Abstract:
Abstract As in other countries, Ukraine has persistent ageing stereotypes, with old age associated with wealth reduction, financial instability and social exclusion. Shifting these negative attitudes to active-ageing and seniors’ inclusion requires a systematic challenge. Not so long times ago the majority of people in their third age were unaware of active-ageing or expressed scepticism about the feasibility of creating an age-friendly community in Ukraine. Since the large-scale integration of Ukrainian UTAs into the EU agenda for intellectual, economic and social progress of society and individuals regardless of age, the changes in lifelong activities and participation in personally and socially meaningful ways for seniors caused a new outlook for them involving active vitality and optimism, confidence in intelligence, personal and social inclusion. This publication is devoted to the analysis of possible road ahead for the age-friendly community in Ukraine, negative stereotyping towards senior people from the side of business and individuals. The main goal is introducing methodology, practices and tools for the successful performance of initiative for age-friendly compass in Ukraine aimed to measure ageism in society.

Abstract:
Bearriverops n. gen. is a distinctive clade of small, vaulted trilobites from the Lower Ordovician (Ibexian Series; Stairsian Stage) of Utah and Idaho. The genus includes at least seven new species known from silicified material of which five are well enough known to name: B. alsacharovi, B. borderinnensis, B. deltaensis, B. ibexensis, and B. loganensis (the type species). All are known from the lower Fillmore Formation in western Utah; B. alsacharovi and B. loganensis are also known from the Garden City Formation of southeastern Idaho. Both units record deposition in shallow subtidal environments above storm wave base. Bearriverops is characterized particularly by a suite of pygidial apomorphies apparently related to spiral enrollment. Its close relatives include a large group of mostly undescribed Skullrockian and Stairsian species with more conventional spinose pygidia. Together, the taxa are referred to Dimeropygidae, which is considered a senior synonym of Toernquistiidae. Cladistic parsimony analysis of Bearriverops indicates that B. alsacharovi and B. borderinnensis are sister taxa, and that B. loganensis, B. deltaensis, and the plesiomorphic B. ibexensis are successive sister taxa to this clade.

Recently collected specimens of Catopsalis fissidens from the Torrejonian interval of the Nacimiento Formation in the San Juan Basin, New Mexico significantly augment knowledge of the morphology and dental variability of the species. This new knowledge suggests C. foliatus Cope, 1882 (=C. johnstoni Fox, 1989) is a valid Puercan species and that C. fissidens Cope, 1884a is a subjective senior synonym of C. utahensis Gazin, 1939. This latter synonymy further increases taxa shared between the Dragon Canyon local fauna of Utah and the Torrejonian fauna of the San Juan Basin, thus supporting previous inclusion of the Dragonian land-mammal “age” in the Torrejonian.

Abstract The Summit County Aging Alliance (SCAA) in Park City, Utah is representative of state government, county and city government(s), private citizens, land developers, Senior Center attendees, national and local associations, non-profit support organizations, home health agencies, colleges and universities, recreation centers, hospital administrators and area associations on aging. The focus of the Alliance has been to provide a forum for critical listening and discussion. Data from a survey to determine the ‘real’ needs and vision of the older adult community provided perspective from more than 100 older adults representing diverse ethnic and socio-economic backgrounds. This work is now providing a benchmark from which both the city and county governments in Summit County are creating their strategic plans, and the Alliance has become the official voice of the community’s older adults.

Abstract:
Abstract Purpose This paper presents findings of a quasi-experimental assessment to gauge the research productivity and degree of interdisciplinarity of research center outputs. Of special interest, we share an enriched visualization of research co-authoring patterns. Design/methodology/approach We compile publications by 45 researchers in each of 1) the iUTAH project, which we consider here to be analogous to a “research center,” 2) CG1— a comparison group of participants in two other Utah environmental research centers, and 3) CG2—a comparison group of Utah university environmental researchers not associated with a research center. We draw bibliometric data from Web of Science and from Google Scholar. We gather publications for a period before iUTAH had been established (2010–2012) and a period after (2014–2016). We compare these research outputs in terms of publications and citations thereto. We also measure interdisciplinarity using Integration scoring and generate science overlay maps to locate the research publications across disciplines. Findings We find that participation in the iUTAH project appears to increase research outputs (publications in the After period) and increase research citation rates relative to the comparison group researchers (although CG1 research remains most cited, as it was in the Before period). Most notably, participation in iUTAH markedly increases co-authoring among researchers—in general; and for junior, as well as senior, faculty; for men and women: across organizations; and across disciplines. Research limitations The quasi-experimental design necessarily generates suggestive, not definitively causal, findings because of the imperfect controls. Practical implications This study demonstrates a viable approach for research assessment of a center or program for which random assignment of control groups is not possible. It illustrates use of bibliometric indicators to inform R&D program management. Originality/value New visualizations of researcher collaboration provide compelling comparisons of the extent and nature of social networking among target cohorts.

