Full textWebbutveckling utvecklas, innoveras och skapar nya möjligheter för användare att mötas på en gemensam plattform. En del av utvecklingen är möjlig mha JavaScript-ramverk vars versioner är i tusental. Syftet med vår rapport var att undersöka skillnader mellan de tre ramverken Angular, React och Vue utefter Unified Theory of Acceptance and Use of Technology (UTAUT) modellen för att kunna ge utvecklare stöd i sitt val av ramverk. Tidigare studier visar på fördelar och nackdelar kring de tekniska aspekterna hos ramverken. Därför valde vi att utföra en kvalitativ studie baserad på utvecklares erfarenheter. Vi utförde en fallstudie där fenomenet var “varför ett ramverk väljs”, detta styrde och var motiveringen till våran forskning. Vi använde en enkät som metod för datainsamling. Med vår enkät samlade vi in data från över 500 olika utvecklare. Resultat från undersökningen presenteras i olika tabeller och grafer som analyseras och jämförs med tidigare studiers resultat inom samma område. Vår slutsats av resultaten är att Vue är ett bra alternativ för dig som lär sig utveckla på egen hand, vill ha ett lättare ramverk att lära sig och utvecklar mindre projekt på egen hand. Angular anses var det svåraste ramverket att lära sig, men kan vara ett bra alternativ för dig som vill söka jobb eller ska utveckla ett större projekt. Angular är det ramverk som funnits under en längre tid och har därför bredare möjligheter. Även om React uppskattas lägst i alla kategorier så har det visat att det är ett bra alternativ för dig som vill öppna upp fler jobbmöjligheter. Fördelen React har över Angular är det är lättare att lära sig. Resultatet vi presenterar är förstås bara rekommendationer och inget som är definitivt. Beslut för och emot vilket ramverk som är bäst varierar från fall till fall beroende på omständigheterna. Men vår studie kan förhoppningsvis ge en bättre insikt och hjälpa utvecklare som står inför att välja ramverk.

Full textDevelopment within digital and social media is redefining how spectators will experience sport in the future. In combination with a pandemic and a global climate crisis, it creates new demands on how sports arenas can generate visitors to their events. The aim of this study was therefore to gain an understanding of the visitor’s expectations on a virtual arena as well as to identify key factors that affect the consumer’s intention to visit a virtual arena. The study has a qualitative approach and empirical data has been collected through three structured focus groups. Unified Theory of acceptance and use of technology 2 (UTAUT 2) was used as a theoretical foundation and was extended with more elements through analysis and discussion, to better suit the current situation. The results of the study indicated that a virtual arena should contribute added value compared to a physical arena, through access to exclusive material and exclusive areas. Furthermore, it was concluded that expected opportunity for social interaction, expected improved information- and experience consumption and expected opportunity for personalized experience have an indirect impact on the visitor’s intention to use the virtual arena through hedonic motivation and performance expectancy. Effort expectancy proved to be a crucial factor which in turn is affected by accessibility, ease of use, and technical performance. Price value is shown to be a strong decisive factor. Finally, it is stated that interest in the sport is a new moderating factor with a direct impact on the user’s intention to visit the virtual arena.

Accompany with the development of the cloud computing, the economic benefits brought from the cloud computing will growth rapidly. The threshold for inducing the cloud computing will be gradually decreased. Compatibility, security, reliability, and privacy concerns in the past will no longer be obstacles. The true value of cloud computing technologies comes into existence only when users take real actions. At the forming process of user’s decision on taking the cloud computing, these issues immediately become the worthy subject for paying attentions. Aiming at these problems, we perform a questionnaire survey on information related personnel based on UTAUT. This work displays that many factors will influence the user’s motivations to accept the cloud computing, including performance expectations, easy to use anticipations, social impacts, and enabling conditions. Our results will not only benefit the cloud computing related users, but also benefit the cloud computing designers. Furthermore, our results will also promote enterprises to provide more reliable, more secure, and all-round, multi-angle view of the cloud computing service for their customers. Our results will not only save high Information Technology (IT) cost for these enterprises, but also provide high productivity to maintain their competitiveness advantage. At the meantime, the cloud computing business models will be advantageous in improving the protection for their intellectual property rights, and will create effective industry environment to protect their intellectual property in the future.

With the liberalization of the telecommunications market, Chunghwa Telecom has developed a confluence of cloud computing technologies. It has gone beyond the constraints of traditional local telephone, offering a value-added telephone service and transforming the conventional local telephone into a multimedia smart phone which provides practical and convenient information and communication service, as well as a high-quality touch screen for a more sophisticated lifestyle. This study establishes a research framework and hypothesis by taking the structure of the UTAUT which has an explanatory ability of over 70% as the theoretical basis. It also verifies the research hypothesis through statistical analysis in order to understand the behavioral intentions of multimedia smart phone users. Paper-based questionnaires were handed out to consumers, their colleagues, relatives and classmates who had all used multimedia smart phones. A total of 250 questionnaires were distributed with 235 reponses, of which 63 were invalid and 172 were valid. The response rate of the valid questionnaires was 68.8%. The main statistical and analytical methods used were Descriptive Statistical Analysis, Reliability Analysis, Exploratory Factor Analysis, Confirmatory Factor Analysis, Structural Equation Modeling and Regression Analysis. The research result shows that Performance Expectancy, Social Influence and Facilitating Conditions have a positive impact on behavioral intention while Effort Expectance has no significant influence. As for Moderator Variables, none of them have a positive impact on behavioral intention except for Social Influence*Age and Facilitating Conditions* Educational Attainment.

Full textThe extended unified theory of acceptance and use of technology (UTAUT2) is less than ten years old and has already garnered more than 6,000 citations with extensive usage in information systems and beyond. This research employed cited reference search to systematically review studies that cited UTAUT2 originating article. Based on UTAUT2 usage, the downloaded articles were classified into four categories such as: 1) General citation, 2) UTAUT2 application, 3) UTAUT2 integration, and 4) UTAUT2 extensions. Weber's (2012) theory evaluation framework revealed UTAUT2 as a robust theory on most dimensions except for parsimony arising from the complex model. UTAUT2 extensions emerged as popular UTAUT2 utilization category as researchers extended the model with context specific variables. Finally, UTAUT2 extensions were mapped to Johns' (2006) context dimensions to identify various limitations of the existing technology adoption research and to provide multi-level framework for future researchers with libraries of context dimensions.

In this era of technology explosion, the transformation of the consumer shopping patterns, and the advent of the retailing, its commercial potential is endless. How to grasp this wave of business boom, the subject to maintain a close relationship with consumers to seek sustainable development becomes the main mission for enterprises. Consequently, this study, social media as the scope of the research, aimed to investigate the effects of Behavior Intention based on the application of Performance Expectancy, Effort Expectancy, Social Influence, Perceived Interactivity. Also, the further explorations for Technology Readiness and Perceived Interactivity interference effect on Behavior Intention. So that enterprises can understand consumer's purchase behavior better. When the enterprises attempt to run a community store, this study will become the references to community store and make a distinction with other stores for developing the strategies. The object of this study were focus on the shopping of consumers had used the social media platform: Instagram, there were total 252 valid questionnaires. Adopting Statistic System: SPSS 23.0 to analyze data and hypothesis testing. The empirical results show: 1. Strengthen Performance Expectancy, Effort Expectancy, Social Influence, Perceived Interactivity of customer, can effectively enhance Behavior Intention. 2. Technology Readiness has an interfering effect between Performance Expectancy, Effort Expectancy, Social Influence, Perceived Interactivity and Behavior Intention. 3. Perceived Risk has an interfering effect between Performance Expectancy, Effort Expectancy, Social Influence, Perceived Interactivity and Behavior Intention.

The rapid growth of technology makes a big change in innovation product adoption behavior. The wearable devices can connect extending the function of mobile phone, which is portable and have more applications. It goes without double the wearable device becomes the potential new products in industry. The smart watch or smart glass is apparently are favored by industries. However, the population of wearable device is lower than the smart phone. It causes related technology companies to understand the market and finding solutions to breaking up. This research use smart watch as the research object. The UTAUT are integrated with perceived enjoyment, sport self-efficiency and personal innovation to evaluate to find the smart watch adoption intention behavior. Research shows that the perceived enjoyment and facility condition have significant effect in intention behavior. Therefore, industries must enhance the smart watch enjoyment value and provide related user information. The results of this research can also provide some references for industries in further design development and promotion.

Cloud computing is an important developing trend in the information technology industry recently, and there are lots of studies suggest that cloud service will be the mainstream of future information services. The main purpose of this study is to explore the influencing factors for firms to adopt cloud services, and thereby to offer practical suggestions to the cloud service providers. This study use Taiwanese firms as research sample, and collect data through questionnaires. Constructs and measurements are developed according to Unified Theory of Acceptance and Use of Technology (UTAUT), and regression analysis is adopted to validate the relationships between influencing factors and firms’ use intention. Analyzing results demonstrate that, Facilitating Conditions, Performance Expectancy, Effort Expectancy, Social Influence, all positively impact the intention of firms to use cloud computing. However, prior experiences do not moderate the relationship between influencing factors and use intention. According to the analyzing results, this study suggest cloud computing providers to make their products more compatible to potential users’ existing systems, to modify the operating interface of their products more user friendly, easy to use, and save the cost of system implementation,the intention for enterprises to adopt will be much higher.

While the population of smart phone and wireless network users are increasing, the gaming industry has also begun developing mobile game applications along with this trend. In recent years, the term “mobile game” has become a popular phrase. The related data also shows that mobile games will replace PC games as the mainstream. Relevant studies on gaming topics are mostly focused on investigating user acceptance of PC scenarios, and most studies are based on different motivation factors to understand the behavioral intentions of players in games. However,the user acceptance of mobile games may differ from that of PC games . In order to understand this effect, this study is based on the acceptance use of technology as the framework and includes players’ motivation and innovativeness as extra factors in order to investigate the user acceptance of mobile game using the mobile game “Realm of Valor” as an example. This study has collected 332 online surveys and the results show that players’ behavioral intentions positively affect actual use, while performance expectancy, social influence, hedonic social and hedonic Immersion positively affect the behavioral intentions. Some theoretical and practical recommendations were also given.

