Full textThe motor capacities (motor skills)’ evaluation is an essential activity for movement analysis. This activity aims is to quantify the human’s motor performance to be able to follow-up and control the evolution of the patient’s pathology thus allowing an adapted treatment. The physiotherapists need accurate tools able to measure this performance. They developed their own tools based on observations and normalized exercises. This activity can be supported and enhanced by the technological advances. A category of motion tracking tools exists to track and record those movements. Their use in motor evaluation system could refine the therapist’s evaluations and increase their reproducibility. To insure the correct development and use of such tools it is necessary to answer the following question: “what are the development stakes and criteria related to a system for measure and evaluation of motor capacities?” This thesis work refined this question into the 3 following research axis: “how to measure motor capacities?”, “how to analyze and communicate the result?”, “how to integrate this system in the medical practice?” For each of those axis the key criteria for development were investigated and contributions are presented. To illustrate those criteria a case study was conducted: the instrumentation, with new motion capture technologies, of an assessment protocol for motor capacities also called MFM (The Motor Function Measure)

Full textWebsites and mobile applications providing accessibility information for wheelchair users have increased in recent years. The advent of multimodal interfaces, through geospatial systems (route planners and navigation systems), also offers promising opportunities to help wheelchair users plan and then execute movements in the city. Geospatial assistive technologies are now emerging for them. However, the set of usability criteria to consider for evaluating this type of assistive technology is unknown despite the existence of several standardized questionnaires. This study proposes to document the needs and requirements of manual wheelchair users regarding geospatial assistive technologies and then to understand their usability through the "Matching Person and Technology" model. A scoping review was conducted to compile a list of specific criteria related to user interfaces and geospatial assistive technologies from standardized questionnaires. An exploratory crosssectional study has been carried out with 17 manual wheelchair users to make explicit their needs and expectations. As results, these criteria could be added to the technological factors already known via the "Matching Person and Technology" model for the usability of geospatial assistive technologies: Bluetooth, content, content-clarity, content-color, content-consistency, contentcredibility, content-legibility, content-relevance, content-trustworthy, content-understandable, delivery format, ease of navigation, everyday words, functions-expected, functions-integration, graphics, hands-free, input, network externality, structure and time spent waiting. Using the "Matching Person and Technology" model, the results suggest that actual use and familiarity with a given technology, as well as the expectations about information content and transportability, are important criteria for the adoption of geospatial assistance technology by the manual wheelchair users interviewed. Our results will help developers and clinicians to enhance the geospatial assistive technologies, structure the testing experimentations and make attribution recommendations.

Full textThis research was focused on the use and the non-use of ICT in the cancer care networks in France. To understand these two categories, it’s at first necessary to take into account the circuits and communication processes genealogy. Previous technologies and communication processes are used to evaluate and estimate the networks’ technical offer. The new technologies do not create new exchange circuits. They are only used reinforce the ones already at work. The apprehension of these two categories then requires the analysis of the socio-political and professional aspects of the reforms. The non-use of ICT in cancer care networks can also be explained by a form of social critique produce by the professionals when it comes to developing a new policy. For health professionals the network’s technical offer can be seen as a tool to redefine power centres, in competition context between healthcare institutions and medical specialties. ICT are also used as a monitorin and tracing system by the politics. It is impossible to study the use and the non-use of ICT in the health ca sector without taking into account the incompatibility between medical logic behind doctors’ work and the administrative rationality that outlines the reform. This incompatibility explains why the ICT is not used in man occasions. Finally, note that the research comes to the conclusion that there is a necessity to recognize this category of non-use

Full textMany parents decide to educate their children themselves. In the province of Quebec, these parents must, according to the law, offer an equivalent experience to what is offered or lived in school. The resources normally available at school are not necessarily the same as those available to parents at home. However, they can count on the contribution of information and communication technologies (ICT). In this study, we focused on: a) knowing what ICTs are used by all members of a home schooling family and for what purposes; (B) what would, in the opinion of the teaching parents, be further developed; C) understand how teaching parents perceive their use of ICTs and how their perceptions of ICTs have changed since schooling they homeschool; and (d) how ICTs used by teaching parents and their children could connect with other settings (eg, another homeschooling family). In order to do this, a qualitative approach combining observation sessions with semi-directed interviews was adopted with two homeschooling families. The results show that, according to different developmental factors (age, mother tongue, interests, etc.), the increasing availability and development of ICTs (social media, online resources, etc.) facilitate connections between different environments influencing the child by facilitating networking with resource persons and enabling teaching parents to work from home. This allows them to act consistently with their values, beliefs, motivations, etc., which influences them in their choice of starting or continuing homeschooling.