Abstract:
Abstract Objectives To determine the relationship among body fat, cardiorespiratory fitness, and carotid artery thickness in a large group of older adults. Methods Data were collected at the Huntsman World Senior Games held in St. George, Utah between 2016–2019. Participants visited the Dixie Convention Center (St. George, UT) for free health screenings associated with the Games. The data were cross-sectional; for repeat participants only the most recent results were analyzed. The measures of interest for this study included: body fat, body mass index (BMI), cardiorespiratory fitness (predicted VO2max), and carotid artery intima media thickness (CIMT). Body fat percentage was measured using bioelectrical impedance. BMI was calculated via weight (kg) and height (m2). Predicted VO2max was calculated at rest using a heart rate monitor and the validated Polar fitness test. CIMT was obtained via images of the right and left carotid arteries, visualized and captured with a portable diagnostic ultrasound system. Differences by sex were determined using independent t-tests. Multiple regression was used to examine associations between measures. Results For this analysis, 649 participants (232 women; 326 men; 68.13 ± 8.71 y, 25.15 ± 4.92 kg/m2) were included. Women had a higher body fat percentage than men (32.00 vs. 22.42%) (t < 0.0001). However, men had a significantly higher BMI (26.28 vs. 24.01 kg/m2) and cardiorespiratory fitness (40.22 vs. 38.82 ml/kg/min) (t < 0.05) than women. Accounting for age and sex, body fat % significantly predicted CIMT thickness (P < 0.05) but BMI (P = 0.0853) and cardiorespiratory fitness did not predict CIMT thickness (P > 0.05). Conclusions CIMT thickness appears to be related to body fat percentage among older adults. Subsequent studies could examine how reduction in body fat changes CIMT thickness and how that influences risk of chronic disease, such as stroke. Abstract:
Abstract Older adult populations in rural America are growing more rapidly than ever before, but most do not have the facilities and resources to support the growth. Good health and quality of life are the driving forces in these communities. However, they need assistance in restructuring their support for older adult services and education, housing, social engagement opportunities, and care for aging-in-place. Summit County Utah is a federally recognized rural community and may act as a functioning model for recognizing and addressing these aging issues for other rural areas within the United States. The Summit County Aging Alliance (SCAA) is a unique union of multiple federal, state and local agencies and, concerned and influential citizens who are helping to create the programs and services needed such as the submission of grants, the reassessment of the senior center, the creation of open communication between county and city politicians, connection of locals with key stakeholders, and growth to geriatric medicine in the area. SCAA is one of the five priorities of the Summit County Health Department Mental Wellness Alliance. SCAA focuses on the issues that are crucial for an older adult to sustain a healthy lifestyle in a rural community.