In recent years, due to economic downturn, traveling abroad has become a kind of “little happiness” for the “petty bourgeoisie”, and budget control is the most important consideration in trip planning. Budget Airline catch the attention of the “petty bourgeoisie” with low-cost ticket pricing, as well as simple and convenient services. Besides the petty bourgeoisie, more frequent travelers also chose Budget Airline as the means of transportation. Therefore, the time of Budget Airline has arrived. Previous literature has shown that UTAUT has 70% explanatory power on technology usage behavior. Thus, this study adopted the theory of UTAUT to discuss tourists’ acceptance of Budget Airline. It is expected that the high explanatory power of UTAUT can thoroughly identify travelers’ acceptance of Budget Airline. Moreover, by understanding travelers’ acceptance, this study offers suggestion to Budget Airline on future operation. The results showed that travelers’ performance expectations, social influence, and behavioral intention have positive influences on their usage behavior. In other words, travelers’ consideration on flying cost, influence of word-of-mouth, and their own intention of usage affect their decision on whether or not to choose Budget Airline. Based on the result, this study suggests that Budget Airline should adopt online advertising and marketing activities concurrently in order to promote the company and increase its exposure. In addition, Budget Airline should provide different promotions to offer more favorable ticket pricing, and differentiate from traditional airliners to enhance the company value.

As people become increasingly active on the Internet, Online Learning has become a platform and a conduit for people to learn new knowledge. There are more and more Online Learning platform development. Based on the " Unified Theory of Acceptance an Use of Technology " (UTAUT), this study explores the effects of Performance Expectancy, Effort Expectancy, Social Influence, and Facilitation Conditions;Gender, Experience, Volatility, and Stickiness of the moderating effect , to understand the consumer Use Online Learning Intent key factors. The results show that Performance Expectancy, Effort Expectancy, and Social Influence have a positive impact on the Use of Behavioral Intentions in Online Learning; and Effort Expectancy the relationship of Behavioral Intentions will be subject to Gender moderate. Facilitation Conditions have a positive effect on Online Learning Use Behavior. "Stickiness " moderating effect can not be supported, may be the object of study for the primary school senior students, the Internet time is limited, and the opportunities for autodidacticism, so the moderating effect of Stickiness is not significant. Provide operators as a reference for future Online Learning courses.

ABSTRACT This research integrates UTAUT and the elements of contemperary studies researched by domestic and foreign scholars, including the Perceived Enjoyment and Personal Innovativeness. Moreover, this study adopts internet experiences and family background as the moderating variables to reserach elementary school’s senior students on the intention to use online learning. The main results of this study are as follows: 1. Perceived Enjoyment do positively affect Performance Expectancy and Efforts Expectancy. 2. Personal Innovativeness do positively affect Performance Expectancy, Efforts Expectancy and Facilitating Conditions. 3. Performance Expectancy do positively affect behavioral intentions and this effect is partially moderated by family background. 4. Efforts Expectancy do positively affect behavioral intentions and this effect is partially moderated by Internet experiences. 5. Social influence do positively affect behavioral intentions and this effect is partially moderated by both Internet experiences and family background. 6. Facilitating Conditions has positive effect on use behavior and this effect is partially moderated by Internet experiences. 7. Behavior intention has positive effect on use behavior. This study suggests that it’s necessary, for promoting online learning, to pay attention to Perceived Enjoyment and Personal Innovativeness as same as the four variables proposed by UTAUT. Also, both moderators, internet experiences and family background, should be considered.

Over the last century, information technology is becoming more and more integrated into our lives; therefore, new technologies are also having an impact on the education environment today.The Education Ministry of Education in recent years, focuses on promoting the project of the Reading Education, in addition to traditional reading, the various regions formed as" online reading Recognition System" .The "online reading Recognition System " is injected into an important tool for reading education. The "online reading Recognition System " is a system of the network platform by providing students to improve students’s reading intereste so that teachers can make in-depth study and improve students’s reading ability. The main purpose of the study was to investigate the current status and the factors of elementary school teachers in using online reading Recognition System in teaching. The framework of the study was based on the “Unified Theory of Acceptance and Use of Technology” (UTAUT) model, whick posits three direct determinants of intention to use (performance expectancy, effort expectancy and social influence) and two direct dete rminats of usage behavior (intention and facilitating conditions). A questionnaire survey was conducted to collect 271 valid samples for quantitative analysis. Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) was used to identify the hypothesis and research framework of this study. The findings of the study were as follows, 1. Performance expectancy and facilitating conditions would have significant influences on behavioral intention. 2. In predicting usage behavior, both behavioral intention and facilitating conditions were significant. 3. The effects of performance expectancy, effort expectancy, social influence and facilitating conditions on behavioral intention and usage were moderated by experience and voluntariness, such that they were more significant at later stage of experience.

After a variety of theoretical models were considered, the Unified Theory of Acceptance and Use of Technology (UTAUT) were used in this study to explore the installation behavior of consumers regarding the acceptance of security surveillance systems. This study expected that the strong interpretation ability of the UTAUT model can provide complete installation intentions and behaviors that have impact on the installation of a security monitoring system. Security monitoring system users were taken as the research object of this study, a total of 535 questionnaires were distributed, and 532 valid questionnaires were recovered. Regression analysis was used in this study to validate the research hypothesis. The results showed that the main reasons for users of security surveillance systems to decide to install a security surveillance system included performance expectations, payment expectations, and facilitating conditions. The installation intention of a security surveillance system user installing the security surveillance system had positive impact on the installation behavior. Security monitoring system users were still willing to install security monitoring systems for the sake of safety and convenience.

