Full textContamination of industrial wastes represent a great environmental problem related to industrial and urban development. Historically the Vale dos Sinos region has adopted inadequate procedures in the management and final disposal of its industrial waste. This study was realized in the UTRESA landfill area to do an environmental diagnostic and to characterize the geochemical behavior of contaminants in soils and groundwater.The study was performed by geological and hydrogeological mapping, installation of monitoring wells and borings, sampling of landfill leachate, soil, groundwater and surface water, physical-chemical analysis of landfill leachate, water and soil, leaching tests and X-ray diffraction on the soil, slug tests, environmental diagnostic, risk evaluation and proposed remediation for the studied area. Twenty five monitoring wells were installed and were collected and analyzed 73 samples (landfill leachate, soil and waters). The results show widespread contamination of soil and groundwater in the influence area of UTRESA industrial waste landfill, with varying intensity in different contaminants. Chromium, chloride and ammonium have higher levels of contamination, which reflects the highest content recorded in the manure samples analyzed. Petroleum hydrocarbons, cyanide and mercury contamination exhibit low intensity with a wide distribution. Lead, copper and barium, on the other hand, show low contamination restricted to a few locations. Soil contamination is recorded mainly in the vadose zone of the aquifer, at the convergence locals of stormwater situated to the northwest and south of the waste disposal cells, showing the preferential spread of contaminants by surface flow followed by soil infiltration. This transport process of contaminants also results in high risk of contamination of adjacent streams. The results of leaching tests indicate low potential for groundwater contamination by dessortion of metals from the soil. Environmental degradation registered on the site results from the inadequate conditions of disposal and confinement of waste in the cells constructed without complying the technical standards.

Full textStöld och snatteri är tillgreppsbrott som finns reglerade i brottsbalkens åttonde kapitel. Stöld är kapitlets huvudbrott och snatteri är en ringa form av stöld. Båda dessa brott har tre gemensamma rekvisit som måste vara uppfyllda för att straffansvar ska föreligga. Dessa rekvisit är olovligt tagande, tillägnelseuppsåt samt att det ska innebära en ekonomisk skada för den som blir drabbad av brottet. Det finns flera olika sätt att utreda snatterier och detta arbete kommer att förklara närmare vilka sätt som finns och när de olika sätten är tillämpbara. Anledningen till detta är att öka kunskapen kring utredningsmetoderna, framförallt gällande så kallade förenklade utredningar. Den största svårigheten vid snatteribrott att styrka att de tre rekvisiten för brottet är uppfyllda. Ett erkännande från en snattare är inte mycket värt om det tas tillbaka och tillräckliga uppgifter saknas gällande rekvisiten. Därför är det viktigt med ordentliga förhör av både den misstänkte, anmälaren samt eventuella vittnen för att kunna utreda snatteriet. Arbetet grundar sig på litteraturstudier samt intervjuer med både poliser och butikspersonal som i sina arbeten kommer i kontakt med snatterier. Den litteratur som har använts är lagar, JO-utlåtanden, kurslitteratur på polishögskolan, föreskrifter och allmänna råd från Rikspolisstyrelsen, samt i viss mån tidningsartiklar.

Full textDenna studie är genomförd på en bultsvetsstation med fyra bultsvetsrobotar från ABB som används i den dagliga produktionen i karossfabriken på Saab Automobile i Trollhättan. I dagsläget används off-lineprogrammerade robotprogram från IGRIP i flera robotceller på karossfabriken. IGRIP har under flera år används utan att man har någon metod för att utvärdera för hur kapaciteten i robotcellerna utnyttjas. Begränsningarna hos IGRIP är att det inte automatiskt kan beräkna och generera kollisionsfria banor vilket är mycket tidskrävande. Programmeringen av via-punkterna sker via manuell inmatning i programmet vilket medför att de inte utnyttjar maximal kapacitet i robotcellen. Dessa problem har lett till att Saab ville undersöka potentialen för att frigöra kapacitet i en robotcell med hjälp av en programvara under utveckling, IPS 2.0. Den nyare programvaran utvecklas av FCC och besitter optimerings- och balanseringsfunktioner samt genererar kollisions fria rörelsebanor för robotarna i robotcellen. En optimerad bana och en referensbana har skapats för att kunna utvärdera en procentuell förändring av tiden. Det visade sig att det finns stor potential att frigöra kapacitet i den undersökta cellen med hjälp av IPS 2.0.
This study has been performed on a stud weld station consisting of four stud weld robots from ABB which are used in the daily production at the body plant of Saab Automobile in Trollhättan. Currently, off-line programmed robot programs from IGRIP are used in several robot cells in the body plant. IGRIP has been used for several years without having any evaluation method for how the capacity has been used in the robot cells. The limitations of IGRIP are that it cannot automatically generate collision free paths, which is very time consuming. The input of the via-points is done manually by the programmer which results in less than maximum capacity in the robot cell. These problems have triggered Saab to investigate the potential for making capacity available by using a software under development, IPS 2.0. The software is developed by FCC and has optimization and balancing functions. It can also generate collision free paths for the robots in a robot cell. One optimized path and one reference path have been created in order to evaluate the time reduction in percent. It was shown that there was potential to free up capacity in the robot cell by using IPS 2.0.Date:
