Abstract:
The results of a theoretical study evaluating the effectiveness of using Uzbek diesel locomotives of the UzTE16M3 series during the non-stop movement of freight trains on the hilly-mountainous high-speed section Marokand - Kattakurgan of the Uzbek railway are presented. The reference point for the implementation of this assessment was the mathematical model of the movement of a freight train developed by the authors and the algorithm for performing traction calculations, which are prerequisites for substantiating the numerical values of the parameters of the logistic indicators for the process of railway transportations of goods in real conditions of the organization of operation. The authors obtained the parameters of logistics indicators in the form of numerical tabular values and graphical dependencies, and the corresponding regression equations were proposed to calculate the indicators of transport logistics. The data obtained by the authors can be used by specialists of the locomotive depots “O’zbekiston temir yo’llari” JSC, whose production activities are related to the issues of forecasting and normalizing the consumption of full-scale diesel fuel by diesel locomotives on the hilly-mountainous, of hi high-speed sections of the Uzbek railways.

Abstract:
T The article deals with the comparative classification of homonyms in the Russian and Uzbek languages. The authors examine the relationship of homonymy with polysemy. Homonymy is studied in the aspect of the systemic organization of vocabulary and connections with word building. The classification of non-derivative and derivative homonyms of the Russian and Uzbek languages is presented, taking into account the ways of their formation, derivativeness and non-derivativeness of lexemes, depending on their interaction in the word-building nest. The article also deals with the features and distinctive properties of lexical, word-forming homonyms, examples of reflected homonymy in the system of word-building nests, as well as the difference between homonyms in the Uzbek language in their internal structure and appearance, the division of homonyms depending on their material, content and graphic forms into groups. The results of the analysis indicate that the phenomenon of homonymy in the Russian and Uzbek languages has a regular and systemic character.

Abstract:
In this paper, the new, five-volume and six-volume explanatory dictionaries of the Uzbek language published in Uzbek Latin script have been shown to have a number of news and advantages. One of the most important and main innovations of these dictionaries is the provision of complete etymological information for words and terms that have entered the Uzbek language from foreign languages, and another is that in the following years, the so-called "international term elements" and actively participating in the creation of scientific and technical terms, such as aviation, auto It is noted that elements such as anti-, geo-, gidro-, makro-, mikro-, neo-, poli-, tele- are given in the form of separate dictionary articles. Also, it was emphasized that the main purpose of the explanatory dictionary is to reveal the separate components of the international terms that have been assimilated into the Uzbek language, that is, the meanings of the term elements, to show their word-making possibilities, to comment on the terms formed with their participation, and what aspects the authors pay attention to when solving these issues and creating dictionary articles are shown. Keywords: term, explanatory dictionary, terminological dictionary, international term elements.