With the rise of environmental protection issues. Many companies launch green strategies to find the ways making them earn more money and love earth environment more. In recent years, many service industry companies have toward green, such as green restaurants and green hotels, providing many green services for consumers. This study based on pollution prevention, product stewardship, and sustainable development in the NRBV of three key strategies to design scenario story, then explore the impact of scenario story and UTAUT’s individual reactions to using green services, individual reactions to using green services are green performance expectancy, green effort expectancy, social influence, and facilitating conditions. Finally, explore the impact of individual reactions to using green services and intention to use green services. In T-test finds that the average of consumers’ personal responses to green restaurant and green hotel is significantly different. In MANOVA, find that product stewardship strategies and individual reactions to using green services have significantly effect in green restaurants, on the other hand, pollution prevention strategies and individual reactions to using green services have significantly effect in green hotels. Through the linear regression find that except hotel’s green performance expectancy do not have effect with intention to use green services, other individual reactions have significantly positive effect with intention to use green services both on restaurants and hotels. This study provides some strategies to restaurants and hotels’ manager how to both attract consumers and eco-friendly.

In the information era of rapid and large explosion, if a new product or service can meet the needs of users, and widely accepted by the public, the impact of these factors is critical that scholars and enterprises have been sustained in concern. In recent years, social media has been popular around the world, and social media users can share information and express their views on the web. Instagram was launched in October 2010 as a free mobile app, it’s an online mobile photo-sharing, video-sharing and social networking service that enables its users to take pictures and videos. In the short term, Instagram had such a significant number of users grow, it seems to have become one of the world's most popular social media recently. This research's subjects is Instagram users, in consideration of the model and the theory of integrity, development, and social media's suitability, this study used both of UTAUT and Consumption Value Theory as a Foundation for this study’s framework. Moreover made a formal questionnaire with a five-point Likert scale, and used convenience sample as sampling method, a total of 356 valid samples were collected. This study aims to investigate how factors could influence users’ attitude, behavior intention , and actual behavior toward Instagram. At last, the empirical results of this study show that: performance expectancy, effort expectancy and social influence have a significant and positive impact on user’s behavior intention toward Instagram; facilitating conditions have a significant and positive impact on user’s actual behavior toward Instagram; functional value, social value, emotional value, epistemic value, conditional value have a significant and positive impact on user’s attitude toward Instagram; attitude has a significant and positive impact on user’s behavior intention toward Instagram; behavior intention has a significant and positive impact on user’s actual behavior toward Instagram.

Esta proliferação de modelos surgiu com o TAM (Davis, 1989) que foi posteriormente transformado em C-TAM, UTAUT (Venkatesh et al., 2003), e mais recentemente Meta-UTAUT (Dwivedi et al., 2019). Embora os modelos propostos supostamente pretendam alargar e corrigir algumas questões dos modelos anteriores (incluindo novas condicionantes), o seu alegado valor acrescentado (por exemplo, melhor poder explicativo, melhores propriedades psicométricas) ainda não foi provado. A lógica que suporta a versão mais recente (Meta-UTAUT) é questionável à medida que o modelo se torna saturado, ou seja, um modelo onde todas as construções parecem estar associadas umas às outras, e o efeito cumulativo dos moderadores nunca é reivindicado. Para verificar isto, comparamos - com exatamente o mesmo conjunto de dados - os dois mais populares (UTAUT vs. meta-UTAUT) com uma variante nova que prevê interações múltiplas. Com base numa amostra de 206 indivíduos, os modelos são contrastados no que diz respeito à adaptação ao modelo, e explicada a variância. Os resultados mostram que os três modelos têm um ajuste de modelo equivalente. Para alem disso, verificamos que o modelo UTAUT tem um forte poder de explicação, o Meta-UTAUT tem um desempenho ligeiramente superior ao do UTAUT e também que o modelo proposto tem um desempenho ligeiramente superior a ambos na variância explicada. Os resultados sugerem que uma nova abordagem teórica pode emergir neste campo de investigação.

The telecommunication industries have opened the folk management since the beginnings of 1998. Mobile telecommunication service had started to present the large-scale growth. Afterwards the telecommunication industries through repeated integration, merger and acquisition, and expansion, had caused the popular rate of mobile number reach as high as 113%. This demonstrates users deeply love mobile telecommunication service in Taiwan. After the beginnings of 2005, the third generation mobile telecommunication (3G) provides faster transmission speed and more robust service quality to let the mobile phone not only have the voice conversation but also penetrate the image and high-speed data transmission service to achieve consumer''s demand. Nevertheless, since the beginnings of Asia Pacific Broadband Wireless Communications in 2003, the number of users for 3G services in Taiwan was still actually few, and not effective to assault the 2G market. Simultaneously, 3G industries in order to compete with the 2G industries still have forced on voice for inexpensive fee. Hereunto, responses on consumer market have been inferior to the expectation of industries. Under the influences of few contribution of individual users and low utilization ratio of 3G service, how to plan marketing strategy to consumer, enhance customer to use 3G service, and even promote overall earnings are the main issues for this study. We adopted Unified Theory of Acceptance and Use of Technology (UTAUT) to carry on expert interview and survey for consumers with service divisions of 3G industries, attempting to understand perceived differences between 3G service industries and consumers for 3G services. Therefore, based on assumptions of users'' behaviors for 3G services from UTAUT and analysis via Structural Equation Modeling (SEM). The results showed that the main attributes affect intention to use may classify into four folds: (1) performance expectancy: user-friendly interface as well as the simple instructions will affect users’ attitude and intention for 3G services, and its entertainment also promote intention to use; (2) social influence: the behaviors of family or friends will affect intention to use; (3) facilitating conditions: system integrity may increase ease of use, lets users’ be able to use easily, and web system should operate accurately, provide the latest information immediately; Moreover, availability of website also affect intention to use; (4) effort expectancy: under the fee of 3G service, telecommunication industries and cell phone merchants should provide more preferential agenda to encourage consumers to use.