Full textInnovation's adoption process has been explained by a "traditional" approach inspired of Rogers' (1983) diffusion of innovations theory. Meanwhile, an "emerging" approach challenges this view by integrating three novel elements : emotions; hedonist and symbolic benefits ; and usage diffusion. The integration of the constructs of these two approaches leads us to the development of a model of the individual determinants of technological innovations in the ICT industry. This model was tested with a representative sample (n=1516) of the French on-line population using as stimuli two new product concepts : one associated with a dynamically continuous innovation, and another with a discontinuous innovation. Results demonstrate that the "emerging" approach contributes to the understanding of the innovation's adoption process. These results also expose the major role of the perceived characteristics in explaining the innovation adoption intention. Furthermore, they highlight the moderating role of the following constructs in the innovation's adoption process : degree of novelty, certain personal characteristics and usage scheme anticipation
Alexandre, Boris. "Acceptation et utilisation d'outils : vers une approche cognitive." Thesis, Lyon, 2019. http://www.theses.fr/2019LYSE2021/document.
Full textWhat drives us to use a tool, and why is a tool accepted or rejected by a user? This thesis proposes to study the question of acceptability (i.e. the a priori intention to use a tool, before use) and especially of the acceptance (i.e. the decision or the intention to use a tool, after real use), from the perspective of cognitive aspects of tool use. After a review of the literature onthis subject, which lists 142 criteria of acceptance, we propose a new theoretical reading grid by classifying the criteria present in the literature in four categories of criteria: Utility, ease of use, aesthetic and a final criterion, social, contextual and individual differences. Following our theoretical part, which also explores the field of cognitive tools, the mechanisms of decision making in the use of tools and the role of metacognition, experimental results are also presented. In a first set of experiments, participants are faced with physical tools that vary according to different criteria (utility, ease of use and aesthetics). We are interested in the differences between acceptability and acceptance phases and by criteria specific to the tool which guide user representations of tools and user preferences. The results show that there is a hierarchy of criteria. In the acceptability phase, it is the ease of use criterion that has the greatest influence. On the other hand, in the acceptance phase, the criterion of utility has a greater influence, whether in terms of preference (ranking position) or time spent on the tool. Aesthetics has no influence on user choices. In a second set of experiments, we study the influence of performances for different cognitive functions in the use of tools. Participants are exposed to cognitive tools that support different cognitive functions (memory, selective visual attention, decision making). We have sought to know in which cognitive functions users prefer to be assisted, and whether these preferences are rational, i.e. whether they are related to their performance or the meta-representation of their performance in these same cognitive functions. In the results, we observe that the tool assisting the working memory is widely preferred, butthat there are user profiles, some preferring to be assisted in visual attention or decision making. This preference is based on the meta-representation of the performance, and not on the performance itself. The results show that the more the subjects feel that they are bad in a cognitive function, the more they will use a tool that assists this same cognitive function, regardless of their actual performance in this cognitive function. Finally, a general discussion studies the impact of the results obtained in this thesis. In this last part of the manuscript, we propose to reflect and conclude on the consequences and the implications of our results, and we propose perspectives and questions on the future evolutions of the questions related to the acceptance of the tool

Full textIn the next thirty years the baby boomers are going to reach the third age and participate in the ageing of the whole French society. But no one can guarantee that their massive need of assistance and care will be provided. Information and communication technologies have the potential to help the elderly but only if they accept it. The aim of this thesis is to build a tool to assess the acceptance of these technologies and to predict their use. The scientific literature analysis revealed that the technology acceptance model proposed by Davis in 1989 had all the required qualities to build this tool. This model shows itself parsimonius and well documented but only existed in English. According to the literature the most widespread technology among the dependent elderly was the warning alarm. Thus, it was decided to translate into French, to adapt and to validate a questionnaire stemming from the technology acceptance model to predict the use of the warning alarm by dependent elderly. Four studies were thus led, the first consisted in a series of qualitative interviews, the second used a paper a pencil questionnaire, and both last ones in a phone questionnaire. This work ended in a ten items instrument with acceptable psychometric properties. The technology acceptance model works as expected and thus it is possible to predict the use of the remote alarm by dependent elderly. However, two shortcomings have to qualify these results, first the studies presented are cross-sectional which prevents from testing predictive validity, second the amount of explained variance by the questionnaire in French is limited compared with the published results. Finally, the model need to incorporate elderly specific constructs in order to make more accurate predictions