Full text
Abstract:
The results of genetic studies have proven the relationship of celiac disease with class II genes of the major histocompatibility complex (HLA), in particular with the DQ locus. The presence of specific alleles at the HLA-DQ locus is necessary, but insufficient, for the realization of the disease phenotype. In Uzbekistan, the distribution of HLA markers in children with celiac disease has not been studied and these studies are required. Purpose — to establish the peculiarities of the distribution of HLA II class celiac disease alleles in children in the Uzbek population. Materials and methods. We examined 54 children with celiac disease of the Uzbek population, who were registered and receiving inpatient treatment at the Republican Specialized Scientific and Practical Medical Center of Pediatrics. The age of the examined children was from 1 to 14 years old, the average age was 7.3±1.9 years. The control group consisted of 109 unrelated Uzbeks without immune diseases. Molecular typing of HLA II class genes was determined by DNA chain reaction polymerase. Results. As a result of gene typing, 48 (88.8%) out of 54 investigated had DQ2 and DQ8 haplotypes associated with celiac disease. Haplotypes with only DQ2 and DQ8 were found in 19 (39.5%) and 7 (14.5%), respectively. DQ2 from 48 children was found in 18 (37.5%) children in the trans-position, in 2 (4,1%) — as two copies of DQ2 dimers, and in 1 (2%) case in combination with DQ8. Only in one case (2%) was DQ8 found as two copies of DQ8 dimers. The frequency of occurrence of the HLA-DRB1*07 and *13 alleles was significantly higher than in the control group. The maximum value of the relative risk and the criterion of reliability are noted in the DQA1*0501 allele, i.e. it is positively associated with celiac disease (χ2=7.28, RR=2.03). Significance criterion and relative risk were observed in sick children with DQB1*0201 (χ2=6.74, RR=1.97) associated with celiac disease. The number of haplotype (DQA1*0501-DQB1*0201) was 36 (75%). Conclusions. A specific predisposition to celiac disease in children of the Uzbek population is associated with the genes HLA-DQA1*0501, HLA-DQB1*0201, HLA-DRB1*07 and *13. Alleles such as DRB1*15, DQA1*0102, DQB1*0303 and *0502, have a protective effect in the development of celiac disease in children of the Uzbek population. A high frequency of carriage of the DRB1*13 — HLA-DQА1*0501 and DQB1*0201 (DQ2 type) haplotype in Uzbeks (75%) was found, which requires a more thorough population genetic study of the Uzbek population for the HLA II class DRB1-DQA1-DQB1 genes. The research was carried out in accordance with the principles of the Helsinki Declaration. The study protocol was approved by the Local Ethics Committee of these Institutes. The informed consent of the patient was obtained for conducting the studies. No conflict of interest was declared by the authors. Key words: celiac disease, children, genetics, HLA class II.

Abstract:
Abstract This chapter examines how Central Asian authors in Soviet Kazakhstan and Uzbekistan conceived of and produced works of socialist realism, a Russian-born notion, soon after the literary trend was introduced in the 1930s. It argues that, contrary to the vague Stalinist instruction that objects of Soviet culture be “national in form, socialist in content,” the novels written by early Soviet Kazakh and Uzbek litterateurs were national and international in form and socialist and national in content. This chapter therefore shows how Kazakh and Uzbek authors represented their national proletariat through the more locally relevant lenses of sedentarism and traditional gender roles rather than through depictions of labor. It also demonstrates how these writers combined Soviet and national narrative forms, drew on Persianate literary techniques, and referenced Russian realism. In this way, they fixed their novels in the Persianate tradition as well as in the international realist tradition.

Abstract:
The article is devoted to the languages of communication of migrants from Central Asia in Russian migrant social networks. It also aims at finding out whether the migrants’ online communication reproduces oral offline communication in ethnic languages, negatively perceived by part of the population in Russian cities. Having analyzed the language of five open groups of Uzbek and Kyrgyz migrants in the social network VKontakte and in the Telegram chat “Zherdesh Moskva”, the author concludes that VKontakte functions primarily as an advertising and business platform where the Russian language prevails, along with which Uzbek and Kyrgyz languages and mixed language variants are used. Unlike open social networks, the function of intra-group, intra-ethnic online communication is performed by less public messengers and is carried out mainly in an ethnic language. Thus, migrant social networks are not an analogue of offline communication, and the massive presence of Russian in them is supported by historical, economic, and other factors. At the end, the author justifies the need for a more detailed study of the relationship between urban multilingualism, migration and computer-mediated communication.

Abstract:
This article is devoted to the concept of intertextuality, various definitions given to them, principles of artistic text analysis, and on the basis of these principles Tahir Malik’s work “Shaytanat” was taken as an example for artistic text analysis. Intertextuality, which is an integral part of texts, is considered an important linguistic tool in the formation and perception of artistic text. Since such fragments of text are already in the mind of the reader as a ready-made linguistic unit, it becomes easier to understand the artistic text with intertextuality, and the author’s artistic intention becomes more clear for the reader. Intertextuality is one of the main principlesin the text analysis and today it has become one of the research subjects of linguistics and literary studies. In the article, some scientists’ researches and analysis methods were also commented on.