With the rapid development of information technology, the demand of consumers for computer devices becomes higher and higher. Netbook, an innovative product, has become the potential application tool for consumers although its functions are less than those of laptops. It equips with functions such as wireless network, word processing, which are sufficient for certain group of consumers. This study attempts to explore the technology acceptance for such a product by using Unified Theory of Acceptance and Use of Technology (UTAUT). Data collection from consumers was employing with modified questionnaires. Data analysis was using SPSS for regression analysis, PLS for path analysis and the chow test for moderator analysis, which deeply investigate the perceptions of consumers towards the use of netbook. These perceptions can be used to infer more adaptive innovative marketing models to conform to the requirements of consumers. The findings of the study are shown below: 1. There are significant correlations between performance expectancy, effort expectancy, social influence, facilitating condition and behavior intention; in addition, there is significant correlation between behavior intention and user behaviors. 2. The influence of moderator toward path shows partly significant. 3. Facilitating condition has no significant effect on user behavior, inferring that user manual could be unclear or the explanations of marketing representative for the questions asked by users are not helpful. The findings shown above can be suggestions for future studies in other computer tools such as tablet pc or iPad so on.

While Unified Theory of Acceptance and Use of Technology (UTAUT) has been extensively investigated, the expand UTAUT model is relatively unexplored. This research studies expand UTAUT model and community site user behavior. The research focuses on Unified Theory of Acceptance and Use of Technology Mode and in addition to Perceived Playfulness and Perceived Risk factor in this model. Perceived Playfulness and Perceived Risk are categorized and quantified in order to ascertain behavior of user’s community site. The findings suggest that Perceived Playfulness, Perceived Risk and Performance Expectancy has a positive significant to the Behavioral Intention, in addition, Behavioral Intention and Facilitating Conditions has significant to Use Behavior. However, Effort Expectancy and Social Influence has no significant to the Behavioral Intention. These findings provide some suggestions for designers in planning community web site. With the popularity of mobile devices such as smartphones and tablets, mobile application (App) has grown along with the rise. These two complement each other. However, lots of the technology acceptances research studies still concentrate on the adoption of hardware devices, but the focus on App is relatively less. Therefore, this study aims to realize the factors affecting technology adoption in App. This study bases on the unified theory of acceptance and use of technology (UTAUT), and also adds in the personal innovativeness (PI) to develop the research framework. The sampling is divided into two stages. First, it’s to filter the items of the questionnaire which come from the eight theories that UTAUT integrated. Second, it’s to reserve 3 to 4 items for each construct from the last stage that could exhibit the most explanation power, and finally 27 items are remianed. This study use questionnaire survey to access the users from App internet forum. By using convenience sampling, I collected 772 and 649 samples respectively and then apply structural equation model (SEM) to analyze the data via AMOS software. The results identify the significant influencing factors, from high to low, for App behavioral intention (BI) are performance expectancy (PE), effort expectancy (EE) and social influence (SI). Facilitating condition (FC) is significantly affecting the App use behavior (UB), but with small explanation power. Besides, in the analysis of moderating effect, PI significantly impacts several paths, but gender, age, experience, and operating system have moderating effect only on 1 or 2 paths. In summary, we suggest that App developers should focus on the user perception of App’s PE and EE, and should be aware of the mature of mobile network in order to strengthen the interaction with users. Moreover, extending the effect of SI in App context could assure the App’s success.

Mobile payment is the combination of cards, wallets and mobile phones. Using smart phones making payment has become a new trend and it affects the payment habits of consumers. However, limited previous research studied on the difference of the behavioral intention between two groups of consumers who has used and has not used mobile payment. Therefore, Unified Theory of Acceptance and Use of Technology is mainly used in this study as a research framework, combining with trust and perceived risk to understand the difference in factors of customer behavioral intentions of those "used" and "has not used" mobile payment. The quantitative research questionnaire was applied to collect research data from the research participants and divided them into two: has used or never used the mobile payment. The Partial Least Squares (PLS) was adopted to analyze the collected data and examine research hypotheses. Research results show that: the performance expectancy, facilitating condition, perceived risk and trust of the consumers who have used mobile payment has positive effects on their behavioral intentions; the performance expectancy, social influence and trust of consumers who have never used mobile payment have positive effects on their behavioral intentions.

The number of domestic mobile phone users is saturated over the years. The most effective ways to appeal customers are dropping the price and developing value-added services in mobile phones. Recent years, lots of telecommunication businesses cooperate with banks to provide NFC credit card payments piloting. Users can bring NFC mobile phone to perform purchases in supermarkets, pay for bills or use as a proof of identification, etc. This study explores the factors that affect consumers to accept NFC mobile phones by using Unified Theory of Acceptance and Use of Technology (UTAUT) method. The participant size was 189, and test reliability, validity, and SEM were verifying the hypothesis. Results indicate that Effort Expectancy has a positive effect on Performance Expectance. Performance Expectancy and Social Influence have a positive effect on Attitude toward Use of Technology, but Anxiety has a negative effect on it. Attitude toward Use of Technology is more significant than Facilitating Conditions that affects on its effect Behavioral Intention.