Abstract:
Abstract Abstract 1904 Arsenic trioxide (ATO) is a well-known inhibitor of cell proliferation in certain forms of malignancy and has been successfully used in the treatment of acute promyelocytic leukemia. Preclinical and clinical studies showed that ATO has anti-myeloma effects both as a single agent and in the combination therapy; however, the underlying mechanism remains elusive. In this study, the molecular mechanisms of ATO-induced myeloma apoptosis were explored on four myeloma cell lines OPM2, U266, RPMI8226, and KMS28PE of wild type or mutant p53 status and six primary myeloma cells. Gene expression profiling (GEP) of CD138+ bone marrow plasma cells from 22 healthy individuals (NPC), 44 patients with monoclonal gammopathy of undetermined significance (MGUS), and 351 newly diagnosed MM patients were published previously (Zhan et al. Blood. 2006;108:2020-8. Shaughnessy et al. Blood. 2007;109:2276-84.); and GEP from 9 myeloma cell lines were used in this study from the unpublished data of the University of Utah. Cell growth and viability were assayed by trypan blue dye exclusion. Cell cycle and apoptosis were analyzed by flow cytometry using CellQuest software and Vybrant Apoptosis Assay Kit. Alterations of the signaling pathways induced by ATO were tested by real-time PCR and western blot. GEP was performed by using the Affymetrix U133Plus2.0 microarray. ATO induced potent inhibition of myeloma cell growth and myeloma cell apoptosis, compared with controls. Further investigation showed that ATO down-regulated c-Myc and phosphorylated (p)-Rb while up-regulating p53, p21Cip1, and p27Kip1 proteins, resulting in G0/G1 or G2/M cell cycle arrest. ATO treatment increased mRNA levels of interferon regulatory factor-1 and TRAIL, as well as protein levels of caspase 8 and cleaved caspase 3, indicating involvement of the extrinsic apoptotic pathway in the mutated p53 myeloma cells. ATO also activated caspases 3 and 9, indicating involvement of the intrinsic apoptotic pathway in the wild type p53 myeloma cells. The usage of ATO and TRAIL agonist together has a synergistic effect, indicated by a combination index of less than 1. More importantly, these molecular changes induced by ATO-treated myeloma cells are very similar to the baseline expression pattern of hyperdiploid myeloma, which has a relative good prognosis with high expression of TRAIL and interferon related genes. Together, our data suggest that ATO induces apoptosis in MM through either extrinsic or intrinsic signaling pathway depending on the p53 genetic background. These observations may be employed as prognostic tools and lead to novel therapies in primary myelomas. Abstract:
The ability of students to problem solve begins with interpreting the problem. When they interpret the problem inaccurately, they will likely use ineffective strategies or fail to solve the problem. Studies reported students are often incapable of identifying and articulating the problem goal, requirements/constraints, and expected output. In other words, students lack self-regulation skills, especially related to task understanding. In this study, two male and two female senior computer science students from Utah State University, USA, were recruited as research participants to learn more about their task understanding skills while engage in programming tasks. The participants were asked to answer five programming problems while thinking aloud, and their responses were video- and audio-recorded. This report focuses on one of the problems, which was a variant of the Josephus problem. Three research questions were used to guide the analysis: (a) what were the participants’ initial task understanding; (b) how did it change during the problem-solving endeavor; and (c) why did it change. All participants identified the problem goal inaccurately and as a result, selected ineffective problem-solving strategies. The analysis suggested their inaccurate task interpretations were caused by their confidence bias (i.e., a systematic cognitive error), in which they drew knowledge and strategies from irrelevant experience. Out of four participants, only one was able to defeat the confidence bias and acquired an accurate task understanding; the influencing factors and possible interventions to overcome confidence bias are discussed.

Abstract:
Abstract. Coordinated drilling efforts are an important method to investigate active tectonics and magmatic processes related to faults and volcanoes. The US National Science Foundation (NSF) recently sponsored a series of workshops to define the nature of future continental drilling efforts. As part of this series, we convened a workshop to explore how continental scientific drilling can be used to better understand active tectonic and magmatic processes. The workshop, held in Park City, Utah, in May 2013, was attended by 41 investigators from seven countries. Participants were asked to define compelling scientific justifications for examining problems that can be addressed by coordinated programs of continental scientific drilling and related site investigations. They were also asked to evaluate a wide range of proposed drilling projects, based on white papers submitted prior to the workshop. Participants working on faults and fault zone processes highlighted two overarching topics with exciting potential for future scientific drilling research: (1) the seismic cycle and (2) the mechanics and architecture of fault zones. Recommended projects target fundamental mechanical processes and controls on faulting, and range from induced earthquakes and earthquake initiation to investigations of detachment fault mechanics and fluid flow in fault zones. Participants working on active volcanism identified five themes: the volcano eruption cycle; eruption sustainability, near-field stresses, and system recovery; eruption hazards; verification of geophysical models; and interactions with other Earth systems. Recommended projects address problems that are transferrable to other volcanic systems, such as improved methods for identifying eruption history and constraining the rheological structure of shallow caldera regions. Participants working on chemical geodynamics identified four major themes: large igneous provinces (LIPs), ocean islands, continental hotspot tracks and rifts, and convergent plate margins (subduction zones). This workshop brought together a diverse group of scientists with a broad range of scientific experience and interests. A particular strength was the involvement of both early-career scientists, who will initiate and carry out these new research programs, and more senior researchers with many years of experience in scientific drilling and active tectonics research. Each of the themes and questions outlined above has direct benefits to society, including improving hazard assessment, direct monitoring of active systems for early warning, renewable and non-renewable resource and energy exploitation, and predicting the environmental impacts of natural hazards, emphasizing the central role that scientific drilling will play in future scientific and societal developments.

