulant d’un poulpe – animal marin – mal apprêté par l’un des personnages, autre possible illustration de l’écriture, de la fiction qui se crée en dépit de l’adversité. C’est sur cette double nature de la métaphore aquatique, chez Jean-Philippe Toussaint, que portera ma communication. J’y défendrai l’hypothèse comme quoi, dans La salle de bain, l’évocation de l’eau revêt à la fois une dimension négative, en ce qu’elle reflète une usure générale (tant personnelle que collective), et positive, dans la mesure où elle contribue à définir l’écriture et la lecture, et donc, d’une certaine manière, à préciser les moyens mêmes par lesquels il est possible de s’arracher à la stagnation par ailleurs postulée.DOI: http://dx.doi.org/10.4995/XXVColloqueAFUE.2016.2528

Usury is regulated in article 241 of the Turkish Penal Code as a crime in the field of the economy, industry and trade. The state aims with the regulation to protect continuation of the economic order in the country. Usury by using credit card is one of the most common committing methods of the usury crime in Turkey. Due to this crime, there are many people in the economic difficulties and too much tax losing for the state, recent years in Turkey. Nevertheless usury by the credit card is getting increase with each passing day, because of the easiness, profitability, being risk-free of the action. Abstract:
The paper analyzes the state reaction to usurer services, starting from the 1830s until the Second World War. At the time of the transition from the natural to the money economy, the need for money was great. Since agricultural loans were not still regulated, the money could only be requested from usurers. Thanks to that, the usurers become richer and peasants perished. Therefore, the state begins to take certain legal measures, first in the field of civil law and after that in the field of criminal law. In the Principality and Kingdom of Serbia, the range of civil law measures was rich, while the criminal law reaction of the state against usurer services was modest. However, with the creation of the Kingdom of Serbs, Croats and Slovenes, and due to the process of unifications, the focus of the state actions on usurer services is shifted from civil to criminal law.

Abstract:
Money is at the heart of any financial system. It is the “joints” that link markets across space and time. As long as money performs its functions, markets tend to allocate resources efficiently and allow participants to be more productive and therefore more prosperous. As money is a prerequisite for the normal functioning of markets, it cannot itself be part of the market. Money, thus, cannot as such be a source of income or profit. This is one reason why all divine faiths prohibit usury. Cryptocurrencies were invented supposedly to avoid the ills associated with the fractional reserve system. Unfortunately, they end up with the same problem: both systems are transforming the process of money creation into a commercial process motivated by destructive competition.