The consumer electronic products market is growth especially in mobile products, Following the network speed is getting higher and more could application and product are developing companion with mobile phone. To face the high growth rate of market, the smart watch related applications are key products in industrial. It is essential to research the intention of consumer for such kind of products and finding the affect factor of consumer and then provide the suitable products, also define the strategy of products to add the acceptance of user. The purpose of our research is to analysis the effective of performance expectancy, effort expectancy, social influence, price value and privacy concern to behavior intention. Also research the modulation status of education level to behavior intention of smart watch. In our research, we choose UTAUT model as the fundamental theory and we reserve performance expectancy, effort expectancy and social influence, then add the price value and privacy concern factor to study the intention of user to use smart watch. The tools we choose SPSS and LISERL to execute the descriptive analysis and then go for reliability and discriminant validity, correlation analysis for validity of questionnaire. In the last, we performed in SPSS linear regression analysis to explore the impact of user intention for each configuration and add education level modulator variables to verify the hypothesis of consumer smartwatch motivation. There are significance influence to behavior intention in effort expectancy, social influence, attitude toward using of technology and pricing value. It could be the reference for industry to design a friendly product and focusing on the product price value to provide a more competitive product for user to improve the user purchase intention. In our research, the education level does not modulate the behavior intention.

This study examines the factors influencing individual acceptance of online shopping technology in Vietnam and Taiwan, two Asian countries at very different levels of internet penetration. To this end, we employ the UTAUT model, which captures the impact of four variables (performance expectancy, effort expectancy, social influence and facilitating conditions) on consumers’ intention to use online shopping sites. The extended UTAUT model incorporates the mediating influence of two additional variables, hedonic value and utilitarian value. Through electronic and manual methods 720 valid responses were collected. Linear regression was used to test the hypotheses. This study makes two main contributions. First, it provides an empirical validation of a recently proposed model that explains the consumers’ acceptance of internet shopping technologies. By examining a sample of users more varied than those surveyed by Venkatesh (2003 & 2012), it provides a unique perspective on e-commerce in the Asian cultural context. The results carry management implications for marketers wishing to target the right online shopping markets. Second, the study raises awareness of the importance of utilitarian and hedonic value as mediating variables.

The study strives to examine the role of technological and behavioral variables in predicting behavioral intention of individuals to adopt mobile banking by integrating three pre-established frameworks of UTAUT and TTF. CFA and SEM analyses have been used to analyze the data collected from Taiwan mobile phone users. The statistical results support the significant association of social influence, personal innovativeness, trust, perceived risk, task technology fit (TTF) with intention to adopt mobile payments. The empirical findings also established the significant contribution of task (TAC) and technology characteristics (TEC) in facilitating TTF. Social influence and facilitating conditions don’t directly impact behavioral intension, but can influence TTF then indirectly affect the acceptance of mobile payment. We then consider the moderating effect of gender and age. These findings have important theoretical and practical implications, particularly for the development and marketing of mobile payment, which will support the long-term success of mobile commerce.

Food traceability services can promptly verify the food identification. With this aquaculture production and sales traceability system, we can recognize the food sources, production and the sales process clearly. This technology is supposed to be an effective way in order to prevent the fake action. However we have many products with different identification data. This research is based on user intention in using this food traceability services to investigate which factors will influence the user intention in order to execute the food traceability services. This research carries on quantization statistical analysis with the paper and on-line questionnaire investigations. The research is based on the unified theory of acceptance and use of technology (UTAUT) model to predict and explain the consumer’s behavioral and the intention of technology acceptance. Based on the relevant literature, it was explained the intention of consumer is affected by the 12 literary compositions. The final result demonstrates that the “useful” , “adoptable” , “the personalized service” , “the security of information transaction” , “convenience”, “the reliability of source”, “ products inquiry comparison”, “ the integrality of information”,“ identification authentication”, “ consumers’ group”,“ the additional cost” and “use attitude” have indirect and apparent influence on the attitude and intention of the consumer. After revising the model and the result of questionnaire analysis, these 12 literary composition surface influences the consumer’s intention to use food traceability services. This research points out that the most important reasons for the users to adopt the technical service are the accessibility and serviceability of the technical service. The study suggests that the higher speed of downloading and transmitting the system manufacturer can provide the more the users would use food traceability services. Furthermore, low selling prices, user friendly and high quality will definitely help the more high possible interest of users. This research result is able to be the reference for the future researchers, government and other related aquaculture proprietors in order to improve and promote the food traceability services in the future.

Hence, the cloud Web storage is one of solutions and the one of the most popular cloud service, because it is easy use at anytime and anywhere by Internet. There are great business opportunities from cloud services, the global information technology companies has launched successively a lot of cloud services, and one of the important subjects is cloud storage services, there are not only more and more users using the cloud storage services but also invisible business opportunities increased. Hence, using the cloud storage services have become an issue for study. In this study, we apply the modified „Unified Theory of Acceptance and Use of Technology‟ (UTAUT) model to investigate the behaviors of using cloud storage services and choose the most famous company, Apple, which provide the iCloud storage as target of this study to discuss the using behavior for iCloud storage services and other relative cloud services. In according to the modified UTAUT model design the questionnaire and survey through Web to acquire the relative data from using cloud services. Analysis of the results of the questionnaire is that users keep the positive attitude toward the convenience and usefulness which iCloud have brought. (2000) indicated that punishment acted as a catalyst for Technology use, Punishment Expectancy is explicitly depicted as a construct in the adapted model for this study. The research was a quantitative study that surveyed users of the National Information Systems in a government department in South Africa. A sample size was a larger user group with 130 respondents from the three Information Systems and it was considered for the analysis. Results indicated that Performance Expectancy, Effort Expectancy and Facilitating Conditions had effect on the usage of mandatory national information systems. The research model will serve as a guiding framework for empirical assessment of IT acceptance and usage in mandatory environments. The practitioners will find that users of mandated systems expect organizational and technical support. Managers responsible for implementing policies will find that IT compliance behaviour is influenced by the policies. Management in organizations that have mandatory information systems will find that users’ expectation of rewards have effect on IT compliance behaviour. It is recommended that Facilitating Conditions be further investigated in future research as this construct indicated a weak effect on the usage of the mandatory system. Punishment Expectancy was also recommended for investigation in future research as it was not supported in this study which was inconsistent with previous study in mandatory settings.

