　　　The Annonaceae is a large, early-divergent family of angiosperms. Although the majority is pollinated by small beetles, there is a great diversity of floral morphologies. Evolutionary shifts of pollination mechanisms have occasionally been reported in disparate lineages including shifts to pollination by large beetles, flies, thrips, bees and cockroaches. La trypanosomiase humaine africaine (THA) ou maladie du sommeil continue de sévir en Côte d’Ivoire. Une étude ethnopharmacologique de terrain réalisée dans les zones de forte incidence de la maladie a conduit au recensement de 34 plantes parmi lesquelles 18, non répertoriées, ont fait l’objet d’un criblage biologique in vitro, en utilisant comme modèles Trypanosoma brucei brucei et Leishmania donavani.