Full textDuchenne Muscular Dystrophy is one of the most severe genetic disease. It is caused by a mutation in the dystrophin gene. Such mutation is responsible for the absence of the dystrophin protein in the muscles thus leading to muscle wasting and to a premature death following cardiorespiratory failure. The discovery of the CRISPR/Cas9 systems opened the path for the establishment of curative treatments for genetic diseases, such as DMD. A Cas9 endonuclease can generate a double strand break in the DNA at a targeted locus through a guide RNA that specifically recognize a DNA protospacer sequence located closed to a protospacer adjacent motif (PAM). Recent work published by others demonstrated that the use of a pair of sgRNAs targeting introns permitted to create a genomic deletion that restores the DMD gene reading frame thus leading to de novosyn thesis of a truncated dystrophin protein. However, such deletion does not consider the resulting structure of the central part of the dystrophin. In Becker muscular dystrophic patients, a truncated dystrophin protein is synthesized but the severity of the disease could be related to the structure of this protein. Consequently, it seems relevant to develop a therapeutic approach that considers the structure of the spectrin-like repeat that forms the central rod-domain of the dystrophin protein. Further more, while CRISPR/Cas9 is on the rise it also raises safety issues for patients. Indeed, off-target mutations and immune response directed against such endonuclease can occur thus preventing the possibility of starting clinical trials. Consequently, there is an increasing need to develop safer approaches that may counter such undesirable effects. Our results demonstrated the feasibility of inducing a large genomic deletion with the Cas9 from S. aureus with a pair of sgRNAs targeting exons. Such deletion allows the formation of a hybrid exon that could, in addition to restoring the expression of the dystrophin protein, restore the correct structure of the spectrin-like repeat in its central rod-domain. We have been able to demonstrate such dystrophin expression in vitroand in vivoin four different DMD patient cell lines and in a dystrophic mouse model, respectively. Next, we envisioned the delivery of Cas9/sgRNA ribonucleoprotein complexes using the Feldan Shuttle technology. We provided proof-of-principle that such delivery permits the editing of the dystrophin gene in the TA of mouse models. Following the editing, dystrophin protein expression was restored in the treated muscles of a dystrophic mouse model. Since this approach remains restricted to in situ treatments, further development should be addressed to allow systemic delivery of Cas9/sgRNA. Finally, we provided evidence that the self-catalytic activity of the ribozyme N79 can be controlled using toyocamycin. Even if it only demonstrated its efficacy in vitro, this system opens the path to the development of a different tool for the pharmacological induction of endonuclease protein expression. Finally, this work contributes to the improvement of our understanding for the establishment of a potent and safe therapy to find a cure for DMD.

Full textThe permanent contact between languages and cultural identities is an incontrovertible evolution that results from the last few years’ increase in the population mobility. It brings an evolution in the composition of societies that involves a linguistic education which is adapted in the people’s need for plural communication. Interlinguistic alliances and intercomprehension of several languages are strategies that promote pluringuism and permit to settle the disputes resulting from intercultural and interlinguistic shocks. Metacognitive transversal skills and the polyvalent intellectual abilities developed by these plurilingual strategies seem to be perfectly adapted in the needs of our globalized society which demands abilities of strategic reflection in order to facilitate solving intercultural problems

Full textObject-Oriented technologies could significantly reduce the development costs of software applications. Consequently, the suppliers of critical avionics applications are interested in using these technologies. For that purpose, they beforehand have to demonstrate their control of these technologies to the certification authorities. A set of intrinsic risks of these technologies was intuitively identified by feedback. In our works, we propose a risk management process allowing to control the design faults risks induced by the Object-Oriented technologies. We begin by identifying the risk and their sources. We propose in this way two specific models of risk identification. Then, we define a set of specific metrics in order to estimate these risks and their factors. We have particularly developed metrics allowing the integration of a key risk factor: the designer understanding of the elements of code contained in an object-oriented program. We estimate globally the fault risks by means of Bayesian Networks filled up with static analysis of the code. Finally, the networks analysis can provide flexible, adapted and justified guidelines, bringing necessary guarantees of the technologies control for the certification