Taiwan has lifted a restriction to mainland tourists since 2008, mainland tourists increasingly tour in Taiwan. The new rule of individual travel let many mainland tourists visit Taiwan in 2011. Therefore, mainland tourists visit Taiwan has become the largest business opportunities. It is not only promoting the economy, but also let feature of Taiwan will widely know to everyone. The mainland tourists visit Taiwan brings some advantages, such as promote Taiwan''s tourism market; enhance the development of Taiwan''s tourism industry, and so on. With the advancement of the technology, mobile service became the most popular issue in the recent years. People can get tourism information everywhere and every time, but such amount of information usually confusing users. Therefore, the guiding system integrated all the tourism information become users’ favorite. This study adopted Unified Theory of Acceptance and Use of Technology (UTAUT) to verify the mainland tourist guiding system which was built in our laboratory. There are tourism information about Taiwan and learning function to learn the different language between Taiwan and China in this system. This study collected the feedback from students came from China and mainland tourism wanted to visit Taiwan through online questionnaire website. The inviters must operate the mainland tourist guiding system in accordance with the research situation, and then fulfill the questionnaire. Finally, this study has 120 inviters to finish the questionnaire, and verify the influence of the behavioral intention on mainland tourist in external variables and the moderator variables through analyzing the data by SPSS and PLS. The results are as following: (1) “performance expectancy”, ”effort expectancy”, and “facilitating condition” has no affect with “behavioral intention”; (2) “social influence” positively affect the “behavioral intention”; (3) only “effort expectancy” affected by “age”. The results of this study can be a reference for the tourism agencies and application developers to understand the factors which can influence the behavioral intention of the inviters, and for the future use and improvement.

Through UTAUT this research discusses the acceptance behavior of taxpayers who use the Electronic Filing System of Income Tax from Professional Practice and other Income Tax. With taxpayers filing an income tax from a professional practice and other income tax as research subjects, a total of 250 questionnaires were distributed, and 206 valid ones were retrieved. This research uses the linear structural equation to verify the research hypotheses, with the research results showing the main reasons that taxpayers decide to adopt the Electronic Filing System include performance expectancy, effort expectancy, and information literacy. The performance expectancy of taxpayers filing an income tax from a professional practice and other income tax has a significantly positive effect on behavior intention; the effort expectancy of these same taxpayers has a significantly positive effect on behavior intention; the information literacy of these same taxpayers has a significantly positive effect on behavior intention; and the behavior intention of the same taxpayers has a significantly positive effect on usage behavior. In the next tax declaration, taxpayers who file an income tax from a professional practice and other income tax will still use the Electronic Filing System of Income Tax from Professional Practice and other Income Tax to declare their income tax.

After considering a variety of theoretical models, this study explores patients’ acceptance behavior of the online registration system with the Unified Theory of Acceptance and Use of Technology (UTAUT). It is expected that a strong analysis ability of UTAUT can provide complete factors that affect the adoption of the hospital online registration system and payment behavior. Therefore, this study’s research framework is based on UTAUT and includes computer self-performance facets. In this study, patients who had used the hospital online registration system were selected as subjects, for which a total of 450 questionnaires were distributed and 430 valid questionnaires were collected. This study uses a linear structural equation to validate the hypothesis. The results show that the main reasons why patients decided to use the hospital online registration system to register include: the computer self-performance facets, performance expectancy, effort expectancy, social influence, and contributing factors. Patients’ intention to use the hospital online registration system has a significant positive effect on their usage behavior. Patients will use the hospital online registration system to register when they go to the hospital the next time.

The popularity rate of Cable TV has reached 60% in Taiwan and the characteristics of Cable TV have economies of scale. The new challenges Cable TV industry facing are: changing habits of viewers, market share declining, regulations and laws changing, portable media vehicles rising, IPTV booning, and the Cable TV industry market is saturated. Therefore, the study is to understand what is the chosen factor of IPTV viewers.What motivates the viewers to choose it? Purposes of the study are as follows: First, to understand the audience TV viewing behavior. Second, analysis of the viewing intention to use UTAUT2 model. Third, understand the different Media Vehicle Attribute Analysis of UTAUT2 variable differences. Fourth, the survey results provide industry reference. The theoretical structure of the study is based on the unified theory of acceptance and use of technologyⅡ(UTAUT2)model of Venkatesh et al. (2012) and the “Media Vehicle Attribute” for IPTV as a regulatory variable. For those who have experienced TV programs, transmission questionnaire link through the Internet messaging software to collect samples. The official investigation from May 20, 2017, to the end of June 3, 2017, a period of 15 days, A total of 410 questionnaires were collected, 408 valid samples, effective sample rate of 99.5%, and the sample results were analyzed by Hierarchical Regression, through regression analysis showed that: (1) Facilitating Conditions, Hedonic Motivation and Habit Will positively affect the IPTV viewing intention; (2) Under Fixed Form, the impact of Facilitating Conditions on the viewing intention is less than Mobile Device; (3) Under Fixed Form, the impact of Hedonic Motivation on the viewing intention is less than Mobile Device; (4) Under Fixed Form, the impact of Habit on the viewing intention is higher than Mobile Device.The study found that the use of Mobile Device to viewers, attention to the viewing media can bring the Facilitating Conditions, the viewers who use of Fixed Form as the Hedonic Motivation is the most important viewing requirements, Habits It is the most direct and primary motive for the viewers. This study has practical management significance, and through the study, provides advice on IPTV and Cable TV industry. Finally, the reference results for IPTV and cable TV operators to put forward nine practical recommendations. In terms of IPTV video industry: (1) Compatibility considerations carrier; (2) The development of exclusive video content - Avoid imitation; (3) Provide different subscription schemes; (4) Increased interactivity, informational and benefits after viewing. In terms of cable TV industry: (1) Adjust the viewing function of the interface to develop habits; (2) To provide a stable, high-quality viewing and channel sources, viewership increased confidence; (3) Increase the entertainment, make the subscribers happy to use; (4) Cross-industry alliances to increase advertising revenue; (5) To take care of long-term subscribers, maintain the relationship to increase the use of adhesion.