The Culture Image Trough Historical and Identity Study: Change of BaliTourism Culture By Means of Paintings. Bali is a unique place with a social realityin which the inherited tradition practiced by the society and the modern culture broughtby tourism drag one another. The image of tourism stereotype becomes a simulacrumof reality which is believed to be true and the tourism which was economically basedcurrently has been shifted into the culture tourism. Within this kind of situation, aquestion about cultural identity arises due to the contact and conflict between thetraditional values and the modern ones. Works of art are the depictions of the reality yetare not merely the imitation of it (mimesis). Identity problems raised in the post-modernera tends to ask art in the modernism age using cultural identity issues opposed to theautonomous art within that time. Abstract:
I was glad to read today, on December 16th of 2016, that the Sports Sciences Department of the University of Beira Interior (UBI) appears in an outstanding place in the Shanghai Ranking's Global Ranking for Sport Science Schools and Departments. We could indicate that this small department is actually in the top 80 of the sports schools of the world, which is something that should be highlighted. In 2007, the head of the Department of Sports Sciences at UBI and currently president of the Faculty of Social Sciences and Humanities (UBI) called for the development of internal research in the field of sports sciences, not only on the national panorama, but above all on an international level. This wish was strongly based on a complete lack of research in the department, in which until 2007 there was no single publication with indexing, much less with ISI or Scopus or any relevant project or book recognized by the scientific community. It was a herculean and risky challenge, but today we think that it has been more than achieved. At that time the cornerstones for the development and sustainability of the investigation in the department were based on three key-vectors: selection and recruitment of more teachers with experience and research potential; acquisition of equipment, laboratory software and reformulation of the advanced training proposal (reformulation of the Master course and Doctoral study plan). As a complement to the quality of the existing teachers, external professors were hired. The rectory was present in the creation of an R & D unit in consortium with UTAD, UMa and 5 Polytechnics Schools, under the designation of CIDESD with headquarters in UTAD and a center in UBI. As far as the equipment is concerned, the department has acquired high quality material and diversification through internal funds (Department / Faculty) and also with the individual scientific production funds of the research unit CIDESD/UBI. Between 2008 and 2013, these acquisitions encouraged the exponential writing of articles, the development of projects and the conclusion with high quality of masters and doctoral theses. This was only possible due to the high scientific production carried out, which was strictly thought in favor of our students and the Department of Sports Sciences. The acquisition of research material had not only a typical laboratory concern but also an ecological one, that is, most of the acquired equipment was portable, allowing us to carry out several studies outside the Department, going to the places where the individuals that composed the samples were. Finally, since 2009, there has been a strong internationalization policy for the Masters course, especially with the arrival of highly qualified teachers from worldwide, which has allowed the promotion of research policies and a significant increase in quantity, but above all in the quality of the published articles. In this research policies project - it was sought to present a line of concrete study that addressed some pertinent problems to which the international literature has not yet shown any final conclusions. In the last two decades, scientific research in Sport Sciences has grown exponentially in the department. Unfortunately, most of the resources, such as critical mass or equipment (laboratories) are still scarce in our country, although some universities have taken important steps in order to reverse this situation. Thus, UBI could not remain unaware of this "revolution". We had a young department with quality and capacity to perform quality research. To this purpose, it was urgent to develop protocols and / or connect with universities and researchers of international reference, which would transport us to higher levels of research. Since our field of study was so vast and complex, we had to focus on the following points of interest: A) preparing research projects in the field of sports performance; B) drawing short - term strategies for the construction of a root laboratory that would be able to transport us to the "front line"; C) helping integrate our young doctoral students (teachers) into the "world" of research. Considering the opening of the European university space resulting from the Maastricht Treaty, one of the pillars of the internationalization policy has been the focus on European cooperation activities. Numerous protocols were developed with the University of Pitesti, the Public University of Navarra, the Pablo de Olavide University, and the University of Barry State. These contacts were a result from the social and academic networks established with members of these universities. After hiring the new professors whose doctorates were concluded between 2007 and 2009, the mission of equating a course development strategy and improving its attractiveness was crucial. Given the fact that, at the level of the 2nd cycle offer, the demand was low, it was therefore necessary to attract students from other schools of the country. It was obvious that this would only be possible with the use of previous personal knowledge networks and the support of the Center for Research in Sport, Health and Human Development (CIDESD), a research center where UBI is an integrated member. The 2nd cycle of studies of the Master’s Degree in Sports Sciences was created in the 1st year of the Bologna Process adjustments of the courses given at the UBI. At that time, the Department's doctoral faculty was exiguous and very little diversified. For this reason, the Curricular Units proposed for the curriculum were based in the possibility of hiring other human resources. National and international teachers of recognized pedagogical and scientific value were recruited, with special emphasis on the prestigious curriculum of publications in the area of Sports Sciences. Provisional calls were launched and readily accepted on the condition that they taught concentrated classes, similar to what already being done in many foreign universities and also in some national ones.In the main scientific area of the cycle of studies (Sports Sciences) all the teachers integrated in the service distribution are effective members or collaborators of CIDESD. CIDESD is a research unit accredited by FCT (since the 12th of December of 2009) with the initial classification of GOOD and nowadays of VERY GOOD. Also worth mentioning is the collaboration with the Center for Excellence in Studies, Research and Sports Medicine and the Navarro Institute of Sport, Government of Navarra. The approach to scientific research has also been a point of honor of this department, carried out in a sustainable way, mainly through teaching / learning methodologies specific to each curricular unit (CU), mostly through research seminars. This approach begins in the 1st semester of the 1st year, encouraging the student to the good practices of scientific research, particularly in his area of interest. However, the ultimate milestone of his effective integration into the scientific research can only be consolidated if the student is qualified to prepare or eventually to submit a scientific paper in an ISI-indexed journal provided by the Seminar CUs. Finally, we must highlight the involvement in the implementation of technical-scientific events allowing contact with basic and applied science, of which the Research Seminar of CIDESD and CIDESD Junior is the best example. It should also be said that the scientific activity produced by teachers and students is strongly implemented in the methodological orientation of teaching / research and in the provision of services and advice to the academic community and to civil society in general. Regarding to the research-community relationship, the type of research developed is powerfully applied by integrating and transmitting immediately the produced knowledge to the stakeholders (e.g., clubs, municipalities, gymnasiums and swimming pools). Therefore, this applied research par excellence in the physical activity context of exercise and sport in its most diverse fields of application brings economic benefits to the partners of the course. It should be mentioned that in the last two years there has been a significant increase in the publication of scientific articles in journals indexed to the ISI Web of Knowledge, a true and successful Case Study at the national level. Also note that part of the articles published during the last years were launched in magazines with an impact factor higher than 1.0. Also noteworthy are the publications in book or chapter format of books with scientific review. There are also dozens of abstracts published in national and international conferences (with scientific review). In fact, we consider this type of publication as an excellent measure of dissemination of the work produced by senior researchers and 3rd cycle students. In some cases, even for the 2nd cycle students. We succeeded in spreading knowledge through the range of articles available in worldwide renowned journals, i.e.: Original Research, Brief Reviews, Reviews, Methodological Reports, Research Notes, and Letters to Editor. In terms of impact, if we consider that the UBI Teaching Activity Regulation defined 0.4 as the impact reference median to the Sports Sciences, the publications in question are clearly above this level with an average close to 1.0 impact, a high value for the sports sciences. It should be emphasized that more than 50 percent of the articles refer to 1.8-1.9 impact journals, and that we have had a review - recently published in the highest impact factor journal of the area (Sports Medicine: 5.2).With this philosophy of publications, it was intended to carry out a large number of scientific studies that addressed a panoply of issues considered more relevant like the ones related to the effectiveness of Strength Training and Physical Condition on performance improvements in High Performance Sports, Public School and Exercise /Health. Consequently, this line of thought / intervention, in addition to discussing in a pragmatic and scientific way different topics related to the methodology of Strength Training and Physical Condition, tried to do a parallelism between theory and practice, that is, most of the abovementioned articles are of a highly practical nature in order to daily assist coaches, physical education teachers and health / sport professionals. We also analyzed the Simultaneous Training of Strength and Aerobic thematic, as well as the problematic of the Detraining. These are two hot topics as both are far from consensus in the scientific community.Since the origin of the Department (1994), the first four experimental studies conducted in our laboratories have been published in two of the best sports training magazines. In the five-year period in question, the level of scientific production was exponential with more 100 international ISI articles published or accepted for publication in journals indexed to international reference databases by the end of 2013. The participation in conferences such as the American College of Sports Medicine (ACSM) and the European College of Sport Science (ECSS) as well as the positive evaluation of 2 R & D projects by international panels (with emphasis on the project approved in call 2010) seem to indicate that the scientific community recognizes the efforts done to contribute for a better understanding of the sportive phenomenon, both in theoretical as in empirical terms. We should also note the level of involvement in the scientific community with referee reports for international reference journals and with several coauthors affiliated to different universities (national and international). The research networks developed in 5 years and the funding of the international R & D Projects planned for the coming years, will not only allow the renewal of equipment and software, but also bring the possibility of hiring highly qualified human resources, guaranteeing important conditions to continue in the line of international merit investigation. It is also an important incentive to further progress in the worldwide scientific production, recognized by the scientific community as well as helping UBI to consolidate its role in the country and in the world, in this scientific area. However, there are still some teachers who feel some lack of motivation to publish regularly.

