This research study was conducted to examine changes in cost and service utilization of nurse case managed clients. A secondary analysis was conducted using a pre-test/post-test design. Data for this analysis were collected by Papenhausen (1995) for a study to measure the effect of nurse case management intervention on client outcomes.
