<em>The amino acid and elemental composition of the leaves of vaida dyeing was studied. As a result of the conducted studies, it was found that the leaves of vaida dyeing contain 20 amino acids, 8 of which are essential, and the presence of 51 mineral elements in them was also noted. The obtained data will be used for the chemical characterization of raw materials and their subsequent standardization.</em>

Chaetomorpha valida, dominant filamentous green algae, can be harmful to sea cucumber growth in aquaculture ponds of China. In order to understand the environmental factors affecting the growth of C. valida in sea cucumber aquaculture ecosystems, a combination of field investigations and laboratory experiments were conducted.