Full textThe human brain is made of a large number of interconnected neural networks which are composed of neurons and synapses. With a low power consumption of only few Watts, the human brain is able to perform computational tasks that are out of reach for today’s computers, which are based on the Von Neumann architecture. Neuromorphic hardware design, taking inspiration from the human brain, aims to implement the next generation, non-Von Neumann computing systems. In this thesis, emerging non-volatile memory devices, specifically Phase-Change Memory (PCM) and Oxide-based resistive memory (OxRAM) devices, are studied as artificial synapses in neuromorphic systems. The use of PCM devices as binary probabilistic synapses is studied for complex visual pattern extraction applications, evaluating the impact of the PCM programming conditions on the system-level power consumption.A programming strategy is proposed to mitigate the impact of PCM resistance drift. It is shown that, using scaled devices, it is possible to reduce the synaptic power consumption. The OxRAM resistance variability is evaluated experimentally through electrical characterization, gathering statistics on both single memory cells and at array level. A model that allows to reproduce OxRAM variability from low to high resistance state is developed. An OxRAM-based convolutional neural network architecture is then proposed on the basis of this experimental work. By implementing the computation of convolution directly in memory, the Von Neumann bottleneck is avoided. Robustness to OxRAM variability is demonstrated with complex visual pattern recognition tasks such as handwritten characters and traffic signs recognition

However, the study of the telecommunication networks in india stress that it reproduces the wealth and other infrastructure distribution disparities. With the aim to understand the fact and to determine what really are the dynamics the use of means of communication have to be studied in the context of an activity which products are strongly material. The study of the use of different means of communication by businessmen of the silk trade network in bangalore (karnataka, india) shows that the size and the commercial orientation of the firm are determinant to explain the intensity of the use of means of telecommunication and of the number of means in the firm. Traditional means of communication are still very used, particularly face to face meeting. Moreover the diffusion of the internet as a tool to do electronic commerce is motivated by the aim conquer the international market but the real use of web sites do not cause very much enthusiasm

Full textIn the field of sociology of work, this thesis deals with the methods of introduction and development of the New Information and Communication Technommogies in enterprise. It highlights the reasons explaining why the employees react differently when faced with the diffusion of a technology. Among the various categories of workers studied within France Telecom, the case of the "intervention technicians in the company-customers relation" indicates that their reluctance about using of the NICT could be understood as a result of the weakening of their profession's identity, and not as a simple expression of "unwillingness". This reluctance is linked to the fact that their professional identity is undermined by the change taking place conjointly on the technical, organisational and manageriale levels. These evolutions respond to the constraints of competition that the company has to face. This work also underlines the middle management's part in the NICT appropriation process; it shows that the more the managers set up the change in a wide and accelerated way, the more the identity constructions of these technicians are thrown back into question

Full textSince the 2000s, the Digital Social Network (RSNE) is a means for digital change management (Karoui & Dudezert, 2018; Matt et al., 2015). In this context, the aim of RSNEs is to facilitate exchanges and asynchronous collaborations between geographically and functionally dispersed professionals (not belonging to the same teams), in order to optimize the Knowledge Management by using new, more flexible collective regulations. improve productivity thanks to the quality of the information transmitted and simplify work organization (Bourgeois & Gonon, 2010, Bouville, 2013, Brangier & Bornet, 2011). However, from the point of view of the professionals, to appropriate a tool, to make it his own in correspondence with a culture in the sense of Proulx (2002), to develop operative schemas that lead to subjectivation (Rabardel, 1995), to develop new skills (Weill-Fassina & Pastré, 2004) to give it a meaning, an object, a destination for activity in the sense (Engeström, 2008), to develop the power to act individually and collectively (Clot, 2008) proceeds from a process evaluation that goes from experimentation to integration into actual practices and constitutes a trajectory of use (Bobillier Chaumon, 2016). In order to give an account of the conditions of development of an usage trajectory of a RSNE, we deployed an inter-method methodology (Caillaud & Flick, 2016) (qualitative and quantitative) to concretely assess what the technology " allows to do "or" forces to do ", but also that it " prevents "," or more as before "(Bobillier Chaumon and Dubois, 2009), in contact with a social environment and with respect to actual practices to evaluate "(...) its contributions and its limits, and thus define its interest in the activity and the project of the individual." (Bobillier-Chaumon, 2013, p 58) Our results show that the RSNE is not really adapted to the psycho-social requirements of the contemporary work activity and to the specific needs regarding asynchronous collaboration. This can explain a relatively weak use. A study of the dimensions of the development of the activity shows that the professionals use the RSNE to structure their individual activity in order to anticipate and calibrate future collaborations but they fail to develop the collective share of asynchronous collaborations