With the maturity of information technology and the prevalence of the Internet, network-based E-learning is unlimited by time and space, thus enables more adaptability and flexibility in learning. In order to promote the Hakka culture, executive Yuan Council for Hakka Affairs, the special Hakka e-learning institute has provided a multi-dimensional an study platform, this research is using the Hakka E-learning institution as researching platform and environment to explore the key factors of the usage influencing. The experienced user as targets, we tried to explore the influencing key factors of gathering, transmitting, sharing, and feed backing. The results shown in the five factors of UTAUT and Flow are performance expectancy, effort expectancy , facilitating condition and flow experience are significant in usage. while user behavior is directly influenced by behavior intention and communication channels. Furthermore, using moderators such as genders, age, of use as effecting factors in our study shows that genders and age of use have impact on behavior intention. We do hope these finding, results and reflecting can be the motivated points of Hakka Culture innovation, also can be a good accomplishment for knowledge accumulation and delivery.

With the popularity of mobile devices and increasingly diverse use of apps, there are the structural changes in mobile use, markets and marketing, which create a new advertising model. However, most of the previous studies on advertising effectiveness were conducted on the basis of the advertising theme, product content, or traditional forms of graphic performances. Promoted by “action generation”, advertising is no longer subject to the performance of a single function and content and has been infused with more applications of built-in functions. Therefore, in order to understand consumers’ acceptance of functional apps for advertising, this research is based on Venkatesh (2003), who proposed the integrated technology acceptance model. This study used "Quasi-Experimental" to experiment on the mobile device users in Taipei, aged from 13 to more than 50. Through sampling experiments on the corner, 160 valid samples were obtained. App experiments of advertising design will be divided into four scenarios: touch function, location-based services (LBS), the use of rich media and the allowed installation of third-party applications. The subjects were asked to practically use functional advertising apps and respond to experimental scales to verify consumers’ "behavioral intention" and "actual behavior”, embedded functions in the advertising apps. Then the comparative analysis was made on the basis of interrelation among individual characteristics so that the study could explore the changes in consumers’ acceptance of functional The results showed that the factors pertaining to consumers’ “Performance Expectancy”, “Effort Expectancy” and “Facilitating Conditions” have significant positive impacts on their behavioral intention of using advertising apps. On the other hand, the “Social Influence” is not a major factor. In addition, there is a significant positive relationship between consumers’ behavioral intention and their actual behavior, which can be affected by their age and experience. It is obvious that the proper use of functions can surely change consumers’ awareness and acceptance of advertising apps. Meanwhile, the empirical results of this study can help the future app software vendors and advertisers to develop functional advertising design.

Following the advancement in science and technology as well as the rising prosperity of society in recent years, people’s consumption habits have undergone drastic changes, with conventional on-site consumption and shopping being gradually replaced by online consumption. Society has entered the era of smartphones, and people take advantage of the convenience, privacy, and low prices in purchases provided by smartphones. Distributors must pay attention to this trend if they desire to improve their work performance. Therefore, the use of mobile marketing to expand business performance is bound to become a crucial topic for future distributors. This study explored the use of mobile marketing by distributors on the theoretical basis of the unified theory of acceptance and use of technology (UTAUT) model. Through literature review and expert questionnaire, a total offour dimensions and 14 criteria of the UTAUT were formulated. The research participants were senior distributors in Taiwan who frequently adopt mobile marketing. A questionnaire survey was first conducted, followed by an analysis through the decision-making trial and evaluation laboratory (DEMATEL) approach to explore the structural relationships and degree of correlation between the various dimensions and criteria. The results indicated that “facilitating conditions” was the source of influence that affected the other dimensions. “Extrinsic motivation” was the source of influence among the criteria for the dimension of “performance expectancy.” “Ease of use” was discovered to be the source of influence for “effort expectancy.” “Social factors” was identified as the source of influence among the criteria for “social influence;” and, “perceived behavioral control” was determined to be the source of influence for “facilitating conditions.” The following recommendations are proposed to distributors according to the results. Establish environments that support the use of mobile marketing by distributors. Formulate a comprehensive training course that enables distributors to independently use the relevant electronics equipment upon completing the courses. Establish a reward mechanism that motivates distributors to employ mobile marketing, thereby encouraging the adoption of mobile marketing by all distributors through peer influence. Develop a simple and easy-to-operate system to enable distributors to quickly enter the market. Finally, use emerging media and social networks as communication tools to provide and update consumer information at any time to create more customer sources for distributors.