Abstract:
Abstract Brain laterality refers to the asymmetric location of functional elements within the bilateral brain of animals and humans. Thus far, five lateralized functions have been recognized in humans: handedness, language ability, spatial skills, facial recognition, and emotion recognition. Recently, a sixth asymmetric functional element bearing on personality has been discovered. It is the larger side of the split bilateral anterior cingulate cortex (ACC). This appears to be the final output element of the executive system of which, by logic, there can be only one. Which side is somewhat larger varies among the general population in a seemingly idiosyncratic manner, yet with a genetic basis because true-breeding lineages exist. Here, hemisity is binary measure where a person is inherently born either right brain or left brain oriented. This is determined by nine statistically robust sets of four biophysical tests, none of which depend upon personality, and five behavioral questionnaires. Crucially these hemisity methods have been validated by the Magnetic Resonance Imaging (MRI)-based discovery that the larger side of the ACC is on the same side as one’s hemisity, making MRI the primary standard for hemisity determination (r = 0.96). There are at least 30 measurable differences in individual characteristics and behaviors between those persons whose hemsity is on the right compared to those with it on the left. The hemisity of 2929 individuals was determined by these methods. Large groups included 1428 junior and senior high schools students both in Hawaii and Utah. There were somewhat comparable numbers present for both types of hemisity. Hemisity of individuals was found stable from infancy to old age. There was no relation between hemisity and handedness. Larger corpus callosum (CC) size of male or female subjects was larger in right brainer that in left brainers. Twin studies demonstrate that CC size is inherited. Thirty-eight percent of individuals of both sexes were right brain oriented, while 62% of individuals of both sexes were left brain oriented. In pairings, there were more than twice as many couples with opposite hemisity. Of these couples, the right brain male and females were dominant. Reproductive outcomes of these were “Like father like son, Like mother like daughter.”

Abstract:
The COVID-19 pandemic can be likened to a “mirror” that shows the authenticity of church ministries’ real face. Before the pandemic, there had been observations emerging from various kinds of literature, research, and various experiences in the ministry context that showed a separation between biblical theology and the ministry’s praxis and the neglect of the primary things in the ministry. These two observations seem to be proven to be true during the pandemic. In three studies on church services conducted in Indonesia during the pandemic, namely a series of researches from Bilangan Research Center, National Survey and National Dialogue from South East Asia Bible Seminary, Malang, as well as a series of researches from the Center for the Church Growth Studies of Amanat Agung Theological School, Jakarta, it was found that the church still has a disproportionate concept of theodicy. The church services are still very dependent on the clergy’s role as professionals and narrowly centered merely on the worship ministry. There is also a serious gap between the older and the younger generation, and church services are not yet ready to deal with technology. Responding to this reality, the writers propose that the church needs to refocus its post-pandemic ministry in six ways, namely: building a theological vision that can be embodied in the ministry, making worship ministry a central but not as a center in ministry, developing family-based discipleship, strengthening pastoral ministry that emphasizes deep personal relationships, paying attention to ministering the next generation, and prioritize the sending capacity rather than solely the seating capacity.