Full textHuman induced pluripotent stem cell-derived cardiomyocytes (hiPSC-CMs) are a very promising model for several scientific and therapeutic applications ranging from disease modeling to drug discovery, and from predictive toxicology to regenerative medicine. Despite numerous efforts, current protocols do not yet lead to a maturation phenotype equivalent to adult human myocardium. Indeed, key features of hiPSC-CMs remaining closer to fetal stages of development, such as gene expression, electrophysiology and function. Transcriptome analysis performed at Sanofi have confirmed these findings at the genome-wide level. Indeed, KCNJ2 and CASQ2 which are implicated in the two major physiological characteristics of cardiac cells, their electrophysiological behavior and calcium handling, respectively, were expressed at very low levels in hiPSC-CMs in comparison with adult cardiomyocytes. This thesis aimed to improve the maturation of hiPSC-CMs by using genome editing technologies. We generated stable hiPSC-CMs with inducible expression of KCNJ2, or CASQ2 or both genes (KCNJ2-CASQ2 hiPSC-CMs) and studied their functional and electrophysiological phenotype by several complementary methods. Upon doxycycline induction of KCNJ2 and CASQ2, KCNJ2-CASQ2 hiPSC-CMs displayed phenotypic benefits expected from previous studies of each maturation gene, including a drastic reduction of spontaneous beating, hyperpolarized resting membrane potential, shortened action potential duration and enhanced calcium transients. In addition, co-expression of the two genes enhanced Na+ spike slope of extracellular field potential and Ca2+ handling. We tested four reference drugs and observed signatures of known cardiac effects in KCNJ2-CASQ2 hiPSC-CMs, including arrhythmias induced by QT prolonging drug (E-4031), which were more easily detected than in control hiPSC-CMs. Therefore, KCNJ2-CASQ2 hiPSC-CMs exhibited a more mature phenotype than hiPSC-CMs and such genetically engineered hiPSC-CMs could be useful for testing cardiac toxicity of novel candidate drugs

Full textInformation and communication technologies have revolutionized work of individuals by their capacity for processing information, and bringing together spaces and time dimensions. During the ten last years, e-mail has been quickly developed in the organizations, certainly by it's facility of use and it's utility. In this context, the main problem is no longer how to access information but its quality and the individual capacity to choose among the various channels of communication the “good” way to work “effectively”. The negative impacts are felt by new practices that are often difficult to predict (information overload, conflicts…). In the light of evolution of 16 theories and models, this research identifies three axes -choice, use and appropriation-, and present meta-analysis in the field of the information systems. Using a statistical analysis of textual French research, the approach allow us to get four different classes: “processing in time”, “HMI”, “productivity compared to the choice of the media” and “use/satisfaction”, under consideration like as a new ways of research, opening lines enquiry. A qualitative study of a multinational in the IT sector has been performed in two distinct phases: documents study and participant observation, semi-structured interviews and analysis of messages. The thesis is completed by managerial prescriptions to be aware of human ans social dimension in processing the information

Full textThe study aims to collect the perceptions that the counselors working at career counseling have of their job, of the young people, of their professional practices and of their use of the Internet and the digital tools of management on a daily basis. The aim is to identify the relationship between the use of information technologies and perceived stress at work. Based on models and studies on work stress (perceived stress, sources of stress at work), 46 counselors were met, 35 of whom were interviewed through semi-directive interviews. The research is complemented by a quantitative approach that has helped us to develop a typology of counselors according to their level of perceived stress, to their perceived sources of stress at work, to their expectations for the future, to their professional practices and to their use of the information technologies at work. The results of our research show that the use of the information technologies at the workplace contributes to the evolution of professional practices, to the transformation of the perceptions that counselors have of their job and to a reconstruction of their professional identities. It seems that the use of information technologies at work increases the level of perceived stress of the most conservative counselors and it increases the feel of well-being at work of the most innovative counselors

Full textThis research aims at comparing digital identity and nature of the peculiarities of interactive written language on two digital social networks (Facebook and Renren). We are interested in the difference between the digital identity of these two digital social networks, one is worldwide used (except a few countries such as China) and the other is mainly used by the Chinese. Is that the digital identity of one person is also the same on these two different social network sites? How the users interact and express vis-à-vis different friends in different digital context? Can the online interactions manifest emotional aspects? In order to respond to these problems, this research questions the digital identity and their function in the identity construction, the relational and social aspects of online interaction, the types of emotions expressed in the online interactions, and the role of emoticon in the expression of emotions of these two digital social networks. The data analysis enables to identify the linguistic, social and emotional phenomena in online interactions of the corpus of study. Interviews and questionnaires clarify the analysis of the experience and the feeling of the different actors. So throughout the description of case use of Facebook and Renren by four newly arrived Chinese students in France, this work attempts to better understand the features of digital identity and interactive exchange of these two digital social networks

Full textThis thesis considers the study of technical languages as an opportune means of approaching the didactic of technological disciplines. It is based on the fact that it is impossible to think about a technical object without thinking in a technical language. In this respect, technical languages are specific modes of expression for the technological world; they enable humans to conceive of, produce and control the life of technical objects. This work has three parts. The first proposes a definition of the didactics of technological disciplines. The second focuses on the study of sequential automated systems and a language used for the functional description of such systems (grafcet, functional graph for step-transition control). The third part deals with empirical studies on the grafcet transmission-acquisition process by french tenth graders enrolled in the tsa curriculum (technology of automated systems). The results raise the question of how knowledge is organized socially. It appears that the social organization of knowledge fails to bring out the differences in technical knowledge by schematically emphasizing norms and aesthetic aspects. Yet in technological disciplines, technical languages are consubstantial with the learning of meaning. The cultural implications of these disciplines have a bearing on the social control of technological change. Accordingly, our study shows that today's training programs, as they are currently organized, do not really enable societies to achieve these cultural goals, an thus are detrimental to the sharing of knowledge by the greatest number. In this perspective, research in teaching can play a decisive role by taking an interest in technical languages and their environment, approaching them through the situations

Full textThis work is about the main Internet conflict and maine changes generated by the struggles between file sharing networks and copyright owners. Governance attemps to nullify peer-to-peer networks dramatically change regulation philosophy wherein legislative approach is weakened in favour of technological control. This research is developped as an analysis of juridical and technological debates in U. S. A. , with the goal of represent the developments of both critical theory and norms building as an answer of share practices. Its first part is dedicated to the definition of digital exception, that is Internet birth as a free and non commercial space, and to the foundation of Internet criticism after privatization of infrastructures, that coincide with cyberlaw emergence. Its second part represents critical debate evolution, across legitimation of technological turn of copyright law and incoming of American cyberlaw towards technological approach of «Internet enhancement» and «trusted system» debates. Finally, its third part deals with the judicial and technological history of file sharing networks, in the goal of suggesting a sociological definition of these practises, by compared economics (disruptive tecnology) and anthropological (hi-tech gift economy) interpretations produced by literature about this argument

Full textThis thesis deals with the measurements, modeling, and the demonstration of a conducting polymer transducer for robotic applications. Because of a reversible electrochemical process, conducting polymers can be used as actuators or mechanical sensors. The behaviors and performances of the polymer transducer as a bending actuator and as a bending sensor are investigated, respectively. Two working modes, namely actuation and sensing, are identified through modeling and experimental validations. The performances of the bending polymer actuator, including the free displacement and the output force, are characterized based on the mechanical model. The electrical responses of the sensors in different bending conditions are studied. The analytical functions of electrical responses are derived to identify the sensing outputs and the parameters of the model. Besides, the sensing signal drops over time, especially in quasi-static mechanical deformation. It is characterized based on modeling and a compensation method is proposed to balance the decreasing voltage of the polymer sensor. To demonstrate both the functions to sense and actuate achieved within the same material, a soft gripper made of two polymer fingers (one active and one passive) is presented in this thesis. This conducting polymer is promising for applications of great interest in soft sensors and soft actuators at the macro- or microscale
